Brunch was okay, personally I think breakfast was better. Unfortunately our table wasn't ideal, too small for four people. Service was great.

A very nice restaurant. We had a big party there and everyone enjoyed it there. The mixed platter is very tasty and there is something for everyone. You could also enjoy the European Championships on a large television. The atmosphere was very good. This restaurant is highly recommended!

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The warm food was a bit too dry for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back.

We celebrated my father-in-law's 70th birthday today at the Golden Brown. I arrived with my wife a little early to decorate the table. It was discovered that somehow there was no reservation. That was a shock at first. But the owner acted quickly to organize a bit and the table was already there with white tablecloths and candles. Thanks to the whole team. You are warmly welcomed by the entire staff and everyone is looked after very well throughout the day, no one is left out, not even the little ones. The brunch is already at a good level at first glance, but when you look closely, three things stand out: the live cooking station, the chocolate fountain and, as a highlight, the suckling pig, which rounds off the brunch perfectly at 12:00 p.m. and the whole thing is good level to a high level. Finally, all we can say is thank you for the lovely day. We'll be back and it won't be the last time we've been there.

The food used to be much better. Really a shame! I enjoyed going there 3 years ago. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly.

I went to Golden Brown for brunch with my family on Sunday. The ambience is absolutely great. Very stylish and furnished with an eye for detail. We felt comfortable there from the first second. A nice highlight was that the owner sat down with us for a short and very interesting conversation. You can tell that this restaurant is run with a lot of love and that not only is the owner living his dream, but also that the staff is incredibly nice and courteous and does their job with love. I will definitely come back and would like to thank you again for a wonderful time.

Beautifully decorated. Very good breakfast buffet with a great selection of hot and cold dishes. My highlights: Live cooking and chocolate fountain. Fresh food and very nice staff. All around wonderful.

On Friday, January 3rd, we had an extremely unpleasant experience in this bar around 11:30 p.m. Although the website said it was supposed to be open until 1 a.m., after less than 30 minutes of staying, we were asked to leave without a good reason. When we asked, a waitress told us in an unfriendly tone that we “don’t make enough sales” and that it would therefore close earlier. This behavior is unacceptable. Treating customers this way shows that neither service nor customer satisfaction play a role here. Absolutely disappointing and definitely not again

On January 3rd (Friday) around 11:30 p.m. my colleague and I were kicked out of the bar after less than 30 minutes of staying. This is despite the website stating that it closes at 1am on Friday. When we raised the objection, a waitress loudly said that we "don't make enough sales" and that's why we're closing early. The customer service was woefully inadequate and it is disappointing how little emphasis is placed on long-term customer satisfaction. We were looking forward to a pleasant evening, but were very disappointed. Absolutely not recommended!

Were here for Sunday brunch. Just under 30 euros per person. A rich buffet with cold and warm dishes, from sweet to savory. Scrambled eggs or omelettes freshly prepared as desired. Suckling pig was served at 12, almost all of them at 12:30 because it was so good :) Drinks unfortunately not included (except 0.1 orange juice or sparkling wine as a welcome) and a bit expensive. But all in all a very good brunch.

Hello everyone, Our spontaneous visit as a group of four without a reservation was no problem. We ate hamburgers and pizza and will try other treats soon. You can eat pizza and hamburgers everywhere. But here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The waitress Klaudia was always immediately present and rounded off the whole thing with her charming manner..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took hamburgers with me for my son, which he also really enjoyed. We celebrated our daughter's baptism in the UK. Both we and our guests were very satisfied. Preparation, food, ambience, everything was great! Gladly again!

I recently had an unforgettable Sunday brunch at Golden Brown, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The smoked thinly sliced meat laid out on the bar top was phenomenal—definitely one of the best things I’ve tasted in Berlin. Surprisingly, they also served lasagna, which turned out to be an unexpected delight for brunch. But the true standout? The chicken wings—hands down some of the best I’ve had anywhere in Europe! The experience didn’t stop there. The live omelette station, with a chef preparing your dish right in front of you, added an extra touch of excitement and quality to the meal. To top it off, we managed to snag a last-minute reservation cancellation, but typically you’ll need a booking as this place is understandably popular. For three of us, the total came to under €100, which is an incredible value for the quality of food and service we received. I can’t recommend Golden Brown enough if you’re in Berlin—make sure to grab a reservation, and you’re in for an amazing meal!

