My pasta arrabiata just wasn't good. The portion was okay but the taste was really far from successful. Too many spices that taste very artificial. The clientele is just terrible and the restaurant can't do anything about it but I just have to mention it. In midsummer the parasols are not opened. The tables are not wiped regularly. I don't understand why it has to be allowed to go so bad!

The food wasn't tasty. You could tell that the salmon wasn't of high quality and came from the freezer. The food was hardly seasoned and it didn't taste good. You expect more from an Italian restaurant. The staff was friendly but very confused. There were enough staff there, but you still felt ignored and unwelcome. When we took the order we were asked three times what we would like to order. It was anything but clean and nice in the restaurant. The plates weren't clean either and it was incredibly loud there. We won't be coming back.

Self service but the food tastes good

Unfortunately, my visit to Buster Pasta was disappointing. Although the restaurant is nicely decorated and offers a pleasant atmosphere, the quality of the food and service leave a lot to be desired. The food itself was disappointing. The dishes were unconvincing in terms of taste and lacked the freshness that you would expect from a good Italian restaurant. In addition, the plates on which the food was served were not clean, which further spoiled the dining experience. Another annoyance was that they charged extra for parmesan. At an Italian restaurant this should be a given and not an additional cost. This is atypical and seems rather petty. Although there were enough staff present, I had the impression that no one really cared about the guests. The service was inattentive and it took far too long for someone to come to our table to tell us that we had to place the order and bring the drinks ourselves. In summary, I cannot recommend BUSTER PASTA due to the negative experience, even if the ambience is appealing. There is definitely room for improvement, both in the quality of the food and the service.

I love it!! I had a Scharfkäse salad 🥗 z mango - delicious!! The people are nice, the service is good and fast. Prices are ok...you will find more expensive places with worse food. I will come back.

I don't give 0 stars because I can't. I don't recommend going at all, look for more pasta restaurants if you want to eat well. Don't grab the plates either if you don't want to get burned, even if the waitress gives it to you to grab. Super rude and it's totally true that it looks like IKEA itself, honestly and heartily don't go.

We are passing through and wanted to have a drink here. They don't come to you. We stood in a line for 35 minutes and then we were told that they only accept Visa or cash. So no regular bank card. What a worthless intention with very unfriendly staff. Really a bunch of idiots. Next to us were people eating a pizza that had human hair in it, so all in all I say people don't go here. Arrogant and definitely not worth my money. It all makes no sense!!!! 35 min wait!!!!!!

Absolute disappointment! I've eaten here so many times, this visit was a complete disaster. The employee at the front of the checkout, I hope that she only works the checkout. Fingernails that are far too long have no place in the catering industry! The fatter employee, also at the checkout, is extremely unfriendly just because I asked for a salt shaker because there wasn't a single salt shaker in the right place. If you don't have friendliness, you shouldn't serve customers. The food is no longer what it used to be. The lady who was supposed to bring our food simply overlooked us and it was only when we asked after a long wait that our food was served cold. All in all a very bad experience. Never come back.

Food good, cocktails great. We didn't think it was that great that you had to get the food like in a canteen and pay for it straight away, but clearing it up worked really well. So gladly again.

It's just a fast food restaurant and not fine dining. Food is ordered and paid for immediately and is usually at the table in less than 10 minutes. Really good, especially with a baby when things have to go quickly. The penne arrabiata was some of the best I've ever eaten. Really recommended.

I must say, fastest service and quality/price ratio I was able to find in city. We took Carbonara and pastas, with drinks, everything was delivered under few minutes and was really good.

My partner and I recently visited Buster Pasta in Düsseldorf. The atmosphere was cozy, but the pasta was mediocre and unspectacular. The service barely spoke German, which led to communication problems. Overall: You can visit, but you don't have to.

Good prices, delicious food. Unfortunately, a meal was forgotten, which can happen, but an apology would still have been nice and appropriate.

We were actually on the way to McDonald’s with the family, but then spontaneously decided on this restaurant. The decision was a good one because the portions were very large, tasty and, above all, reasonably priced. The speed is also worth highlighting.

We had a nice experience here today. We ordered a Balkan pizza and tomato soup. The service was very fast. Our orders arrived within 10 minutes. Along with the tomato soup, they brought bread that was fresh out of the oven, hot and hot. The soup was very delicious and was enough for two people. The pizza was also very good and delicious. It was big enough, the staff and the environment were nice, I deducted 1 star because the drink prices were a little high.

