The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We even got lollipops and two complimentary shots :) Update December 21, 2024: The staff was very friendly again and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. Update November 15, 2025: We were here again and everything was great! I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

Simply wow! We ate here today with nine people (including three toddlers) and we were more than impressed with the service. There was something to color, and the staff really catered to the children. The kids got their food first, and they also got ice cream right away. The children were happy, and we were able to enjoy a relaxed meal together. They were free to move around and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The food, both the main course and dessert, was delicious! We will definitely come back and recommend it to others! Thank you!

We spontaneously decided to go to Flavours today – a very good decision! On the server's recommendation, I tried an Indian dish for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The spices are blended in-house, by the way. My husband had a steak platter, cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. You can tell that they cook with passion here. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the menu truly offers something for everyone. We'll definitely be back – it was a wonderful evening all around!

Too much choice from different cuisines (for a steakhouse), prices too high for the quality we ate, the food was completely tasteless, the sauces, schnitzel and fries completely unseasoned, the ambience was ok but nothing more, the service was ok.

The Indian food is delicious and always freshly cooked, even according to your preferences. There's also a great selection for vegetarians. We felt very comfortable and had some very pleasant conversations. We'll definitely be back. When the weather's nice, you can sit on the terrace.

The restaurant completely won us over on a spontaneous visit. We got a table without a reservation. The selection is extensive and there's something for every taste. We opted for the schnitzel. Immediately after taking our order, the kitchen started pounding the meat. (There's no better sound from a kitchen) 😋 The freshly tapped beer arrived promptly, followed shortly after by the freshly cooked, hot, crispy schnitzel 🤤 The fried potatoes were also delicious. Super delicious food and friendly staff. The food is ready quickly, so you don't have to wait long. We've had steak there for the second time now; the value for money is great! The house schnapps is also particularly delicious; we always bring a bottle with us 😁

The waitress was friendly and exuded a calm demeanor. The lunch specials change weekly; the lunch menu can also be viewed online. Also suitable for larger groups, but be patient, as there's only one waitress running the place. Generous portions and very good flavor. Excellent value for money. Cocktails with and without alcohol are also available. The interior is a bit dark. Personally, the decor on the large terrace and in the restaurant is still lacking some fine-tuning.

As always, it was delicious. The price/performance ratio is excellent. The wine was delicious 🤩 and the two owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it 😁

During a short stay in Hamburg, we ate here twice. It was lovely to sit outside, where you barely hear the busy road. We received a very warm welcome from the very friendly owners. There's a wide selection of different meals, so there's something for everyone. The flavors of the various dishes we tried were excellent, with normal portions and reasonable prices. This restaurant is a truly pleasant surprise. If we're ever near Hamburg again, we'll definitely be back.

We visited the Flavours restaurant for the first time in a while. The food was excellent; our steak was grilled medium rare. It came with a salad, croquettes, and peppercorn sauce. We would definitely come back. The hosts were very attentive.

We were there this evening. They're staying in the neighboring hotel and went to the place based on the good reviews. I can't understand this. The place is clearly showing its age, and the ambiance isn't up to date. The waitress was nice, but that's just not enough. The feta cheese from the grill simply wasn't grilled. What a shame!! I then ordered Jägerschnitzel. It's usually served with fries. I then ordered the fried potatoes that were available. The schnitzel was from the deep fryer, the mushroom sauce was bland, thin, and runny. The fried potatoes (not fresh ones) had too little fat and were burnt on the edges. I can't recommend it. It's better to spend a little more and eat next door. Then they charged me €2 for changing the menu from fries to fried potatoes, which is a joke. Once and never again.

During our vacation in Hamburg, we chose this restaurant for dinner. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and well-portioned. We were impressed by the price and quality. The service was also friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Flavours Stakehouse.

We have visited the place several times over the past few years and always left full! They make some absolutely amazing Indian dishes that we enjoy every time.

After a long day of driving, we enjoyed a delicious meal outside in the garden, listening to the birdsong and enjoying the peace and quiet. The owners are very kind and hospitable, and the food was quick and delicious. Sitting outside in the garden is truly wonderful and peaceful, even though quite a few tables were occupied. Highly recommended!

I was invited to dinner here over the weekend while visiting Hamburg. I had looked at the menu beforehand, and there were a few places where my expectations were somewhat dampened. For example, the burger with a 180g beef patty for €15.90 – with double the meat for €19.90 – so €4 for the patty, which doesn't seem to be homemade at all. We didn't order it, though. I'd be interested to know if anyone ordered it and whether it was homemade. There's a special asparagus menu and also herring on the menu. There are also a few Indian dishes on the daily menu. I'm questioning whether they can really prepare everything fresh and whether it makes sense from a restaurant perspective to offer such a wide range. The rest of the family opted for beef steaks and were satisfied. They served them medium/medium-well. The spinach and Gorgonzola side dish could have been a bit more robust and needed more seasoning, but it was generally OK. ``` I chose an Indian lamb korma because I was curious to see if it was actually freshly prepared. I was pleasantly surprised. The spice level was asked beforehand (German hot or Indian hot ;-)), and for me, who likes spicy food, it was rather mild, but everyone has a different opinion, so it was okay. It was definitely freshly prepared, and the spices were only toasted during preparation. The portion, however, was significantly smaller than the steaks with side dishes. The taste, however, was excellent. I hadn't expected it to be so. So I ask the question: if someone with these skills is in the kitchen, why isn't the focus on Indian cuisine more prominent? I'll definitely keep an eye out for the Indian section of the daily menu next time.

