The food tasted great. And big portions of both food and drink.

I like the concept and the decor! In my opinion, it's the best service concept for lunch ever: you order your pizza and drinks at the counter, pay, take your drink, and have the pizza delivered to your table. Once you've finished eating, you can leave right away without having to wait for the waitress!

There are inconveniences with the toilet

I've already ordered and prayed twice because of all the plates, but unfortunately I have to get them myself, that can't happen again. even though there's nothing to do.

We ordered an Italian Pizza, it was delicious. The only problem is you go to the cash register, order there; they give you a little banner to put on your table and you wait forever for the confused waiters to find you and bring you your pizza. Also they give you drinks from the bar which is hard to carry to your table with metal banner in your hands. I mean at least cutlery could be served but no you also have to carry it from the bar by yourself. Other than that the food was great.

On a Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. I ordered 2 pollo penne pesto and I had to wait an hour for them. Incompetent store where every employee is confused.

Disaster: limp pasta in a sticky cheese cream sauce, cooked ham fragments, a lonely strand of chives, half a cherry tomato and cheap parmesan substitute. Absolutely inedible.

Poor treatment of delivery people and very long delays

Always very tasty! Large portions of pasta, wide selection of both pasta and pizza. Can be placed both outdoors and indoors. Service is fast - about 10 minutes on average. Alcoholic, non-alcoholic and hot drinks are available. The downside is that the toilet is not the neatest; I would like more attention to cleanliness.

I ordered penne in red Thai curry and unfortunately received the wrong dish. Then I asked if I could have my real dish. He said no and referred me to the other employee. The other employee said I should go back to the first employee and just eat my order. Unfortunately, they can't make me the right dish because I should just eat what's on the table. But I didn't order it and they didn't want to give me a refund. Only after I spoke to the third employee did I get my money back without an apology or thank you or request. I still politely said goodbye and apologized for the inconvenience, even though it wasn't my fault, it was your fault. I didn't even have to apologize.

Pizza Salsicca spicy - delicious! You order and pay at the counter; the food is brought. It's quick and the restaurant is correspondingly lively (and loud). The staff is friendly and very careful.

Always delicious. I ordered pasta and salads. Penne arribiata were really spicy. For pasta you can choose from penne, tagliatelle, etc. The pizzas also look delicious.

I was here a year ago. I gave it 5 stars the day I was there, but I wanted to come and write something. We discovered this place by chance in the city center and jumped in without looking at the reviews. The service methods, lighting, people chatting with each other etc. seemed like a magical place to me. Of course, one place can change, but if I remember it after a year, it is a beautiful place.

Good for something quick to eat.

The food had tasted really delicious up to this point. For religious reasons I am not allowed to eat meat, especially pork, and my pasta (á la Scanpi) had several pieces of ham in it. When I brought it up at the counter I was ignored. After waiting for 10 minutes I was answered with “Even though the ham is halal.” I thought I wasn't hearing properly! How is a ham supposed to be halal?! Ham is pork. The toilets aren't particularly attractive either. As if that wasn't enough, a cockroach jumps onto the table!!! So it's really the first and last time

Very inexpensive food, always happy to eat there. Unfortunately it's often a bit too greasy, but you can't complain about the price either. Ambience in an American burger shop style, highly recommend the homemade sodas! Always happy with family or a date :) My friend adds that the Sucuc penne is a must try!!

Waiting time is way too long. I ordered a Magherita pizza and had to wait more than an hour. I don't even know why I did this to myself.

Good prices, delicious food and quick service

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The service at the checkout was extremely unfriendly and not customer-oriented. I had politely asked for my food to be served later, but instead of accommodating me, my request was rejected outright. Additionally, as a customer, I was treated inappropriately, which made the entire visit unpleasant. Service should be based on friendliness and flexibility - unfortunately I missed both here. I therefore cannot recommend Buster Pasta.

I found a hair in the pasta I ordered—it was in the sauce, and I only noticed it after I had eaten most of the dish. When we informed the waitress, she implied that the hair might have come from us, which was impossible as none of us had that type of hair. However, another waitress, who was clearly her friend and whom she seemed to be protecting, did. Afterwards, they offered us a dessert as compensation, but we waited 40 minutes, and it never arrived, so we left. The food was tasty until we discovered the hair! Please improve your kitchen hygiene and staff professionalism.

