Eine typisch rheinische Kneipe/Restaurant mit einer passenden rheinischen Speisekarte. Alles sehr lecker.

Wir haben heute mit 12 Personen den Geburtstag meiner Tochter dort gefeiert 😍. Alles war mega toll, tolles Essen toller Service. Es hat alles gestimmt. Dankeschön 👌🥰

Unfassbar unzuverlässig und sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Und bei den Preisen kann man von dem Essen wesentlich mehr erwarten. Ich würde empfehlen, den Laden vermeiden

Absolut respektlose Bedienung. Das Essen ist gut, die Angestellten sind Müll.

Durch Zufall hier eingekehrt. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, die Damen im Servie excellent, schnell und freundlich. Das Essen war eine echte Überraschung. Wir hatten Himmel und Äd und Frikadelle mit Pilzrahmsosse. Einfache Gerichte-hervorragend gekocht, gut gewürzt, einfach auf den Punkt! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!!! *****

Wir kamen zufällig am Samstag hier vorbei. Wir wählten aus Tageskarte: Bratwurst mit dicken Bohnen und Kartoffelpüree und aus der allgemeinen Karte: Zwiebelsuppe. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Man kann draußen in der Fußgängerzone sitzen oder drinnen, wo es urig und gemütlich ist. Die sinnigen Sprüche an den Wänden haben uns die Wartezeit verkürzt.

Ordentliche Hausmannskost im besten Sinne; schön, dass es das noch gibt. Mittwochs gibt's sehr leckere Reibekuchen. Schade nur, dass auf der Karte lediglich ein einziges Gericht (Reibekuchen mit Lachs, Sehr gut) als Kombination mit Reibekuchen steht . Da könnte man noch viele tolle Kombinationen anbieten. Aber man kann zumindest nach Kombinationsmöglichkeiten fragen. Man ist da sehr flexibel bei Sonderwünschen.

Ostersonntag mit 7 Personen dort gewesen (mit Tischreservierung). Sehr lecker, gut bürgerliche Küche, gemütliches traditionelles Ambiente, aktuell mit liebevoller Osterdekoration auf den Tischen. Das Service Team ist freundlich, schnell und wirkt gut eingespielt/ routiniert. Alle bisher probierten Gerichte sind durchwegs zu empfehlen. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe hier (8 Personen). Die Location ist urig, viele kleine Details sind in jedem der Räume zu finden. Der Service war super und sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Essen war bei allen Anwesenden mehr als lecker! Tipp ist auf jeden Fall der Sauerbraten oder die Schnitzel und bei den Desserts der Kaiserschmarrn. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich war zweimal dort. Ich hatte die Nudelteller: Pasta mit Sahnesauce, frischen Kirschtomaten, Scampi und Parmesanspänen. Die Portion war ordentlich. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und wird hauptsächlich von älteren Gästen besucht. Es gibt traditionelle deutsche Küche. Mein Mann hatte Sauerbraten, der sehr gut war. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Die Toiletten waren nicht besonders gut.

Unglaublich gut! Gut Bürgerliche Küche mit viel Liebe gekocht! Gemütliches und warmes Ambiente. Service top und aufmerksam. Auch bei Stress immer freundlich! Bin begeistert! Danke an alle für die wohlfühl Atmosphäre!

Das Essen war sehr lecker; Bedienung ziemlich nett aber nicht ganz genau und gleich am Anfang wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir höchstens drei Stunden bleiben dürfen, denn danach um 18 Uhr ist schon neue Reservierung von Personal verplant! Wenn man Geburtstag mit 18 Personen feiern möchte und viele Gäste ziemlich weit entfernt wohnen, ist sehr schmerzhaft denen plötzlich es zu verstehen, dass man nicht wenigstens eine Stunde länger bleiben kann und etwas mehr Spaß zusammen haben. Tut echt weh was mein Sohn als Geburtstagskind erlebten musste . Deshalb nur zwei Sterne , leider !!

Die Fleischqualität war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Pfeffersauce zum Rumpsteak war köstlich. Auch die Bratkartoffeln waren hervorragend. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten großes Glück, ohne Reservierung einen Tisch zu bekommen. Ich bin selten so zufrieden mit einem Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wir werden die Burtscheider Quelle in naher Zukunft öfter besuchen, auch wenn die Anfahrt etwas länger ist! Hier ist Essen gehen ein wahrer Genuss! Ein großes Lob an Service und Küche!

Wir waren gestern Abend hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war sehr gut und das Bier war auch lecker. Rundum ein schöner Restaurantbesuch. Da es gut besucht war, war es leider nur auch etwas laut. Aber wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Ich habe Miesmuscheln mit Pommes gegessen und mein Partner hatte die Grillplatte mit Pommes und Salat. Alles war sehr sehr gut gemacht und lecker!!!

