Great service! Courteous, helpful, friendly, reliable and, above all, great in dealing with alcoholic groups

Very great burger menu. Everything costs one or two euros more, but given the general increase in prices everywhere, but especially what you actually get here, at least I'm willing to invest. I had a small child here (2 years old) and the service was very attentive to finding a good place for the (bulky) stroller, there was also a high chair and the children's menu also offered something for our little one. The burger I ordered (Chipotle Chicken, current promotional burger [May 2025]) was large, but not so huge that it would give you a mouthful, but I was well full without being stuffed. Fries also without complaint. So all in all great

Basti found it very tasty and will definitely be back. Basti also really liked the friendly staff. All in all, a very well-rounded visit for the Basti.

The burger was tasty and the staff was very friendly. However, the price-performance ratio is anything but good. The fries were very mediocre for their price and a 60 minute wait is anything but reasonable. For those who have a small budget and an appointment on the same day, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Hopping place in the heart of old town Bamberg. Fantastic burgers and sweet potato fries to boot. Don't miss the smoked beer while in Bamberg. You won't be disappointed.

We ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, neither was served warm — especially the buns, which were not only cold but also stale.

Nice interior, industrial design, staff are fast, polite, helpful and speaking multiple languages, restaurant is near center, nice location, only minuses are that it doesn't have parking and Burgers are bland and on the small side.

Unfortunately, the vegan burger oh mommy didn't have much taste. The gacamole and salsa were also pretty weak. The hibiscus soda was very sour. The sweet potato fries were very tasty and the service was friendly. Ambience is very nice.

We've eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. Making reservations is quick and easy, the service is very friendly, and the food always arrives promptly and is delicious. Only the cleanliness of the restrooms could be improved, hence the one point lost. Otherwise, we'd happily return.

Went here on a Sunday and were pleased to have had no problem getting something to eat at 3 p.m. and to have had very friendly service. On a sunny (but cold) day it was nice to sit in the bright winter garden. Burger was very good, but the bread was a bit too soggy and the fries were a bit too boring, but honest 4 stars.

The first thing that catches your eye is the concrete floor, which looks extremely worn out. The menu is available via a QR code. Burger was relatively small, tasted ok although a bit bland. Fries 'small' portion are 200-250g, so very good portion. Salt was missing here too. But €15 for a burger + €5 for fries and even €0.70 for mayo are really excessive for what you get. If you took a look up you were greeted by rusty, extremely dusty and dirty lamps, some of which also had spider webs in them. Waitresses were very friendly. All in all, I absolutely don't understand the 4.7 star reviews. The taste is below average and it just doesn't look good.

Really delicious food but the staff is extremely unfriendly

We arrived in the lovely city of Bamberg, looking for a place to eat for four teenagers. This place met all the expectations of young people, although not the cheapest, but the burgers were very, very good.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be! The staff can't do anything about it either. That does a great job! We have been loyal customers since day 1 and came here to eat weekly! Have tried many different burgers and fries! Even if there were new dishes, such as. We were always very impressed with our all-time favorite “Fryan Gretzki” (loaded fries with sauce, bacon and onions). It even got to the point where we became regular customers and received our 20% card! But a few years later, pretty much 2/3 years ago, unfortunately many recipes were changed. The bacon on the loaded fries gave way to cheap bacon cubes. The sauce of a strange ranch sauce... Even the normal fries were always a poem. Crunchy, really spicy… now really bland. Some of the burgers are also very dry… We gave it another chance a few months ago. Unfortunately the same picture! Really a shame. Don't get me wrong, the food is still good, but nothing more! I therefore feel compelled to say, a step backwards instead of consistent, good and tasty quality like at the beginning!

I recently ordered from Burgerheart Bamberg via Uber Eats, and although there were initial difficulties with my order, I absolutely loved the service! The Burgerheart team immediately took care of my concerns and did everything they could to ensure that I was ultimately satisfied. The friendliness and willingness to help that I was shown are really no longer a given these days. Especially in times when you often hear about poor customer service, Burgerheart has shown how to do it right! The focus here is really on the guest, and it shows. Many thanks to the entire team for your hard work and great service!

We have eaten at Burgerheart Bamberg several times now and have always been very satisfied. Always had different burgers and side dishes, everything was always very tasty. The waitresses are all super friendly. We love coming here to eat, whether during the day with the children or in the evening as a couple.

Hipster store Expensive prices But you could still eat a delicious burger and eat it really well. Onion rings were also excellent. Service was nice. If you order fries with the burgers, I estimate that there will be around 200 / 250 grams of fries added, which is actually a lot that will probably fill you up since the burgers are really small. Food is delicious But price/performance just doesn't fit I would have given it 4 stars, but the store's rating of 4.7 is simply too good that I gave it a slightly lower rating

My wife, our little daughter and I went to dinner at Burgerheart Bamberg in the early afternoon yesterday (December 31, 2024). The atmosphere at this time (3:30 p.m.) was super relaxed and the service staff were very attentive. Upon request, we were even warmed up a glass of porridge for our daughter so that we didn't have to serve it cold to her. Thank you for this exceptional service. The needs of our daughter and us parents were also taken into consideration throughout our stay. Thanks for that too! The homemade lemonades (pear-melon) and the iced tea were both very tasty and the burgers we ordered (“Chuck Norris with extra cheese and the Goatilicious” with house fries or sweet potato fries) were also very tasty and very nicely prepared! Definitely not suitable for those who are very hungry. The burgers are smaller than my niece's fist... Without the portion of pulled pork fries, we would have gone home hungry. The drinks tasted good and were served quickly at the table. Price-performance leaves a lot to be desired!

