One of the best steak restaurants we have ever visited...if there were 10 stars I would give it. Top service, great atmosphere and all the food and steaks are divine. We will put this restaurant at number 1 among our favorites and look forward to eating there again on our next visit to Hamburg:

I cooked a lot of steaks and I ordered a lot of steaks in different places, but the one I had here was the best one. Super friensly folks, I got there in a winter night, tired and hungry with no reservation and the place was completely full, the lady there managed to find a table for me with a bit of waiting time.

Highly recommended steakhouse. The service is extremely friendly and gives the feeling that they are simply keen to create a fantastic experience for you. The same applies to the kitchen: our fillets were grilled to perfection. Another little tip: you should definitely pre-order.

Was the opening year 2020 or 2021? - I don't remember it exactly - it was pretty good at first, but it wore off very quickly. Given the many alternatives, it wasn't worth another visit after the third or fourth time there.

If you like meat, you can really treat yourself to something here. Very friendly staff, very attentive and open to requests. I haven't experienced the meat selection myself. The quality was really top on our two plates. A large selection of side dishes. Including special things such as an incredibly delicious lentil dal. This definitely needs to stay on the map. Without a reservation you shouldn't even try your luck. Actually, I would have said that it is a shame that there is no real alternative to meat. For certain couples, this becomes a killer criterion. Alternatively, you can put together a successful menu yourself from the side dishes. But the place is always full. Therefore there is no real reason to adapt the map. I can really only recommend this restaurant. When making a reservation, make sure that you are asked again to confirm it the day before.

Good steaks, friendly with kids but no options for kids when dining. The tables are a bit too close together, the light is too bright and intrusive. The fried potatoes are not fried potatoes, they are roasted potatoes.

A more than just successful evening! From the reception, to the seating, to the service, to the selection, to the billing and farewell, there was no reason to complain about anything. The two of us were there for dinner and were immediately welcomed. The ambience gets 5 stars because it was adapted to the restaurant and its history. RUSTIC but COZY The service was very attentive, friendly and professional. The reason why there are only 4 stars here is because one lady poured me more wine so hastily. So it ended up next to my glass rather than in it and unfortunately she didn't notice it herself. The food was simply great. The meat was so tender and so delicious that I didn't even need a side dish. Highly recommended PS: There's a really cool lamp hanging there ^.^

When we visit Hamburg several times, a visit to the Estancia is mandatory. The fillet steaks are first class and melt in your mouth. Large selection of side dishes plus an extra recommendation per season. The restaurant is not very large, so make sure you make a reservation to eat there. The staff is super friendly + attentive, but not intrusive at all.

Overall, a wonderful experience that I can highly recommend to everyone!

Fantastisk steakhouse. Det bliver rated i top 3 af steder vi har fået steaks og det er mange! Vi bestilte 300 gram mørbradbøf og den sad lige i skabet. Kødet var perfekt stegt og mørt som smør. Tilbehør kartofler og bearnaisesovs. Eneste lille minus var sovsen, som ikke var en korrekt emulgeret bearnaisesovs. Betjeningen var helt i top og med god fokus på bordet. Absolut et genbesøg værd.

Meine Freundin und ich waren heute, zusammen mit unserem kleinen Mops, dort. Es war von vorne bis hinten ein Genuss! Der Service (Alle!) unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder unaufdringlich nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei usw.. Und das Essen? Das war einfach spitze! Steaks auf den Punkt und absolut lecker. Preis-Leistung stimmt über alle Maßen. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

It all comes at a price but imo it’s 100% worth it. Had an excellent ribeye, which is of course the center of the experience. The sides, a Cesar salad and garlic bread, were also top-tier though. Service was great as well. 5/5 for me, will come back in the future for sure.

For us, Estancia remains the best Hamburg steakhouse. The service is friendly, funny and attentive. But what we particularly like is that there are also cuts here that are not often found in steakhouses (e.g. US picanha, our tip, nice and buttery and nutty). The extensive selection of side dishes is also impressive. The cooking points ordered were all implemented perfectly. Grilled on lava stone, all steaks were super juicy and aromatic. Overall, the price level is quite high - around €100 per person - but the quality is convincing. Clear recommendation!

Wow...it’s 5 stars! Very good steak quality in Hamburg! The service is great and guests can enjoy their steaks, burrata, tartare and side dishes in a cozy and great atmosphere! My wife and I were looking for a steakhouse for our short vacation and came across this one based on the reviews. First of all: this restaurant deserves 5 stars! Eat: Reduced to the bare essentials that you would expect in a steak restaurant. Very assorted clear menu with simple prices. My wife's fillet and my rump steak were fried to medium rare, wonderfully tender without a single tendon. The garlic bread with homemade garlic butter is a must-order. The seasoned vine tomatoes and mushrooms were wonderfully firm to the bite and aromatic. Service: Very courteous, omnipresent service staff. The glass had no chance of being empty. The empty dishes were removed from the table professionally and discreetly. Ambiance: Cozy ranch style to match the menu. Absolutely recommended if you are willing to spend money for fantastic food.