I ordered Caesar chicken salad to take away with extra roast beef and a spritzer. The spritzer was super tasty, I got extra lychees from the nice bartender, so I left a tip. But roast beef was very dry and there wasn't any chicken in the chicken salad and there wasn't any bread either. I can't even put it into words, the food was so bad. Never in my life has a meal been so bad. Pizza dough was completely tasteless and hard, the pineapple tasted like fermented fruit and I don't even want to write about the pasta. We left everything behind. This never happens to us otherwise. I wouldn't give it one star!!!

After several requests and after about 50 minutes of waiting, only 2 of 4 orders came. The service was completely messed up! In the end, not even a reasonable excuse! Got up early and never came back!

Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. The employees were busy chatting among themselves instead of taking our order. My pasta was more tomato sauce than pasta, arugula and fresh tomatoes. The chicken breast in the casserole didn't taste like anything and the cheese was burnt.

I sat there with my friends and waited for almost 10 minutes to be served. Unfortunately there were no menus on the tables. The waiters walked past us without asking if they could help us or greeting us. We had to speak to them and they then told us to go to the front to look at the menus. Somehow the staff seemed to be in a bad mood which made us feel uncomfortable and we decided to eat somewhere else. I don't know if it was because it was close to closing time or if it's always like that. However, I expected more from this restaurant. A pity

This pasta restaurant deserves high praise for its excellently crafted pasta dishes and exceptional service. A truly delightful dining experience

Take a look for yourself: the one in the photos should be a Caesar salad (listed as Caesar’s salad on the menu). Burnt croutons, hard chicken breast fried to death (!) oversalted, some wilted lettuce leaves, for some reason carrots (for what purpose?), cucumber and tomato slices (don't belong in there, but were the only ones edible). Instead of Parmesan, rancid grated mozzarella (or something like that, but definitely not Parmesan). The chef here should at least look up what Caesar dressing is on delicious.de, because even there they know. Instead, the chef here uses a fat, bland mixture of Miracle Whip and yogurt. In the store you are bombarded with the Hits Only hit parade so that the walls vibrate. Nobody here cares how you feel or whether everything is okay. I sit here and no one even looks at me.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rate the dishes. Staff passed us several times but ordered. We couldn't. Hence service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Buster Pasta is a phenomenon. Ambiance: The room looks stylish and there are a lot of seats for the area. This can be both a blessing and a curse. Because you can almost always get a place here. However, sometimes it happens that it is so full that you can hardly get through the already narrow aisles. Eat: The pizza is great 5/5 The base is thin and crispy. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The pasta is also very good and has a wide selection. 4.5/5 is my opinion. When it comes to salad, however, opinions are divided. Funnily enough, they vary massively in quality. Sometimes the chicken just doesn't taste good. Then the dressing tastes really delicious and the next time it doesn't taste good at all. Unfortunately I can't describe it in more detail. Salads are 2/5 to 5/5 depending on the situation. The homemade drinks are great. Toilet: Buster Pasta's toilets are clean and attractive looking. However, the path to the toilet is very dingy and leads past the toilets from the Frittenwerk, which one might assume were shared with Buster Pasta. BUSTER Pasta is excellent for pizza, pasta and homemade soda. The ambience is good. I would try the rest if I were you; if the worst comes to the worst, you can complain about it.

A place we chose by chance. We were very pleased. We tried the four cheese pizza and chicken pasta with pesto sauce. Both were very delicious. Portions are quite sufficient. Prices are good for such a venue.

So I'll describe our experiences: It was completely unclear to us that you had to order and pay at the front, so we waited hopelessly for a few minutes for service, but ultimately had to go to the front. Less than 5 minutes after we ordered, the food was brought to us. (just warmed up?) The menu said “giant prawns”, but normal small prawns were served, which also tasted like frozen food. My gorgonzola dish tasted delicious, but not particularly great... You could also make it at home and get the same result for less money. The ambience was nice and pleasant, although it would have been cramped with many people…

TERRIBLE!!! I've been eating here for years and as of today I'm absolutely horrified! I and some customers have often observed the employees behind the kitchen counter snacking on the food and then touching the food again with dirty gloves. Very unhygienic! I will soon prefer Frittenwerk next door.
