It's okay, but a little bit of low carb and an air fryer don't make for healthy food.

The wrap was okay. The homemade drinks were really good. Prices are moderate. The atmosphere is a bit bare and sterile.

The food wasn't exactly a standout. The burger was cold and the fries were lukewarm and undersalted. The value for money could be improved. The taste wasn't impressive either. The service was okay. The ambiance isn't particularly outstanding. A small bar and a few murals. Otherwise, it was more like a snack bar. I wouldn't go back again.

The food was delicious and the restaurant itself was very nice, and we felt very comfortable there. However, there are a few suggestions for improvement. The pizza I ordered was partly dry because there was too little sauce on it, but that's understandable since it's not a "normal" pizza. The service was also very friendly and the staff were very welcoming, but it took about 25 minutes for the food (one pizza) to be ready. Despite these points, I would recommend the restaurant and think it's a good alternative if you're watching your diet.

We ordered through Lieferando. We waited over an hour and a half, even though the pizza arrived ice cold. Absolute disaster, I'm so disappointed. Compensation for such a lousy delivery would be nice.

The wraps are good and filling. The starter rolls were too dry for me. The music in the restaurant was quite loud, which I found unpleasant. You'll be full, but nothing more.

A fat employee was very rude. I work for Uber and was thirsty. When I asked for a glass of water, he gave me a glass that was already used and dirty. That was very disappointing. If employees treat us like that, how are the customers supposed to feel at this restaurant? I expect clean service and respectful treatment from a restaurant – unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

I am probably the biggest regular customer at FitKitchen. I have eaten there at least 200 times in 5 years. I have often had problems with the wrong food etc. but have never complained; I think it is unnecessary as long as I like what is brought to me. I have ordered from there often; the food is always much better in the store, but there is no healthy, good alternative. Today I ordered too, and apparently the audacity cannot be topped. I ordered a beef pizza with an extra fried egg, and it was COMPLETELY RAW. How disgusting! There are no excuses or accidents. They deliberately put a raw egg on the pizza. It's like this: if you order 40 minutes before the store closes, take that! If you hate your job so much, then please stay away from the catering industry, dear kitchen staff. That was the last time I spent a cent there, which is a shame, but you have shot yourself in the foot for good.

Delicious food, exciting concept and fair prices

I really enjoy eating here because I can be sure that healthy ingredients are used, without excessive amounts of flavor enhancers, oil, or sugar. Please bring your time! Especially during peak hours, things don't run smoothly here. While I was waiting for my to-go order, I could see how a single server at the counter had to do everything at once: taking orders, pouring drinks, cashing, bringing ready-made meals to the table, fulfilling special requests, coordinating delivery services—and also clearing tables. That's simply too much for one person and leads to long wait times. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. Unfortunately, it was cold because fresh food isn't under heat lamps. It's a shame; they urgently need to improve their organization. Pros: The food was plentiful and delicious—I particularly enjoyed the chicken salad.

A small, fine restaurant with very friendly staff. The mango beef wrap tasted great. The price (€9.50) is perfectly reasonable for my taste, although I find the small water (0.25 l) a bit overpriced at €3 (deposit notwithstanding, which in most cases is left at the restaurant anyway). I really don’t know how this place had 4.6 maybe because it is in the center. We waited for 2 salads for more than 25 mins. And then they brought salads that had 0 taste, I specified I don’t want any champignons yet they brought one with.

I had high hopes for Fit Kitchen in Frankfurt, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. We ordered two slices of cake - a simple request that ended up taking an unreasonably long time. After waiting for quite a while with no update, we had to go up and remind the waitress, who seemed far more preoccupied with her phone call than attending to customers. A line had formed at the counter, and several people were clearly growing frustrated by the lack of service. The cake quality was shockingly poor. It was stale, and the cheesecake in particular tasted as if the cheese had gone off. The texture was dry, and the chocolate cake flavour resembled cardboard more than anything freshly made. We politely raised this with the staff, hoping for a resolution or at least an apology, but were met with open rudeness. The waitress offered no explanation, no gesture of goodwill not even basic courtesy. It was an unfortunate display of poor customer service on top of an already disappointing food experience. In short, both the service and the product fell far below expectations. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to warn others. I won’t be returning.

I was there on Friday and there was a dead cockroach in front of the toilet. The staff walked past it several times without removing it. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, my experience was still negatively impacted by the behavior of one of the staff members. The server who took my order was more preoccupied with her phone during our conversation than with me as a guest. She didn't listen to me properly, and I had to repeat my order several times. We placed an online order and received an expired product. The dressing was foaming, smelled terribly sour, and tasted accordingly. Upon closer inspection, bubbles kept forming in the dressing. After passing on the information to the restaurant, the employee angrily stated that there had been no complaints about the dressing since this morning and immediately hung up.