Burger juicy and topped with really good ingredients. Drinks are great mixed. The fries are very tasty even with a larger portion. We recommend the sourcream dip - it really has no mayola content (as you'll find in some chains) and is seasoned to perfection. Burger Heart really makes a great impression and tastes very good for burgers.

Whoever cuts their cucumbers, why? Why were the cucumbers on all our burgers 2cm thick? In general, the taste was good to okay, but it was just so carelessly prepared, the cheese wasn't melted, there was no sauce and the cucumbers were just way too thick. I don't understand because these are little things that don't require a lot of effort but just don't seem to want to be done? I have no idea, I just don't check LG

We visited there very spontaneously but got a table straight away. The staff is also very friendly and helpful In addition, the burgers are very tasty. The decor is also very interesting (really nice) I can only recommend it!

So we are extremely disappointed and shocked! I don't even know where to start... the first thing we noticed was that the burgers were far too small for a minimum 12 euro burger without topics... just ordered 40 euros and felt like there was nothing in the bag!! The burgers are extremely overpriced and of absolutely poor quality!! The burgers are at least 12 euros per burger, even without topics (with topics at least 15€), absolutely overpriced for what you get as a so-called burger! Firstly, far too small for at least 13 euros!! ...The burgers are really mini!! It also didn't have much to offer in terms of taste. The salad was rotten and brown to blackish!! Absolutely disgusting to bite into!!! In addition, the guacamole (1.50-2.50) was far from freshly prepared and tasted more like it was bought pre-made, stale and of poor quality!! The bacon was dry and not good in terms of taste, a 0 and the consistency was bottomless, a leather strap-like something instead of a €2.50 bacon. Plus just two small pieces, you really can't call it bacon... It's a shame to make customers pay so much for these topics! Plus: It couldn't be drier, by far the driest burgers we've ever eaten! The meat is absolutely dry and hard! The bread is absolutely dry!! It felt like there was no sauce on the burger and overall it was so dry that it was hard to eat. It was dry in the desert for three days without water!!! The cucumbers are cut hard and thick! Absolutely no enjoyment and when a burger costs so much even in the minimum size, the quality should be absolutely outstanding and the lettuce (i.e. the one leaf lol) shouldn't be rotten!!! And not so dry!! The burger didn't taste good either. Never again a waste of money and a shame and shame to sell something like that and overpriced too! Are very angry and feel ripped off. The only thing that was good were the fries and the delivery lady who was very friendly.

For 40 euros I got 2 mini burgers without sauce.... fries were okay and the dip was good but the burgers are so bland and mini and cost so much with little quality so now I'm sitting there hungry after ordering 40 euros.

A nice restaurant in itself. However, this will be my first and only visit as the prices are beyond exorbitant. Fries €5.90 PLUS another €0.70 per dip. €6.60 for deep fryer fries! 0.4 Homemade lemonade water with syrup €5.90!!! This is usury

I ordered via Uber Eats and unfortunately a burger was forgotten. A quick phone call with a very friendly employee and 30 minutes later the burger arrived along with an apology dessert. Top service!

Ein baulich gelungenes Restaurant in der Bamberger Innenstadt. Ich mag den Industrial Style der Einrichtung. Gerade wenn es draußen dunkel ist wirkt das Ambiente richtig gut. Das Personal ist freundlich, flott und flexibel. Das Kerngeschäft - Burger und Getränke / hat mir etwas Kopfzerbrechen bereitet. Ich hatte kurzfristig Sorgen dass ich zu einem fresssüchtigen Menschen mit einen ernsthaften Alkoholproblem mutiert bin - Der Burger war von der „Größe“ her ambitioniert klein und der Long Island Iced Tea so dermaßen verwässert dass man nur enttäuscht sein kann. Da passt das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis gar nicht. Schade! Es war lecker, ja. Aber um satt zu werden muss man entweder zwei Portionen bestellen oder mindestens zwei Beilagen. Die Cocktailkarte sieht toll aus aber hoffentlich sind nicht alle Getränke so dünn und plörrig wie meiner. Einen Ehrenrettungspunkt unserer top Servicekraft die meine Kritik sofort kulant umsetzte.

Burger was good but the price is too high for a burger without any side dishes. The service was attentive and the food came quickly. Thanks for the feedback - but for such standard answers that always sound the same - see many other reviews - you now get 3 stars from me. You're too expensive and I've had better (bigger) burgers at cheaper prices in big cities (HH, M, Cologne). You should reflect on customer reviews instead of standardizing the same wording for factual criticism. Sorry, I'd rather not come again!

