We were there by chance and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The service was great and quick, the food was tasty and sufficient. The selection of dishes was large. There is something for everyone on the menu. We had nice conversations with the owners. Of course we ate there all 3 evenings of our short vacation. We can recommend it without reservation.

We found the restaurant in the hotel around the corner via Google Maps and were tempted by the good reviews to ignore the kebab snack bar. We didn't regret it! The steaks were on point, the roasted bread was very tasty and the fries or wedges were crispy on the outside and as they should be on the inside. The brownies and apple pie were also very tasty!! The reviews here are also justified in all other respects; we felt very comfortable.

I am firmly convinced that the hygienic conditions of the sanitary rooms can be used to draw firm conclusions about the hygienic conditions in the kitchen. So we left without eating here. What bothers me even more is that the employee asked me why we were leaving, only to turn around in the middle of my explanation and then leave. That is also the actual reason for the negative review and that I will definitely not give the store a second chance. Sorry, but you've done everything wrong here. the guest can do wrong. And there wasn't a lot of activity or unusual hectic activity among the staff, so my complaint could definitely have been taken into account.

Relatively simply furnished, but cozy. The food was very good, we had the sirloin steak with baked potatoes and that was a great experience. Well made, good ingredients, fried to perfection. The homemade schnapps afterwards was also delicious and the service was really courteous and nice. We'd love to come back!

A very nice restaurant with extremely friendly and attentive service. It was my birthday and I was surprised with a warm cake and a birthday song. We ate there for the very first time!! The steak and side dishes were very tasty. Everything came quickly and was freshly prepared. Schnitzel was freshly beaten! It won't be the last time we eat there. Can be highly recommended.

We sat outside at lunchtime today. Food was okay, service too. Unfortunately, the outside area is pretty carelessly decorated. This can definitely be improved further.

Not far from our hotel we discovered this steakhouse while walking in the afternoon and immediately decided to eat there in the evening. This was exactly the right decision. The owners are super nice and friendly. The food was great and deliciously prepared. I ordered a rump steak medium with baked potato and flavor bread and that's exactly what I got. This restaurant can only be recommended 10 out of 10 points 👍👍👍 unfortunately I could only give it 5 stars

I had an excellent sirloin steak. The vegetable pasta was also very tasty. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Nice menu selection. Moderate prices. Friendly, open-minded service + really short waiting time until the food was at the table. 😊 There was even a small drink at the end as a nightcap.

Food was good, service wasn't very attentive, furnishings were rather simple, unfortunately the toilets were too (which also felt cold near freezing point).

Here you eat happily. Everything was freshly prepared, the meat was perfectly medium fried and of very good quality, the fries were crispy and tasty, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy and well seasoned. The sauce and herb butter for the fillet steak are homemade and very delicious. The extra dishes on the table were very varied, e.g. rabbit, wild boar and Wienerschnitzel, so there is something for every meat lover. The service was very prompt and extremely friendly. I live in the city center, but I like to go back to Bergedorf to eat there. Thank you for the all around delicious experience.

We came across this gem by chance and were absolutely thrilled to have eaten there. Why, because there is a really good selection of dishes that, it seems, are prepared with love for good taste. Normally you're used to the typical taste in a steakhouse, but it could be better. We had fillet steak once and wild boar once. The taste of the meat in both dishes was very tasty and was in no way inferior to the taste of a star restaurant in Hamburger Neustadt. Only the price difference was very clear here. So here you can get really good quality at really affordable prices. And now I would also like to mention the sauces that are served with the meat. We were really surprised at how good both dishes tasted. When we asked, we learned that the sauces are freshly prepared for each dish. You could taste that. A real pleasure. This steakhouse offers not only steaks but also other great dishes, so not only steak lovers will be happy here. And I would like to mention something else: we were served by very nice people who really care about the well-being of their guests and provide very courteous service. We can only recommend everyone to try this restaurant. We even encourage you to do so, because the owners had the misfortune of opening their dream right at the time of Corona and suffered a lot because of it. You should definitely support this restaurant with plenty of visits so that this quality in Bergedorf is maintained. We will definitely make the journey from Eimsbüttel more often.