Endlich mal wieder ein Lokal, wo man echte Hausmannskost auf der Karte findet. Alles auf den Punkt zubereitet, optisch und qualitativ topp. Service aufmerksam, schnell und sehr freundlich. Es war der erste aber garantiert nicht der letzte Besuch!

Ich bin auf Empfehlung in die Burtscheider Quelle gegangen. Was soll ich sagen? Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Das Essen ist köstlich, qualitativ hochwertig und der Service ist sehr gut. Es ist etwas eng innen, aber das macht dem Ambiente keinen Abbruch.

Burtscheider Quelle is much more than just a restaurant for us – it's become a second home. We visit once a month with our Aachen Star Wars fan club and always look forward to the warm atmosphere, the fantastic food, and the incredibly friendly team. Shila and the entire team around Julia, Tamara, and Jan have everything perfectly under control: attentive, friendly, always in good spirits, and genuinely interested in their guests. You can immediately tell that hospitality isn't just a word here, but a way of life. The food is consistently excellent – ​​fresh, varied, and prepared with great care. How Shila and the kitchen crew manage to prepare so many dishes at once is still a mystery to me. Whether it's your first time or you're a regular, we've never been disappointed. A huge compliment to the whole team: You're doing a fantastic job!

A lovely restaurant with delicious schnitzels and such tasty fried potatoes. A salad was also served with the meal, and we washed it all down with a cold beer. The staff was good. We were there on a Saturday evening, and the restaurant was run by young women who work hard and with pleasure. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and the staff regularly came to ask if everything was to our liking. The restroom was clean, especially for such a busy evening. The price-quality ratio was good. Compliments.

Amazing place! Warm and so good! Soup, salad, main course and yogurt, it's impossible to leave there and still be hungry! I recommend it.

I'm working at a rehabilitation clinic nearby, I own a restaurant, and I wanted to try something that wasn't on the menu, so I opted for a bratwurst with red cabbage and mashed potatoes. It's a simple dish, but everything was perfectly prepared, red cabbage was a 1+! Very friendly service! Simple, but very good!

It was simply excellent from start to finish. The service is top-notch. The girls work together harmoniously and are very attentive. The food was perfect. The price/performance ratio is absolutely justified.

We ate delicious potato pancakes with apple sauce here today and enjoyed a lovely outdoor seating in the pedestrian zone. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. We'd be happy to return.

I tried it locally, and the service was very friendly. The sauerbraten with potato dumplings and red cabbage (Aachen style) was delicious. The pork medallions were too small and the sole was completely inedible, with all due respect. I'd say the rest is, in my opinion, a better chip shop... never again 🤢🤮

I was there with my family. Extremely unfriendly! The waitresses were loudly yelling at people at the next table for no reason. My son's cell phone wasn't even allowed to be charged inside. It's shocking what conditions there are now. (Steak was well done)

Food was delicious. Ambience very nice. Only the waitresses were beyond disrespectful! I was there 2 years ago and had the same situation with the same two waitresses. Really a shame

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burtescheider Quelle and was overall very impressed. The ambience of the restaurant is extremely pleasant - the decor is stylish and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The food was also very good. Every dish was lovingly prepared and tasted excellent. Particularly noteworthy are the fresh ingredients and the creative presentation of the dishes. The service was friendly and attentive. The staff was always helpful and made sure we felt completely comfortable. Overall, I can warmly recommend Burtscheider Quelle to anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly service.

Cozy restaurant in the Burtscheid pedestrian zone. We waited a total of 1 hour for the food even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. I found the price-performance ratio to be okay and the menu rather meat-heavy.

A beautiful shop known as a winner on the show MeinLokalDeinLokal I had ordered: Gulash soup => 8.2 / 10 (Tasty but not the star of the evening, just served to warm up the stomach beforehand) Currywurst with fries and fried onions (star of the evening, which is why I made the trip) => Sausage 9.8 / 10 (One of the best products) => Sauce 9.5 / 10 (Very tasty, fruity and spicy, a little thinner) => Fries 9.3 / 10 (Very good, potato-like and crispy) ---------------------------- => Overall 9.5 / 10 The staff and atmosphere are young, friendly and yet rustic at the same time.

I always enjoy a visit when I come to Germany from England to visit my family. Great selection of traditional and seasonal German cooking, great fresh beer and nice atmosphere, especially outside in summer.

Today the four of us ate 1x spicy cream schnitzel with fries and salad, 2x paprika schnitzel with fried potatoes and salad and 1x the grill plate with fries and salad! Guys, what can I say, everything was just great, starting with the really delicious soup of the day (spinach and potatoes), the super fresh, delicious salad, the heavenly delicious dishes with the fried potatoes, you could even choose with or without bacon 😍 and then at the end the delicious dessert We were all super satisfied and well the service was very good just great all around a great address and we will 1000% go back and let ourselves be pampered