After a long time, a visit to Burgerheart Bamberg again. Unfortunately still pretty average. The selection and variation options for burgers are generally very good and diverse. However, the burgers are nothing special in terms of taste. It's missing that certain something, the wow factor. Unfortunately this didn't happen this time either. The service is generally very good. We were served very friendly and quickly. The only small downside - the cards can only be accessed via mobile phone as a QR code. The atmosphere could be better and more comfortable. Everything seems very cold and doesn't invite you to linger for long. It was also really cold in the restaurant, even though the heaters were on. Additionally there is a draft due to the climate. Unfortunately, we couldn't really score points here.

The burgers were freshly prepared and the taste of the meat was really excellent - juicy and well seasoned. The cheese could perhaps have been a little more plentiful. The fries were generously portioned and really tasty. The dips, which are perfectly balanced, are particularly praiseworthy. The service was attentive and friendly.

Had dinner there today to say goodbye to a short trip and were very satisfied! Sunny served us, was super sweet and nice and provided great and fast service! What I found a bit unfortunate was that you have to order fries separately for the citizens. I would wish that every citizen had fries and sauces were also served with them, without an extra surcharge, otherwise everything was great!

Had dinner here with my girlfriend. Was a great experience! Burgers were really great and the sweet potato fries were just to die for :) Onion Rings and Lava Cake the best I've eaten to date. We were served by Sunny who simply provided great service and the icing on the cake was this meal. Highly recommended!

As a Bamberger, I visited the restaurant often. The last time was actually at least a year ago, so hunger brought me there again. Had the seasonal Peter Pumpkin Burger, which is highly recommended. However, I was shocked by the size of the burger. I was there with friends and the same thing happened there. I remembered this being much larger, and the same response from my colleagues. After the burger with onion rings as a side, I was absolutely not full. It's a shame, with a drink at 23 euros it's unfortunately a letdown. I'd rather go to McDonalds.

Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment for me. I had the DoubleSmash Burger with bacon, 2xcaramelized onions, 3 different types of cheese. Unfortunately, it was miles away from smash and was just two regular patties. With 2x caramelized onions, they should hang out to the side, but it felt like there weren't even a handful of normally steamed ones on there. The taste was okay but it wasn't what was on the menu. Oh, on the subject of cards, I can only advise everyone to take their phone with them because they are only available in digital format.... Sry, I belong to the generation where you go out of the house without a phone. I have to give great credit to the service that accommodated us after the criticism and didn't charge us for the drinks. Thank you for that!

The food was delicious. Standard Burger Heart, I'm satisfied. The burgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller but I can handle that. The restaurant is already large with lots of seating options, but a few fewer total seats would be good as it seems overcrowded. Therefore the service was “slow” because there were too many tables.

Attention chain! Unfortunately, the burgers and fries tasted exactly the same as most other chains: gray ready-made patty, dry & cold bread and the whole thing soaked in sauce. Even the fries were cold and more solid than crispy. :( Hipster-like ambience. Unfortunately inedible for me.

Delicious burgers. There was little going on and we were served quickly and got everything quickly. The burgers were very good, but quite small, especially for the price. Each side dish costs extra. Sweet potato fries and sour cream simply cost almost another 10 euros. Side salad costs 4-5 euros. So good food, but too expensive for a chain.

I didn't enjoy the visit at all. Emails are not responded to either! If I describe why, the owner takes action against the review and has it deleted. Therefore instead of 2 stars, only one! This is not how you deal with criticism as an adult.

Great quality and great taste of the meat and the general ingredients. Unfortunately, it was very warm inside yesterday, as the restaurant probably doesn't have any cooling options. Overall, we were all extremely satisfied. I can definitely recommend it and I would eat there again.

A really nice burger restaurant. At first I thought "Oops, nothing going on. Hopefully the food is still good." When you walk through, you notice that life is raging in the back of the shop. I had the White BBQ Burger and fries. I can only recommend both, it was extremely tasty 😋 If I come to Bamberg again, I will definitely plan a visit to Burgerheart.

We felt like Simon Hohner describes. Burgerheart does not accept negative comments. That's why I reduced my rating from 2 to 1 star. That doesn't work at all! Bad reviews are deleted under pressure from Google.

The food tasted very good. The service was top. The only drawback is the high prices. You have to pay extra for the sauces and at €2 per sauce they are too expensive.

Exxxxxcellent burger house! SMASH was really TASTY!!

Compared to the Wurzburg branch, the burgers were really bad. Plus, the waiter's tablet was broken so we had to wait 20 minutes on a hot day for the waiter to take our order. He ended up taking our order by hand and we can't understand why he didn't do it earlier. The tables were sticky and inside whole area was really hot.

The ambience is always a matter of taste. I find it too dark and the terrace very simple. In my opinion the price performance is not right. The burger wasn't the right size for the price and wasn't already prepared. The fries were good. The best thing was the service. I'll look for something else.

Simply amazing burger and great service

Very tasty food, delicious drinks and the service is very accommodating :). It would only be even better if there were more vegan choices. For example vegan cheese! We keep our fingers crossed and hope. Until then, we'll make do with the delicious offer 😊.
