Dejavu - Restaurant Café Bar in Füssen

The biggest tourist attraction in Füssen isn't Neuschwanstein Castle, but this restaurant. I can't describe the quality of this restaurant in words. The food is sensational and excellent. The service is impeccable. A 10 out of 10 isn't enough. Don't miss it.

The Vietnamese lady is so professional, funny, and helpful. We always enjoy coming back. Dejavu is the best restaurant in Füssen that we know.

This was my first time there since the change of ownership, and the burgers were very good. All the other main courses and desserts were also very good. The only thing that could be improved is the salad portion size. Whether it's a side salad or a regular salad, both portions are very small for the price.

The food was delicious and plentiful. The New Year's Eve menu was excellent. The service was very friendly and attentive! I'd gladly come again.

The New Year's Eve menu was very tasty, however, with 7 courses it was simply too much. This made the wait too long. Otherwise, it was great.

We had the pleasure of spending New Year's Eve with you yesterday. Despite the restaurant being full, the food was very good. The staff was friendly. However, what was a real downside was that it was very, very cold and drafty in the conservatory. We asked for a blanket, but none were available. The other guests also moved to other seats or put on their winter coats. This is especially annoying on New Year's Eve when you're not wearing much. We were so cold that we ended up having our cocktails elsewhere.

Excellent place to eat. Both dishes we ordered were delicious, as was the beer. The restaurant is right next to the bus stop. Reasonable prices, a very welcoming atmosphere, and very professional staff.

An amazing bar! We had lunch and dinner here both days we were here. We ordered nachos, schnitzel, and fries. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Highly recommended! The waiters were super polite and friendly. When we return, we'll definitely come back to this bar.

Absolutely fantastic! We're still talking about the pork medallions with homemade croquettes and pak choi. Beautifully presented and reasonably priced. My partner also thoroughly enjoyed the Espresso Martini. We drove 90 minutes, but we'd love to come back. Keep up the good work! Thanks for the lovely evening. 👍👍

Nice and cozy restaurant with a viewpoint overlooking the roundabout. We had a wonderful dinner accompanied by our dog. The dishes were beautifully presented, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ravioli were incredible. Excellent value for money, and the staff was very efficient and charming.

The food was okay. The service was completely disorganized. Three different people either asked for something at the same time or ignored me for a while. The price/performance ratio was not good. The menu is absolutely terrible, with so many mistakes.

My wife and I very much enjoyed everything about the restaurant. I have not seen many gourmet burger restaurants in Germany, but this had it. Her Espresso Martini was good, and my Mule was very tasty. She had the Smash Burger, and it was delicious. I had the Mexican Burger, the guacamole and jalapeños were good as well. Highly recommended.

One of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in Germany! The food at this restaurant was simply the best I’ve had since arriving here – delicious, perfectly made, and prepared with great care. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful! The portions are generous. I had the truffle burger with fries - and it was honestly the best fries I’ve ever had! The burger was very tasty and juicy. My mom had the Caesar salad, and she said it was one of the best she’s ever tried. I definitely recommend visiting this place. Unfortunately, much of the menu wasn't available, even though it was advertised as such. In addition, the waitress seemed very unpleasant, and the restaurant was generally cramped and uncomfortable.

I came here specifically to eat the pizza, which I love here. We had already ordered drinks when they responded to my order saying they didn't have any pizzas today. But we didn't get that message until after we'd already ordered the drinks. So we'd have to pay for them either way. It would be nice if they told you that before the drinks were ordered.

I highly recommend it. The beef goulash was divine. A cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.

Service was grest and food were delicious. Sweet potatoe couscous was an explosive flavor in your mouth. Wheat weizenber was flavorful.

Beautiful place and very varied menu. Generous dishes. They are happy to accommodate customer requests. The best dish is the beef goulash served with spaetzle. The (real) pizza is a must-try! One of the few restaurants in Füssen serving local specialties that doesn't close at 7:30 PM. Highly recommended!

What a joke this place is. After eight days of hiking for my birthday, we ordered a cauliflower steak with chickpea ragù and a vegetarian pizza on our last day after flying to London. We were convinced twice by a waitress that a cauliflower floret is a steak. When she finally showed us what we were supposed to get, it obviously wasn’t a cauliflower steak. I would advise changing the menu description from “cauliflower steak” to whatever description fits better. Also, please advise your chef and waitstaff to be trained. We were really disappointed. We’re not going to visit your restaurant again or recommend it to any of our friends. Additionally, it’s really easy to fix unhappy clientele, but the staff were too busy and not willing to help.

The Déjà Vu restaurant has rightfully earned its place among the best restaurants in Füssen. Centrally located, it offers excellent value for money that is unparalleled in the area. The menu is based on classic Bavarian cuisine, but is enhanced with modern presentation and creative touches – each dish surprises with a little something extra that makes it special. The plates are not only a visual highlight, but also exceptional in taste – you can feel the care and passion of the chef. The drinks menu is also well-thought-out, with matching recommendations for the dishes. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, so much so that we returned the next day to try more delicacies. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. A restaurant that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

We went there with my partner for our anniversary dinner thinking that would be a very nice place to celebrate from the reviews, but we were in for a SHOCK. I have no idea how the reviews are so good, maybe the menu or staff have changed recently. We both had a burger which was the worst burger by far we’ve ever had! Very greasy and sloppy, the bacon tasted like cardboard and we both got 10 fries each which were questionable. The service was also terrible, there was 1 waitress for the whole restaurant, it was it was her 1st shift and she was very incompetent (she came on top of us while we were eating and didn’t say anything which was very weird and consistently kept forgetting what we ordered). We felt bad for her but still management should’ve thought of that before putting her on her own. Overall it was a horrid experience, we would’ve been better off at McDonald’s.

