For the gymrats there is the maximum protein with few carbohydrates and a reasonable price. I can only recommend that everyone go there!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. The waitresses seemed to have absolutely no interest in the guests and spent most of their time on their cell phones scrolling through social media instead of attending to the service. Additionally, there was as little communication as possible, and the waitress avoided making eye contact - which only added to the lack of interest. The food took an extremely long time and arrived incomplete. To make matters worse, the tables were dirty and no care was taken to clean them. Overall a very disappointing experience. We won't go there anymore.

We entered the store and sat down at a dirty table. After we ordered, we asked the waitress to clean the table, which she did, annoyed. We each ordered a burger and a portion of fries. The burgers arrived after a long wait, but without the accompanying fries. After another long wait, soggy fries arrived. These foods provide low calorie through reduced/less carbohydrate contents. For Ketos, fats or oils are not bad. BUT FOR ME, I don't find their food oily, fatty, or greasy at all. •SERVICE: The staffs are very nice & friendly. I once ordered online for take out but the app didn't function well, so there was a delay. The lady still helped me get my order as fast as possible. But I think, what they need to improve is the number of staffs. I think, there must be at least 2 persons at the service area. 1 person taking the order, & the other, serving the order. Since there's only 1 staff doing everything, it takes a bit long to get the orders & there's no one who cleans the tables after the customers leave. Also, customers must at least help maintain their tables clean to at least help the staff who's working alone. •ATMOSPHERE: For me, the place is quiet, nice & cozy. It's a nice place to hang out with friends or to have time for yourself alone.

Unacceptable waiting time for a burger and fries of over 20 minutes. The fries were apparently heated in an air fryer and only narrowly escaped the ultimate mummification. The homemade lemonade (orange/mango) tasted clearly of sweetener.

The food was quite good, but that was less so. In 2024 you should only pay in cash and if you use a card, then only the old-fashioned German Girocard. You probably don’t necessarily need customers. Food preparation takes a long time. And although you take a menu, there is no mention of extra costs for some side dishes. I won't go there again.

I've been there a few times and have been very satisfied...so far. We wanted to order directly at the cash register but the employee said we can sit down and she'll come to us. After about 15 minutes of waiting (the restaurant was empty, only... 2 tables with guests and they have already eaten) my friend said, he asks what's going on. However, what made my visit to Fit Kitchen particularly memorable was the outstanding service. The cashier who served me was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted with a beaming smile. She took the time to explain the different dishes and their ingredients to me and gave me valuable recommendations. Their enthusiasm and expertise really enriched my visit. Fit Kitchen is the ideal place for everyone who pays attention to their diet but doesn't want to miss out on taste. The selection is huge, the quality of the food is first class and the service is unbeatable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Fit Kitchen to everyone!

I tried the cheeseburger, chicken pizza, and chicken mozzarella burger, and all were delicious! The chicken salad was tasty and had a generous portion, but I’m skeptical about the 184 calories claimed – 200g of chicken, 100g of sauce, half a bread, salad, grilled mushrooms, and onions surely add up to more. Update: I recently got the chicken wrap and it weighted 440g which is clearly not even close to the estimated calories mentioned on the menu (it can never be 389 kcal). Please either remove the nutrition facts or update them to be more accurate!

I ordered here often and even though mistakes kept happening (forgotten fries, etc.) I was a big fan. Unfortunately, the Chili Cheese Burger has recently had a kind of curry sauce on it (apparently it's new and now on all burgers) that doesn't go with it at all fits and ruins the taste of the burger. Otherwise cool shop, healthy and mostly very good food, but I won't order burgers again.

Placed an order via Uber Eats. The order was accepted, put in ‘In Progress’ status. More than 20 minutes I got a notice that they could not fulfil the order and it was automatically cancelled. At that time I could no longer get a meal via Uber Eats as most good restaurants were closed. Disrespectful.

The falafel was inedible. I threw it away. The BBQ burger was good, but the bun was not good. The beef mango wrap was okay, but everything had waaay too much sauce! The wrap was mostly sauce and almost NO vegetables. I thought this place was supposed to be healthy? How can you be healthy with no vegetables. - the photos are misleading. My boyfriend asked if the wraps have sauce on them, and the cashier said no. So he bought sauce, just to find out that they were covered in sauce!! I originally gave one star, but I am happy that the restaurant tried to make amends and fix the problem.

I cannot recommend fit kitchen. I ordered a mango beef burger without cheese and onions. The waitress asked again what I didn't want on it, but a burger with cheese and onions came anyway. When I complained about it, the burger came back 2 minutes later, the onion was simply collected, the patty was supposedly remade, but unfortunately it was black in some places. It's a shame because the sauce was delicious. The sweet potato fries were also mostly black or mushy (maybe this is due to the hot air fryer?). If the sweet potato fries are inedible, I don't need calorie information on the menu.

