Es war schmackhafter als das dreieckige Gimbap, das ich in Korea gegessen habe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich war extrem traurig und enttäuscht 😔, wie ich von einer unfreundlichen und unhöflichen Mitarbeiterin mit Zahnlücke und Krone behandelt wurde 🦷. Vor einer Woche war ich schon einmal hier, und eine andere Mitarbeiterin war nett und freundlich und sprach gut Englisch. Sie erklärte mir viele Informationen über das Essen, weshalb ich heute wiedergekommen bin. Leider war diese Mitarbeiterin mit Zahnlücke extrem unhöflich, ungeduldig und sprach kein Englisch mit mir 😔

Das Essen zum Mitnehmen war köstlich! Und die Frau war super freundlich.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wer authentische koreanische Onigiri mit reichhaltiger Füllung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Alle Onigiri, die wir probiert haben, waren frisch zubereitet, großzügig gefüllt und boten ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. * Onigiri Thunfisch Mayo – 5/5 Das mit Abstand beste Thunfisch-Mayo-Onigiri, das ich je gegessen habe. Die Füllung war unglaublich aromatisch, cremig und perfekt ausbalanciert. Einfach köstlich. * Onigiri Thunfisch Kimchi – 5/5 Ein weiteres exzellentes Onigiri. Ich persönlich hätte mir etwas mehr vom typischen Kimchi-Kick gewünscht – mehr Säure und etwas mehr Schärfe –, aber auch so war es unglaublich lecker. * Onigiri Buldak Chicken Mayo – 4/5 Eine wirklich einzigartige Kombination, die man selten findet. Sie bot eine wunderbare Balance aus Süße, Schärfe und Umami. Einziger Nachteil: Sie war etwas fettig, und die Schärfe könnte für manche etwas zu hoch sein. * Onigiri Hähnchen Teriyaki – 5/5 Reich gefüllt und voller Geschmack. Die Teriyaki-Würzung war köstlich, daher gehört auch dieses Onigiri zu meinen Favoriten. * Onigiri Rindfleisch, mariniert – 3,5/5 Immer noch lecker, aber merklich süßer als die anderen. Der Geschmack erinnerte mich eher an eine süße Barbecue-Sauce, was nicht ganz meinem Geschmack entsprach. Insgesamt war ich aber von der Qualität und Konsistenz wirklich beeindruckt. Die Füllungen waren reichlich, der Reis hatte eine tolle Konsistenz und jedes Onigiri wirkte frisch zubereitet. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, um die anderen Sorten zu probieren.

Ich bin total begeistert vom Konzept des Ladens und das Essen war einfach köstlich! Ich habe sogar einen Tagesausflug nach Düsseldorf unternommen, nur um hier einzukaufen ☺️ Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich!

Sooo lecker! Frisch, würzig und richtig sättigend! Mein neuer Lieblingsimbiss fürs Mittagessen! Und die Kassiererin war sehr höflich.

Food Jung darf bei uns bei keinem Düsseldorf Besuch fehlen. Neben eher "üblichen" Sachen, wie Japchae, Chicken, (samgak) Kimbap,etc. findet man auch eomuk, jokbal, tangs, oder andere banchans. Wir haben uns schon durch vieles durchprobiert und sind schon lange durchweg überzeugt von der Qualität und dem Geschmack. Als besonderes Highlight möchte ich das Soy Garlic Chicken das Gemüse Kimbap herausheben, sowie das Galbitang hervorheben.

Die besten selbstgemachten Onigiri zum Mitnehmen 😍🍙 Pflicht bei jedem Düsseldorf-Besuch!

Ein absolutes Muss in Düsseldorf: Wenn Sie in Düsseldorf sind und noch nicht auswärts essen gehen möchten oder Lust auf koreanisches Essen haben, dann ist dieses Restaurant ein absolutes Muss. Alles, was ich probiert habe, war hervorragend zubereitet (und viel besser als in den meisten koreanischen Restaurantketten außerhalb von Düsseldorf). Und für rund 20 € bekommen Sie locker genug für ein Essen zum Mitnehmen für zwei Personen!

