Very tasty burgers and I come here often, but the ambience was much nicer than this clinical white one. The food is sometimes not quite as warm, but that's okay because it's very tasty. The food is super delicious! The homemade drinks too. Unfortunately the tables were not tidied and wiped clean. The waitress walked past the “dirty” tables several times and did not prepare them for the next guests. Unfortunately, there were also trays on the tables, so you didn't feel comfortable sitting down at a table to eat.

Burger itself was really tasty unfortunately I had an extremely long black hair in my burger (not so appetizing) In addition, the fries were completely cold, the service also left a lot to be desired - the ladies were just on their cell phones and had no interest in the customers

A really nice experience! Good music, location and design. We had the beef pizza and a chili cheese burger, with coleslaw and chilli cheese sweet potato fries as sides. Everything was incredibly tasty and you could also tell that it was healthy (~1700 kcal in total). The waiting time isn't the shortest, but it's absolutely justified if you get fresh food. It is the best store for people who are either looking after their figure or trying to lose weight. We will definitely come a few more times!

The idea behind it is very good and I find the calorie and protein information very good and important, as well as the careful and conscious selection of the ingredients (5 stars). In theory it sounds great, but when it comes to implementation it unfortunately fails at some points. The patty was completely raw on the inside (which was fixed after sending it back) but the bun was a bit dry and already cold when it arrived and the selection of food was also very limited. The concept is brilliant and in my opinion it should be expanded and not just limited to burgers.

‼️Inaccurate nutrition facts on the menu‼️ I ordered a chicken salad which is listed at 184 kcal, but with 200g of chicken, 100ml sauce, bread, and other ingredients—this seems unrealistic. Similarly, the chicken wrap weighed 440g but is listed as only 389 kcal. While I appreciate the generous portions, the lack of consistency in nutritional information is concerning for those who rely on it. When I raised these concerns, the restaurant explained that portion sizes can vary due to chef generosity, which only adds to the inconsistency!! That said, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend the restaurant but hope they address the consistency of their nutritional facts. Once this is resolved, I’d be happy to update my rating further.

If you want to eat some healthier fast food, then you've come to the right place. The burger bun was really tasty - considering it's low carb :-) Burgers & wraps were both delicious... We'll definitely be back.

The service was good the maid was very polite and nice, the food however was cold and lacked so much flavor, the chicken was very like not fresh??? And the sauces were super cold ? i went there with some friends and the service wasn't great, we had to order ourselves at the counter and the waitress wasn't friendly, she made me overpay and didn't want to give me my money back before she called her boss. on top of that my food arrives 15min after everyone elses.when I demandes my minet at the end she said once more that her boss didn't respond and when I told her that wasn't normal she finally have me the money, insulting le in german ( she taught I didn't know...) i dont recommend this place as there is a burger place next door with better prices

Ordered through Wolt. Unfortunately, fit kitchen has declined significantly over the last 2.5 years. The prices have been raised significantly in some cases, which is still okay. However, the quality has become even worse. I gave it one last chance, but unfortunately I was disappointed again. The fries are soggy, the cheese is dried out and instead of the usual minced meat, a burger patty was crumbled and put on the chili cheese fries. Partly still pink and very dry. The lettuce on the burger looked like it had been in sauce since yesterday. The food arrived lukewarm and not cold like the last few times.

We ordered food from Fit Kitchen to the hotel, so we can't comment on the service and ambience. But even more so for the phenomenal pizza. The base is crispy and tastes great! We enjoyed it fantastically and we're absolutely sad that we're not from Frankfurt and can't order pizza there every week. I don't think I've ever eaten a whole pizza and still felt good afterwards and didn't have a stone in my stomach! Fit Kitchen, great concept, keep it up and think about expanding to Stuttgart ;)

These foods provide low calorie through reduced/less carbohydrate contents. For Ketos, fats or oils are not bad. BUT FOR ME, I don't find their food oily, fatty, or greasy at all. •SERVICE: The staffs are very nice & friendly. I once ordered online for take out but the app didn't function well, so there was a delay. The lady still helped me get my order as fast as possible. But I think, what they need to improve is the number of staffs. I think, there must be at least 2 persons at the service area. 1 person taking the order, & the other, serving the order. Since there's only 1 staff doing everything, it takes a bit long to get the orders & there's no one who cleans the tables after the customers leave. Also, customers must at least help maintain their tables clean to at least help the staff who's working alone. •ATMOSPHERE: For me, the place is quiet, nice & cozy. It's a nice place to hang out with friends or to have time for yourself alone.

The food was quite good, but that was less so. In 2024 you should only pay in cash and if you use a card, then only the old-fashioned German Girocard. You probably don’t necessarily need customers. Food preparation takes a long time. And although you take a menu, there is no mention of extra costs for some side dishes. I won't go there again.

I ordered here often and even though mistakes kept happening (forgotten fries, etc.) I was a big fan. Unfortunately, the Chili Cheese Burger has recently had a kind of curry sauce on it (apparently it's new and now on all burgers) that doesn't go with it at all fits and ruins the taste of the burger. Otherwise cool shop, healthy and mostly very good food, but I won't order burgers again.

Placed an order via Uber Eats. The order was accepted, put in ‘In Progress’ status. More than 20 minutes I got a notice that they could not fulfil the order and it was automatically cancelled. At that time I could no longer get a meal via Uber Eats as most good restaurants were closed. Disrespectful.

What's more: when it comes to paying, the cashier or cashier doesn't seem to be able to calculate correctly, so you would have happily paid two euros too much. (So ​​on top of the extra charge, which was included) I've learned and won't go there anymore. If you decide to eat there, I recommend checking the bill two or three times and not being in a hurry.

The food was really great and fits perfectly into my calorie plan. Always fresh and something new on the menu. The atmosphere is also super, very modern and pleasant. The employees are very accommodating and they often give you something free as a thank you. Always happy and only recommended.

The falafel was inedible. I threw it away. The BBQ burger was good, but the bun was not good. The beef mango wrap was okay, but everything had waaay too much sauce! The wrap was mostly sauce and almost NO vegetables. I thought this place was supposed to be healthy? How can you be healthy with no vegetables. - the photos are misleading. My boyfriend asked if the wraps have sauce on them, and the cashier said no. So he bought sauce, just to find out that they were covered in sauce!! I originally gave one star, but I am happy that the restaurant tried to make amends and fix the problem.

I cannot recommend fit kitchen. I ordered a mango beef burger without cheese and onions. The waitress asked again what I didn't want on it, but a burger with cheese and onions came anyway. When I complained about it, the burger came back 2 minutes later, the onion was simply collected, the patty was supposedly remade, but unfortunately it was black in some places. It's a shame because the sauce was delicious. The sweet potato fries were also mostly black or mushy (maybe this is due to the hot air fryer?). If the sweet potato fries are inedible, I don't need calorie information on the menu.

We waited almost 1.5 hours for food, we were there promptly at 7 p.m. and got the food just before 8:30 p.m. The service was more overwhelmed than competent, coleslaw ordered twice because it was forgotten the first time, unfortunately never received. False information that there were probably no more wraps but the people behind us were able to order some???, fries were mediocre and quite dry. Otherwise a cool concept.