The 2 stars are for the Chicken Avocado Burger, which is quite good. Everything else not so much. We waited almost 1.5 hours for food, we were there promptly at 7 p.m. and got the food just before 8:30 p.m. The service was more overwhelmed than competent, coleslaw ordered twice because it was forgotten the first time, unfortunately never received. False information that there were probably no more wraps but the people behind us were able to order some???, fries were mediocre and quite dry. Otherwise a cool concept.

Pizza 10/10 Burger (Suburb) 9/10 Wrap 9.5/10 The only thing that became too expensive for me in the long run were the drinks prices. I've only ever eaten on site, but I haven't been around for a while. I like the new design of the facility even better than before. The food, especially the wraps, burgers and pizzas, are still my favorites downtown. The concept is excellently clever and good, as the "fast food" is not heavy on the stomach and also tastes good, which motivates me to come back. The service is also good as they can respond to needs and requests and arrange them. I am very satisfied and convinced that I want to eat there again (I realize that unfortunately, thanks to too many Lieferando and Co orders, you also have to have some patience and understanding - but for me it is worth looking forward to good food✌🏽:)

The food was good, the staff was very friendly. The order took too long for such a setup (around 40 mins!) and we ordered just a wrap and a burger; they seemed very busy with the delivery guys picking up food (we were there Fri at 19:30 hrs, so probably one of the busiest times). It's not very expensive, the burger was good, but not so good that I would want to go back just for that (but then I am yet to find an amazing burger place in Frankfurt :-/). We might try it again for other options on the menu, or maybe just get a delivery ;-)

Cheese Burger was ok but nothing special really and small size. French fries were semi warm even though the food was just coming straight from the kitchen. Too much time between order and food serve. 35 minutes is too long. Waitress was friendly but not trained enough. So seem the kitchen. I ordered earlier than the couple next to me but got the food served later. They also had smiliar food. Credit/Debit card wasn't accepted. Will not go again.

So wo fang ich an. Generell ist das Essen dort in Ordnung und ne super low Carb Alternative. Aber wenn man etwas bestellt muss man würfeln ob das Essen zugestellt wird. Hab von 10 Bestellungen 5 mal ohne Kommentar oder Information storniert bekommen. Jedes gegen 20 Uhr bestellt also genug Zeit bis Lieferschluss. Dann wird eine Lieferzeit von 70 Minuten angegeben und 5 Minuten vor Zustellung storniert. Ganz ekelhafte Geschäfts gebaren. Essensqualität, ist okay nicht herausragend. Süskartoffel Pommes sind meist mies und alle Burger sind Müll.

Absolutley not recommendable. It may be a good option if you go low carb. But Deliverys are just luck. 10 Orders 5 times it got cancelled. They do not deliever nor inform you about your status. They just say it takes 80 Minutes then wait and then Cancel so that you cant look for an alternative. If you call them they just hang up and are incredible rude.

Hier werden auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen. Der Koch super sympathisch. Ich: „Bekomm ich eine Pizza ohne Tomatensauce?“ Er: Ja, natürlich.“ Er hat mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert, kaum zu glauben, dass das noch Low Carb ist. Dieser Laden lässt Pizza Herzen höher schlagen…

Super Konzept zu fairen Preisen. Das Konzept, Fast Food in gesünder und proteinreich anzubieten, gefällt mir sehr gut. Dazu war das Essen echt lecker. Ich hatte einen Mango-Beef-Wrap im Mittagsmenü mit einer Leckeren Limo und hab nicht mehr bezahlt, als in einem herkömmlichen Restaurant. Dazu gleich mal schnell die Proteine gedeckt.

Das Essen war auf jeden fall mal was anderes wie man es gewöhnt ist, hat aber leider etwas länger auf sich warten lassen. Service war ganz okay, ich glaube es gab zum Zeitpunkt des besuchs einfach etwas stress. Leider ist das essen auch nicht ganz so angekommen wie wir es bestellt hatten, war aber dennoch völlig okay, und ich bin mir sicher wenn wir was gesagt hätten wäre es korrigiert worden. Die Süßkartoffel pommes waren leider auch nicht unbedingt der burner aber Satt hat das Essen definitiv gemacht! Preislich war ich sehr begeistert, die Menüs die zu bestimmten Tageszeiten angeboten werden sind ihr geld total wert!

Sehr leckeres Essen, frisch zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Wir hatten den Chicken Wrap -einmal mit und einmal ohne Avocado und eine Portion Pommes aus der Heißluftfritteuse. Für gesundheits- und fitnessbewusste erste Adresse für gutes Essen. Auf der Speisekarte findest fu sämtliche detaillierte Nährwertangaben👍klare Empfehlung 😊 Liegt nur leider etwas "versteckt " in einer Seitenstraße.