We have been going to Buster Pasta in Düsseldorf regularly for many years and have never been disappointed. The value for money is simply a 10/10. Unlike other restaurants, here you get a portion of pasta that fills you up. Plus, the food always tastes delicious. The delicious homemade lemonades are worth highlighting. Buster Pasta is always worth a visit!

Very well-kept shop, large portions of delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere 👍. I can only recommend it.

The noodles were solid, but nothing more. You order at the front counter, which gives the store a slight McDonald's vibe. The staff was friendly. You are served a huge mountain, but with deficiencies in quality. The arugula salad was not fresh and the pasta was cooked a little too long. When I go out to eat, I expect something different. Therefore I wouldn't come back.

I went to this restaurant recently, and honestly, it was awesome. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The service was really fast—our food came out way quicker than I expected, which was great because we were starving. The portions were HUGE, and everything tasted good. You definitely get your money’s worth here. The vibe of the place was also really nice, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. If you’re looking for a place with good food, big portions, and quick service, this is it! It’s actually good place tbh.

I ordered pasta with sauce and chicken. I'm not sure about the name anymore. Anyway, the pasta arrived two minutes after we sat down. It looked good, but the chicken tasted as if it had been prepared the day before and just warmed up. The pasta itself was probably already ready and the sauce was probably made the morning or the day before, considering how quickly the food was brought to us. I just couldn't eat it. I took maybe 5 bites and then no more. One of my friends also tried it and agreed with me. We left after a short while and didn't eat. I can't recommend it. Maybe the other things are good but I can't recommend pasta. I would have given this 0 stars if I could.

Das Restaurant ist auf dem ersten Blick sauber. Das Essen ist in Preis Leistung gut. Aber, wenn man die Toilette braucht sollte man genügend Desinfektionstücher dabei haben. Es ist schmutziger als auf einer Bahnhof Toilette. Einfach ekelhaft.

We come here often and we love the food! I can especially recommend the chicken teriyaki and aglio olio noodles as well as the pomegranate iced tea. Price/performance is just right. The portions are large and the service is incredibly fast. You order and pay first and then sit down.

I was invited here and that's how I found out about Buster Pasta. So visually everything looks good, but the cheap laminated menus were very poorly distributed on the tables. You have to pass the cards from table to table. The fact that you have to pick up your order yourself is also very unattractive. The sauce for the Pasta Pollo was good but the chicken was 100% old and dry. You can taste it too. The atmosphere is also very strange. The waiters stare at you forever. I would do it even if I didn't have to do anything except clear the dishes.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my visit to Buster Pasta. The food didn't taste good at all - it was carelessly prepared and of poor quality. The table was dirty and sticky, which left a very unpleasant impression. However, we were particularly shocked by the behavior of the staff: when the server brought us the food, he put the plates on the table as if he was throwing them down. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Overall a very negative experience. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

One star is already too much for this place. By the way this is an self-service restaurant which means you have to order food and drinks at the counter all yourself. The price you pay is overpriced for the amount of pasta and taste you get. I ordered a big €10,90 cocktail that was disgusting, I nicely asked if i could get a new one because i don't think anybody would like it, but the answer was no it was my own fault because i ordered the drink myself. Paid €44,60 for: 1 pizza (€11,90) 1 pasta (€11,90) 2 big cocktails (€21,80) including €1,- tip The staff is super slow, because the chefs in the kitchen are standing with their arms crossed waiting for orders. Also the waiting line was too long so you have to wait 30 minutes to make your order +15 minutes waiting for your order to be ready.

A nice little restaurant, a modern concept, affordable prices, I agree, even if it's not "THE" restaurant

In this shop, if you want to eat, you have to work there first, get up from your table, go and place an order, and then get the drinks yourself and serve them to your table🤡 And a lot of fuss 🥳🎪 Luckily the food was delicious spaghetti and pizza.

The tables are disgusting, dirty and sticky and you have to serve yourself. Clean tables wouldn't be a big hassle but would make the experience much better.

