We often come here for breakfast during our visits to Munich. It's delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is friendly and quick. You just have to plan for a wait if you don't have a reservation.

Prices were very affordable, the service was so great each time we came - such friendly and attentive staff. All around the vibes were just great, great music and such a cute atmosphere. We were in Munich over the weekend and ended up here by chance the first time, as it started to pour (rain)! We (6 people) can highly recommend this restaurant. That means we came back the following day! This time on purpose. ☺️ Atmosphere: We really liked the ambiance here. Cozy, comfortable, and when the weather's nice (which we unfortunately didn't have), you can even sit outside. Service: The staff is very friendly and attentive. Always helpful... nothing can "frustrate" them. Even when searching for the perfect spot, they do everything to satisfy their guests. Exemplary! The staff seems to have just as much fun as their guests. We felt very comfortable. TOP! Food + Drink: The menu offers something for everyone. The only downside is that you won't find any "Bavarian specialties" here, but that didn't bother us. The menu invites you to try something different. The quality and presentation of the food are also excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Stay the way you are. Last week, we had the pleasure of dining in Munich once at Gärtnerplatz and again at Promenadenplatz. Absolutely comfortable atmosphere – attentive, very friendly service. The food was excellent both times; we enjoyed it very much. In any case, we think it's a shame that Cotidiano isn't available in Linz yet. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Munich!

Came to Cotidiano with my family and had such a lovely experience. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful — and in 2025, we all appreciate a picturesque dining spot! That said, we’ve all been to places that look great but serve average food… thankfully, this wasn’t one of them. Everyone genuinely enjoyed their meals. I spent ages going through the menu because there were so many tempting options. I even scrolled through their Instagram to help me decide — the content is top-tier, with beautiful photos that gave me confidence in the food but also made it even harder to choose 😂. In the end, I made my pick and had no regrets — everything was delicious, and the basil lemonade was a real highlight. The staff were so warm and attentive, which made the experience even better. All in all, a great visit — I’d happily come back

I've had breakfast there twice. The atmosphere is lovely, elegant, calm, and quiet due to its location (even when it's crowded, there's a sense of serenity). The staff is friendly and prompt. The breakfast is truly delicious and filling. Since we arrived early, we easily found a seat; I'm not sure how it will be later, when it's busy.

I ordered the Oriental Hummus toast, a wonderful vegetarian breakfast. It was delicious. It was so crowded, reservations are necessary; we didn't have one, but since we arrived early, the waiter accommodated us at a later table. He was a friendly and attentive employee. We were very happy. We also ordered the Avocado toast and Mountain Joy, and everyone at the table loved it. Definitely worth a visit!

Oriental melansane! Every bite a delight! A perfectly harmonized bouquet of characterful flavors on an artfully arranged plate. Bravo!!! Following this, an espresso and a scoop of ice cream was a palate orgasm.

After having breakfast here and being so impressed by the ambiance and service, we decided to try the punch and aperitifs in the evening! Highly recommended, and we'll be back!

Des Cotidiano is an incredibly wonderful and friendly café where you can not only have breakfast, but also find something to eat and drink at any time of day. A very pleasant atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff!

Place with a nice atmosphere and a little fountain nearby. Despite the central location, it's cozy and doesn't feel loud or obnoxious. The only thing I disliked about the place... they had so many things I wanted to try out! It took me 10 minutes to choose what to eat. I never had such a hard time. There's many tasty things to eat and drink, both sweet and savory. I would say the Belgian chocolate would have been thicker, otherwise 10/10.

We were there with a group of five people on Sunday morning. On a positive note, we got a table outside right away without a reservation and without having to wait. Our order was taken quite quickly, drinks first, followed a little later by food. The prices are probably normal for Munich; as someone from out of town, I found them a bit high, but definitely acceptable. I would describe the wait for drinks as comfortable; the drinks were really delicious. There are vegan milk alternatives for coffee. The food arrived a little later. Unfortunately, a partial order was forgotten, and when we pointed it out, it was only brought in part. However, everything tasted very good without exception. Unfortunately, the wait staff took quite a long time for follow-up orders. There are also a good number of vegan and vegetarian options for food. Payment was convenient via QR code (PayPal, Google/Apple Pay) or directly to the staff. All in all, the visit was very positive; the food was very good, as were the drinks. The ambiance at the location was also pleasant, although the outdoor area was a bit narrow, which meant that other guests often accidentally bumped into their chairs while walking through. The service staff seemed rather disorganized and overwhelmed at times; there is room for improvement here. On a positive note, however, the staff was very friendly. The restrooms were also spotlessly clean, which (unfortunately, in our experience) is not a given in a busy restaurant.

