The Falco Manufaktur is a restaurant centrally located in Nuremberg with very friendly service and particularly delicious food. We were there with a larger group, but we were still served very friendly and quickly. There were also no long waiting times for starters and main courses. Gladly again at any time.

Yesterday I visited the Falco factory in Nuremberg and was completely impressed. This restaurant is truly an insider tip for gourmets and lovers of high-quality Italian cuisine. The combination of modern, stylish ambience and excellent food makes the visit a special experience. We ordered a salad and pizza 😍 Pizza was really fresh. Salad is currently in the top 10 for me.😍 The service also leaves nothing to be desired: the staff is extremely friendly, courteous and happy to provide advice on the choice of food and drinks. Ambience great 👍 Will definitely come back.

Good things: a lot of dishes, good service and the dishes we ordered were good. Things I didn't like: the pasta dishes didn't have a perfect flavor and the place was so loud that they had put bass on the speakers to dampen the noise: pum pum pum all the time.

Tasty pizza — we tried 4 different kinds. Nice servers. Took some time to get our food — not the fault of the servers who were friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.

Die Sonne schien und als wir ankamen, war eine hübsche Tafel auf der Terrasse für uns eingedeckt. Wir wurden umgehend bedient und unsere Bestellung wurde schnell und korrekt gebracht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Mittagsofferte zu 12,50€ - Pizza, Pasta oder Salat mit anschießendem Wunschkaffee. Alles Top - sehr zu empfehlen. Äußerst sympathisch familiär geführt.

Very tasty pizzas at a price that is just right. The service is nice, although not super fast, if you are a larger group you won't be able to get the food together. But it's all very tasty and tastes great. You can sit comfortably outside, but it's quite a maze to get to the toilets.

Waren hier heute zu zweit essen und es hat sich einfach voll und ganz rentiert! Richtig tolle Location, und schönes Ambiente mit sehr freundlichen Bedienungen. Essen war wirklich hervorragend, hatten als Vorspeise den Büffelmozzarella und die panierten Avocados. Gereicht wurde dazu frisches Brot und eine Auswahl an Olivenöl (Knoblauch, Chilli, Olive - Natur). Hauptspeise dann natürlich 2 mal Pizza, die einfach super lecker war :) Gerne wieder und klare 5 Sterne!🌟

Bad quality on the food, not Italien pizzas. Too thick pizzas and forgot about tasting of the wine. Italians do not have mustard on their pizzas.

We were actually on our way to the Asian restaurant and happened to pass there. Which turned out to be very good. I really liked the pizza there. A touch of modern Italy in the middle of Nuremberg. Excellent traditionally baked Neapolitan-style pizzas with high quality ingredients. The taste is convincing and you feel like you are on a short vacation. Friendliness and no long waiting times complete the atmosphere. During the day also possible without reservation - depending on the number of people. The price is absolutely right for the quantity and quality. Therefore a highly recommended restaurant.

A pleasure in a class of its own: if you are looking for a pizza based on the Neapolitan model because you love the special preparation, you will not be disappointed at Falco. The best Peter Pan I have ever eaten in my 72 years of life. Three different olive oil preparations are served: natural with garlic - with paprika = simply delicious! Not to forget the first-class service in an exceptional ambience.

Stopped for a quick dinner on a warm evening. We had arrived late in Nuremberg and had no idea where to eat. We are so glad we chose this place! Super pizzas and delicious salad, all served quickly by friendly waiting staff. A really enjoyable experience, and if we were staying longer in Nuremberg we would definitely be back.

I had a simple margherita pizza. Unfortunately, the dough was not airy and large-pored, as expected from a Neapolitan pizza, but rather very compact and heavy. The kind of dough that expands in your mouth as you chew. There is also a far too thick layer of mozzarella, which is more reminiscent of an American pizza. It was no longer possible to find out what the tomato sauce in between tasted like. It was all too much, too difficult and very disappointing. Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews. The service, however, was very friendly and nice.

First of all, the restaurant is really an eye-catcher both inside and out. The ambience is beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and kept us for a few minutes longer even though the shop was closed. The pizza in particular is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is right and you'll get plenty full!