A super delicious restaurant if you're watching your calories or just want to eat healthy. The prices are also very reasonable—nothing more than €15. I definitely recommend the pizzas.

Today was my first time at Fit Kitchen. The staff welcomed me warmly and there are several dishes to choose from, from pizza burger wraps to homemade juices. I chose lemon, lime and mint. It tasted fresh and homemade, which is of course delicious. The pizza is delicious too, and everything is homemade, which of course gives it a nice atmosphere.

Low carb and low fat, Food for calorie-conscious, healthy diets, athletes or just because. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Staff was friendly. Menu options available at specific time slots. There are pizzas, wraps, burgers, salads and sometimes desserts as well as homemade lemonades, still/sparkling water, cola, etc. The pizza only had a fork on it, but that worked. Ingredients seemed fresh, except for a few wilted rocket leaves. Salad and pizza tasted good :-) The vegetarian rocket pizza was topped with rocket, tomatoes, grilled vegetables, mushrooms and cheese. The exact ingredients were only in the menu, not on the board, but were answered directly when asked ;-) Toilets available. Payment can be made in cash or with an EC card.

I actually love eating here because of the calorie information to track my calories. However, I recently ordered sweet potato fries to pick up and had to wait 30 minutes for a portion of fries. As if that wasn't enough, I received limp, hard, partly burnt and reheated fries that were inedible. I'm not complaining about a few burnt fries, but about the fact that they weren't even fresh for that waiting time. It was really inedible and if I wasn't in a hurry because I already waited 30 minutes, I would definitely have brought it back. That didn't work at all!

Ordered for collection 3 hours in advance, unfortunately it was only ready almost 30 minutes after the collection period, while other orders were constantly being delivered. So I had to wait there. Food is generally very good. However, it feels like 5 slices of mushrooms on the pizza cost €2 more, so the ratio isn't right. Unfortunately, the wraps weren't marked either; you didn't know which wrap was which without unwrapping each one. Unfortunately, the pizza was still cold and the fries were relatively dry. That was better, we'll try again soon.

Better than expected. You can get a high protein meal and also with low calories. You can pretty much change your menu as you wish. But we were 5 guys and each one of us had fries and they were really bad (they tasted like fries cooked in a microwave). That was so disappointing. My air fryer can do this better. Staff was friendly and so were the customers.

A really nice experience! Good music, location and design. We had the beef pizza and a chili cheese burger, with coleslaw and chilli cheese sweet potato fries as sides. Everything was incredibly tasty and you could also tell that it was healthy (~1700 kcal in total). The waiting time isn't the shortest, but it's absolutely justified if you get fresh food. It is the best store for people who are either looking after their figure or trying to lose weight. We will definitely come a few more times!

The idea behind it is very good and I find the calorie and protein information very good and important, as well as the careful and conscious selection of the ingredients (5 stars). In theory it sounds great, but when it comes to implementation it unfortunately fails at some points. The patty was completely raw on the inside (which was fixed after sending it back) but the bun was a bit dry and already cold when it arrived and the selection of food was also very limited. The concept is brilliant and in my opinion it should be expanded and not just limited to burgers.

‼️Inaccurate nutrition facts on the menu‼️ I ordered a chicken salad which is listed at 184 kcal, but with 200g of chicken, 100ml sauce, bread, and other ingredients—this seems unrealistic. Similarly, the chicken wrap weighed 440g but is listed as only 389 kcal. While I appreciate the generous portions, the lack of consistency in nutritional information is concerning for those who rely on it. When I raised these concerns, the restaurant explained that portion sizes can vary due to chef generosity, which only adds to the inconsistency!! That said, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend the restaurant but hope they address the consistency of their nutritional facts. Once this is resolved, I’d be happy to update my rating further.

i went there with some friends and the service wasn't great, we had to order ourselves at the counter and the waitress wasn't friendly, she made me overpay and didn't want to give me my money back before she called her boss. on top of that my food arrives 15min after everyone elses.when I demandes my minet at the end she said once more that her boss didn't respond and when I told her that wasn't normal she finally have me the money, insulting le in german ( she taught I didn't know...) i dont recommend this place as there is a burger place next door with better prices

Very tasty food with friendly service and a good selection. My friend and I were looking for a place to eat in Frankfurt and came across this pleasant restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, the pizza base is really good and the wrap was deliciously filled. This has become our favorite restaurant and we are looking forward to the next time.