A pleasant place to eat – the seating outside is quite close, but the courtyard is pleasantly quiet. Centrally located, with a broad menu and prompt service – all in all, you can't go wrong. As part of a chain, it's not particularly typical of the city or personal, but for a safe, solid lunch or dinner, it's certainly a good choice!

What can you say, the food is varied and always of the same high quality. Just Cotidiano. You can sit quietly and relaxed in the courtyard. The service is exceptionally friendly, always in a good mood and accommodating. You can feel that the restaurant is under good management and the working atmosphere is right.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. As a pregnant woman, I wanted to sit outside because it was stuffy inside and I was having trouble breathing. Even though other customers were sitting outside, I was treated very rudely by the employee – a young man. He said in a cheeky tone that it was wet outside and was not at all helpful. Instead of politely offering me a seat, he threw me the menu and simply said "here" to a table somewhere in the far corner. I then decided to leave. This kind of behavior is simply not acceptable – especially not in the middle of Munich. It's a shame, because I've always enjoyed Cotidiano. However, I won't be visiting this branch again.

Disappointing experience – double-check your receipt! Unfortunately, my experience at Cotidiano was not a good one. When it came time to pay, I was charged for three items I never ordered (about €15 extra): a cappuccino, scrambled eggs, and extra bacon. After checking the receipt and asking for clarification, the waiter initially refunded only two of the incorrect items. We had to ask again before he finally refunded the third one. It didn’t feel like an honest mistake — more like a sneaky move. The tip was calculated based on the incorrect total, so I ended up paying an extra 10% on an inflated bill, and that tip was not refunded. That left a bad taste regardless. Additionally, we were charged €3 for extra cheese that was added to a dish without being told it would cost extra. That wasn't the main issue, but still worth mentioning. Overall, the experience was disappointing and left us feeling taken advantage of. I strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before paying. Regarding food the offer is pretty much average and beverage were not so good.

Once upon a time, it was so delicious 😍 We ordered an egg croissant (called an Americano) and they removed the bacon. We ordered eggs from the kids' menu and added avocado (the plate was really big). The staff were friendly and the place was nice and welcoming.

We were there on a very warm day. Tables were assigned, and we placed our orders with drinks and food. Unfortunately, the food arrived before the drinks. A bit of chaos – new waitresses – and the order was a bit confusing.

Good food, but very rude staff - prepare to get kicked out after 2 hours (while calling it "you're sitting here whole day"). And the waiter will calculate and include the tip himself while giving you the change - without even presenting the bill, just a number on the phone. So make sure to check your numbers. Despite quite the noisy audience (young millennials not used to lower the tone while speaking) the place is overall good and food is tasty.

Today was my first time at this Cotidiano and I was very satisfied overall. I would like to emphasize the friendliness and speed of the service. What I've never experienced before—I'm not from Munich—is the so-called "nudging" when paying. I wasn't even asked whether I wanted to pay in cash or by card; instead, I was immediately given a tablet to pay by card. The lowest tip option on the far left of the display was 10%. I think most people who are new to this process feel the same way I did, feeling a bit taken by surprise and then potentially selecting an option that turns out to be significantly higher than the tip they might otherwise have given. As you can see, I gave the review full stars because the service and everything else WAS good. Only in retrospect, when I've had a bit of time to think about the payment process, did I find it inappropriate. Perhaps it will help other guests avoid feeling so taken by surprise.

I'm currently on vacation here in Munich. I arrived this morning and was looking for a nice café for breakfast. I'm really glad I came across Cotidiano. The matcha latte I ordered with oat milk was really delicious and reasonably priced. For dinner, I had the "Alpenglück" (Alpine Happiness) and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The service was excellent and the food arrived very quickly. I will definitely miss this meal when I get home! Thank you!

I'm absolutely thrilled. The friendly waitress with the colorfully tattooed arms was so incredibly nice, always there to help, and immediately accommodated my special requests, assuring me it wouldn't be a problem. The place was packed, but thanks to the two girls who seemed to be everywhere at once, I still felt like I was receiving excellent service. The food was absolutely worth every cent; I would definitely go back again if we lived in Munich.

Stumbled upon the cutest little café for lunch! I kicked things off with their pink latte—absolutely delicious and so unique. I’m pretty sure it had açaí and goji berry in it, which gave it a subtle fruity twist. For food, I tried the Chicken Fries: crispy chicken tenders piled over a bed of fries, topped with mayo and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Definitely filling and great for sharing. I also went with “Le American” — scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar, tomato, and lettuce all tucked into a buttery croissant. I added avocado for a little extra, totally worth it! Pro tip: eat it quick before the croissant gets soggy. Such a cute brunch spot!
