Very delicious, tasty, freshly prepared food with fresh vegetables and lovely decor. The waitresses were very friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered and picked up a platter for three. We were called to inform them that we had to pay in cash. That was great. Unfortunately, the platter was a bit small for three and heavily focused on salmon. The salmon was very, very fatty – a shame. The fried rolls were completely cold, as if they had been refrigerated again after preparation, and the steamed tuna inside didn't seem the freshest either. It has potential. Honestly, we'd rather pay €10 more for the platter and get better quality.

Four of us dined here for the first time. We made a reservation the day before. The restaurant was very busy for a Friday evening. All the food and drinks were excellent. We had a bit of everything: appetizers, main courses, and sushi. Highly recommended! The service was friendly and attentive. We only had to wait a relatively long time to pay at the end, even though it wasn't busy.

..unfortunately the food wasn't fresh the second time. The first time, the duck was overcooked and dry and tasted stale. Now tried again and prepared sushi (not fresh) with dried wasabi. Nicely prepared, but not fresh.

The food was very good. Price performance fits. Someone from service could have come by more often and asked for drinks. The coffee selection could still be expanded. The espresso was so well. All in all, quite okay.

Ordered food online today for pickup. Unfortunately, once again something was missing, be it rice or spring rolls... today 3 x 4 spring rolls for 6.50 euros each were not included. Unfortunately, the waitresses don't really understand you either. For me it was the last time today, also because the quality of the food had deteriorated a lot.

Haben online essen zur Abholung bestellt und zum wiederholten Male hat irgendwas gefehlt. Wurde aber komplett abgerechnet. Leider ist der Anfahrtsweg zu weit um die fehlenden Bestellungen nochmals abzuholen. Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht mehr aufsuchen. Fühlen uns abgezockt und es ist auch nicht schön wenn von irgend jemanden das essen fehlt.

Wir hatten abends Online Essen zur Abholung bestellt. Zirka 1 Stunde später wurde es abgeholt und zuhause mussten wir dann feststellen das anstatt 4 Portionen Herbstrollen, nur 1 Portion vorhanden war. Ähnliches ist beim vorherigen Mal auch passiert als keine Reis Beilage vorhanden war. In beiden Fällen haben wir erst zuhause die Vollständigkeit geprüft, dies werden wir in Zukunft jedoch schon vor Ort tuen! Aber nicht mehr in diesem Restaurant. Berechnet wurden natürlich alle Beilagen!! Ich finde es schade gerade weil an beiden Tagen kein hoher Andrang geherrscht hat. Direkt wieder zum Restaurant fahren ist keine Option, weil bis zur Ankunft das Essen (Welches ja Zuhause wartet, leider schon kalt wäre) und somit auch nicht mehr wie erwartet genießbar ist. Sehr schade.

I come here every now and then to eat, not to pick up food. I tried sushi, udon noodles with side dishes and also some starters, so far everything has tasted good to very good. The service is friendly and quick, not intrusive, the ambience is a bit "chilled". It's nice outside in summer.

At the weekend you can't go without a reservation and there's no sign of a crisis in the catering industry in terms of (weekend) occupancy in the guest rooms either. Unfortunately, I'm a bit unfamiliar with so-called Asian fusion cuisine. I think the respective national cuisines (Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea), which are Germanized and mixed together here, taste much better when they are each prepared in the original way: so unfortunately only two points from me for eating. The service team was quick, helpful, although quite overloaded. Ambience is ok so far, for me there are cozier, more "Asian" alternatives. But that - like the food - is a matter of taste, so to speak. Finally: Saarlouis is not blessed with Asian restaurants. In this respect, it is generally good that the Buddha Garden is available as an option. The very “hip” and young audience obviously appreciates this.

Nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, the dishes are actually all good, the sushi 🍣 isn't bad either, you can't go wrong. I have personally been a guest several times and have always been satisfied.

Visit to the Buddha Garden SLS Picard on Monday, August 19, 24 Although we clearly pointed out that my wife was allergic to sesame when ordering, she had an allergic reaction after eating the starter. Something like this shouldn't happen. Thanks to the owner, he contacted us straight away and said how sorry he was, unfortunately he wasn't there on Monday. I think he will make sure something like this doesn't happen again. This was our second time in the restaurant and the food is not only a feast for the eyes, but also really delicious. We were so happy with our first visit that it didn't take long until the second visit. You can enjoy the food especially under the roof of the trees in the outdoor area. I have to give negative points because we were the only guests in the restaurant at 5:30 p.m. and still had to wait 15 minutes to order drinks. For me, service means something different than just placing the bottle of beer and the glass in front of the guest without pouring. This little thing can be fixed and then you can give everything five stars.

+ Beautiful garden under trees, to the side of the restaurant. - 20 minutes until the condition came, plus 30 minutes waiting for the food, 3 main courses in 4 variants. Large sushi menu. The food was quite ordinary - I was hoping for more.