I love Golden Brown and the food is really, really good, but the prices have gone up a lot. I find it very strange that the price for a Lillet Berry does not match the drinks menu, although we pointed this out to the staff several times, nothing was changed. And you are welcome to write your comments underneath as you like. The fact is that we paid more than what was shown on the card. And I think it's a shame that the drink contains more Berry than Lillet. Asking for breakfast for two people for €34 is incomprehensible to me. It's a shame, I always enjoyed being with you.

We enjoyed a very tasty brunch buffet. The service was also very good. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere.

Nice restaurant and nice service. You were pleasantly welcomed. The small playground is also great when the children can no longer sit still. Eggplant was a bit too firm to the bite, the warm dishes (sausages, bacon, braised beef) were unfortunately too salty, lasagne was very tough and dry and there wasn't a large selection. Suckling pig was good. For 25€ per person one expects more. Wouldn't necessarily go there again.

The pizza was very good and the caesar salad was ok. Of course it is very hard to find a good caesar salad in Berlin. The service and the atmosphere are very nice. Good casual place for a nice meal, try it.

I was there at the buffet. The food tastes good and the value for money is right. The champagne reception, chocolate fountain and pancakes are good, for example. The baked rolls, chicken wings and generally the warm food are a bit simple and don't have much taste. There was no suckling pig.

Marin, the waiter who served us throughout the evening, was incredibly personable, courteous and made everyone at the table laugh. We would love to come here again!!

I had a fabulous experience at this restaurant. I called in advance to see if they had wifi and mentioned I needed to work on my laptop. They reserved a table for me specifically with an outlet nearby. The waitress who took my call walked me right to the table. The bartender and the waitress both were so nice about me having to look at the ingredients on the Maltzbier. ( This is no small thing! I am highly allergic to artificial caramel color and I been given an evil eye or refused when asking to look at an ingredients label for a beverage or balsamic vinegrette). I had deliberated between 2 or 3 dishes.And it was just amazing to have the waitress confidently recommend a meal for me which was so good! The Italian burger. Perfect pesto sauce, mozzarella, with chibatta bread bun!! I ordered it with the sweet potato fries which were delicious... Another waiter or me.It was the cook Even mentioned that I should try the wedges the potato wedges. He had "pairings" suggestions ( potato sides) for the different burgers. The staff clearly get along with each other.There was a nice comoradory. They talked about how much effort the owner puts into the world cup.... They talked about it just being an incredible amount of work, but but absolutely good for business. Just a side note: The photos on the website do not do this restaurant justice... I was a pleasantly surprised to arrive at the restaurant and have it be way nicer than I had expected based on the photos. The waitress and bar tender spoke english very well. I speak german, but this might be important for others who are visiting.

2.5* A few days ago I ate the best nachos con pollo here, then a few days later the worst! Continuity doesn't seem to be particularly important here. It's a shame, otherwise a nice atmosphere.

The employee who served us seemed like a "squirrel on ecstasy"... 😅 He was undoubtedly very friendly and very service oriented. ☝️☝️☝️ Nevertheless, he mixed up orders and brought (not just us) something different than what was ordered. Don't worry, there was no problem getting what you ordered... But the following question concerns me: What was wrong with the young man? He was noticeably jittery, unfocused, "nervous", jumpy... 🤔🤔🤔 Fortunately, a friendly person, but if several orders arrive incorrectly at the guests (then [have to] be corrected and the guests receive their correct order): this is economically intended and in the spirit of a good company that is beautifully designed, clean and tidy, Offers delicious food and has a good selection of drinks...🤔🤔🤔 My thoughts will not seriously stop me from being a guest there again!☝️ However, I will try not to sit in the young man's work area...🤷🏼🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏻🫣🙃

Where I saw the prices for drinks... I couldn't believe my eyes, for 0.4 liters of Coca-Cola 5.50 euros, no thanks, that's 13.75 euros for a liter, I do NOT support something like that !!! I understand that drinks in restaurants always cost more, but I certainly don't support that. Food wasn't any cheaper compared to other restaurants. Unfortunately we got up and left. This is a rip off for me. I thought that drinks were more expensive in Mallorca, NO!! are not, between 1.50 euros and 2 euros cheaper.