There were 6 of us at the Estancia and overall we had a very nice evening. Our youngest at the table (12 years old) said he had never had such a good fillet steak. Overall we found the price/performance to be okay, but it could have been a bit cheaper. Since we were there on a warm summer evening, we were able to sit outside. Overall it was a bit dark, but we felt comfortable. Service was all right. We will definitely come again...

We came here with a group of 4 people back in August after making a reservation online about 2 weeks in advance. As we made a reservation in advance, I'm unsure of how hard it'd be to come here without one, but the dining room filled up pretty quickly after we were seated, so I would definitely suggest reserving to be safe. The entrance to the restaurant is a little bit hidden away. When entering, you are immediately welcomed by a cozy dining room, up a small flight of stairs. We ordered some appetizers, in the form of grilled pimiento peppers, and a couple of sausages. For mains, each of us ordered different cuts. I personally ordered the dry-aged ribeye (300g), as well as sides of fried potatoes with onions and bacon, and sauteed mushrooms. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it came out perfectly cooked. The meat was wonderfully tender and juicy, and had a slight nuttiness from the dry-age. All in all, between 4 people, the total ended up at just about 280 euros. I would definitely be willing to come back, should I make it back to Hamburg in the future, and I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for a nice night out.

We spent a great evening here. They nicely allowed us to sit inside even though we had a dog with us. The service was exceptional: every single person working that evening (August 23rd) cared about us, regularly checked-in and proactively serviced with water regardless was it us or our dog. Also, everyone spoke well English. The food was well done: we took their recommendations: rump stake for my wife and a locally sourced pork steak for me. Although I don’t like pork in general, I really wanted to try this option and actually liked it. We also took mixed salad, padron peppers and green beans on a side and local beers to drink. Everything was top notch. Thanks the whole team for our evening here!

Today we went spontaneously to grab a quick bite to eat. A table was put together for us straight away, the service was great and the food came quickly! The steak was to die for, absolutely perfect! Likewise the children's fries and the fried potatoes. We particularly liked the small alley, so quiet and relaxing. Today we were a little short on time, next time we'll sit there a little longer. We have already highly recommended it to our family and friends! Thank you.

Perfect. We were warmly greeted right at the entrance. The entire staff was very friendly and you felt absolutely comfortable. As “steak beginners” we received very competent advice. My friends and I picked this restaurant for dinner because of all those great reviews. Everything except the meat tasted great. We tried different types from the menu, and they all were disappointing. The steaks were cooked perfectly to the correct level of doneness (medium rare), but they were not melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I can't explain why, maybe the meat is not dry aged long enough or the meat quality is not that great, but it couldn't compare to the meat you get at New York steakhouses.

Wir waren dort zum Mittagessen. Meine Frau wählte die gegrillte Hähnchenbrust und ich ein 300 g Entrecôte. Dazu noch typische Beilagen wie geschmorte Zwiebeln, Champignons und Knoblauchbrot. Das Essen war sehr lecker!! Hervorzuheben war neben den Essen die zwei lockeren, super freundlichen Herren des Services! Weiter so!

This was an excellent meal. We started with olives and then had an Irish striploin steak and Northern German ribeye steak respectively, with sides of potatoes, French fries, salad, broccoli and pepper sauce. The steaks were fantastic, as were the sides, and the Argentinian red wine which accompanied the food. The service was quick and friendly and the restaurant modern and smart. Prices were fair for the quality.

Auch einer der günstigen Weine (Malbec) sehr sehr lecker. Wir waren das erste Mal hier aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und haben gleich wieder reserviert. Wir wohnen nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ich weiß nicht, warum wir dieses Restaurant nicht schon vorher besucht haben. Etwas günstiger, als z. B. das meatery, aber definitiv genauso gut oder sogar besser. Tolle Erfahrung! Wer Fleisch mag, sollte es hier essen. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass es so viele unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten gibt. Wer Wert auf Bio und artgerechte Haltung wert legt, ist hier genau richtig. Ich esse sehr selten Fleisch und habe bisher noch kein Restaurant gefunden, was meinen Ansprüchen gerecht wurde, Hier hast du die Wahl für ein paar Euro mehr. Danke und bis bald 👍

High level steak house with exceptional stuff! Will definitely visit it again!

Today I went there spontaneously for dinner with a business partner without a reservation. Even though the restaurant was full, the very nice lady tried to organize two tables. After we waited 6-7 minutes and had to study the menu, a good one turned out Found place. The service and food were very, very good, we didn't expect that until soon.
