This will make any burger lover's heart beat faster. The cocktails are fantastic too, in my opinion.

The waiter was friendly and polite and accommodated my English-only order. The burger would have been better medium rare, but they may have standards that require everything well-done. Great toppings on my Chuck Norris burger. The onion rings were crisp and very hot. The catchup provided was adequate. This was exactly what you'd expect, executed efficiently.

The food is very good but it's quite pricey

Orders were placed 3 times and not served within 2 hours.

The vegan and vegetarian options have been significantly reduced. It's a shame, I liked to alternate between meat and vegetarian dishes, and my wife and I don't care for the "taste-like meat" patties. We'd love to see the red lentil patty brought back. Until then, we'll just eat in less often or order takeout.

I went to this restaurant during my visit to Bamberg on the recommendation of a local German. The burger was quite good, though it could have been juicier. The bun was tasty, and the fries were even better than the burger. Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly. Even though the restaurant was empty, no one said goodbye to the guests. When I said "thank you" at the counter, as usual, the employee behind the bar stared at me as if I were crazy and didn't respond. This made me wonder if one receives friendlier service for a more expensive meal. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, so there's no chance to test that. Please bear in mind that a passing tourist might never visit this place again, but it should be remembered that this tourist could, in turn, be someone else's recommendation. We've been here several times and were always impressed by the large vegetarian and vegan selection. Today we were back and discovered that the selection has become very limited, especially for us vegetarians. Only meat-like patties, which we don't like – a real shame! We left again.

It's very nice there! A really good lunch deal, and there's plenty of space at lunchtime, so it's not very busy, so you can really eat in peace.

The restaurant has an online reservation system, making planning a meal incredibly easy. There's a wide selection of food, catering to both meat-eaters and vegetarians. Unfortunately, it takes quite a while for the food to arrive. However, the food always tastes excellent, and the staff is friendly. The decor and background music create a pleasant atmosphere.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere

We went there for dinner again today and were unfortunately not satisfied at all. We ordered two burgers and two drinks, and the burgers were good as always. Unfortunately, the wheat beer was broken. When I complained, the waitress came over and said she'd pour me a new one, but this wasn't the case. It was simply poured in front of the customer instead of pouring a new one, and you're simply lied to. When the waitress came back and I confronted her, she said a new one had been poured and just left, saying the keg is only open for 3-4 days at the most! I then asked for a different beer, but this was refused. We feel ripped off. Of course, we paid for everything, because customer satisfaction apparently doesn't matter. We've eaten there at least 15 times in the last two years, but this will be the last time.

We spontaneously stopped in for lunch today. A very friendly welcome, and the service was very attentive and friendly. The food was served after a short wait. The burgers were very good, but the fries were amazing. The two of us couldn't manage the large portion of fries. Highly recommended!! We'll be back.

We went to Burger Heart this weekend in a group of six. Although we were almost the only customers, our food unfortunately arrived quite cold. We also found the burgers rather small compared to other burger chains, and unfortunately, they didn't taste very good either.

Well, the burgers weren't bad, but absolutely nothing special. The menu was sent via code to my smartphone. It was quite confusing, and I ordered a lot of dips, which cost €2.20 each. The service could have been improved. The total for four people was a bit excessive in my opinion.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The wait times were very long, and parts of our order were missing. The staff seemed unfriendly, and the service was disappointing considering the relatively high prices. The burgers, which we were particularly looking forward to, were only mediocre: not quite hot, the meat was not very juicy, and overall rather dry. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend them.

It's quite okay. Averagely good. Edit: I would like to emphasize, of course, that this statement is purely my subjective opinion.

We had reserved a table for 7:30 p.m. and arrived on time. The waitress came relatively quickly and asked for drinks and food. The drinks actually arrived quite quickly, about five minutes later. However, the food didn't arrive for over an hour, and the burgers were only lukewarm. Unfortunately, our cocktails lost their good flavor pretty quickly and became extremely sour. Furthermore, we had a table with only one lamp above it; if you leaned forward a bit, there was a shadow across the entire table, and you "couldn't even see the food anymore." My girlfriend also noted that whenever new people wanted to enter the restaurant and the door opened, there was a strong draft, although that's something you can overlook. Conclusion: Despite the "incidents," the food was still quite good, and we were both reasonably full.

Great selection, nice ambience and friendly service - gladly again

Sunday, late afternoon. Two adults and two almost-adults easily find a nice table in the corner by the window. The ambiance is simple, with an industrial feel, and fits the burger shop. No paper menu; scan the QR code, which is fine. The selection of burgers and sides is plentiful, so there's something for everyone. We didn't try the veggie option. Our four burgers were very tasty, perhaps a little smaller than expected. I would have actually eaten another one. The fries were generously portioned. Sauces cost extra, even the red and white ones!!! The service was very friendly, fast, and efficient. The value for money was good.

