I have to listen to the name Mausi, Mopsi or something similar, it takes some getting used to. But the fries that Mausi gets to pick up are great! Even the ketchup! The service staff are also great, in a good mood with a relaxed saying on their lips. After me, Medusa and the North Pole and an oriental landscape collect their food. Actually 5 stars, but Mausi got the 5th from heaven.

Since I was chronically under-fried yesterday, we went to the Frittenwerk at the main train station again. The house fries are very tasty, especially in combination with the baconnaise sauce. For dessert there were churros, which I can highly recommend, with dark and white chocolate sauce. The staff was friendly and very accommodating; the waiting time was short - even though the chip factory was well attended; I really like the atmosphere (as in the other branches) - we will definitely come back more often! 🤤

The crew was very customer centric, and the fries tastes really good.

Unfortunately I had to cancel the order. After 20 minutes, the “snacks” we ordered weren’t even in the deep fryer. The employees preferred to talk to each other in a relaxed manner and finish one dish after the next. Sometimes 10 minutes passed before something was finished. In addition, some products ended up in the deep fryer for the third time and looked very dark

I had just finished eating and the waitress had a very bad attitude. The ordering machine is broken and the invoice cannot be issued after payment has been made. The waitress asked me to remember the menu! I told her and she said she didn't know. great experience

Düsseldorf main station, frittenwerk A well-attended place, clean, tidy... unfortunately the seating is freezing cold, otherwise the environment makes a warm and cozy impression. We would like to highlight the very hard-working employees who worked non-stop in a friendly and helpful manner, always with a smile on their faces. Thank you very much for that

+: The Montreal Style Poutine (€8.80) and the vegan Currywurst Special (€9.80) tasted very good. You get a good portion of fries and toppings. ~: Especially in summer, all the lamps are rather counterproductive, as it gets very stuffy and hot in the restaurant and the lighting is not necessary during the day.

Love the fries...unfortunately I was disappointed for the first time today. Service was really great, quick and friendly. I ordered the Schwarama Poutine 2go and then saw on the train that the chicken was still very pink and not really cooked through. Some of the fries tasted like rancid fat. I've never had it at Frittenwerk, but it's still a shame.

Vegan Istanbul fries ordered, no receipt came out from the machine. I received the fries and it wasn't vegan. I spent 11 euros on it and couldn't cancel it because there was no receipt. Terrible.

Really delicious fries. Definitely not McDonalds like. Recommended if you love fries. It was very easy to order and ready quickly too. Service was friendly and the decor was very pleasant. I found it a bit of a shame that there was no sauce included with the “normal” fries, but you had to buy it with it.

If ordering to take away, they have a codeword system. 2 out of the 4 machines to order were out of order. I'm not psychic and didn't know this (not having been here before) so my receipt had the word "Stockholm" on it. I assumed that was just where Fritenwerk were from! I was directed to the take away counter to pick it up. The food itself was lovely - loaded chips etc.
