Unfriendly service. After ordering an ice cream cone at the counter to eat on the terrace, we were told we weren't allowed to sit down without asking first. It was obvious we wanted to eat the ice cream there. The ice cream seller was very unfriendly—even though she had already received a tip from us.

Worst lasagna ever for €17.90. I didn't even finish half of it. After I told the waiter it tasted awful, he simply took it away without an apology. He still charged me for the full price. He didn't even ask if I wanted something else or an espresso. Nothing. The salad that followed was okay. The new cutlery was more or less thrown at me. I expect much more from a restaurant like this. We were a party of five, including business partners. That means the restaurant had five more customers who certainly won't be returning. 🤬

Rothenburg 14We went there spontaneously and were absolutely thrilled. Great service, friendly, fast, and very nice. The food was really good, the pizza was really good, we would definitely recommend it.

Spiekerhof 26Visually appealing restaurant/ice cream parlor. Unfortunately extremely disorganized. That dampened the mood. Cappuccino was fine. Cocoa a simple vending machine variant. No customer-centric focus. When ordering, it was "subtly" pointed out that it wasn't his area. To pay we had to ask the waiter three times who could bill us... .....Please!!!! Seriously???