We stayed in the hotel next door and chose this steak restaurant because of its proximity and the positive reviews and would have liked to have done it differently afterwards. The ambience there is quite old, as is the music playing in the background. The owner is friendly, but the steaks are not really that good in terms of doneness or meat quality. We'll avoid the restaurant in the future, but I can't understand the reviews of many others.

Good evening, a very nice evening. We were there with 13 boys and had a lovely evening. It was very tasty and everyone's food was warm. We also got 2 hot plates of fries for FREE and homemade smoothies. Can only recommend it.

We were dining in there evening as a family. Cozy atmosphere, clean, a lot of dishes to offer. Location is right next to a bus station and fairly easy to reach by car. The prices were fair. The food was great. What stood out is it was hearty and not dry. Recommended!

My family devoured the food, the Schnitz that my mother ordered was nice and crispy and juicy and my father's rump steak was perfectly seasoned. The flavor pan with the bearnaise sauce was very popular with my brother. I had the zander fillet, the crust was wonderful and the fish was buttery and delicious. I can warmly recommend the restaurant and would be happy to visit there again with my family

Great restaurant – absolutely recommended! I invited my father to this restaurant for his birthday and we were absolutely thrilled. The food was excellent: the salad was very fresh and I especially liked the dressing. The main course was a real highlight - the rice was cooked perfectly, neither too hard nor too soft, and the meat was just the right level of doneness. The service was friendly and attentive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I was there based on the rating... ... but that's not 4.7 stars. Rice was warmed, nuggets and wedges from the prepackaged. The beer wasn't completely cold. The steak was OK. Ambience a bit run down. The service was great and very friendly. It was okay and tasted good, but it was a shame that the details were missing.

The food simply tasted fantastic and both the service and ambience were excellent. We didn't have to wait long for the Tagliatelle Filetto and the Jägerschnitzel and left the restaurant well-fed and satisfied.

We came across this restaurant because of the good reviews. The good quality of the starter, the main course and an absolutely delicious dessert convinced us. If we're in the area again, we'll come back.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the friendly and courteous wait staff and given a menu without waiting. The drinks and food came quickly and tasted very good. The meat was tender and juicy and the sauces complemented it perfectly. Finally, there was some attention from the house. Oh yes, the portions are a good size and the prices are very reasonable. The highlight was that the employees showed considerable class and didn't want to accept tips from younger guests. All in all a great, almost unique experience. We will definitely come again!

My visit to this steakhouse was overall positive, especially thanks to the very friendly and professional service. All questions about the dishes were answered competently, and even special requests were implemented without any problems - a real plus! The menu is surprisingly extensive for a steakhouse and offers a wide selection. The taste of my spare ribs was okay, although nothing out of the ordinary. The curry was very tasty. The schnitzel also tasted good. The atmosphere is rather spartan - if you value a cozy atmosphere, you might be disappointed. The sanitary facilities and the toilet are a little old. The parking situation is also not ideal: there are only four parking spaces, which are difficult to access because you have to drive over a curb. Overall, a solid restaurant with excellent service, but with room for improvement in terms of atmosphere and parking options.

A very nice restaurant, we went there without pre-ordering and got a nice table. It was a bit crowded at first, but we still received very nice service. The food was great, we had rump steak and pepper pan, the latter was so delicious that we will go there again in the next few days 😀 There is something nice for everyone on the menu, our conclusion is: recommended!

Das Essen war überhaupt nicht gut. Brokkoli mit Kartoffeln in Bechermehlsoße mit Käse überbacken wurde auf der Karte angeboten. Eine Kartoffel war kleingeschnitten ein paar Stücke Brokkoli in einfacher Sahne mit Käse überbacken. Dafür knapp 15 Euro bezahlt. Ich war entsetzt über das Essen und habe kurz danach Bauchschmerzen bekommen.

Die Tomaten- u. Gulaschsuppe war geschmacklich eine Beleidigung. Steak zäh und fast blutig. Fast 3 Stunden ( mit 15 Personen) aufs Essen gewartet. Kein Stern von mir. Eine Person in der Bedienung mit wenig Talent zum effizienten Arbeiten

Very good beef fillet, super tender and well grilled. Price-performance is great! The walleye was also good. We had to wait a little longer to order, but this was due to a large group in the next room. The furnishings are okay, a bit old-fashioned, and the hit parade music didn't really suit our taste. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great burger and unique service

We have ordered twice so far and eaten there once. To eat on site: A super nice little restaurant that impresses with its ambience and charm. The host is attentive and offers a good variety of dishes. The price-performance spectrum here is absolutely at a top level. Especially your own house schnapps is just to die for. Eat with what you ordered; The food is delivered really hot or freshly prepared for collection. Here too, people are polite and attentive. Despite the delivery, the steaks were hot and medium as ordered and simply top!

We had dinner at Flavors with 8 people on Saturday November 30th, 2024. We chose the steakhouse based on the reviews. Unfortunately we cannot share the reviews. It was by far the worst experience in a restaurant. You could smell the lamb fillet as soon as it was served. The smell alone was disgusting. The meat was spoiled!!! Eating wasn't an option. A rump steak has the same smell. Probably shared the same pan. This kitchen would have to be closed. The icing on the cake was that both lamb fillets were on the bill and were only removed after complaints were made. That doesn't work at all.

A culinary delight. The meat melts on the tongue. If you order a mix platter. The ambience offers a full enjoyment of home. Both the light and the acoustics invite people in. The staff fulfills every kind of order to the fullest. Every wish is read from your lips before you want to place an order. I can recommend this store to everyone.

Flensburger on tap had an incredible amount of carbon dioxide and was barely drinkable. It worked, nothing bad.
