A really nice burger restaurant. At first I thought "Oops, nothing going on. Hopefully the food is still good." When you walk through, you notice that life is raging in the back of the shop. I had the White BBQ Burger and fries. I can only recommend both, it was extremely tasty 😋 If I come to Bamberg again, I will definitely plan a visit to Burgerheart.

We felt like Simon Hohner describes. Burgerheart does not accept negative comments. That's why I reduced my rating from 2 to 1 star. That doesn't work at all! Bad reviews are deleted under pressure from Google.

The food tasted very good. The service was top. The only drawback is the high prices. You have to pay extra for the sauces and at €2 per sauce they are too expensive.

Compared to the Wurzburg branch, the burgers were really bad. Plus, the waiter's tablet was broken so we had to wait 20 minutes on a hot day for the waiter to take our order. He ended up taking our order by hand and we can't understand why he didn't do it earlier. The tables were sticky and inside whole area was really hot.

The ambience is always a matter of taste. I find it too dark and the terrace very simple. In my opinion the price performance is not right. The burger wasn't the right size for the price and wasn't already prepared. The fries were good. The best thing was the service. I'll look for something else.

Very tasty food, delicious drinks and the service is very accommodating :). It would only be even better if there were more vegan choices. For example vegan cheese! We keep our fingers crossed and hope. Until then, we'll make do with the delicious offer 😊.

Today I received a response from Google about the review I made back then. The owner “Burgerheart Bamberg” probably wants to have deleted my former 3 star review. I didn't write any text in the review at the time. But for me it was more or less a mediocre visit to a restaurant. So much for that. So Google wrote to me, among other things: Google has received a complaint about the following URL(s) for the following legal reasons: Defamation After a review, we hereby inform you that we have made the following decisions: Affected content: Post Case law: Germany Apparently violates: defamation Consequence: access restriction Background information: We would like to inform you that a complaint has been filed alleging that your recent review violated certain rights of a local business. Therefore, Google was obliged to remove the review in question. As a result, I didn't really remember the restaurant very well at the time. We were there with several colleagues and had to wait forever for our food, so the kitchen gave us a homemade dessert mix from Burgerheart as "compensation". I have attached the pictures of the notification as well as the dessert plate as pictures. I find it extremely weak of the owner to take such action against reviews. So I would like to change the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. Unfortunately, something like this completely failed to achieve its goal - to make the guest in the restaurant happy. I have now applied to Google to object to the deletion. I have described the matter in more detail and am curious to see what Google decides.

Great if the host would have seated us in an empty section next to the full section he wanted to sit us in. Even better that he didn't want to walk one meter more to service an empty table. We left to the hollow apologies of Tut mir leid!! Lol Get staff who want to work!

Very tasty but very expensive and small portions.

My review refers exclusively to the service of a Lieferando order. I really like the food in the store and the service is usually nice. Now, however, I had a very disappointing interaction - I only called the store after over two hours (no food there and money taken) because I know there is a lot to do at the weekend. At first I was told that they don't know anything there - which is certainly the case, since Lieferando itself can also have problems. I was told several times in a row in a very rude tone that it couldn't be the store's fault. Ironically, I was then told to speak "normally" - even though I haven't spoken at all other than my initial request. I write in such detail because I have a lot of customer contact myself and know how stressful it can sometimes be. But reacting like that after my long wait and a very simple question is just not nice. Maybe there was a misunderstanding or it just wasn't a good day for the person in question, but that still left me very disappointed and unfortunately clouded my previously positive impression.

I am very disappointed with this experience. Not only was the employee's behavior rude, but I feel like we were intentionally misled to incur additional charges. Even though the cost of the sauce itself is not high, I find it unacceptable that customers are being ripped off in this way.

What bothered me personally was that I wasn't able to freely choose the table on my third visit. Would have liked to sit by the window, everything was free there, had to take a table at the back in the noise. Next time we will go. It was unpleasantly loud there. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. (I've had burgers in the US.) The aioli is a revelation. My dish was the Surf&Turf Burger with sweet potato fries. Mega friendly service. A place to be/eat in Bamberg.

The citizens were extremely small and the patty wasn't even half the size of the bun. Yes, I only know bread rolls with this consistency from the bakery.

I can't tell you how many times I've been to Burgerheart. I was always satisfied with the taste and quality of the food. Today I was there around afternoon time. The current specials are great. There are also new homemade light lemonades, which I was happy about as a diabetic, as before the only alternative I had was water or Kola Zero. You have to dig a little deeper into your pockets when it comes to prices, but in my opinion it's usually worth it here. The service and ambience are always top. In summer I can recommend the terrace. 👍🏼

We were guests again and had burgers for lunch. Unfortunately our table was sticky and the floor in the dining room had also seen better days. The burgers seemed smaller to us than before the Corona pandemic, and the prices for the drinks are also high. Inflation is noticeable in many ways. The food has been very good for years (sweet potato fries are highly recommended) and there is something for everyone: from classic to vegetarian to vegan. Each burger can be combined with different buns, depending on your taste or tolerance. The homemade iced tea or lemonades are great and always with a piece of fruit in the appropriate flavor. The eye eats too! Prices are above average, but a lot of effort is put into the food and everything around it. Accordingly, it is justified somewhere.

I got there this evening with a reservation without waiting. (Possible online, I reserved the table a day in advance) The waitresses were friendly and forthcoming. I was asked several times whether everything was okay. The burger I ordered came 10 minutes after I ordered. All special requests were implemented and everything was warm. Everything was delicious and fresh. Great food and 1 A staff. Gladly again.
