GREAT fries, AWFUL service. The girl with black hair at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. They have unpractical order call outs which they do not use. Find more pleasant workers at the counter ASAP.

Today I ordered a portion of red and white fries. Unfortunately, the sauce was not handed out separately in small containers as usual, but was added directly to the fries. As a result, some of the fries were cold and tasted disappointing. I definitely expected more for the price - overall an unhappy experience.

I would like to share with you my experiences at Frittenwerk. Was in Düsseldorf at the weekend and came across this by chance Locality became aware. Friendly young employee upon entering. The first impression of the clean facility was confirmed even though there was a lot going on that day. I ordered classic fries currywurst. Order arrived promptly, presented clean and hot. Unfortunately the curry sauce was too spicy for me personally, but that's my impression. Fries super crispy and well baked. Overall, satisfied and happy to return.

We were so excited to try some currywurst here during our holiday in Dussledorf. The food was delicious but sadly the service was terrible. The staff were laughing at me and sniggering as I ordered, again when I was paying, and again when serving our food 👎👎 they made us feel very unwelcome, we won't be coming back

I likened it to Turkish style baked potato. Both the crispness of the potatoes and the sauce and salads of your choice were delicious. We paid 37.50€ for 3 main courses and three drinks. I liked it very much. I also bought Istanbul Street Fries from the menu. My daughter got Chicken Shawarma, we didn't like the curry sauce. My wife also bought Pink Persia Poutine, it was with falalelli, we liked it. I recommend.

Disgusting...... Chef blows his nose and doesn't wash his hands. Sausage and fries are warmed up in the deep fryer for the umpteenth time. And that even though there aren't 3 people in the store. The last time there was a massive decline.

The various poutines are fantastic. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the service provided by the team at *this* location. Unfortunately, once again I waited over 15 minutes for my order, even though no one else was here. I wasn't greeted, just looked at questioningly. The team of four stood around for a few minutes before something happened. Two other people who came after me and only spoke a little German were served in a very annoyed manner.

Food was great, had chicken shwawarma today. Service was also great, there was hardly any waiting and the food was ready after about 5 minutes. Can only recommend the store.

We have had quite bad experiences at this location. When I asked whether the barbecue bullet pork fries could also be made with additional cheese sauce, the answer was super rude and unfriendly: no! We then ordered chili cheese fries without jalapeños since my girlfriend is allergic to them. The order came with jalapeños of course! When we told them we ordered without jalapeños, we were told we were out of luck and would have to eat them ourselves. Never again

The Frittenwerk on Bolkerstrasse is very centrally located and has a large selection of different chip dishes. The service was very friendly and the food was ready quickly. The price-performance ratio is also okay. The fries were very tasty and there is definitely something for everyone. The interior is very nicely decorated and has a nice atmosphere; Unfortunately there is no toilet and not that many seats. Definitely worth a visit and I will definitely come back again.

I advise you not to be prejudiced and try their blends. When I said Istanbul Style, they gave me the potato in the photo. I think I finished the whole comb in about 6 minutes after I tasted the first fork :) It is my recommendation.

The atmosphere is very nice, but we were there with three people on Sunday and the fries tasted like stale fat. The rest like the currywurst and the kebab weren't good either 👎. I have to say, we were all very disappointed and almost threw away all of the bowls. We definitely won't visit this chain again.

Terrible employees and terrible boss If you intend to eat with them or at Burger King, you slide right in front of the door. I met the boss myself and told him that others will slip here too. I went in at Burger King and ate then came back and still looks the same. Outrageous

Wir haben jetzt zweimal dort bestellt und die Fritten sind knusprig!!! angekommen. Kann vorallem die Knoblauchfritten und die vegane Currywurst spezial empfehlen. Super lecker! Schmeckt nicht wie eine "normale" Currywurst, aber dennoch mega lecker und ich mag kaum Fleischersatzprodukte. Klare Empfehlung ☺️

Sehr gut und portionen sind reichlich. Für den Hunger während die Altstadt-tour sicher zum empfehlen. Drinnen ist nur wenig platz zum sitzen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The best fries i ever had in my entire life!!! I am a vegetarian and there were also a lot of vegetarian options. Had to wait a while but it was worth it! Also very funny ticket systeem: on your ticket is a name like 'Lucky Luke' and when your order is ready they call out that name. I recommend this place to everyone!

The food is really good here! We had the shoarma fries; there wasn't a lot of meat on the fries, but overall they were really good!

Super Laden für Zwischendurch / die Mittagspause. Bedienungen sind schnell und auf Zack. Pommes und alles andere lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Preise sind fair.

Die Bratwurst in der Fettpfanne darf auch einmal gewendet werden. 1/3 des Durchmessers der Currywurst war verbraten, die andere Seite fast ungebraten. Die Reklamation wurde von dem Mitarbeiter weggelächelt. Selbst auf die Aussage " nicht gut " wurde weitergelächelt. Wenn man es nicht versteht.😳.

Sehr schöner laden und nette Bedienung an der Kasse, als auch beim Abholen des Essens - Essen war sehr lecker und ich empfehle die Montreal Poutine

Das Essen ist wie immer super lecker. Das Personal ist super freundlich und man muss nicht lange warten bis man sein Essen bekommt. Leider hat man im Frittenwerk wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten und man muss sich durch die Essenden Menschen quetschen um von seinem Platz aufzustehen um bspw. aus dem Laden zu gehen wenn man fertig ist. Im großen und ganzen ist das, dass einzige negative aber dafür kann Frittenwerk ja auch nicht wirklich was.

Bester Pommesladen in Düsseldorf. Die beiden Jungs, die dort am arbeiten sind, sind sehr sympathisch und haben das ganze nochmal auf ein anderes Level gehoben. Immer wieder gerne hier, wenn die beiden da sind
