Highly recommended, a very fine menu, perfectly seasoned. Very friendly and attentive service.

Hard chairs, weak, uninspired service, a very noisy dining room, even the drinks menu took what felt like 20 minutes to read, every sauce was cooked with garlic, with no alternatives offered for allergy sufferers, and the next morning all our clothes smelled of frying oil. Low ingredients for rather small portions. The displayed net prices violate consumer protection regulations, specifically the law on price transparency for the end consumer. We won't be back.

After changing the concept, one can say: It was worth it. The menu at €60 net is more than fair. A very good wine list. We had a Sauvignon Blanc from Styria. Fairly priced. Nice appetizers to start with. Then: Sirloin of beef - a kind of carpaccio with honey and pine nuts. Very good. Yellow beets - vegetables in a very, very good broth. Venison Dürüm - a superbly seasoned wrap. Top-notch meat, a highlight! Sturgeon with beetroot - was sturgeon with beetroot. Good. Perhaps it would have been better positioned before the venison. Elderberry, banana ice cream, pecan nut - although I hate bananas, this was a very, very good, harmonious dessert. Good, attentive service; you sit in a very nice industrial ambiance. Overall, a very nice evening with very reasonable prices, far from the now completely crazy Michelin-starred restaurants. The cuisine was below the Michelin-starred standards, but very, very good. You could go there more often.

Came for a celebratory meal, the staff were really helpful and accommodating, food was excellent and very good value for money. Would recommend!!

We were there for the so-called "Morning Post" menu, so it was very full and the staff was probably understaffed. They were running around, and the first course didn't arrive until after a 45-minute wait. When we asked for at least some bread, we were told that it would be charged extra... Some of the food was really good, but it didn't really come through in the rush, and some of the wines were already warm by the time the food arrived. All in all, very disappointing, and the (presumed) staffing shortage wasn't handled with the utmost professionalism.

The restaurant is somewhat tucked away in the courtyard of an apartment building, in the premises of a former distillery. The atmosphere is elegant and very cozy. The staff is attentive and courteous. We enjoyed all of the dishes very much. They were beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. The wines were well-matched and consistently impressed us. Overall, a successful evening—we'll be back.

We returned to eins44 for the first time in a few years and were absolutely satisfied. The new concept with 10 sharing dishes was perfect for us. The flavors are quite intense and rather strong. The wine selection is good (even if some of it was already sold out), but relatively expensive. The service is very open, friendly, and attentive, and the ambiance is very pleasant. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant, housed in a former distillery and now in Berlin for eleven years, completely won me over. The tapas menu allowed us to share and sample a variety of dishes – each one was outstanding and flavorful. The creative and delicious cocktails, which perfectly rounded off the experience, deserve special mention. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more special. An all-round successful visit – highly recommended!

It was our first time there and we were absolutely thrilled. The food was a poem from the tartare to the roe deer kofta. Simply recommended! The atmosphere was rustic and cozy in the inner courtyard, it was nice and quiet - a cozy Berlin factory feeling.

We had an outstanding, though very expensive, birthday celebration here 2 years ago. Surprisingly today it cost half as much, was great but not stupendous, and was the last day of their “concept.” I hope the next one is as good. Still some interesting wine in the cellar.

For the third time I was able to enjoy both the food and the first-class service. It's an absolute highlight every time! --- For anyone traveling by car: Keep in mind that the exits between the courtyards seem narrower at night than during the day. The distances are difficult to see when there is little daylight, which makes for an exciting challenge and possibly scratches on the aluminum rims!

We had the 4 course menu with wine accompanied to the food. The evening was perfect. The food creations were both: well rounded and with tasteful characteristic nuances. The wine added another level. For this experience we thought the price was very fair. Will definitely come back!

Very friendly staff, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere ✨

This night, my sense of taste broke into a new realm and knocked on another door. If someone hadn't reported it, I shouldn't have found this door. I got off the subway station and walked in the designated direction. The more I felt guilty, the quiet and dark residential area turned and turned again. I didn't believe it and continued to look inside. Finally, a bright and simple building appeared. It turned out to be this. In the next two and a half hours, there were constant surprises. I once again experienced how the sauce was properly presented, letting the original colors of the ingredients become the protagonist, harmoniously colliding with each other, and pampering the taste buds.

