Basically everything is fine. Only had to wait over 30 minutes for two children's meals at lunchtime. Other guests who arrived later were served their main courses earlier. Here the focus should be more on the little ones.

The two of us went to this restaurant for dinner. My steak was perfect! The meat was prepared to perfection and the side dishes went very well with it!

Very attentive and flexible service. Good cuisine with understanding for special wishes and intolerances as well as delicious food at fair prices. Food also available to take away. Surprisingly stylish ambience, despite the direct location at the local spa. Thank you very much and gladly again :)

Der Empfang war etwas chaotisch. Die Bedienung sehr kaltherzig. Kein auf Wiedersehen, und ob es geschmeckt hat, hat auch keinen interessiert. Recht lautes Ambiente. Aber: Das Essen war grandios! Perfekter Wiener Zwiebelrostbraten und Schweinesteak mit perfekt geschmorten Kartoffeln und reichlich Zwiebeln. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt genau und zart. Das Schweineschnitzel war dagegen eher Standard. Trotz schon an der Unfreundlichkeit grenzendem Service, rechtfertigt das toll zubereitete Essen 4Sterne. An Ambiente und insbesondere am Service besteht allerdings Nachholbedarf!

The service was quick and friendly. The food tasted really delicious and the portions are quite large. It doesn't smell like a swimming pool! If you want a place on the terrace, you should reserve. Visited in August.

Sehr unfreundlicher und gelangweilter Empfang hier wird man im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes nur abgespeist! Essen ebenso faad und einfach nix besonderes. Ich habe noch nie so ein unfreundliches Personal erlebt....

Zde můžete spojit sport tj bazén s dobrým jídlem . Výhodou je procházka z centra nebo můžete využít poměrně velké a bezplatné parkoviště v těsné blízkosti . Vyzkoušet můžete sortiment alko i nealkoholických nápojů, doporučuji kávu Mamma Lucia. Určitě za vyzkoušení stojí i místní snapsy ☺️. Zásadní nevýhodou je platba pouze v hotovosti a ti bohužel platí v téměř celém městě až na drobné výjimky. Situace je podobná jako v Česku na rozdíl od Francie kde zaplatíte kartou i kávu. Bohužel kultura ještě nedorazila všude.

Super leckeres Essen, überragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und der Service super lieb! Man wird hier so schnell bedient, wie sonst nirgendwo ☺️ Auch Extra-Wünsche waren gar kein Problem und werden super freundlich entgegen genommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The food was good, but when we finished we wanted to pay and waited for a long time, almost 20 minutes, and there was no pressure at work. The service was very poor and the waiter was rude and behaved disrespectfully. Unfortunately we were treated disrespectfully. I hope the manager addresses this issue with the employees

We drove about 600km for a spontaneous short trip of 4 days and were rewarded not only with a great view of the mountains on the first evening, but also with a delicious meal on the first evening! Starter: Pizza bread with tomatoes and liver dumplings in broth main course; Tender pork loin with spaetzle and turkey schnitzel with bacon and fries 3 drinks We were in the store for about 40 minutes and went to the hotel feeling plump and happy and with a full stomach! Price performance was also great! A notice!!!! Only cash payments possible, but Sparkasse and Volksbank are 5 minutes away in the city.

Mixed experience here. The veg pizza was very ordinary but the mushroom sauce and patties were very good. The big issue here is that they only accept cash!! I think it's good as an attachment to the swim area to come out and eat here. By itself, I would not exclusively seek it out. The good part is that it was open late afternoon. Service was fine too. It's pricey.

Unfortunately, we couldn't test the food here because it's not possible to pay by card in a holiday area these days. When asked about it, the staff is also rude... But the ambience is ok for a restaurant in/near a swimming pool.

The staff seems to be quite overwhelmed with more than 5 tables occupied. Also very dissatisfied with the amount of the tip. The food was still ok and so was the coffee. You have to be patient when paying.