Time to say goodbye! I noticed how the top boss treated the store management...that was tough! Now I know why the store's service has been so poor since spring, and the quality of the food has declined. It seems like profit is the only thing that matters. Well, luckily there are plenty of alternatives!

We were craving burgers and decided on Burgerheart based on the good reviews... Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. Our orders were mixed up, and our burgers were unfortunately cold and the buns dry. The fries were okay. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately, they were completely overwhelmed by the number of customers. We had to ask several times before someone came to pay. All in all, OK, but we probably won't be repeat customers for a while.

The hamburgers were cold, the sweet potatoes were good with their sauces, the drinks were not bad, the bill payment time was long, we waited a long time.

Burgerheart Bamberg is highly recommended. We've had delicious burgers for the first time in a long time. They're prepared with fresh, regional ingredients. Hans im Glück—and all the others—can't compete. You guys set the new standard. The service is very friendly and extremely attentive. Quality and customer service are top priorities here. We received a friendly welcome and were seated quickly. The burgers and side dishes were great, and the lunch deal is a fantastic offer. Unfortunately, the corridor to the restrooms and the restrooms themselves are anything but clean. The stairs leading down and the restrooms themselves are dimly lit, the floor is sticky, and there's an unpleasant smell of urine. The restrooms themselves, as the smell suggests, were off-putting.

It's okay, just the standard. The burgers were okay, but nothing earth-shattering. There are better places in Hamburg, in my opinion. The portion of fries was actually quite small. Service was very friendly, but we had to wait quite a while in the evening because it was a bit busier. The price-performance ratio wasn't good.

The burgers themselves cost between €12 and €16, but they look more like a snack, especially the vegan ones! They won't fill you up. Conclusion: More show than substance

Unfortunately, it's quite expensive for what you get. I've been to other branches, but this one didn't impress me much. On top of the fact that we waited forever to be cashed, the way to the restroom smelled horribly of old cheese or something similar. I really tried to go in with an open mind, but was sadly disappointed. The waiters really tried hard, but unfortunately failed miserably. They might want to consider hiring more staff on a very busy Saturday night, especially when there are groups of 30 people.

However, this place doesn't offer good value for money at all. The fact that you have to pay extra for ketchup on a relatively small portion of fries for €4.90 is a disgrace. The burgers are also simply too small for their rather hefty price tag of between €12 and €16 each.

In my opinion, this burger joint is, to put it mildly, "the worst of it." The promise of a juicy burger is not kept. The burgers taste more like McDonald's than McDonald's itself. The price of the burgers further undermines the whole thing. However, I would like to highlight the fries, which are quite good for fries. For me, however, the joint needs to improve its burger skills. Until that happens, I will never go back to this joint. Nevertheless, I hope you can turn things around and provide good-quality burgers at a stable price (not just frozen patties) so that the location becomes profitable for such a place. The fluctuating quality is unfortunately a huge problem. The last time I picked something up, it was truly disappointing. The burger felt like it came from a cheap delivery service. The bread wasn't fresh, it was dry and cold. The toppings were poorly placed and falling apart. The fries tasted like cardboard. The best part was the coleslaw, but for around €5 a portion, it was a joke. I'll be avoiding the place for a while and won't recommend it. It's a shame.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a single customer who impressed me yet! The burgers aren't really good, more below average. Every other burger place makes better ones! The waiters seem unfriendly and as if they don't really want to be there. For example, I only wanted two more servings, but I never got them. The cutlery was dirty. The drinks, in contrast, were actually quite tasty!

We had lunch at Burgerheart Bamberg. The food was very good and served quickly. Service was also friendly. However, I noticed today that the restaurant wasn't clean. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a large clump of dust. We chose our seat. Unfortunately, it hadn't been cleaned properly. There were still food scraps on and under the table. Since there was also a clipped fingernail on the floor, we moved. The second seat was a bit better. But even from here, I could see lots of old cobwebs and dirt in every corner. I'm not a hygiene freak, but this was a bit too much for me today. Since the ambiance is rather dark and the restaurant is probably mostly visited in the evenings, it probably doesn't usually go unnoticed. Personally, though, it still triggers mental images (of the kitchen) for me and thus influences the taste experience. Please don't let this otherwise beautiful restaurant go to ruin and invest a little in cleaning the floors, furniture, and walls.

The lettuce on the burger was mush. The sweet potato fries were slightly burnt. At lunchtime, you wouldn't know from the outside that it's open.