Ambience is very good with an atmospheric terrace. Pho Bo was decent, not the best but for Germany can be considered as good. Gyoza and Spring rolls as part of tapas plate were perfect despite not a fan of deep fried things. Summer roll can be improved but in Germany seems you won’t get better. I will come back again.

From the outside, the Buddha Garden looks very simple and inconspicuous, but as soon as you enter the restaurant you are overwhelmed by the beautiful and lovingly designed furnishings. The outdoor area is also very comfortable and invites you to linger. We had our small dog with us, who was immediately given a small bowl of fresh water by the always attentive and very polite staff. Our order was taken after just a short time and drinks and food came quickly, despite a full house. The homemade lemonades are particularly noteworthy among the drinks. I ordered two different ones and both were extremely tasty. The same goes for the food we ordered. The food was of high quality and freshness, and really beautifully and deliciously prepared. We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful time we were able to have in your house and will definitely visit you again on our next visit to Saarland.

Location: This Asian restaurant is in Picard, a district of Saarlouis, easy to reach via the A620. Whether sushi or a la card, good quality food. There are also many non-alcoholic cocktails. The two of us were there yesterday and were more than thrilled by the ambience and the presentation of the food. The service (Ali) was very friendly and attentive! I've been to many sushi restaurants within a 70 km radius but the quality of the food there was really more than great!!!! We will be back

We visited the Buddha Garden on a Friday evening and were able to sit in the great outdoor area due to the nice weather. We were warmly welcomed and served very friendly. Both the starter (Crew Love Tapas for 2) and the main course (Sushi Mix Platter for 2) were really great in terms of appearance and taste! Special requests were also possible without any problems. So far we have only ordered online and picked up. But we liked it so much there that we will definitely come back.

I have been in this restaurant eating there and ordering takeout and honestly it is one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever tried in my life if it is true that I have not tried the warm food but I love the sushi they make it excellent, fresh sushi and delicious and the prices are also very good for the quality they have

We have eaten at Buddha Garden several times and for us it is by far the best sushi restaurant. The warm dishes are also simply delicious. Service very friendly.

I'm used to most of the sushi restaurants between Saarbrücken and Trier being the best in Germany, but this shop surpasses all the sushi shops I know! The non-sushi main courses are also absolutely delicious, especially the various udon dishes "Noodle Lover".

Fresh ingredients, subtly seasoned. All in all delicious and recommended. Chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Unfortunately the sushi was a bit dry for my taste. I also found it a shame that you can't put together a plate of individual sushi to suit your taste. The gentleman in service was great! We were always well looked after and nothing was missing.

We have been going to Buddha Garden at irregular intervals for two years. It turned out to be our favorite sushi restaurant. The food is so fresh and very good quality. the staff always very friendly. The waiting times are reasonable. We can recommend it with a clear conscience. J&C

Wir haben am 03.10.23 bei Buddha Garden zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Essen war bei Ankunft keine 10 Minuten nach Bestellung fertig. Geschmacklich war alles ok. Nur das Tofu meiner Frau Nudelnlover mit würzigem Tofu hat ihr (das Tofu) nicht geschmeckt. Meine Tochter meinte, dass der Lachs hätte etwas krosser angebraten sein können. Mein knuspriges Hähnchen war schon nicht mehr so kross da es durch die Soße und die Feuchtigkeit/Dampf im verschlossenem Gefäß etwas gelitten hatte. Alles in allem war es ok aber nicht berauschend. Allerdings wurden wir bezüglich der Preissteigerungen ganz schön überrascht. Was früher (nach unser Bestellung mit der alten Speisekarte) nur 44,37 € (Nach 10% Abzug für Selbstabholung) gekostet hat, kostet nun 61,00 € (Nach 5 % Abzug für Selbstabholung)! Dies entspricht eine Preissteigerung von über 37 %. Hier noch ein paar Preisbeispiele: Nudelnlover mit würzigem Tofu: Vorher: 8,90 € Nachher: 12,50 € = + 40 %, Nudelnlover mit gegrilltem Lachs Vorher: 15,90 € Nachher 21,00 € = + 32 %. Das ist dann leider für uns das letzte Mal, dass wir dort bestellt haben.

