Overpriced pizza, very good but very bad service

Six of us went to the lovely Falco Manufaktur on Saturday. The service was incredibly friendly, and the pasta was excellent. The tagliatelle with truffle is also worth mentioning. We'll be back for that reason alone, and hope we don't have to wait an hour for food and sometimes 20-25 minutes for drinks. The wait was unfortunately annoying.

Valentina was delightful, the meals were excellent, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Saturday evening, 7:00 p.m., a spontaneous idea to go out for Italian dinner with six people. We called the Falco Manufaktur and the friendly employee Melanie told us that everything was booked. Five minutes later, she called back to say they had a table outside for us. We had incredibly delicious pasta and pizzas, tiramisu and panna cotta, all with charming and friendly service. A wonderful summer evening, like a mini-vacation in Italy. We've been to the Manufaktur on a few occasions and have always been very satisfied. We will definitely be back.

When I accidentally spilled my drink and broke the glass, I was immediately offered a new one – absolutely fantastic! Two ladies even took photos of us, which made the evening even more special. So grateful for such wonderful people and the top-notch service!

We were very disappointed! The two of us went there for dinner. After we placed our order, my partner's pizza took 40 minutes to arrive. 20 minutes later, my pasta arrived for €24, some of which was still hard and almost cold. I was already losing my appetite!! Unbelievable!! I sent the pasta back. The manager came over and was simply rude and rude. No go. We won't recommend it to anyone.

We visited Falco Manufaktur for the first time today. I have to say, we were absolutely thrilled. The food was amazing! The service was also truly outstanding. The only thing that somewhat marred the overall impression was that my note in the reservation email that it was my birthday was ignored. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic! If you like real Neapolitan pizza, you've come to the right place! The dough was perfect – crispy on the outside, wonderfully airy on the inside. The ingredients tasted fresh and authentic and the dough itself was also very good. The ambience is cozy and stylish, with loving details that create a pleasant atmosphere. The service was also good. A place where you enjoy staying and will definitely come back!

Very good pasta, pizza also highly recommended. I also like the ambience, but it is very loud to have a good conversation. What I don't like at all, a real negative point for me, is the sanitary facilities, I think they should be cleaned better (doors, floor especially the corners really need it urgently).

The only thing that bothered us a little was that it was relatively loud. I think it was a combination of the nature of the venue and the very loud group right behind us. A small point deduction goes to the cold plates, which means the food gets cold faster, and the noise in the restaurant when it gets more crowded. But this evening our visit was not only special, but truly sweetened - and we have the restaurant staff to thank for that. You can enjoy an excellent meal, admire a beautiful location - but the service makes the big difference. A huge thank you to him and the entire team at Falco Manufaktur! We always enjoy coming back.

Unfortunately absolutely average. We had 2 pizzas that were well made, but somehow had very little taste. The mortadella on my pizza came out of the packaging. Given the price, I would have expected a higher quality, fresher product. The service is nice, but unfortunately totally inattentive and sometimes incredibly stressed at the same time. There was a piece of plastic on my pizza, which I brought to the server's attention. The waitress just dismissed it with a “It’s not that bad, it’s just a piece of packaging.” All in all nice shop but not worth the hype at all. Too bad!

Very expensive, the food is absolutely not worth it considering the price. Atmosphere not very appealing and some of the staff were very unfriendly. Despite a reservation of 6 people for 3 hours, we were asked to leave after 2 hours and the bill was also miscalculated and not handled particularly friendly. Definitely not recommended.

Seldom experienced a restaurant like this. Thank you for this gastronomy. There is pizza and pasta with a focus on pizza. The card is kept small, but takes all your wishes into account. Food was great all around. We were there with several people for a small celebration. The service was super friendly and attentive, which is no longer a given. She knew exactly when to come to the table or not. And the place was relatively full and she had a lot to do. You never sat with empty glasses and the orders were served quickly. Likewise, the kitchen was quick and we all got our food at the same time. Everything just worked, thank you.

Simply delicious; was one of the best pizzas I have eaten in Nuremberg so far. You notice the attention to detail. I like to pay attention to the side salad in restaurants, as people tend to get ripped off here. This was beautifully prepared, refined with Parmesan and not overpriced. The service was also very friendly. The tables were a bit cramped together; I don't like sitting really close to the neighbors. But there are other places too; I think you can also say that if you make a reservation in good time. We had made a reservation the evening before during the trade fair, so the complaining is at a high level.

Bit expensive as a student but really delicious!

Five of us had reserved a table on Friday January 10th, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. Short stay at the bar beforehand because the table wasn't ready... At around 8:30 p.m. we were allowed to order our food. The first beer that was served was spread on my sleeve. After a short apology, the half-full beer was placed at the table, according to the motto “there’s not that much missing”. Unfortunately, the pizzas really took forever (9:45 p.m.), which is something we weren't used to from the Falco factory and doesn't reflect our previous visits/experiences. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't as good as usual and unfortunately it wasn't cooked through either. The payment process with a voucher took forever and the wrong table was charged, unfortunately overall it was fitting for the evening. We were hoping for an apology or an espresso on the house for the beer on me, but nothing came of it. Service unfortunately overwhelmed, pizza that evening was below average, a shame.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated! The waitress was nice, but unfortunately didn't really listen to one of my friends. A pasta dish would be ordered explicitly vegan because the menu said that vegan was possible. It came served with parmesan... Unfortunately, the pizzas that are marked as vegetarian on the menu are actually not vegetarian at all, as the cheese is made with animal rennet. That's why I ordered my pizza without cheese. It tasted delicious, but was too small for the price. Actually a nice shop, but I'm a little disappointed.

We had reserved a table with a 3-course menu for New Year's Eve. The food was excellent and the service during dinner was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the evening ended disappointingly for us. After the meal we moved to the event area, where I ordered a bottle of champagne, paid for it and gave an additional €15 tip. However, instead I received a bottle of Prosecco. When I brought this up, a stranger intervened, claimed that I had only paid for Prosecco, and began arguing with me. Confused, I tried to clarify the matter again with the lady behind the counter, but was unsuccessful. €140 cannot be the price of a bottle of Prosecco. At midnight we stood outside watching the fireworks without champagne. After the fireworks, my friend spoke to the boss and a short time later we received the bottle of champagne from an employee with a polite apology for the delay. Mistakes can happen and so far it wasn't a problem at first. But the evening took an unpleasant turn: the strange guest from the first incident bumped me painfully in the shin on the dance floor, grinned and ran away without apologizing. My friend politely asked him to apologize, whereupon the lady behind the counter aggressively attacked my friend and accused us of creating a bad mood the whole evening. The boss noticed the situation and asked us: “Why would the young man have kicked your girlfriend?” In our opinion, he should have addressed this question to the young man himself. The lady spoke contemptuously about us and defended the young man - presumably her friend. The incident was not pursued or clarified by the boss. It's really a shame that we were treated like this as guests. We expected something different from this restaurant and were deeply disappointed.