High quality restaurant hidden away in a quiet location. I had a five-course meal here and the creativity shown was Michelin-worthy. One of the most pleasant surprises was the non-alcoholic drink pairings for each dish - such a delight! Each was so interesting and delicious. Highly recommend :)

The best dining experience you could ever ask for. The food was amazing and the waitress who served us was the perfect host. She was passionate about the food she was serving and was able to talk through everything we had on our plates. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

It was a wonderful evening. The location, spacious with a modern room concept and the very friendly, courteous and competent service offer a very pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. We ordered 8 different dishes (3 starters, 4 main courses, 1 dessert) from the creative menu and were thrilled with the presentation, explanations and taste. When choosing drinks, we were able to taste different sparkling wines and wines to make our decision.👍 An all-round successful culinary experience! The evening was a pleasure from start to finish! The service was top class - super attentive and warm. The food - just wow, simply incredibly good. We had the venison and the duck leg and both dishes were a dream - perfectly prepared, full of flavor and to the point. The dessert made us curious: black garlic in dessert? Sounds crazy, but it was surprisingly tasty and something very special. But the bread alone - just really good 😌 I'll definitely be back. Absolute recommendation 🙏🏼

Impressive in every respect. Great location in an old industrial plant. No tables in the center, just at the edge. Every space here is privileged, intimate and cozy. Very clear menu, but with such an exquisite selection that there is really something for everyone. Attentive staff but unobtrusive. Of course quality has its price, but I was still pleasantly surprised at the price. Risk of recurrence: Very high!

We spontaneously made a reservation for the Advent lunch and were very happy with everything. The duck in particular was really delicious! Since we were there at lunchtime - otherwise the restaurant is only open in the evening - our children were there. The service staff also looked after the two boys in a very friendly manner.

Very attractive and decoratively designed restaurant. Service is very attentive and extremely friendly. The 4-course menu (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) was very refined and tasty. The eye also eats here. The Pinot Gris (Gunderloch) is absolutely recommended. An all-round successful evening, even if it wasn't exactly cheap. It's worth it!

The food and venue were great, creating a nice experience. However, when we requested additional bread, the waiter advised us to avoid using our hands, which felt a bit unnecessary and detracted from the overall enjoyment.

This is my far one of my favorite restaurants and it experiences in Berlin. I went there for my birthday a couple of years ago and I'm still thinking about it till this day. I really also like their sister location which is called Irma la duce , which is a little bit more masculine with a male staff This one I liked because it was a little bit more feminine with a female staff. All of the dishes were incredible It's definitely pricey but absolutely worth it the flavors were out of this world and the service was top notch. I would absolutely come back to this place next time I'm in the area!

Our dining experience at Eins44 was incredible. I highly recommend coming to Neukölln for a visit. We were able to be seated on a weeknight without a reservation. It’s a bit tricky to find, as it’s around the corner on the inside side of a building, as a former rum distillery. Once inside, it’s a beautiful, innovative, high-ceilinged tiled space, with lots of wood, green, and industrial elements. The servers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, set in ensuring your experience is excellent, and yet laid back. Great music too. I highly recommend the 5-course menu with wine pairings. The menu changes with seasons. They source exceptional local produce. The wines are mainly Pfaltz/German, and some from Austria and France, especially Alsace and Burgundy. We can’t say enough about our excellent evening here.

Beautiful industrial architecture, very pleasant. The service is attentive and very friendly, competent. We ate our way through a 4-course menu and let the nice waitress choose the wine for each course. It fit well. According to our taste, some dishes could have been seasoned a little bolder, but everyone sees it differently. In total, the two of us paid around €250, but it was absolutely worth it. Conclusion: highly recommended! 08/17/24: The summer menu is excellent. Thank you very much, always happy again!

I was there for a team dinner, the food was great, the service professional and nice and the wine to die for.

We had a very nice evening overall! Attentive and friendly staff, great atmosphere, very good food! I am no expert in that area, but I felt like it’s a little overpriced. I just had many times a „stronger“ experience (however you understand that statement) in the same price range and cheaper. In case a 100+ € dinner per person is a regular thing for you-ignore what I said. 🤓 It’s just a great place!