Great restaurant. I was there for the Croatia vs. Italy game. All completely in Croatia colors. Unfortunately, they had an unfortunate exit. The restaurant is an absolute recommendation.

A very pleasant and friendly boss. I usually only know the shop from walking past, but yesterday after the long lockdown we felt like going in somewhere again. The store spoke to us straight away. It was relatively full and there were TVs outside. It ran ⚽. The awnings were down and it looked like it was raining, so we could have sat in the dry. But I will definitely go there more often. Brunch is really good there. I haven't seen such a good buffet in a long time. Update July 2024 My shop is not just for watching football. Great atmosphere, delicious food, large selection, chic shop, friendly staff, easy to reach. Simply comfortable and reasonably priced.

We were there for the European Championships, the boss is terrific. Makes everyone happy, organizes places and tables, and also makes sure that all guests are served. Drinks were brought very quickly despite the shop and garden being full. We'll be back, even after the European Championships 😊

Nice location, also for celebrations. Was a little chaotic on our first visit because they were busy with a buffet. And my food came wrong. But there were several apologies and a free drink. Very nice team and nice boss. It was delicious. A beautiful location inside and out.

What a great shop, again found by chance and highly recommended. Steffi accompanied us at the table with incredibly nice and attentive service. The food was incredibly good and the egg dishes were freshly prepared to order. A great shop that is recommended.

Today we went to watch the European Championship game with the whole family and the children. The adults had great fun, they had a perfect view of the TV to watch the game and ate deliciously and the children had fun in the play area of ​​the restaurant, so we parents were also very relaxed and could eat in peace and watch the football game I would love to visit the restaurant again 👍

I've been to Golden Brown several times. Otherwise generally satisfied. Unfortunately, we encountered a very unfriendly service person at the European Championship evening between Croatia and Spain. The service staff was divided. No one in sight on our side. After I, as a pregnant woman with a visible belly, couldn't order anything inside (since the service staff was divided up), my friend had to argue inside that no one was serving us outside in our area. So a waitress came and took the order very annoyed and also told my friend why there was an open can of beer on the table. So should he put the can he brought with him in his backpack? And thirsty waiting for a very long period of time for the possibility of an order? By the way, there was already a beer bought there from the associated beer stand and an apple spritzer next to it. Nachos could use more cheese. There was also no thank you for tips. Instead, an unfriendly service person who wanted to discuss.

I really don't like the kitchen. I don't really think the price/performance ratio is right. The employees are always friendly but quite disoriented once the store is full. A very positive highlight is the playground directly from the restaurant. Definitely worth considering for families with children.

Went there for brunch today, May 20, 2024. I can really only recommend it. The staff and boss are all very friendly, always smiling and attentive. You can tell that the staff enjoy working here, even if it was a public holiday. We would like to come again. Unfortunately, something like this is becoming increasingly rare in Berlin. Simply great. Eating takes a little too long. Still worth it.

Unfortunately, when eating from the 'asparagus menu', the scrambled eggs only resulted in asparagus from a jar (thin, even pieces). The scrambled eggs were too dry and crumbly for my taste. Service was attentive. Ambiance modern cozy.

Nice location and very child friendly. The service was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately we waited a long time for the food, which was mediocre.

We celebrated our civil wedding at Golden Brown and were absolutely thrilled! Jakov and his team put their heart and soul into it and implemented or even exceeded our every wish. The planning in advance was extremely professional and courteous. From the organization to the decoration of the room to the food and drinks, everything was taken care of so that we could concentrate entirely on our guests on our big day. Even a very short-term change in scheduling and the request for individual drink menus were implemented quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We were also able to send the Golden Brown team a photo of us in advance for processing, which was shown on the display during our celebration. On our big day we were greeted with a champagne reception in the Golden Brown in the morning. Our permanent service contacts introduced themselves personally and assured us that everything would be prepared - great! We then enjoyed an excellent brunch with our families, which was stylishly served on cake stands. The coffee was excellent, the service attentive and courteous. The room we booked was allocated exclusively to us and was pleasantly separated from the other guests. In general, the Golden Brown is very stylishly furnished and perfect for festive occasions. In the evening the same room was available to us again - freshly cleaned, set and decorated. We had a drink with finger food with our friends. Here too, the service and food were impeccable. We were able to party late into the night and, with the support of the staff, had full control over the lighting as well as the music selection and volume. We were able to freely use the screen to display our own pictures. It was a perfect end to a great day. Our guests were so excited that several of our family members and friends would also like to host their next celebration at Golden Brown. And all of this at an excellent price-performance ratio. A clear recommendation!

