The food is delicious, people are cheerful and nice, the ambiance is cool. The only thing to keep in mind is that you can’t make reservations and they have a few tables. I definitely recommend.

Exceptionally good food, a changing menu and great service, you feel welcome as a guest and your palate is more than satisfied. We'll definitely be back and try out the selection at the counter.

Pera Meze is an absolute insider tip! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and warm, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. But the highlight is undoubtedly the food – everything we tried was a delight! The meze selection is diverse and authentic, with flavors that transport you straight to the Mediterranean. We'll definitely be back! A must for everyone who appreciates good food and a cozy atmosphere.

As someone who has lived in Turkey and tasted and known the mezes in Hatay, I can say that the price-performance ratio of the standard meze bowl they recommend (I preferred the meatless one) is bad. What's boiled potatoes doing in the appetizer bowl? On the other hand, they admire the appearance of the plates. I guess it's a family business. Because the appetizers of a professional meze master will be different. As a Turk, I find it very sad that Turkish restaurants in Munich cannot come close to the level of Turkey.

The quality and taste of the food is outstanding here, it tastes as original as in Turkey. What wasn't so nice is that the chef constantly licked his fingers while serving and treated himself to small bites from the counter and then continued to prepare the dish - an absolute no-go!

They are flavorful yet well balanced and have a mix of different textures (some crispy bits, some soft, …). Portion size is good, a single dish makes a satisfying main for 1 person if it isn‘t shared. Prizes are justified. Upon request, some alterations to the dish can be made in case of dietary requirements. As I had to omit the yoghurt dressing I was given a small side serving of humus to my dish, which I highly appreciated. Good customer service! It‘s a very small business with a small group of kitchen and service staff, so it might happen things take some time. But all waiters are very friendly and attentive, answer all questions patiently and all in all it is a relaxed atmosphere. Very good place to unwind.

When I asked a waitress for the Wi-Fi, she said they have it but don't provide the password to guests. Then I requested a glass of wine; she couldn't even pour the wine into the glass properly.🤦‍♂️ Despite the great flavors, the service fell short. Male waiter added bread to the basket at the table next to me using his hands, really like joke. 😀 The staff wasn't polite, but the flavors were wonderful.

This borders on an attempt at fraud, not putting the price for a starter plate for 2 on the menu, but instead writing €15.90. It is a small plate, so it costs €32. An absolute disgrace.

Disastrous value for money!! Ordered a starter for €16 and ended up paying €32 because the menu said “à” in small letters and the price was €16 per person! For a few forkfuls of mezze! Borders on fraud!

Exceptionally friendly service, very communicative. Food mostly vegetarian, excellent hummus, grilled octopus also highly recommended. When we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back for dinner.

Finally got a spot spontaneously, so far it has always been full! And what an experience, the staff is beaming & the food is to die for! Gladly again, you can endure it here. Will probably visit the associated cooking school soon :)

You can do it once but you don't have to do it again... the first thing to mention is: Unfortunately the price/performance doesn't match!!! The food is quite good and the service was very nice!

Fabulous meze, definitely not to be beaten. The prawns were crispy, juicy and flavourful, with a sauce that harmonized perfectly. Also possibly the best hummus in Munich! Friendly staff. The place is a bit cramped, but comfortable.

We were a bit overwhelmed by the offer at first, but then we quickly got the overview. So please take your time when choosing 😌 the food was consistently delicious and impressively fresh. The aromatic cuisine is absolutely delicious 👍 we'll be back 😍

A friend and I spontaneously came over for brunch and got a seat in the small but beautifully, comfortably furnished restaurant. We shared mixed meze and a sweet recommendation for dessert and found both very tasty. The service was so attentive and the coffee was very good too! Only the portion could have been a little larger for the price. But I'll definitely be back⭐️

The three of us went to Pera Meze for the first time today. Get a seat straight away at 2 p.m. And what should we say? The service, the food, the drinks were excellent. Definite recommendation, e.g. after a morning of shopping in the Glockenbachviertel. We'll definitely be back in the New Year. Thank you!

Super tasty, with a very unique touch to every meze. The kofta also tasted very good. The bread is homemade and fresh. Unfortunately, there are few or no good Turkish restaurants in Munich. But I have to be honest: it tastes really good at Pera Meze. The service is also very attentive and very polite. I can highly recommend it.