Wir haben zu dritt das Restaurant besucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Reservierung wurde online vorgenommen und war unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient und die Speisen waren außerordentlich wohlschmeckend. Das Tüpfelchen waren die liebevoll angerichtet Teller und Getränke. Das einzige war der etwas laute Geräuschpegel im Gastraum, was mich persönlich etwas störte... Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren vor kurzem mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen dort. Außer uns noch zwei, drei weitere Tische besetzt, der Rest leer. Dennoch dauerte es 25 Minuten, bis es erste Getränke gab und fast eine weitere Stunde (!) bis das Sushi ankam. Der Service war praktisch nicht vorhanden - wir hätten weit mehr geordert wenn wir die Möglichkeit dazu gehabt hätten (beim Essen standen eine halbe Stunde lang 9 leere Gläser vor 9 Personen - hat niemanden interessiert). Am Ende mussten wir zum zahlen sogar noch vorne an der Theke antreten - und das bei solchen Preisen? Das Sushi an sich ist jetzt nicht schlecht - aber auch nicht mehr als Standard, sowohl geschmacklich als auch optisch. Dann noch Spezialitäten drin wie nicht essbare Garnelenschwänze in Sushirollen (die eigentlich dazu gedacht sind sie am Stück zu essen - was aber aufgrund ihrer größe schon schwierig ist) und bestellte warme Gerichte waren praktisch kalt - aufgrund des oben beschriebenen extrem langsamen Services nur logisch. Was soll man sagen - zwar kein totaler Reinfall da das Essen zumindest noch "ok" war und es eigentlich recht hübsch dort ist, aber definitiv nichts wo ich nochmal hinwollte - da gibt es (sogar direkt um die Ecke) deutlich bessere Alternativen für den Preispunkt. EDIT: Schön, dass der Inhaber kritische Bewertungen viele Wochen später als "Fake" abstempeln will. Tut mir Leid, mich gibts wirklich, die anderen 8 Personen ebenfalls. Ich habe mir schon extra Mühe gegeben viel und detailliert zu schreiben um eine Basis für Verbesserungen zu bieten. Leider ist die Reaktion "Fake!" nur die Bestätigung dafür, dass die Leitung des Geschäftes ihre Prozesse nicht im Griff hat.

Das Essen ist wirklich ok. Was mich aber wirklich stört ist, das bei online Bestellungen nur noch Barzahlung möglich ist. Dies haben sie jetzt auch auf der Website stehen. Dies ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Bei meiner letzen Bestellung wurden mir sogar die Gebühren der Kreditkartenzahlung von 2 € berechnet. Also wirklich das geht nicht. Werde nichts mehr dort bestellen da ich keine Lust habe mit dem Personal über Kartenzahlung zu diskutieren. Zumal sie sehr unfreundlich werden wenn man nicht bar bezahlt.

Wir waren heute Abend in diesem asiatischen Restaurant zu Gast, und waren mit den servierten Speisen im Gesamten sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Vorspeisen und das Sushi, als auch die Hauptgänge waren wirklich sehr lecker, charakteristisch gewürzt und boten zum Teil ein wirklich sehr gutes Geschmackserlebnis. Dabei hatte das Fleisch einen guten Garpunkt, wobei die Ente gerne etwas krosser hätte sein dürfen, zudem war das Gemüse wirklich super knackig und geschmacksintensiv. Die beiden Personen im Service waren sehr freundlich und haben uns, mit gelegentlich kleinen Wartezeiten, gut bedient. Schade war, dass unsere Bitte auf eine langsame Abfolge der Speisen nicht umgesetzt wurde. So wurde unmittelbar nach Abräumen der Vorspeisen direkt der Hauptgang serviert, und zu diesem dann das Sushi, das wir lieber als Zwischengang gesehen hätten. Dieses ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Das Restaurant mit schönem Außenbereich ist grundlegend nett gestaltet, und bietet ein schönes Ambiente zum Speisen und Verweilen. Im Gesamten betrachtet war es ein netter, wenn auch leider kurzer Abend, weshalb wir eine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen können.

Wir waren mit unserer 10 Monaten alten Tochter im Restaurant essen und haben auch schon öfter zur Abholung bestellt. Super freundliches Personal! Tolles Ambiente, mit tollem Garten zum vor Ort essen. Ich hab noch nie so frischen und guten Fisch gegessen wie dort. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!!

Das Lokal ist toll eingerichtet mit einer asiatischen Note. Der "Garten" bietet ein schönes Ambiente und man sitzt dort toll. Unser Essen, wir hatten Sushi war sehr gut und die Präsentation mit dem Stickstoffnebel hat toll ausgesehen. Wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Wer einen schönen Abend mit gutem Essen verbringen möchte, ist hier richtig. Preislich geht das in n Ordnung. Man zahlt halt für die Qualität. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit Essen abzuholen, wenn man gerne Zuhause essen möchte..

Essen war sehr lecker, Personal freundlich und schönes Ambiente. Wir waren jedoch nicht ganz zufrieden..hatten die Sushi Platte für 3 Personen auf der leider fast jedes Sushi mit rohem Fisch war, da hat uns die Abwechslung gefehlt. Und schade war auch das die Öffnungszeiten am Wochenende nur bis 22:30Uhr sind und man dort schon quasi um 22:15 Uhr rausgeschmissen wird.
