The best low carb food we know. Healthy eating is possible without the feeling of deprivation!

Unacceptable waiting time for a burger and fries of over 20 minutes. The fries were apparently heated in an air fryer and only narrowly escaped the ultimate mummification. The homemade lemonade (orange/mango) tasted clearly of sweetener.

The food was quite good, but that was less so. In 2024 you should only pay in cash and if you use a card, then only the old-fashioned German Girocard. You probably don’t necessarily need customers. Food preparation takes a long time. And although you take a menu, there is no mention of extra costs for some side dishes. I won't go there again.

I've been there a few times and have been very satisfied...so far. We wanted to order directly at the cash register but the employee said we can sit down and she'll come to us. After about 15 minutes of waiting (the restaurant was empty, only... 2 tables with guests and they have already eaten) my friend said, he asks what's going on. He goes to the checkout and the employee scrolls the TikTok... You can do something like that during the break but so... very disappointing.

Lowfat cheeseburger doesn't taste bad. Not like a regular one but better than some famous chains. It's also filling.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Fit Kitchen and I have to say, I absolutely love it! This gastro offers an impressive variety of fitness fast food products that are both delicious and healthy. Particularly noteworthy are the low-carb burgers and the delicious low-carb pizza - a real pleasure without a guilty conscience! However, what made my visit to Fit Kitchen particularly memorable was the outstanding service. The cashier who served me was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted with a beaming smile. She took the time to explain the different dishes and their ingredients to me and gave me valuable recommendations. Their enthusiasm and expertise really enriched my visit. Fit Kitchen is the ideal place for everyone who pays attention to their diet but doesn't want to miss out on taste. The selection is huge, the quality of the food is first class and the service is unbeatable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Fit Kitchen to everyone!

I tried the cheeseburger, chicken pizza, and chicken mozzarella burger, and all were delicious! The chicken salad was tasty and had a generous portion, but I’m skeptical about the 184 calories claimed – 200g of chicken, 100g of sauce, half a bread, salad, grilled mushrooms, and onions surely add up to more. Update: I recently got the chicken wrap and it weighted 440g which is clearly not even close to the estimated calories mentioned on the menu (it can never be 389 kcal). Please either remove the nutrition facts or update them to be more accurate!

I ordered here often and even though mistakes kept happening (forgotten fries, etc.) I was a big fan. Unfortunately, the Chili Cheese Burger has recently had a kind of curry sauce on it (apparently it's new and now on all burgers) that doesn't go with it at all fits and ruins the taste of the burger. Otherwise cool shop, healthy and mostly very good food, but I won't order burgers again.

Placed an order via Uber Eats. The order was accepted, put in ‘In Progress’ status. More than 20 minutes I got a notice that they could not fulfil the order and it was automatically cancelled. At that time I could no longer get a meal via Uber Eats as most good restaurants were closed. Disrespectful.

The food was really great and fits perfectly into my calorie plan. Always fresh and something new on the menu. The atmosphere is also super, very modern and pleasant. The employees are very accommodating and they often give you something free as a thank you. Always happy and only recommended.

I've always enjoyed eating there, but have now had two experiences (out of 5) that are truly incredible. The most recent: you order a menu and the side dish is charged extra. What's more: when it comes to paying, the cashier or cashier doesn't seem to be able to calculate correctly, so you would have happily paid two euros too much. (So ​​on top of the extra charge, which was included) I've learned and won't go there anymore. If you decide to eat there, I recommend checking the bill two or three times and not being in a hurry.

The falafel was inedible. I threw it away. The BBQ burger was good, but the bun was not good. The beef mango wrap was okay, but everything had waaay too much sauce! The wrap was mostly sauce and almost NO vegetables. I thought this place was supposed to be healthy? How can you be healthy with no vegetables. - the photos are misleading. My boyfriend asked if the wraps have sauce on them, and the cashier said no. So he bought sauce, just to find out that they were covered in sauce!! I originally gave one star, but I am happy that the restaurant tried to make amends and fix the problem.

Found it by chance and it tasted really delicious. Fresh and homemade. I'd love to come back. Very nice lady in service who rocked everything by herself at the front.

In the menu, all dishes are described with calorie counts, which I think is pretty cool. The burgers are incredibly tasty and since they are low in calories, you won't even feel bad after eating them. You can choose between pizza, burgers and wraps. The homemade lemonades were also very good. The atmosphere is nice and there is space. Price-performance is top! I cannot recommend fit kitchen. I ordered a mango beef burger without cheese and onions. The waitress asked again what I didn't want on it, but a burger with cheese and onions came anyway. When I complained about it, the burger came back 2 minutes later, the onion was simply collected, the patty was supposedly remade, but unfortunately it was black in some places. It's a shame because the sauce was delicious. The sweet potato fries were also mostly black or mushy (maybe this is due to the hot air fryer?). If the sweet potato fries are inedible, I don't need calorie information on the menu.