Am besten fand ich die Hausgemachte Limo. 😋 Auch das Ambiente hat mir gut gefallen, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich hier nicht. Sicher kann ich den Aufwand für die vielen einzelnen Gerichte nicht einschätzen, Aber es lässt sich Anderswo genau so gut und günstiger Speisen. (Und trinken).

Obwohl ich viel in München unterwegs bin, habe ich es noch nicht geschafft diese Lokalität früher zu besuchen. Das bedaure jetzt sehr. Unser Besuch heute zu Mittag hat sich richtig gelohnt. Es ist sehr einfach eingerichtet und hat drinnen 6 kleine Tische aber dass ist nicht wichtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und einfühlsam. Der Boden, auch hinter der Theke, wie auch die Tische sind sehr sauber. Die Pide wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr lecker. So ein Geschenk habe ich noch nicht außerhalb der Türkei gegessen bis jetzt. Alles wird täglich frisch zubereitet und ist nicht über würzt, wie ich es sehr oft erlebt habe. Geschmacklich war alles von Anfang bis Ende ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Dazu noch ein super Personal. Preis-Leistung stimmt und ich habe noch einiges zu probieren. Wir haben uns wie in der Türkei gefühlt und werden sicher wieder einen Geschmacks Urlaub bei euch machen. Danke an Ali und das Team. Wir freuen uns sehr auf das Wiedersehen.

Super leckeres Essen! Kleine aber feine Auswahl und einfach mal etwas anderes. Service war top. Ist eher ein Imbiss/Bistro und kein direktes Restaurant, man kann dennoch schön draussen vor dem Laden und gemütlich im Laden essen. Eine telefonische Tischreservierung ist ebenfalls möglich. 10/10!

Meine Frau wollte unbedingt das Pera Meze besuchen. Außen hat es mehrere zT überdachte Sitzplätze. Innen sitzt man nahe der Theke an einfachen Sitzgelegenheiten aber dennoch in nettem (moderneren) Ambiente. Die Stimmung bei unserem Besuch war entspannt und man hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Wie wurde z. B. Bei der Speisenauswahl gut unterstützt und jeder hatte ein freundliches Wort für uns übrig. Als dann ein kleineres Unwetter kam, sind wir schnell nach innen gewechselt was gemeinsam einfach und problemlos funktionierte. Das Bistro füllte sich dann, auch vermutlich ob des Wetters, recht schnell. Aber immer noch alles entspannt und freundlich. Preislich für uns Landkinder eher etwas teurer hat es sich aber ob der Qualität und des Geschmacks gelohnt. Sollte ich einmal wieder in der Nähe sein, freue ich mich auf einen erneuten Besuch.

Vor einer guten Woche war ich mit meiner Schwester bei Pera Meze. Wir waren überwältigt von der Intepretation der einzelnen Mezes/Gerichte. Auch die hausgemachte Limonade sucht ihres Gleichen. Die Preise finde ich völlig in Ordnung, da mittlerweile in einem 0815 Lokal die Preise nicht wirklich günstiger sind. Hier spricht einfach die Qualität. Auch die Mitareiter und die Köchin sind besonders zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden nochmal wiederkommen!

Sehr lecker, sehr freundliche Bedienung, angenehme Atmosphäre im Außenbereich und recht humane Preise für Münchener Verhältnisse. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

A tiny place with good turkish meze (tapas). You might need to wait a bit in order to sit but the turnover is fast. Service was very quick and people that are working there super friendly and kind people. I found it a bit overpriced tbh for only 2 dishes without alcohol we paid 80€

Perfektes Essen und auch sehr nette Bedienung!

Waren heute in München und mussten unbedingt ins Pera Meze. Hatten es gut getroffen, keine Wartezeiten.Alles super lecker. Von der Vorspeise über den Hauptgang bis zur Nachspeise. Unbedingt auch die selbstgemachte Limonade probieren.

Wir waren heute da gegen 15 Uhr und es war nicht überlaufen. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns als 5er Gruppe draußen gleich 2 Tische zusammen gestellt. Das gesamte Essen über Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachspeise war wirklich sehr lecker und es war überhaupt kein Problem, dass wir uns Portionen geteilt haben. Trotzdem waren wir alle zuletzt papp-satt und haben zusammen 110 Euro bezahlt, was ich für diese Qualität des Essens (frische Zutaten, hervorragend gewürzt, noch warmes Brot knusprig und lecker) für nicht übertrieben halte. Wenn wir wieder in München sind, kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Grüße aus RLP

Soooo lecker, alles frisch und mit Liebe gemacht. Besonders hat das frische Brot und der Hummus geschmeckt. Den hausgemachte Ayran kann ich auch empfehlen.