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant - wenn man ankommt an der Schwimmhalle ist man doch beeindruckt sobald man ins Restaurant kommt - Nettes Ambiente und man bemerkt das Schwimmbad kaum. Das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

If you value extremely poor service and like mediocre food, this is the place for you. We didn't receive the greeting from the kitchen. We were neither greeted nor farewell. Child-friendly? Absurd to associate that with this restaurant. A visitor asked kindly whether there was a table for many people. The waiter replied: "Yes, tomorrow. We're closed then." Card payment is not accepted! Strange, but it suits the gastronomy of such a caliber...

One of the best restaurants in Ruhpolding with a great menu and friendly staff, but you should reserve in advance. We have eaten here numerous times and it has always been a top experience.

We have been regular guests at this location for several years and have always been very satisfied. Apparently a new waiter has been working there since the end of last year, who has obviously never heard of customer friendliness. His behavior on our last visit was disgraceful. Even though we had made a reservation, he dismissed us with the comment that there was no free table on the terrace. When asked if he was new to working as a waiter here, he simply said, "I'm the oldest here and I have the say." Only keep doing this if you want to lose your regular customers.

When you came in you weren't greeted and were left sitting there for ages. The waiter was unfriendly, overwhelmed and slow. The food was okay, but no reason to eat there again.

Durchschnittliches Restaurant mit annehmbarer Küche, aber leider überhaupt nicht kinderfreundlich. Unser kleiner Sonnenschein wurde weder begrüßt, noch bei der Bestellung/Bezahlung angesehen. Als unser Sohn seine Saisonkarte fürs Freibad als Bankkarte verwenden und spielerisch damit bezahlen wollte, wurden wir abwerten gemustert. Am Nebentisch hat der Kellner dann auch noch einen abfälligen Kommentar über uns gemacht, den wir wohl vernehmen sollten. Als hochschwangere Tiger-Mama war kurz vorm Platzen und möchte hiermit anderen Familien empfehlen: sucht euch lieber ein anderes Restaurant!

After being treated impolitely by the waiter, we left the restaurant before even eating. He was rude and impatient and even left the table during taking the order to serve order guests first… he only came back a few minutes later. Will not go back there again.

Rather unfriendly service. Hier scheint der Kunde nicht König zu sein. Since outside tables were reserved we asked if there might be a table up to 7pm as we would be gone by then. Answer : do you think I am unfriendly and I done want to help. A rude answer!

When we are in Inzell, we eat here almost every day. We are very enthusiastic about the staff and the owners. Everyone is very friendly and the food is always tasty.

Highly unprofessional and unfriendly service. After a woman with a newborn baby took more than a moment to place her order, the waiter immediately disappeared and only returned a few minutes later with the explanation that the order had taken too long. This service staff said they were not familiar with the saying 'The customer is king' because they were from Hungary. It's not worth visiting this restaurant - especially compared to the much better offerings in downtown Ruhpolding.

Very unfriendly service, waiter left while taking orders, after asking for the reason he said, we were too slow to order. After talking to the chef he preferred we leave instead of treating us appropriately, so we left… never to go back there again 👎

Bad chef. The customer doesn't come first in this restaurant - a woman with a baby was refused food because she allegedly took too long to order.

Cozy restaurant connected to the indoor wave pool in Ruhpolding. Ate very tasty, reservation would be good.

I recently (yesterday) dined at Restaurant “Die Welle “and have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the food was truly exceptional. The pricing was reasonable, which made the excellent quality of the food even more impressive. However, the service left much to be desired. Our waiter had a noticeable attitude, which made the overall dining experience less enjoyable. Requests were met with reluctance, and there was a general lack of attentiveness and courtesy. This level of service didn't align with the quality of the food or the expectations for a restaurant of this caliber. This level of arrogance and lack of basic customer service skills seriously detracted from what could have been a perfect dining experience. In summary, if you're visiting for the food, you won't be disappointed. But be prepared for a potentially underwhelming service experience. I hope the management addresses these issues, as it could elevate the restaurant from good to truly outstanding.

Came here specifically for dinner because one of the few Italians that, according to the internet, is open today (Monday) - unfortunately stood in front of a closed door with a sign saying “Monday closed”. :( A quick update of the opening times in Google would avoid such unnecessary journeys.