Ohne Reservierung bekamen wir am 2. Weihnachtstag einen Tisch für 4 Personen. Tolle Menüauswahl. Toller Preis. Alles zur vollständigen Zufriedenheit.

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und viel Auswahl beim Hauptgericht.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, angenehm renovierte Räume. Steakhouse, d.h überwiegend Fleischgerichte. Aber auch Vegetarier finden etwas auf der Karte. Auch Gruppen von mehr als 15 Personen werden schnell bedient. Qualität ist normal.

Leider hat auch der zweite Besuch unsererseits nicht ganz den Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Ambiente im Lokal lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, zudem kam es uns an beiden Besuchen nicht sehr sauber vor (tote Fliegen an den Rollos und die Toiletten nur mässig sauber). Auch war der Gastraum wirklich sehr kalt. Die sehr guten Bewertungen des Essens können wir auch nach dem 2. Besuch nicht nachvollziehen. Ein Steakhaus mit Steakhaus-Preisen sollte in der Lage sein, ein "Medium Well" Steak auch so zu servieren und nicht rare, was bei uns 2x der Fall war...nun ja, wir haben es trotzdem gegessen um Fleischverschwendung zu verhindern. Die Gerichte sind ziemlich lieblos und langweilig angerichtet, das Fleisch aber schmackhaft . Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich aber irgendwie fehlt insgesamt das gewisse Etwas bei den hohen Preisen.

Ach ja, dat je net bent aangekomen in Hamburg en vlakbij je hotel iets wilt eten. Dan kom je in ons geval dus uit bij Flavours. Aan de buitenkant ziet het er best gezellig uit. Eenmaal binnen, mwah. Buiten matcht niet helemaal met binnen, dat zal het zijn. Het eten maakt het niettemin meer dan goed! Wat dat is zonder meer dik in orde. En de bediening? Die verdient een puntje van aandacht: want waarom niet meteen bij het aangeven van de menukaarten vragen wat de gasten willen drinken? Nu zaten we best lang op een droogje.

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Steakhouse, eine sehr freundliche Bedienung. das Essen war super. Später hatten wir ein sehr persönliches Gespräch über die heutige Zeit, über Familie u.s.w. Super. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Weiter so

Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es wurde sehr zügig serviert. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Preise sind auch in Ordnung! Alles in allem ist das Steakhouse Flavours sehr zu empfehlen. Und die Preise werden auch nächstes Jahr noch stabil bleiben!!!

Wir waren am 2. Advent 2023 zu viert im Flavours essen und haben sehr lecker gegessen. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden und sind sehr gut und freundlich bedient worden. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind kommen wir gerne wieder ☺️👍😋 Hamburgs bestes Steakhouse ☺️🥩

Essen sehr gut Personal sehr nett

Ich kam in einer Sondersituation Sonntag Abend, mein Zug hatte massive Verspätung, ich riesigen Hunger und eigentlich hatte das Restaurant schon geschlossen. Nach Schilderung meiner Situation war der Besitzer sofort bereit, mir im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten noch ein Abendessen zu servieren. Das Essen war gut und schmackhaft und ich musste nicht hungrig ins Bett gehen. Herzlichen Dank an Hr. Talwar und seine Frau, die mir so den Abend gerettet haben. Solcher Service ist heute leider alles andere als selbstverständlich und daher möchte ich es hier auch besonders lobend hervorheben. Eins ist sicher, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Hamburg bin, werde ich wiederkommen.

Ein sehr netter, freundlicher Chef, der mit dem Gast gleich 'warm' wird Spaß versteht und unkompliziert auf Extrawünsche reagiert. Die unterschiedlichen Essen wurden zeitnah zubereitet, ansprechend serviert und - es schmeckte allen auch sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fair. Das Ambiente (Ausstattung/Beleuchtung/Wandschmuck) könnte für ein ' Steakhouse' etwas ansprechender- 'pfiffiger'-sein. So erinnert es eher an eine ordentliche, gepflegte, deutsche 'Gaststätte'. Wir hatten jedenfalks dort einen fröhlichen und ' leckeren' Abend.
