It's unfortunate that we weren't told that we eat in shifts here. So after dinner we ordered a drink, which we had to down because the next guests were already waiting. Too bad! Food was very good

Not without a reservation! It's best to inquire a week in advance. The food is excellent and the menu has more to offer than pizza and pasta. The service is friendly and very concerned about the well-being of the guests. We felt very comfortable outside even without a reservation. Clear recommendation, we'll be back!

The pizza and pasta are delicious, but the price is a bit high

Reservations! Make a reservation. The restaurant is not that large. Food was wonderful and authentic. Italy without going to Italy! On day 7 of our trip and as much as we loved Bavarian Food, it was a nice break for one meal.

I dont know how this place get into the tripadviser, hotel and google recommendations as a good italian restaurant. I wasnt expecting top notch food, since it looked like osteria type of restaurant, but according to reviews I was at least expecting authentic italian food. Well, it is not authentic, neither good. Yes, portions are big, if u are hungry af. But the rest… pasta with truffles is made using chicken broth industrial cubes from grocery store and on top of it added balsamic vinegar?! “Tartufo” is just a name. Italian would understand this… Serving 5eu wine for 30eu, is also leaves me questioning. In italian restaurants I at least expect a good oil on the table, but instead is a fake oil. Waiters dont care much what u order as well, just “do it fast”. All in all, quite bad experience. THIS IS NOT ITALIAN FOOD, and u have to have a really bad taste, if u call this GOOD.

Very good choice, great food and service

Sometimes you have to be afraid when you go out to eat in a tourist hotspot, but I was very positively surprised by the very tasty pizza, the service, everything was wonderful. Absolutely to be recommended.

We came to the restaurant without a reservation. Unfortunately there was no more room inside, but outside under a heat lamp. It was super cozy and warm too. Il Pescatore in Füssen, Germany is an excellent Italian restaurant. The staff are Italian, they are very friendly and speak fluent English. The restaurant offers real traditional Italian food and the portions are large. One place that you will truly enjoy excellent Italian dishes for reasonable prices.

Excellent food and service. We were able to take the time to enjoy the food even though it was close to closing time. Pasta was amazing. Salad was really good too. The atmosphere was relaxing. Tiramisu solidified our already excellent dining experience.

Following a recommendation, we visited Il Pescatore in Füssen today. We reserved a table. We were received very politely. The restaurant offers a very pleasant atmosphere. We took the recommended red wine with our meals, a starter plate, lasagne and a pasta dish. Food was very tasty. The wine was very good. We were very satisfied and will come back.

We discovered this restaurant during our vacation in Fussën (under recommendation from our hotel). We were not disappointed! The cuisine is excellent and in quantity (Italian cuisine is a change from German cuisine and it feels good to eat vegetables!!!!). We had shrimp and salmon lugnines and sea bass spiga. A delight!!!! Remember to book in advance because there are a lot of people (probably because the food is very good!) We recommend! Thanks again :)

Extremely delicious truffle pasta. I would have liked to order another plate because it was so delicious. Probably the best truffle pasta so far. My friend had the salmon and shrimp pizza and it was also very good

The ambience is also cozy and authentic, just as you would imagine at a good Italian restaurant. For us the best Italian, and we always like to come back. I had the best pizza and pasta here in whole of Germany. The whole vibe of the restaurant is so amazing. I would definitely come back again here. Staff is so polite and friendly and helped me with the order.

Go to il pescadore, order some caramelli al tartuffo, a Maradea, a Calabrian wine served with a kind of wire that makes a party, top it off with a Tiramisu and at the coffee shop ask for a grappa from Calabria that only they have... no do you feel anything There will be a song in your head... Albano and Romina are singing Felicità. I promise to return to Fūssen in the hope that this melody will play again. Great restaurant and great room team at Il Pescatore.

Very good restaurant. But you don't get a typical long Italian meal here. A good pace is the plan here. Each table will probably be sold three times in the evening. We had salmon or pulpo with spinach and rosemary potatoes. Tartufo blanco or Nero.

The food was very good. I had pasta, unfortunately the portion was more like an appetizer. I asked the waitress about it, then she just said, “Our pasta portions are rather large…” Dan immediately turned away. The quality was good, it deserves 4-5 stars. The reaction was not professional, hence the 3 stars. If the service is responsive to the guest, it can also be 5 stars despite small portions.