Für Münchner Verhältnisse und einen Sternekoch sehr lecker und bezahlbar. Ich hatte einen Tag zuvor in Rosenheim für fast den gleichen Preis gegessen und das war eine Pampe. Bis auf den Mais, der leicht angeschmort war, war es sehr lecker. Ich hatte zuvor noch nie bei einem Sternekoch gegessen und war positiv überrascht. In dessen Restaurant wäre ich nie gegangen, aber dieses Bistro fand ich sympathisch, wenn auch zu klein, aber der Geschmack übertraf meine Erwartungen bei weitem. Ich hatte Ali häufiger im hr-Fernsehen bei "Kochs anders" gesehen und nicht nur die Sendung sondern auch sein Geschick als Koch fand ich sehr überzeugend. Ich komme wieder, auch die vielen Gemüse und vegetarischen Gerichte sind genau meine Kragenweite. Ich esse sonst nie türkisch, weil der Service nicht stimmt, man mies behandelt wird oder das Essen schon alt ist. Aber bei Ali und dessen Crew hatte ich das Gefühl als Gast ernst genommen zu sein und das Essen war großartig. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen, auch vegane Optionen und sehr freundliche Bedienung! Einziger kleiner "Minuspunkt" ist, dass man bei den Sitzen draußen nicht viel Platz hat, aber ansonsten wirklich gut! Laut Aussage der Mitarbeiter werden die Gerichte wohl auch immer mal variiert, sodass man immer etwas neues probieren kann!

Waren zum Abendessen da; der Service ist super nett! Wir hatten den Vorspeisen Teller, Köfte und Hummus. Bei dem gemischten Vorspeisen Teller sind leider nicht alle Gerichte aus der Vitrine dabei. Wir hatten 2 Aufstriche, Bulgursalat und Bohnen. Schade das Hummus nicht dabei war, ist ja schließlich ein/der Klassiker. Die Köfte Portion sind 3 Kugeln, wenn man Hunger hat ist das definitiv zu wenig und für 19€ ein stolzer Preis… nichtsdestotrotz war das Essen gut. Dazu noch 4 alkoholfreie Getränke für insgesamt knapp 80€.

Lovely Turkish meze bar offers tasty dips, bread, olives and lip-smacking Köfte. Super friendly services and trendy decor. It is a perfect place to hangout before you enjoying the nightlife at Gärtnerplatz. That said, don’t expect to get full with a few selections of dishes, the portions are small.

There's more to Turkish cuisine than just kebabs and Pera Meze is the proof. We had the Vegi Teller Kalt – a plate with 4 different cold salads from an assortment of many more – and the Mama's Köfte. Both were super delicious and not at all "heavy" in the stomach. The bread... Oh, the bread... If I could, I would have brought a batch home. Momo suggested we tried the dessert. I can't remember the name but it was like 3 small cakes dipped in tahin. Unfortunattely, my friend didn't like the tahin flavour but Momo was very kind and brought a plate with extra cakes with no tahin just for him. Food that is a feast for the senses and very kind and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

Everything is sooo delicious. If it’s your first time, just try “pera meze teller”

Das Restaurant ist mit seinen 6 (kleinen) Tischen sehr überschaubar, genauso wie die Speisekarte. Wartezeit sollte mit eingeplant werden, wenn man vor Ort essen möchte. Die große Auswahl an Gerichten beschränkt sich auf wenige Hauptgerichte, die gerne als "shared dishes" bestellt werden. Gerade deshalb verstehe ich nicht, warum nur 3 Hackbällchen serviert werden - für einen wirklich stolzen Preis. Geschmacklich waren alle Gerichte die wir bestellen hatten lecker, aber trotzdem stimmt Preis Leistung nicht. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt, auch wenn der Tischnachbar einem quasi auf dem Schoß sitzt ;)

Unglaublich leckeres türkisches Essen. Perfekt für wenn man sich durch verschiedene Gerichte probieren will mit einem Glas Wein. Cooler Atmosphäre.