Simple restaurant but didn't seem very inviting. The service seemed very annoyed with the work. Starter 4/10 roll halves with herb butter, too little herb butter to the ratio of the bread. Chili Cheeseburger 6/10 the burger bun was very soft, the patty was slightly charred but not too bad, the sauce on the burger was very good. Due to the hot air fryer, some of the fries were very mushy and some were too hard.

The 2 stars are for the Chicken Avocado Burger, which is quite good. Everything else not so much. We waited almost 1.5 hours for food, we were there promptly at 7 p.m. and got the food just before 8:30 p.m. The service was more overwhelmed than competent, coleslaw ordered twice because it was forgotten the first time, unfortunately never received. False information that there were probably no more wraps but the people behind us were able to order some???, fries were mediocre and quite dry. Otherwise a cool concept.

My best friend and I really come here often. The food never disappoints. On the contrary, everything always tastes great. Pizza 10/10 Burger (Suburb) 9/10 Wrap 9.5/10 The only thing that became too expensive for me in the long run were the drinks prices. As often as we are there, we have now made it a habit not to order drinks with our meals. €3.80 is simply too expensive for me in the long run.

The second time they gave me the money back, but the girl was incapable of putting herself in my shoes - I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy and needed to eat. The place isn't top notch, I think there are nicer Starbucks, and the music is terrible. It's a shame because the food isn't bad and the portions are big, but honestly I don't want to go back to a place where they forget to bring me my order, don't serve me well, aren't nice and don't have good music has. Good idea, taste-wise a disaster. Fries were soggy, Birger was way too seasoned and everything was cold.

Food is good, the items are well described, even with contents of calories, carbohydrates, protein and fat. Taste good, selection OK. We try to prepare delicious dishes with low carb dough and they succeed. The ambience is very simple and it is self-service. Price wise it is reasonable.

I've only ever eaten on site, but I haven't been around for a while. I like the new design of the facility even better than before. The food, especially the wraps, burgers and pizzas, are still my favorites downtown. The concept is excellently clever and good, as the "fast food" is not heavy on the stomach and also tastes good, which motivates me to come back. The service is also good as they can respond to needs and requests and arrange them. I am very satisfied and convinced that I want to eat there again (I realize that unfortunately, thanks to too many Lieferando and Co orders, you also have to have some patience and understanding - but for me it is worth looking forward to good food✌🏽:)

The food was good, the staff was very friendly. The order took too long for such a setup (around 40 mins!) and we ordered just a wrap and a burger; they seemed very busy with the delivery guys picking up food (we were there Fri at 19:30 hrs, so probably one of the busiest times). It's not very expensive, the burger was good, but not so good that I would want to go back just for that (but then I am yet to find an amazing burger place in Frankfurt :-/). We might try it again for other options on the menu, or maybe just get a delivery ;-)

Was ordered through Wolt. The burger and its quality was a disgrace to health, raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. Never again!!! I can't understand the positive reviews here.

How else can I describe it other than I've been hanging on the bowl since the visit. Absolutely NO GO! I guess the chicken wasn't cooked through, the store wasn't full and the service was stressed. A very, very horrible experience.

Cheese Burger was ok but nothing special really and small size. French fries were semi warm even though the food was just coming straight from the kitchen. Too much time between order and food serve. 35 minutes is too long. Waitress was friendly but not trained enough. So seem the kitchen. I ordered earlier than the couple next to me but got the food served later. They also had smiliar food. Credit/Debit card wasn't accepted. Will not go again.

So wo fang ich an. Generell ist das Essen dort in Ordnung und ne super low Carb Alternative. Aber wenn man etwas bestellt muss man würfeln ob das Essen zugestellt wird. Hab von 10 Bestellungen 5 mal ohne Kommentar oder Information storniert bekommen. Jedes gegen 20 Uhr bestellt also genug Zeit bis Lieferschluss. Dann wird eine Lieferzeit von 70 Minuten angegeben und 5 Minuten vor Zustellung storniert. Ganz ekelhafte Geschäfts gebaren. Essensqualität, ist okay nicht herausragend. Süskartoffel Pommes sind meist mies und alle Burger sind Müll.

Absolutley not recommendable. It may be a good option if you go low carb. But Deliverys are just luck. 10 Orders 5 times it got cancelled. They do not deliever nor inform you about your status. They just say it takes 80 Minutes then wait and then Cancel so that you cant look for an alternative. If you call them they just hang up and are incredible rude.