Wunderbarer Service, hervorragendes Essen und hohe Qualität. Das Toffu war köstlich. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Sehr schöne Auswahl an koreanischen Kleinigkeiten. Habe mich für Bulgogi Gimbap entschieden. Gab auch rohes Fleisch für Shabu Shabu , eingefrorene Dinge uvm.

Ich habe mich durch die meisten Onigiri-Läden probiert, aber wow! Dieser hier ist der absolute Hammer! Frisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Kein billiger Dosen-Thunfisch, der einfach so reingequetscht wurde. Nein, er ist richtig cremig, mit Frühlingszwiebeln, der Reis ist schön weich und die Hülle einfach perfekt. 10/10. Und so viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten: Rindfleisch, Kimchi-Thunfisch, Thunfisch, Hähnchen. Ich werde hier definitiv Stammgast.

Sehr lecker, gehe dort regelmäßig hin. Das Essen ist immer frisch, die Verkäufer immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Essen war fantastisch und preiswert! Alle koreanischen Hühnchengerichte waren perfekt.

Der kleine Laden steht bei jedem Düsseldorf-Besuch auf meiner Liste. Ein kleines Stück Korea. Liebevoll zubereitete Speisen, immer frisch und super lecker. Das Japchae ist mein Favorit. Und die Angestellten haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Ich komme immer wieder hierher wegen der köstlichen Onigiri und des Hähnchens! Das Personal ist so nett, sie ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich war heute Abend zum ersten Mal in diesem Laden und die Angestellten waren super freundlich. Das Essen war auch fantastisch. Schade, dass ich so spät dran war, sodass die meisten Gerichte schon ausverkauft waren. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und werde nächstes Mal früh da sein :)

Die mit Abstand besten Onigiri der Stadt!! :) Die Füllmenge ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Gerade die Thunfisch und die Thunfisch-Kimchi Onigiris liebe ich sehr.

Das ist mein Lieblingsrestaurant für koreanisches Essen in Düsseldorf. Es ist super praktisch gelegen, preiswert und einfach köstlich. Die Bedienung ist immer freundlich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, mal vorbeizuschauen, wenn man ein paar Minuten Zeit hat oder einfach Lust auf leckeres Essen hat 😋

Sehr lecker und hat auch Halal Chicken! Bitte fügt ein Foto auf Google Maps hinzu dass ihr halal chicken Gerichte verkauft, das würde viele neue Kunden bringen. Auch dass ihr auch die Zubereitung achtet.

FOODJUNG Korean Food & Catering ist ein sehr einladender Laden mit einem richtig guten Konzept. Alles wirkt sauber und hygienisch verpackt, was einen sehr positiven Eindruck macht. Das Essen ist sehr frisch und geschmacklich top. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der freundliche Service man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Außerdem stand an der Tür, dass das Fleisch (Hähnchen?) halal sei bitte am besten vor Ort nochmal nachfragen, ob das aktuell noch so ist. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Laden für frisches koreanisches Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Haben Gimbap und Bibimbap jeweils vegetarisch/ vegan zum Mitnehmen genommen. War super lecker. Der Reis beim Bibimbap war auch noch angenehm warm und die Gochujang Soße extra separat. Konnte man also auch super nach eigener Präferenz Dosieren

Wir holen uns hier immer wieder gerne Essen zum Mitnehmen. Es ist stets frisch und einfach köstlich; man merkt, dass alles sorgfältig zubereitet und perfekt gewürzt ist. Die ganze Familie liebt es! Außerdem werden wir immer sehr herzlich empfangen; wir bekommen ein Lächeln und hilfreiche Tipps. Und die Preise sind für die gebotene Qualität absolut angemessen. Ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort, den wir wärmstens empfehlen!

