We visited Falco Manufaktur for the first time today. I have to say, we were absolutely thrilled. The food was amazing! The service was also truly outstanding. The only thing that somewhat marred the overall impression was that my note in the reservation email that it was my birthday was ignored. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic! Very good pasta, pizza also highly recommended. I also like the ambience, but it is very loud to have a good conversation. What I don't like at all, a real negative point for me, is the sanitary facilities, I think they should be cleaned better (doors, floor especially the corners really need it urgently).

The only thing that bothered us a little was that it was relatively loud. I think it was a combination of the nature of the venue and the very loud group right behind us. We still had a really good time.

A small point deduction goes to the cold plates, which means the food gets cold faster, and the noise in the restaurant when it gets more crowded. But this evening our visit was not only special, but truly sweetened - and we have the restaurant staff to thank for that. The young man not only served us easily - but with his sensitivity, charm and perfect timing he made us feel not just guests, but really welcome. You can enjoy an excellent meal, admire a beautiful location - but the service makes the big difference. A huge thank you to him and the entire team at Falco Manufaktur! We always enjoy coming back.

Unfortunately absolutely average. We had 2 pizzas that were well made, but somehow had very little taste. The mortadella on my pizza came out of the packaging. Given the price, I would have expected a higher quality, fresher product. The service is nice, but unfortunately totally inattentive and sometimes incredibly stressed at the same time. There was a piece of plastic on my pizza, which I brought to the server's attention. The waitress just dismissed it with a “It’s not that bad, it’s just a piece of packaging.” All in all nice shop but not worth the hype at all. Too bad!

Very expensive, the food is absolutely not worth it considering the price. Atmosphere not very appealing and some of the staff were very unfriendly. Despite a reservation of 6 people for 3 hours, we were asked to leave after 2 hours and the bill was also miscalculated and not handled particularly friendly. Definitely not recommended.

Seldom experienced a restaurant like this. Thank you for this gastronomy. There is pizza and pasta with a focus on pizza. The card is kept small, but takes all your wishes into account. Food was great all around. We were there with several people for a small celebration. The service was super friendly and attentive, which is no longer a given. She knew exactly when to come to the table or not. And the place was relatively full and she had a lot to do. You never sat with empty glasses and the orders were served quickly. Likewise, the kitchen was quick and we all got our food at the same time. Everything just worked, thank you.

Simply delicious; was one of the best pizzas I have eaten in Nuremberg so far. You notice the attention to detail. I like to pay attention to the side salad in restaurants, as people tend to get ripped off here. This was beautifully prepared, refined with Parmesan and not overpriced. The service was also very friendly. The tables were a bit cramped together; I don't like sitting really close to the neighbors. But there are other places too; I think you can also say that if you make a reservation in good time. We had made a reservation the evening before during the trade fair, so the complaining is at a high level.

Awesome food. Had a pizza and the klap klap (calzone). Calzone was HUGE! excellent flavor and taste, very light but filling. Best meal of the trip! Food, service, atmosphere - all amazing. Felix was our server and was amazing. Would highly recommend! Worth the visit!

The BEST food we had all week! Felix was very nice & attentive. My husband & I split the pizza & calzone and it was Absolutely amazing! We will deff be coming back the next time we’re in town. The menu is not available in English but Google phot translator worked well with their free WiFi!

Bit expensive as a student but really delicious!

Five of us had reserved a table on Friday January 10th, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. Short stay at the bar beforehand because the table wasn't ready... At around 8:30 p.m. we were allowed to order our food. The first beer that was served was spread on my sleeve. After a short apology, the half-full beer was placed at the table, according to the motto “there’s not that much missing”. Unfortunately, the pizzas really took forever (9:45 p.m.), which is something we weren't used to from the Falco factory and doesn't reflect our previous visits/experiences. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't as good as usual and unfortunately it wasn't cooked through either. The payment process with a voucher took forever and the wrong table was charged, unfortunately overall it was fitting for the evening. We were hoping for an apology or an espresso on the house for the beer on me, but nothing came of it. Service unfortunately overwhelmed, pizza that evening was below average, a shame.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated! The waitress was nice, but unfortunately didn't really listen to one of my friends. A pasta dish would be ordered explicitly vegan because the menu said that vegan was possible. It came served with parmesan... Unfortunately, the pizzas that are marked as vegetarian on the menu are actually not vegetarian at all, as the cheese is made with animal rennet. That's why I ordered my pizza without cheese. It tasted delicious, but was too small for the price. Actually a nice shop, but I'm a little disappointed.

