El Muro in Nürnberg

Ich war besorgt, weil in einigen Bewertungen stand, das Essen sei geschmacklos, aber das stimmt nicht. Da deutsches Essen im Allgemeinen sehr salzig ist, empfinden manche es als fad, weil die Würzung etwas dezenter ist, aber es ist trotzdem recht salzig. Das Steak war furchtbar, aber die anderen Gerichte waren in Ordnung.

Hat man Lust auf so richtig schlechtes Essen, ist man hier absolut richtig. Das aus billigsten Zutaten und lustlos zusammen gebastelte "Mahl" könnte ohne Umwege direkt dorthin gehen wo die Sonne nicht scheint

Die außergewöhnlich freundliche Bedienung vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung macht das vielseitigen, hervorragend gute Essen in anregend gestalteter Umgebung zum erfreulichen Erlebnis! Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Wir waren im Restaurant El Muro in der Eibachhauptstraße und waren wirklich begeistert. Das Essen war sehr lecker – frisch, aromatisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Getränke haben uns sogar noch mehr überzeugt, sehr gut abgestimmt und einfach besonders. Auch der Service war hervorragend: Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt und gerne wiederkommt. Klare Empfehlung!

Essen geschmacklos, mexikanisch ist was anderes. Schweinefilets zäh durchgebraten. Bei den Quesados Jalapeños musste man die Jalapeños suchen; geschmeckt hat man sie nicht. Insgesamt hatten wir bei unserem ersten Besuch keinen guten Eindruck. Wird der letzte gewesen sein.

Katastrophe! Ich habe Essen Bestellt und musste fast 90 Minuten darauf warten. Als ich mehrmals angerufen habe war das Personal und vor Allem die Chefin frech und inkompetent. Das Essen war ekelhaft. Wir hatten Chille con Carne Drei Worte zum Essen: Geschmacklos, Fleischlos, Charakterlos. Die hälfte der Zutaten kam wohl aus der Gefriertruhe. Völlig überteuert und unappetitlich. Sehr schade.

Essen schlecht, Service ein Witz und der laden ist komplett runtergekommen . Unangenehme und lautstarke Stammgäste. Eher einfach gestrickt .

Nein. Wollten gerade Essen und haben nichts mehr bekommen. Küche bereits geschlossen, so die Bedienung hinter der Theke. Warum hat der Laden dann bis 00:00 Uhr geöffnet, wenn man um 21:45 Uhr nichts mehr zu Essen bekommt?! Dann sollte es ausgeschrieben werden, daß die Küche zu einer bestimmten Zeit schließt! So mal als Anmerkung.

Es war sehr lecker, haben verschiedene Tapas gehabt und eins war bessere als das andere

Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und die Stimmung passt. Das Personal ist schnell und aufmerksam lediglich bei der telefonischen Reservierung hieß es, dass eigtl kein Platz mehr sei, nur ein Hochtisch mit 2 Stühlen. Bei der Ankunft und auch im Verlauf des Abends war das Restaurant nur zu 2/3 gefüllt. Das Essen... Naja... Die 1Kg Garnelen waren gut, die Soße und die Menge haben gepasst. Einen ticken zu teuer fand ich es. Die Menge an Brot und die Qualität vom Brot war eher schlecht 😕 Zusätzlich habe ich mir die Tapas chorizo bestellt.... Da kamen für 4 Euro einfach 5 dünne Scheiben chorizo die man so 1zu1 im Kühlregal beim Rewe bekommt. Das fand ich super enttäuschend!

I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, the food I received was very disappointing. Ordered on UBER It felt like an attempt at Mexican cuisine prepared in a very German way — lacking the bold flavors, textures, and ingredients that make Mexican food so special. Two-thirds of the order ended up in the trash, which I really regret. • Mexican plate: everything was very mushy, the taco shells were so soft they couldn’t be picked up, and the chicken filling was overwhelmed by zucchini. Both the enchilada and taco tasted almost identical. • Quesados con Pollo: these were not quesadillas , which I thought would be and that’s on me for not reading right — more like salty crepes, again filled mostly with zucchini and lacking cheese or tortilla crunch. • Nachos: the best part of the meal, though they arrived cold. They had a decent flavor despite looking like they had ketchup or tomato paste with some cheese on top. I was especially disappointed that there was so much zucchini in every item — it completely changed the character of the dishes. If the menu had mentioned this, I might have chosen differently. Please consider updating your menu descriptions to better reflect the actual ingredients and clarify if dishes are adapted from traditional recipes. This would help manage expectations. Overall rating: 1/5 — not reflective of authentic Mexican cuisine The delivery man was very polite and nice so he gets 5/5 for service.