Für FOODJUNG bin ich extra von Berlin nach Düsseldorf gereist und es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Ich hatte eine Woche, eine Nacht, eine Nacht, eine Nacht und es hat mein Heimweh geheilt. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie!!

Die Reisbällchen sind so lecker! Ich habe schon ewig keine frischen Reisbällchen mehr gegessen! 🥹

Ich habe es während der Ausstellung bestellt und es war so lecker 👍🏻 Ich war dankbar, dass sie mir schnell geholfen haben, obwohl es mittendrin ein Problem gab~ Das koreanische Essen hier ist das beste!

Zuerst wollte ich nur Kimbap und Schweinsfüße kaufen und wieder gehen, aber dank der Empfehlung des Besitzers habe ich dann doch noch gebratenes Hähnchen mitgenommen. Haha. Mein Sohn meinte, es wäre das beste überhaupt. Haha. Es ist wirklich köstlich. 😋😋 Der Besitzer ist so nett! Ich war zwar mittags in einem anderen koreanischen Restaurant, aber Foodjeong ist viel besser.

Es gibt eine große Auswahl an koreanischen Gerichten. Süß und salzig, mit viel Sesamöl, Kimbap und Onigiri. Fast-Food-Flair. Eine Portion gefrorenes Ugeoji Galbitang reicht für zwei Personen.

Ich kann es kaum fassen, dass ich in Deutschland so leckeres koreanisches Essen essen kann! Ich bin total begeistert. Galbitang, Ugeoji, Gimbap, Kimchi und Japchae kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Selbst für koreanische Verhältnisse sind sie köstlich! Vielen Dank!

Ein echter Geheimtipp in Düsseldorf, wo man authentische koreanische Küche genießen kann; ich habe mich an diesem Tag für Kimbap und Jokbal entschieden. Außerdem habe ich zu Weihnachten Reiskuchen geschenkt bekommen, und die Speisekarte sah generell himmlisch aus. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich persönlich kann die Schweinsfüße nur empfehlen. Das dazu servierte Rettich-Kimchi hat das Ganze noch besser gemacht. Es war nach langer Zeit mal wieder ein richtig leckeres koreanisches Essen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

I went to Food Jung this afternoon to buy bento boxes for the family. The saleswoman was incredibly friendly and gave me great advice. The food was freshly prepared and even still warm when I got home. I'll definitely be back!

This is a treasure I discovered while traveling. The fish cake kimbap and fried chicken were absolutely delicious. The rice cakes were delicious, too. Why didn't I buy more?!!! If it weren't so far away, I'd visit every day!

Delicious to-go food, good selection

I got a bento box and it was great! Perfect for taking with you, and the prices are pretty good. There's a fairly wide selection. If you need something quick, this is definitely the place to go!

We love getting the Korean bento boxes to go for lunch or sometimes in the evening, for example with the delicious Korean chicken. The gimbap rolls are also really tasty. Actually, everything there tastes great, and you can try a lot of different things. The ladies behind the counter are always incredibly friendly, too!

I’m so glad I got to try this place! I’ve heard that this store is a famous Korean side dish shop across European countries, and since I’m currently living in the UK, I had been really looking forward to trying it before I came here. The staff were so friendly and even kept my food for me until 3pm since my hotel check-in was at that time. The food here is all authentically delicious, and the prices are really reasonable. I really hope this store can deliver to the UK as well! I tried some pork soup and various side dishes for two days, and it really helped with my homesickness. Thank you so much! xxx❤️

Simply amazing! I first came for the gimbap, but everything I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious! ❤️ Caution for those sensitive to spices: "spicy" means spicy here, sometimes even too much for me. I had to split the spicy fishcake gimbap into several sittings 😅 I've now compared the onigiri with what I think are all the pre-packaged onigiri in Little Tokyo, and it's simply not a fair comparison. Food Jung is by far the better, so much so that when I work shifts on Mondays and Sundays (closed), I don't even think about getting onigiri anywhere else - it's always disappointing. The onigiri here are properly filled, not just a blob in the middle and 95% rice like everyone else. That alone makes a huge difference in the taste. Please keep it up! The only thing I found was the tuna mayo onigiri, which was sometimes a bit too dry for me. It varies a bit – a little toasted sesame oil, a bit more mayo, and a few more spring onions would have been the icing on the cake for me personally. Definitely my favorite place for lunch, never gets boring even after months 😊

The chicken is really delicious and halal, and the Onigiri is packed with generous filling and tastes amazing. We tried their food and went back shortly after to get more! Highly recommended.