Amazing place. The atmosphere and place is super unique and pleasant. Being a little hidden in a court makes it very special. The food was really good and fresh, taking the wine pairing truly makes the experience complete. The service was perfect, they paid attention to every details and change thing according to our preference and dietary restrictions.

If I could give more stars, I would. Eins44 is my absolute favorite restaurant in Berlin. Not only the food is brilliant but they always deliver the WOW. They remember details from your visits. They go above and beyond to accommodate all allergies and food preferences. The place is super beautiful. And the team is absolutely the best. Just go. And go again. The place is super interesting, the location is super strange but when you read about the history of the place it make sense :) The food was very very good, the suckling pig was super tender and juicy.

When you get from the rubbish-strewn streets of Neukölln to the second backyard, where eins44 is located, you enter a different world: peace, summer terrace, hospitality - and all in the industrial chic of a former distillery. The food offers a nice balance of simplicity and sophistication, the wines are interesting and good.

The restaurant is located in an old factory, and it's atmosphere is quite minimal industrial , with a huge ceiling height which makes the place feels very spacious. it has also a nice courtyard and few sits outside. The service was outstanding, from reception to the menu explanation and a big plus to the sommelier. The food was great. Every dish was nice . We chose the 3 course menu from the booking page of their website , with wine pairing. This was more than enough. The food was super tasty and served generously enough. It was a great moment , and so far the best restaurant I made in Berlin.

The service was attentive and kept us going throughout the evening. For each dish there was a short explanation and questions were answered politely and courteously. The food was balanced and the portions were reasonable. Fine dining so the prices are accordingly. I can't fault anything about the evening I spent there.

We were there a few weeks ago and we really enjoyed it. The ambience is rather simple, but I really like it. The service was extremely good. We were given perfect advice and everything that was on our plate was explained to us in detail. The food was top class. We enjoyed everything very much. Despite the fact that the prices are higher, we will definitely come back because people are happy to pay for very good food. It was definitely gourmet for the eyes and palate...

We had a very good time in Eins44. The atmosphere is a little industrial chic and it's still kind of laid back, although fancy. Service is great and not too reserved, fun to interact with. The food (we had a four course menu) was delicious and had a nice variety. The wine was good. The whole experience was just not exceptional, as you would hope for that price category. Therefore 4 stars in total.

Very good value for money attentive service tasty cuisine great atmosphere

We sat on the 1st floor of the restaurant and the overall atmosphere was nice. I like the fact that the tables are generally bigger so there's plenty of room for cutleries and dishes. We both loved our lingfish. However, we both feel the starters are pricey for their portion.

Every course was a sensation along with the alcohol-free accompaniment. The service is very good, attentive and not too intrusive. An insider tip of star cuisine in Berlin. Not overcrowded, not arrogant, does what it promises.

A bit too loud, but still a very good place!

Someone summarized it here perfectly “style over substance”. This is how I felt, I felt this was a stylish dinner without a soul. We had a private dinner here for 18 people. On the one hand great service and amazing presentation of the food, great to have own room for private dinner (5/5), on the other hand the foods taste is just average. I will be honest, if we pay approx 200€ per person, I do expect this experience to be wow. Food was nicely presented, not wow in taste. It is already a few days over and I do not remember any part of the menu. I go regularly on big dinners, so my perception comes indeed from comparing this restaurant to a few others in Berlin. On another improvement note: for private dinners I would suggest to get some sofas into the room, so guest can also mingle in more casual way.

Was Eins44 was a nice but not memorable experience. Smoked eel starter, venison main course and bread were delicious, however, the rest of the dishes were quite disappointing. It’s hard to image what story the chef is trying to tell with their tasting menu, as the pieces don’t fit together. Would I recommend the place to others? I’d say no as I won’t be able to explain why someone has to go there.

Dirty shops can't even order a taxi. Order two and then the owner lies and says I didn't order a second taxi. The taxi driver so I lost 2 hours because of this. Taxi Berlin thank you very much.

Excellent food with excellent ingredients. A manageable menu that guarantees freshness and quality. And an attentive, courteous staff who answer all questions with a smile and comprehensively.

The food was sometimes great, sometimes suboptimal. In the end there were 2 tiny cakes that just tasted stale. That wouldn't have been necessary. The service quality was less than mediocre, the employee was totally overwhelmed (unfortunately)...we waited and waited..you can just expect more at this price level...