We had reserved a table with a 3-course menu for New Year's Eve. The food was excellent and the service during dinner was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the evening ended disappointingly for us. After the meal we moved to the event area, where I ordered a bottle of champagne, paid for it and gave an additional €15 tip. However, instead I received a bottle of Prosecco. When I brought this up, a stranger intervened, claimed that I had only paid for Prosecco, and began arguing with me. Confused, I tried to clarify the matter again with the lady behind the counter, but was unsuccessful. €140 cannot be the price of a bottle of Prosecco. At midnight we stood outside watching the fireworks without champagne. After the fireworks, my friend spoke to the boss and a short time later we received the bottle of champagne from an employee with a polite apology for the delay. Mistakes can happen and so far it wasn't a problem at first. But the evening took an unpleasant turn: the strange guest from the first incident bumped me painfully in the shin on the dance floor, grinned and ran away without apologizing. My friend politely asked him to apologize, whereupon the lady behind the counter aggressively attacked my friend and accused us of creating a bad mood the whole evening. The boss noticed the situation and asked us: “Why would the young man have kicked your girlfriend?” In our opinion, he should have addressed this question to the young man himself. The lady spoke contemptuously about us and defended the young man - presumably her friend. The incident was not pursued or clarified by the boss. It's really a shame that we were treated like this as guests. We expected something different from this restaurant and were deeply disappointed.

In Nuremberg there are a bunch of good locations with amazing pizzas, so a good review is worth a lot more! I have to say that everything fits here for a modern audience (I deliberately don't say “young”). Very nice modern furnishings with a relaxed flair, the menu is also unusual and unusual, no standard, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, when it's full it doesn't feel like that and you just feel completely comfortable and well looked after. The food is beautifully and originally prepared and tastes like heaven. Highly recommended for both a casual company event and a private evening. Hats off to you guys for what you have achieved, that was missing in Nuremberg.

Insgesamt eine chice moderne Italo-Pizzeria mit einem jüngeren Publikum! Die Bedienung war freundlich und auf Zack. Ansonsten war die Toiletten sehr weit entfernt und verwinkelt im dunkleren UG. Mein Salat als Hauptspeise war mit wenig Dressing versehen, bei Nachfragen hatte ich nur Öl, Salz und Pfeffer bekommen, das dazu bestellte Pizza Pane war mit viel Pizzateig, großem Rand und wenig Aufstrich und zudem erst nach ca. 15 Minuten zu meinem Salat etwas kalt angekommen. Mein Fazit: Wer stylisch essen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben im Herzen der Stadt, mit den dazugehörigen jung dynamischen Gästen, wer gut essen will, geht wo anders hin!

I recommend sharing a main plate between 2 persons if you’re having something like the (amazing) Gnocchi in the photo, unless you’re really hungry.

Unfortunately there was a Christmas party taking place in the restaurant at the same time. It was extremely loud, you couldn't even hear the music. In addition, the poor waitress was very busy and had hardly any time for us. We didn't manage to reorder drinks. There was no more dessert because the kitchen was already closed. But the celebration was served with tons of desserts. They should have made a better closed society. We didn't like it that way and we won't be coming back.

We spontaneously went to dinner at the Falco factory on Saturday evening. The service and all the employees who looked after us were super friendly, courteous, attentive and quick! The food largely met our expectations, and we both found the pizza particularly delicious. Unfortunately, the small portion size of the starter and the side salad did not correspond to the price - but both tasted good. The drinks were great and the toilets were clean. For a Saturday evening it was of course very full and therefore loud, so that it was difficult to have a conversation - otherwise the restaurant is very stylish and modern. We would definitely recommend eating here!