We were there for the first time yesterday, and it was perfect. Top service, great atmosphere. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. A truly wonderful and passionate kitchen. Highly recommended, and from now on, it will be our absolute go-to place when we visit Füssen again.

We were guests with friends today...everything was tip top, including the DJ...with great music!!...A small dance floor would have been the icing on the cake!!

Wow! Never thought celery soup could be so delicious. Food and atmosphere were amazing. Old Fashioned was surprisingly good.

Possibly the best burgers we’ve ever eaten, including ones in America! The smash burger with the garlic mayonnaise was top notch and the fries were very crispy! Highly highly recommend. You will NOT be disappointed!

I've rarely experienced such attentive service! The lady noticed my pregnant belly and came back to the table to make sure I didn't eat anything raw (there's probably raw egg in the homemade mayo on the burger). Otherwise, the restaurant was very nice, and the food was wonderful.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, but it's located on the street, so it's not always quiet. The burgers are absolutely amazing, and the service is also attentive!

Generous portions, various cusine, delicious dishes! We came at 11pm, but restaraunt staff was kind to ask kitchen to prepare a feast for us! The waiter was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is very cosy and relaxing. Danke schon!

A fantastic restaurant! The service was very attentive. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I've never eaten confit pork neck before: very tender meat served with a delicious sauce and tasty side dishes. We also enjoyed a cozy meal in the conservatory.

I had the pork fillet in truffle cream with breaded gnocci. Delicious delicious... Everything homemade. Absolutely recommended. The service was super nice and attentive. You'll be happy to come back there. And then to my predecessor...if it takes a little longer with drinks or food, you should first look around and see what's going on and not react like that straight away. Or did they have to get to the train

Really nice and cozy. Unfortunately there is very little choice of food but it is very good. But way TOO EXPENSIVE. I wanted to take the rest of my food with me and had to pour it into the box myself, something I've never experienced before. Especially when you pay so much for it.

A classy atmosphere. The cocktails were not only pretty to look at, but also delicious. The service lady was very, very accommodating. However, only 4 stars because we had to wait a relatively long time for our two cocktails. Still happy again.

Stepped in off the street for dinner... the wall of smoke from outdoor patrons almost turned us around down the stairs, but we went in anyway. Cheerfully greeted by a member of staff, we had our choice of tables overlooking the bustling rotary below. Keeping it simple, we enjoyed a wonderfully complex hamburger with fries. Go to Dejavu and order it.

The burgers are delicious, tasty and with good quality ingredients. Good, friendly and competent service even if a little slow. Prices in line with the area. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely magnificent! Despite some culinary experiences, I can't remember eating anything so fantastically good. The presentation on the plate was a feast for the eyes. And all of this at moderate prices. If the people from “Michelin” don’t find out about this soon! We know for sure that we will come back here the next time we travel through! We are honestly thrilled!

Very nice restaurant. Unfortunately the service is very, very unfriendly. Food was okay but very expensive. Unfortunately they don't have burgers like they used to.. don't have much choice (especially vegetarian) unfortunately I have to say that we won't be coming here anymore.

A great bar...nice staff and delicious food

Great restaurant/bar. Cozy. Food comes quickly and is very well seasoned. Since I'm picky, I just wanted to eat the meat, special ordering was no problem at all. Cocktails are delicious. For dessert we ordered the "Chocolate suffle with vanilla ice cream" and it was to die for. Super tasty served with orange and apple. Highly recommended, whether for a meal or just something to drink. Service also great.

If you can choose a seat, be sure to choose a seat near the ring so you can overlook the mountains and forests in the distance. I have a stupid tongue, but I can drink coffee very smoothly and deliciously. I ordered the Devil's Burger, which was really spicy but not overly salty. I could feel the owner's love and patience for the meal. If any friends are coming to Füssen/Neuschwanstein, I will definitely recommend them to come to this store.

Delicious food, friendly service and nice ambience

Food is basic but tasty, doesn’t seem to have parking available but guests can find parking at the street nearby. Staff are hospitable though doesn’t appear very friendly. It’s located centrally so it’s great to take a stroll down the high streets after a good meal. Fun fact: the lights in the loo are motion censored so be quick with whatever you do or you’ll be left in the dark !

Was in Füssen for 5 nights and found this bar just a few minutes walk from our accommodation. I loved the vibe, great drinks and tasty food. Felt very comfortable there. The staff were all very friendly but the female bartender was OUTSTANDING! She made our visits even more special, so much so we went there every night! The bartenders special cocktail was delicious!!! 5*

The two of us had dinner at Dejavu last night. We were surprised by the really good decoration, we placed our order at a table facing the roundabout. First there was a cheese platter to show off. Afterwards came 2 burgers which disappointed us a bit after the good start. There was more sauce than burgers, the meat was 90% raw (some people like that but you don't ask), the rolls were flimsy and gave us the feeling that toasters were used there. The fries were too salty. The garlic dip, on the other hand, was great, just a little strong. After the waitress passive-aggressively threw me the €72.20 bill and said a quick goodbye, we were happy to get out of there again. Otherwise the evening was over after 30 minutes but was quite okay, apart from the food.

Great atmosphere, quiet with pleasant background music. You quickly feel good and the food and cocktails taste great. I can only recommend it.

We arrived in Füssen after a long drive and after a walk we decided to have dinner here. We were warmly served and both employees were extremely friendly! Our small dog was also well served and greeted with a treat and drink. The vegan cabbage donuts were also very good. I can only recommend this restaurant and best regards!