This is a place you shouldn't go if you're too excited... I was going to buy a bunch of things and take them to another country as a treat, but... I was so excited that I didn't even realize what I bought and got home, which was disappointing... Everyone here is so kind, and next time I go, I'm going to bring two ice bags... ㅠㅠ It was so delicious that I regret buying so little... Next time, I'll try to get a little excited and buy more. I also wanted to buy kimbap, but I regret not eating it right away. Great shop. The staff was super friendly, the food was fresh and delicious (the best onigiri in town). We received excellent advice on our meal choices.

I tried the Kimchi and Bulgogi Gimbap and absolutely loved them! Both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned – the kimchi had just the right amount of spice, and the bulgogi was deliciously savory. You can really taste the quality. The service was also very friendly and fast. Highly recommend – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to Food Jung today, and they were so friendly and everything was delicious. I live in Hamburg, so I think it would be great if they opened one in Hamburg too.

Really delicious food, and the fresh kimchi is fantastic (be careful, it's really spicy for German palates). The gimbap is amazing, and the tofu 🤤 oh, actually, everything. The nice lady behind the counter is very friendly. I'd love to go back 🫶🏼

It was the best Korean food I've had in my two years of living in Germany. It's really delicious, the price is reasonable, and the staff is so friendly! The portions are really big, and it feels like you're eating a real home-cooked meal.

I've had a visit on my list for a long time, and I finally managed to stop by during my visit to Düsseldorf. Since we were in a hurry, we grabbed two kimbap to go—vegetable and kimchi—and they were so delicious! We'll definitely be back :) Highly recommended!

Food is great. The owner is always very friendly too. But there is always one chubbier lady with pony tails and fair skin who is always very very rude. Always reluctant to go in whenever I see her attending the counter.

Great food at affordable prices. I love that it's so convenient to grab a kimbab and have it for a quick and easy dinner. However, I have to say I was slightly disappointed by the service today. The staff did not seem like she wanted to be there. I also asked for a spoon and was instead directed to where the chopsticks were placed. How can I mix and enjoy a bibimbap with only chopsticks....? Did not have the energy to go and back forth with the staff so I'm just chalking it up to bad luck this time. 다시 방문할 의향은 있는데 그냥 좀 섭섭하더라고요..

This is a place I must visit every time I go to Dussel. Seriously... all the side dishes are delicious and the kimchi is really... This is a place where you can only eat Bibigo and Jonggatjip kimchi, but this is a place that gives you a chance to taste mom's kimchi. There are many products that you can eat right away, such as kimbap, bibimbap, pig's feet, tteokbokki, and fried chicken, and they are delicious. You can buy frozen soups, but I personally highly recommend galbitang and seaweed soup. My kids also really like the soup here, so if I lived in Dussel, I think I would have gone there often. The staff is also friendly :)

The side dishes and meat are too sweet. It's tasty. But after eating kimbap, you'll definitely get a stomachache. Sometimes they give you tough meat, so be careful.

Every time I come to Düsseldorf, I go to 푸드정 to buy side dishes and Korean fried chicken. This time, I tried rice rolls, fish plates, and pork knuckles (leg meat). I highly recommend the Gemüse Gimbap. I have never eaten pure vegetable rice rolls before. This time I tried it and it was really amazing and delicious. It is suitable to buy a box for a picnic in summer. I also bought two packs of radish kimchi this time. I am very much looking forward to trying it when I get home! I really hope that 푸드정 can open a branch in Berlin in the future🥰