Hello everyone, it was our first time there. I'm usually from Cologne. I was there with friends and went for a bit of a walk. The restaurant was recommended to us. That's why I only give two stars for food - I had one Chicken pizza (with creme fraiche Ordered marinated chicken breast, onions and extra cheese guys, this pizza had no taste at all it didn't even have that pizza smell you know when it comes out of the oven? There was no taste at all, there wasn't even any salt in it, there wasn't even any seasoning in the meat, unfortunately it didn't taste like anything

Me and my best friend always go there when we're in town. We actually always eat the same thing. Always tastes great. The only drawback is that you have to order your food and drink at the counter. You are then given a number, your drink and you have to take your cutlery from the front. Sometimes you don't have enough hands for this when you come from shopping. Only then do we sit down at a table. Food comes relatively quickly, depending on how busy it is. You don't have much to do with the staff. The ambience is also great, but you have to walk a short distance in the basement to use the toilets. Everything is signposted, but I personally got lost at the beginning. The toilets are also right next to Frittenwerk's.

I was a huge fan of Buster Pasta for over a year. Every time I was in Düsseldorf I ate there and also recommended it to many friends and acquaintances because it was really always a 10/10. Fresh pasta, delicious sauces – simply perfect. But today I was really disappointed. As always, I ordered numbers 52 and 53, my favorite dishes. But this time everything was bad: the pasta wasn't cooked through, the food came after only five minutes, which really puzzled me - no one manages to prepare fresh pasta in such a short time. The sauce had no taste and was totally watery, the shrimp were hard and also not really cooked through. The arugula looked old, almost like it was from the day before. Overall, the food just didn't taste good - it was like eating dough with water. The only highlight was the peach and lemon iced tea, which is still great. But that's not why I go to a pasta restaurant.

Food is no longer good, at least not to take away. The pasta types with cream/white sauce all taste the same because they are made with fix. Hänchen Schnitzel is not cooked through and is served completely pink on the inside (probably has to be done quickly). The pizza rolls are usually either old and dried out or underbaked and completely sticky. No longer recommended.

Disappointing and overpriced – not recommended My friend ordered the “Menu Roma” from this restaurant – 13.26 euros per plate and we took two portions. The ingredients were nothing special: a simple cream sauce with shrimp. The most disappointing thing was that there were only four tiny shrimps on each plate! For the price we really expected something better. Overall it seems outrageous and the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Unfortunately not a recommendation!

It's the worst of the worst. The pasta had no seasoning at all and the noodles were mushy. It was like porridge.

If you overlook this, you will sit there forever until an employee addresses it. As soon as you have ordered at the counter, the food is brought to the table. Again, not with cutlery. You can get it yourself at the counter. There is a restaurant atmosphere with waiters. But these waiters are only there to bring the food and clear the tables. The food was again very tasty. I think if we paid more attention to service with service and ordering at the table, the store would run even better.

I had the pesto chicken pasta yesterday and, after I had almost finished eating it, I found a shrimp in the food. I didn't want a new portion either because it was already too late anyway. I pointed out my seafood allergy, thank God I discovered the shrimp. I didn't say sorry or get my money back from the employees. quite apart from the fact that a shrimp has no place in a chicken dish!! The tables next to us were also sprayed with glass cleaner and cleaned half-heartedly. everything moved over to us. It's a shame because the noodles were actually delicious but I can't recommend it and won't be coming back.

The food was ready quickly. That's it. The taste of the pizza wasn't even on the level of a frozen pizza. Extra requests such as garlic or no mushrooms are ignored. The constantly open entrance door doesn't necessarily look good when the outside temperature is 12°. The narrow corridors are also slightly annoying. The sauce is very tomato-like, there is no herb or garlic, the spaghetti is far from Al Dente, but overcooked, a strange aftertaste, like old oil... it’s not clear. All in all, I will not return to this establishment again.

It's a shame, the simplest version of spaghetti - Aglio Olio - is completely wrong! Heavily overcooked thick spaghetti, characterized by a strong smell of Maggie? bribe. The Parmesan you bought turns out to be a soft gratin cheese.