Nice restaurant with a good lunch menu: for 12.90 euros you can get pizza, pasta or salad with coffee or cappuccino. The waiters are very nice and the attached bar also opens from 5 p.m. Since Luitpoldstrasse was renovated, you can also sit outside.

sorry - aber ich kann die Top-Bewertungen der anderen Gäste nicht nachvollziehen. Das Ambiente ist fraglos gut und die Lage auch. Das Personal war freundlich, aber es schien stark überfordert zu sein obwohl das Restaurant nicht ausgebucht war. Zu den Speisen ist zu sagen, dass die Qualität der Zutaten gut war .... aber: -> zum Pizzabrot "Peter Pane" kam das Öl erst auf Nachfrage -> der Salat "Grünes Nordlicht" kam komplett ohne Dressing -> zwei der vier Pizzen hatten definitiv viel zu viel "Röstaromen" abbekommen -> bestellt war stilles Wasser - es wurde zweimal Sprudel gebracht .. man kann durchaus mal einen Fehler machen, aber nicht 2x hintereinander! Es mag sein, dass wir einfach nur Pech hatten und das Personal in der Küche und draussen einen schlechten Tag hatte. Aber wie heisst es doch: Es gibt keine zweite Chance für einen ersten Eindruck! Insofern werde ich Geschäftspartner nicht noch einmal in die Falco Manufaktur einladen.

I had dinner at this amazing restaurant on my second night. No reservation since I got there at 5pm. My appetizer and dinner was delicious. My server was great. Enjoyed the calm atmosphere. High recommended the fried avocado salad. Won’t disappoint. The salami pizza was so good, but a bit too much to finish because of the appetizer. Perfect for leftovers. Hopefully I’ll come back to have a nice upscale meal.

We waited a long time to even be served and then get our food. The pizza was too salty and too oily. It could have been documented more. The pasta was also very oily. Nicely decorated restaurant but unfortunately too overrated.

Had to wait 1 hour for our pizza even though the restaurant was only moderately full. There was no excuse for the long wait. Service seemed very overwhelmed. Empty plates were not cleared away. Unfortunately we didn't have a nice evening there. The restaurant looks great from the outside and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately we were disappointed.

We were both there for the first time. We came one after the other. It happened to both of them to walk past the store. The ambience is dark in an industrial style. However, I was illuminated most of the time by a wall spotlight. That's kind of irritating. My salami pizza was quite good. There was first an Italian beer and then a drink. When I look at the price-performance ratio, I think 32 euros is a lot. It's a shame if you have an empty glass in front of you for too long. Maybe it's too dark and that's why it wasn't seen. Who knows... everyone was nice anyway, that's what counts most.

Went to visit Falco M yesterday at 6:45 p.m. The reservation said that we were celebrating a birthday, there wasn't even a happy birthday from the waitress or management, which isn't necessarily important but would still be nice. We ordered food around 7:15 p.m., the starter came quite quickly, but the pizzas didn't arrive until an hour and a half later. Service like this: sorry, we only have one pizza baker today, on a Monday when it was almost 30 degrees in Nuremberg, well you have to save money (minimum wage and so on) but well, you should have said it would take a long time today, especially if a toddler waiting for his noodles.. We ordered 2 pizzas, the Hellboy pizzas looked completely different than the last time I was there, but the taste was okay. All in all a very disappointing visit.

Ich kannte das Falco schon von zwei Besuchen mit meinem Mann und bin diesmal mit 12 Geschäftspartnern, die alle in Hotellerie und Gastronomie arbeiten dort zum Essen gegangen. Alle waren vom Ambiente, den tollen Produkten und der kreativen Speisekarte begeistert und wir hatten einen tollen gemeinsamen Abend dort. Obwohl wir eine große Gruppe waren kamen alle Getränke und das Essen gemeinsam und so was von schnell an unseren Tisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Falco nur empfehlen! Very disappointing. Ordered a pizza to take away and came by to pick it up. My pizza was in the oven, but the pizzaiolo was on his cell phone with his back to the oven - the result was a pizza on the bottom that was completely burnt, which unfortunately I couldn't see until I was too far away to turn back and complain about it. €11.90 for a Margherita is already very expensive - but then being burned because the pizzaiolo doesn't show any professionalism is difficult to accept. If someone in charge of the store reads this review: Please speak to your pizza oven staff. And please feel free to contact me if you would like to make up for the bad impression.

The food was really delicious! I can definitely recommend visiting the restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy. The staff nice and friendly. Pizza “Mortadella E Pistacchio” currently costs €14.90. The cocktail €11.50. To taste it was like tiramisu, really tasty!! I've never tried anything like this before. My girlfriend had the “Tiramisu” bedside table. It looks beautiful and tastes good too. It's a shame that this restaurant doesn't exist in Frankfurt.

We went here for dinner yesterday on Valentine's Day. After a few minutes the food was already at the table, even though all the seats were occupied.
