Super friendly, personable service. Very delicious food (we had pizza, salad, truffle pasta, and bruschetta), all really good.

The start was a bit complicated, as the server kept leaving me waiting with other people, as if he didn't notice... However, once he started to take care of you, he was very friendly and cheerful, and everything went very well. The pizza was good. I'm a little more reserved about the tiramisu, which I felt lacked a little authenticity (but was still good).

The food is really good, and luckily, Felix eventually came to see us after we were standing in the entrance without so much as a hello or a warm welcome. He recognized the situation immediately and just about saved the evening for us. Although we had a reservation, we were only one of three free tables; the rest were occupied by a corporate event. This made it extremely loud, and the team had their hands full with the approximately 60 people. I would have appreciated a call after my reservation to inform me that an event was taking place. Very nice location. We tried two different pizza doughs: a very thin margherita, both on the base and the side (very good, not thick) and two white pizzas with a thicker dough. Even the Rand von der Pizza was tall and a bit heavy, in my opinion. In short, the margherita was perfectly rolled out, in my opinion, compared to the white pizzas. Good flavors

We had pizza, which was quite okay. Excellent crust, but the sauce was rather lame and the toppings were too thick and bland for my taste. The waiters were incredibly friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. The service was also very fast and professional. Unfortunately, out of a small order (2 pizzas, 2 drinks, and a salad), one drink arrived incorrectly and the salad was missing altogether. The incorrect drink didn't bother us too much, and we didn't want to remind them about the salad once the pizzas were already on the table. In the end, the salad was even added to the bill, which we annoyingly didn't notice until later. No offense intended, and we enjoyed the evening, but given the less than outstanding taste, there were too many small deductions to give it a 5*. PS: Super friendly service, especially towards the child!

Overpriced pizza, very good but very bad service

Six of us went to the lovely Falco Manufaktur on Saturday. The service was incredibly friendly, and the pasta was excellent. The tagliatelle with truffle is also worth mentioning. We'll be back for that reason alone, and hope we don't have to wait an hour for food and sometimes 20-25 minutes for drinks. The wait was unfortunately annoying.

Valentina was delightful, the meals were excellent, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Saturday evening, 7:00 p.m., a spontaneous idea to go out for Italian dinner with six people. We called the Falco Manufaktur and the friendly employee Melanie told us that everything was booked. Five minutes later, she called back to say they had a table outside for us. We had incredibly delicious pasta and pizzas, tiramisu and panna cotta, all with charming and friendly service. A wonderful summer evening, like a mini-vacation in Italy. We've been to the Manufaktur on a few occasions and have always been very satisfied. We will definitely be back.

We were very disappointed! The two of us went there for dinner. After we placed our order, my partner's pizza took 40 minutes to arrive. 20 minutes later, my pasta arrived for €24, some of which was still hard and almost cold. I was already losing my appetite!! Unbelievable!! I sent the pasta back. The manager came over and was simply rude and rude. No go. We won't recommend it to anyone.

We visited Falco Manufaktur for the first time today. I have to say, we were absolutely thrilled. The food was amazing! The service was also truly outstanding. The only thing that somewhat marred the overall impression was that my note in the reservation email that it was my birthday was ignored. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic! We'd love to come back!

I went there spontaneously last night. I ordered Black Pearl from the menu, and it really blew me away; it was delicious; I'm absolutely thrilled. A small point deduction goes to the cold plates, which means the food gets cold faster, and the noise in the restaurant when it gets more crowded. Very expensive, the food is absolutely not worth it considering the price. Atmosphere not very appealing and some of the staff were very unfriendly. Despite a reservation of 6 people for 3 hours, we were asked to leave after 2 hours and the bill was also miscalculated and not handled particularly friendly. Definitely not recommended.

Unfortunately absolutely average. We had 2 pizzas that were well made, but somehow had very little taste. The mortadella on my pizza came out of the packaging. Given the price, I would have expected a higher quality, fresher product. The service is nice, but unfortunately totally inattentive and sometimes incredibly stressed at the same time. There was a piece of plastic on my pizza, which I brought to the server's attention. The waitress just dismissed it with a “It’s not that bad, it’s just a piece of packaging.” All in all nice shop but not worth the hype at all. Too bad!

Food was great all around. We were there with several people for a small celebration. The service was super friendly and attentive, which is no longer a given. She knew exactly when to come to the table or not. And the place was relatively full and she had a lot to do. You never sat with empty glasses and the orders were served quickly. Likewise, the kitchen was quick and we all got our food at the same time. Everything just worked, thank you.

Simply delicious; was one of the best pizzas I have eaten in Nuremberg so far. You notice the attention to detail. I like to pay attention to the side salad in restaurants, as people tend to get ripped off here. This was beautifully prepared, refined with Parmesan and not overpriced. The service was also very friendly. The tables were a bit cramped together; I don't like sitting really close to the neighbors. But there are other places too; I think you can also say that if you make a reservation in good time. We had made a reservation the evening before during the trade fair, so the complaining is at a high level.