Hier werden auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen. Der Koch super sympathisch. Ich: „Bekomm ich eine Pizza ohne Tomatensauce?“ Er: Ja, natürlich.“ Er hat mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert, kaum zu glauben, dass das noch Low Carb ist. Dieser Laden lässt Pizza Herzen höher schlagen…

Das Essen war auf jeden fall mal was anderes wie man es gewöhnt ist, hat aber leider etwas länger auf sich warten lassen. Service war ganz okay, ich glaube es gab zum Zeitpunkt des besuchs einfach etwas stress. Leider ist das essen auch nicht ganz so angekommen wie wir es bestellt hatten, war aber dennoch völlig okay, und ich bin mir sicher wenn wir was gesagt hätten wäre es korrigiert worden. Die Süßkartoffel pommes waren leider auch nicht unbedingt der burner aber Satt hat das Essen definitiv gemacht! Preislich war ich sehr begeistert, die Menüs die zu bestimmten Tageszeiten angeboten werden sind ihr geld total wert!

Super Konzept zu fairen Preisen. Das Konzept, Fast Food in gesünder und proteinreich anzubieten, gefällt mir sehr gut. Dazu war das Essen echt lecker. Ich hatte einen Mango-Beef-Wrap im Mittagsmenü mit einer Leckeren Limo und hab nicht mehr bezahlt, als in einem herkömmlichen Restaurant. Dazu gleich mal schnell die Proteine gedeckt.

Sehr leckeres Essen, frisch zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Wir hatten den Chicken Wrap -einmal mit und einmal ohne Avocado und eine Portion Pommes aus der Heißluftfritteuse. Für gesundheits- und fitnessbewusste erste Adresse für gutes Essen. Auf der Speisekarte findest fu sämtliche detaillierte Nährwertangaben👍klare Empfehlung 😊 Liegt nur leider etwas "versteckt " in einer Seitenstraße.

맛있는 점심 한 끼 식사를 했습니다. 햄버거, 감자튀김, 콜라를 주문했고 총 11유로였습니다. 무엇보다 포크, 나이프를 제공해주어 손을 더럽히지 않고 식사를 한 점이 가장 인상적이었습니다. 프랑크푸르트 Zeil시내 근처라는 점을 고려하고 맥도날드랑 비슷한 가격이란 것을 고려했을 때 굉장히 합리적인 가격입니다. 햄버거는 맛있었으나, 감자튀김이 따듯하지 않아서 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 더 풍부한 햄버거 속과 더 맛있는 콜라, 맥도날드보다 더 좋은 재료를 사용했다는 느낌이 있어 전체적으로 만족스러운 가게입니다. 앞으로 자주 방문할 것 같습니다.

Nettes Restaurant und leckeres Essen :) genau das Richtige, wenn man ein gesundes oder zumindest kalorienarmes Restaurant sucht

Wir sind durch Zufall heute hier gelandet. Wir waren zu viert und waren alle wirklich begeistert. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch und man kriegt für einen wirklich unschlagbaren Preis (Mittags Menü Angebot) auch eine gute Portion, die satt macht. Ich hatte den vegetarischen Burger mit falafel patty und es war einer der besten Burger die ich je hatte - das patty war unglaublich saftig und das Brot frisch, weich und gleichzeitig knackig. Große Empfehlung!

Die Burger und die Wraps schmecken einfach klasse! Salat auch sehr frisch und lecker. Die Limonaden auch top. Also wer sich gesund ernähren will und sein Proteinbedarf decken will, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir haben heute Abend bei Fit Kitchen bestellt. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Tolles Essen mit sehr gutem Geschmack und gute Nährwerte. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Einfach nur wow mega lecker und nahezu perfekt

Sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt ein großes Angebot, wodurch hier immer für jeden etwas dabei ist und das Essen schmeckt immer sehr sehr gut. Alle Zutaten sind hier bewusst ausgewählt und neben den Nährstoffen und Kalorien auch angegeben. Die Hausgemachte Limonade ist sogar Zero und schmeckt einfach super lecker. Ein perfektes Gesamtpaket, welches selbst meine Freunde beeindruckt hat, die mit Fitness nichts am Hut haben.

Leider ist das Essen bei der Lieferung schlecht. Man bekommt immer die Hälfte, teilweise kalt und nicht gut! Man zahlt aber die Portionen sind echt klein. Vor allem Preise sind angestiegen! Ist Gesund aber lieber sünden und ordentlich satt werden als viel zahlen und wenig erhalten. Die Bemerkungen in den Bestellungen werden nie gelesen wie “ Süsskartoffeln würzen”! Bestelle nicht mehr hier für Quantität, Qualität und Preisverhältniss!!!!

Wir sind auf das Restaurant gestossen, da es auf der Speisekarte die Nährwerte der Speisen hat, was perfekt für einen Diabetiker ist. Dies blieb jedoch nicht der einzig posititive Punkt. Neben den Nährwertangaben, wird bei jeder Speise wert darauf gelegt, dass die Speisen "fit" und gesund sind und zugleich sehr lecker! Was kein Widerspruch in sich ist. Die Wraps und Pizzen sind wirklich weltklasse, geschmacklich 1A und dazu noch gesund (und low carb!), sogar die Pizzen. Gerne möchten wir noch erwähnen, dass der Servicemitarbeiter wirklich freundlich, locker und nett war. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr sehr gerne wieder!