A nice restaurant, with a very cozy atmosphere, very friendly service and delicious food. I've been there several times, but this time for the first time for breakfast. For my husband there was the “normal” breakfast and for me the Mediterranean one. Very tasty and sufficient. We would love to come back 😉

Very delicious brunch with lots of choice. However, the waiters were a bit strange and I would have liked someone to be at our table more often. We often had to wait a long time until we had the opportunity to order something to drink. The brunch cost 25 euros per person.

Cozy café to relax and eat and refresh yourself

I was in 3 Croatian restaurants over the holidays. Since we had often eaten breakfast/pizza and pasta, we each ordered a grill plate. Unfortunately, that was an unsuccessful "touch" in the menu. The bacon was very soft, the rest of the meat was ok, unfortunately no salad, well... the service was also mediocre, we know it much better. The music is too loud to carry on a normal conversation. The price is too high at €24.50. The food is as above listed were significantly better and so was the service.

Super tasty food, the brunch buffet was well stocked. Sa's service team is very attentive but not too intrusive. Ambiance is nice, small play area inside for the children, small "playground" outside. We will be back!

ATTENTION: If the rating is bad, customers will be threatened with some internet lawyers so that it will be deleted. Just stand by the honest criticism from customers! The reason for the bad rating was the loud music and the cold draft.

We went to this restaurant for the first time today and absolutely loved it. An ambience that is second to none, the staff super friendly and attentive and the brunch buffet is simply great. The price/performance ratio is absolutely fine. We would love to come back and would give 6 stars in all categories if possible.

Great ambience, attentive and courteous service, great food and fair prices. We were greeted very friendly right at the entrance and were offered a great place with a view of our children playing in the play area. The ambience is tasteful and the furnishings made a high-quality impression. Music pleasant and not too loud. We sat directly across from the bar and didn't have to "yell" at each other at any point :) The menu is not overcrowded, which is reflected in the excellent quality. Tomato soup, Tagliatelle Golden Brown and Pizza Salami & Funghi (from the stone oven) were all well prepared and you could tell that the products used were of high quality. Top! We are very satisfied with our visit and would love to come back! Thank you for the nice visit!

The best buffet I've ever eaten. Unfortunately, only one women's toilet was usable, which was inconvenient with so many guests eating and drinking. Depending on where you sat, it was a bit chilly in the location that evening (January). Otherwise, the service was very nice and attentive, the decoration was really nice and all in all a successful evening. We would have liked to stay longer if they had let us. ;) Thanks!

Ich war schon öfter mit verschiedenen Freunden hier und uns hat es jedesmal sehr gefallen! Der Service ist gut und sehr zuvorkommend, sowohl Innen als auch auf der Terasse im Außenbereich ist viel Platz und man fühlt sich seeeehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Besonders gefällt uns, dass die Website immer aktuell ist und alle Speisen und Getränke aufgeführt sind, sodass man sich vorher immer gut inspirieren lassen kann 😋 Portionsgrößen sind gut, die Gerichte und die Getränke (Cocktails, Longdrinks) sind sehr lecker und man kommt aufjedenfall auf seine Kosten. Das Restaurant wird mit viel Liebe geführt und ich finde, das spürt man sehr. Immer wieder gerne und eine klare Empfehlung!!!

Super leckeren Brunch genossen, toller freundlicher Service. Von der Eierstation über Lachs, alles zum Frühstück vorhanden. Auch Schokobrunnen, Obst, Kuchen und und und, und um 12 Uhr kam auch noch Spanferkel.

Wir haben dort heute meinen 60 Geburtstag gefeiert, aus vergangenen Erfahrungen war es wieder erwartend sehr schön. Ein wirklich sehr netter Umgang mit den Gästen...danke.

Sehr schöner Laden, das Essen war lecker, kam leider nicht wie bestellt, dennoch gut. Die Servicekraft putze den Tisch als wir noch dran saßen, das war ungeschickt, denn der Tisch war nicht schmutzig. Ich gehe gern wieder hin.