I cannot understand the negative reviews regarding waiting times or unfriendly service. The food is amazing and we haven't even gotten to the pizzas yet. Wow!! Really, really tasty!! We will be back! 🤩

Hair in food and frozen pizza? Ordered 3 dishes and there was long hair in 2 of them. The pizza was pretty darn similar to that of a frozen home delivery service (our personal opinion). When we pointed out to the waitress that there was hair in two dishes, the Eastern European waitress just looked disinterested, so I explained it again. The waiter's reaction was "hm" and it just kept going. Our personal conclusion: Staff that doesn't understand you (or maybe doesn't want to understand you), hair in the food, pizza that is very reminiscent of TK Pizza. A visit to the swimming pool, even as a snack, can be avoided! We won't come again!

The restaurant staff just ignored my friend on one occasion, when asking on a separate occasion if any space to eat just said 'nein ' and nothing further. Absolutely awful customer service and no manners. Should not work in a customer facing roll, face like he had chewed a wasp

I can't judge whether the food tastes good. I wanted pizza and salad to take away, unfortunately my request was rejected because there was supposedly a lot of people. I didn't have that impression when I arrived at 5:30 p.m. Most of the tables were empty. It's a shame, another pizzeria was very happy about my purchase.

Had dinner here with five people. The service was friendly and distant. We had the grill plate (from the normal menu) and asparagus with potatoes from a separate (seasonal?) menu. There was also a small greeting from the kitchen in advance. First came the grill plates. They were okay, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to what else the catering industry in Ruhpolding has to offer. And then came the asparagus. We were all speechless at first. Three asparagus spears and an (unpeeled) potato that had been quartered. A small bowl with...it was probably the 'Hollandaise sauce', priced at 14.xx EUR. We ate it because we were simply hungry. When clearing away we informed the waitress that the portion was/was more than manageable. The response was that they were sorry and we were invited to the court. To do this, we round up the rating (2.5 stars for us) to 3 stars. However, everything else only happened 'in passing'. Conclusion: The handling of our complaint was professional, but we wouldn't go there again.

Als Einheimischer haben wir es nochmal probiert, da beim letzten Besuch das Personal extrem unfreundlich war. Leider auch dieses Mal wieder unfreundlich, unhöflich und scheinbar keine Lust auf Kunden. Wir haben die Getränke wieder abbestellt und sind gegangen. Absolutes NOGO! Lieber dorthin gehen wo man als Gast willkommen ist. Uns sehen sie zusammen mit allen Bekannten sicher nicht mehr.

We ate there twice at the swimming pool over the Easter holidays. (That's why photos were unfortunately not possible.) The service is very friendly, but sometimes seems a bit absent when stressed. The portions are huge, I couldn't finish both times. Although it was very, very tasty. The only point of criticism would be that the cheese spaetzle were not traditional cheese spaetzle, but spaetzle with cheese sauce (but that didn't make the dish any worse). And the steak was a bit dry. Both dishes had a huge portion of freshly made fried onions on them, which were super tasty. But you have to like it. The ambience in the restaurant itself looked very cozy. Although it's a bit strange when you can see from the swimming pool area into the restaurant itself - and vice versa. If you don't have a problem with that, it's very nice and cozy there. And you get decent portions with a delicious taste.

I think fantastic describes it best. A location that functions both as a restaurant and as a swimming pool gastronomy. The dishes are incredibly tasty, the service is at a top level and the entire concept works flawlessly. It's not the last time we've eaten there and we'll be back

Bright, nice, but rather sober restaurant. A bit loud. The food was good and reasonable for the price. We had salad plates with turkey breast or grilled vegetables and a tiramisu for dessert. The steak at the next table looked gigantic. The quality of the service probably depends on the person delivering it. However, I couldn't understand what the item 1x kitchen €1.00 meant because I only looked at my receipt at home. Quite strange. Transparency is different. Conclusion: Nice family restaurant with good, affordable food.

The menu offers a large selection of salads, pizza, buns and, above all, meat dishes (pork or turkey). Food and service very good. I was horrified by the Z word on the card!!! This should definitely be deleted.

I really cannot give more than 2 stars. Pizza was bad and it did not taste fresh; service was awful, impolite and the atmosphere was unpleasant. On top of that, they don’t accept cards.