It says "Restaurant & Bar" on the outside, but it has more of a pub feel. Sure, there are dining tables and seats at the bar. The service was very friendly and always present. The dishes on the menu seem to be interpreted quite generously. I ordered shrimp skewers, and they arrived swimming in sauce in a small pot. But they were still tasty. All in all, I recommend it if you're in the mood for a slightly different snack. 👍

A 100% positive surprise. We simply googled the place for "something to eat after the sauna." It was surprisingly delicious, and the service was super pleasant. The food came quickly, and despite the fairly busy schedule, the service was prompt and friendly. The food made a great impression in terms of appearance, quality/freshness, and taste. Absolutely nothing came from the freezer. Wraps, tacos, and tortillas were all homemade! Highly recommended, and we'd gladly return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You are lured with a free gift in the form of a drink for a good review. You don't do anything to preserve it. Really recommended as a bar with quick finger food, as these cocktails are excellent. The food tastes okay.

We visit El Muro regularly and are always warmly welcomed. If we don't have a reservation, the El Muro team will still find a place for us. The ambience is very authentic, the service team is friendly and the food is muy bueno. An Aperol Sprizz is absolutely recommended. We like to come, we have been coming again and again for years.

It was nice, but very loud and unfortunately we made two small mistakes with the orders. But sufficient for a spontaneous night out in Eibach.

So I can't understand the bad reviews. I rarely rate but under these circumstances... We have now ordered there three times and each time we were amazed at how great it tasted. Okay, once the paella was rather one-sided in terms of the variety of fish (little shrimp, almost only fish) but, as I said, it still always tasted great! I've now looked where the store is (that's why I came across the reviews) and will definitely go out to eat there with my friends. Maybe the bad reviews from the competition?

Unfortunately, absolute catastrophe. We ordered burritos once and taccos once. It doesn't taste Mexican at all, it tastes bland and like cafeteria food. I had pre-ordered the food for delivery at 9 p.m. It arrived almost half an hour late. I also stated that please call because the children were sleeping. The doorbell rang, not even in our room. In the burritos there was chicken as ordered, seafood, all sorts of shrimp, squid and mussels. And even though there's no seafood on the menu for the burritos or taccos, I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen. When I called to complain and asked for a new burrito, that's all I got. It's not her fault. She's just an employee. When I asked for the boss, I was supposed to be fobbed off with a voucher. I insisted on getting a replacement for the food. At least for the burrito. It was then done. Unfortunately the quality isn't any better and I definitely won't be ordering there again. The prices and the price-performance ratio are not right at all. I'd rather go to McDonald's

All personal är extremt trevlig, de hjälpte oss till och med att hitta vårt boende för natten, vilket hade strulat. Men personalen är otroligt trevlig, gav engelsk meny, fick oss alla att känna oss jätte välkomna. Maten var jättebra, stora portioner. Rekommenderar!!!

Unfortunately not good food and certainly not Mexican or South American...tastes more like a cheap canteen...lots of fat, little seasoning, few crunchy and fresh ingredients, soggy wrap, poor quality of cheese and vegetables, meat tasted strange, Dips clearly from buckets or something, but certainly not freshly made on site ...a shame because the restaurant could be really nice There are much better alternatives in Nbg, which are even €1 cheaper

Essen war okay, nur der Service ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig... das bestellte Brot mussten wir uns selbst organisieren, Besteck haben wir uns vom Nebentisch geholt und es kam niemand mehr an unseren Tisch, auch nicht, als die Getränke schon lange leer waren...