It couldn't be better: uncomplicated reservation by email, super nice and friendly reception in the restaurant, the good mood of the employees was present the whole time. Starter plates, pasta and salad all super fresh and tasty and all without waiting times. Unreserved recommendation, that's how hospitality works! I would like to summarize my experiences at the Il Pescatore restaurant in Füssen. Reservation: Unfortunately, reservations are not possible by telephone. Unfortunately, apart from the answering machine, you can't reach anyone here. Location: We sat in the square in front of the restaurant. Very nice location with an Italian atmosphere in the middle of Füssen. Service: The request to clear the chair of pigeon droppings was complied with after rolling the eyes and pointing out that the droppings were actually already dry. The helpful hint that you should pay attention to your black shirt because Füssen has a lot of pigeons was very helpful, although not appropriate. Price: Yes, we have inflation. It is apparently more pronounced here than anywhere else. Eat: What it's actually about. The pizza can certainly keep up with the good ready-made pizzas from the frozen food department. If you like a lot of edge and little surface, this is the right place for you.

I had dinner here with friends last week and I was stunned!! After queuing, we were given a table on the extremely narrow terrace. The food came extremely quickly and the service had the typical Italian demeanor. So far so good. Then came the hammer: Immediately after we ordered more wine and espresso, we were told to please get up and go to the bar tables on the other side of the sidewalk with the full glasses in our hands and continue drinking there. Before, the cash was collected quickly. Reason: The table should be occupied by the next paying customer. It's not possible - a complete no-go in the catering industry. Dishes were all very oily and average.

We have been coming here at least twice a year for years and have always been satisfied. That ended now, as we were quite rudely expelled from the restaurant after the waiter poured a full glass of cola down our pants without much apology. With wet pants, we at least wanted to take the food with us, but the pizza was unsightly and part of the order was missing. The reaction from the boss was more than wrong and we were expelled from the restaurant. Thank you very much, we won't be coming back. Anything can happen, but behavior like that is not possible! And we only write reviews if it's really bad. Ps. We ate well afterwards at Rivera am Hopfen See…. We would happily recommend it again

I think the food weighs the most on a restaurant visit. There they fell flat. Bought a pizza that was very tasteless. Not even salt. Amazing how they managed it. It was also expensive. My girl bought a pitiful little seafood pasta for 240 Swedish kronor (20 euros) which was really really boring

Food was okay. Bit too salty for the pizza and the pasta quality could have been better even when store bought. The toilets were not up to restaurant standard. I have visited better autobahn restrooms. You will possibly have a good time if you go in with low expectations.

Looking for a change from Germanic food we chanced on this place in a back street of Fussen. The asparagus menu looked interesting and my husband had asparagus ravioli and I have a salad with prawns, but they were both amazing and well presented. About par for the course on pricing.

Das Restaurant liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Wir konnten draußen sitzen und haben eine leckere Pizza gegessen. Der Service war super. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Muy amables y la comida muy bien. La única pega son los precios de las bebidas y de los postres. Copa de vino de la casa, 8,90. Los postres también a ese precio. Están bien pero no son para cobrar tanto. No obstante, teniendo cuidado con esto es un sitio agradable y donde se cena estupendamente.

This review is based on our visit in August 2023. Due to technical problems, this review was not published at the time. Actually a very good Italian. We were here for the second time, were greeted warmly and got a table despite not having a reservation. Our dog was also welcome. Today we ordered homemade pasta, pizza bread and salad. The food came quickly. The noodles were excellent. However, the salad was very bad. Green salad, with canned corn, beans from a jar, cabbage also not homemade. Sliced ​​dry carrots. The olives were the easiest thing to buy. That was very disappointing today. Especially when you know that things can be better. Next time we won't order a salad. Highly recommend the pasta and pizza.

One of the few places in the entire region that stays open to a normal time in the evenings… we had to drive to Fussen from Neuschwanstein because all restaurants had closed at 8:30pm (in a tourist region, in May!!). The pizza was great and the atmosphere was buzzing because there were lots of people there.