No. We wanted to eat something, were greeted, found a table in the empty restaurant and waited for the menu. After a few minutes, the waiter pointed out the QR code printed on a card on the table. Because we had no reception (with 2 cell phones), this didn't help us. As we were about to leave the restaurant, the waiter said he had a tablet with the menu on it. The menu is the business card of the location and if you don't make it accessible, you don't have to rely on us.

Very great burger menu. Everything costs one or two euros more, but given the general increase in prices everywhere, but especially what you actually get here, at least I'm willing to invest. I had a small child here (2 years old) and the service was very attentive to finding a good place for the (bulky) stroller, there was also a high chair and the children's menu also offered something for our little one. The burger I ordered (Chipotle Chicken, current promotional burger [May 2025]) was large, but not so huge that it would give you a mouthful, but I was well full without being stuffed. Fries also without complaint. So all in all great

Hopping place in the heart of old town Bamberg. Fantastic burgers and sweet potato fries to boot. Don't miss the smoked beer while in Bamberg. You won't be disappointed.

The fries were very mediocre for their price and a 60 minute wait is anything but reasonable. For those who have a small budget and an appointment on the same day, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Nice interior, industrial design, staff are fast, polite, helpful and speaking multiple languages, restaurant is near center, nice location, only minuses are that it doesn't have parking and Burgers are bland and on the small side.

Unfortunately, the vegan burger oh mommy didn't have much taste. The gacamole and salsa were also pretty weak. The hibiscus soda was very sour. The sweet potato fries were very tasty and the service was friendly. Ambience is very nice.

Went here on a Sunday and were pleased to have had no problem getting something to eat at 3 p.m. and to have had very friendly service. On a sunny (but cold) day it was nice to sit in the bright winter garden. Burger was very good, but the bread was a bit too soggy and the fries were a bit too boring, but honest 4 stars.

The first thing that catches your eye is the concrete floor, which looks extremely worn out. The menu is available via a QR code. Burger was relatively small, tasted ok although a bit bland. Fries 'small' portion are 200-250g, so very good portion. Salt was missing here too. But €15 for a burger + €5 for fries and even €0.70 for mayo are really excessive for what you get. If you took a look up you were greeted by rusty, extremely dusty and dirty lamps, some of which also had spider webs in them. Waitresses were very friendly. All in all, I absolutely don't understand the 4.7 star reviews. The taste is below average and it just doesn't look good.

Really delicious food but the staff is extremely unfriendly

We arrived in the lovely city of Bamberg, looking for a place to eat for four teenagers. This place met all the expectations of young people, although not the cheapest, but the burgers were very, very good.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be! The staff can't do anything about it either. That does a great job! We have been loyal customers since day 1 and came here to eat weekly! Have tried many different burgers and fries! Even if there were new dishes, such as. We were always very impressed with our all-time favorite “Fryan Gretzki” (loaded fries with sauce, bacon and onions). It even got to the point where we became regular customers and received our 20% card! But a few years later, pretty much 2/3 years ago, unfortunately many recipes were changed. The bacon on the loaded fries gave way to cheap bacon cubes. The sauce of a strange ranch sauce... Even the normal fries were always a poem. Crunchy, really spicy… now really bland. Some of the burgers are also very dry… We gave it another chance a few months ago. Unfortunately the same picture! Really a shame. Don't get me wrong, the food is still good, but nothing more! I therefore feel compelled to say, a step backwards instead of consistent, good and tasty quality like at the beginning!

I recently ordered from Burgerheart Bamberg via Uber Eats, and although there were initial difficulties with my order, I absolutely loved the service! The Burgerheart team immediately took care of my concerns and did everything they could to ensure that I was ultimately satisfied. The friendliness and willingness to help that I was shown are really no longer a given these days. Especially in times when you often hear about poor customer service, Burgerheart has shown how to do it right! The focus here is really on the guest, and it shows. Many thanks to the entire team for your hard work and great service!

We have eaten at Burgerheart Bamberg several times now and have always been very satisfied. Always had different burgers and side dishes, everything was always very tasty. The waitresses are all super friendly. We love coming here to eat, whether during the day with the children or in the evening as a couple.

Hipster store Expensive prices But you could still eat a delicious burger and eat it really well. Onion rings were also excellent. Service was nice. If you order fries with the burgers, I estimate that there will be around 200 / 250 grams of fries added, which is actually a lot that will probably fill you up since the burgers are really small. Food is delicious But price/performance just doesn't fit I would have given it 4 stars, but the store's rating of 4.7 is simply too good that I gave it a slightly lower rating
