Lange nicht so lecker und in gemütlicher Atmosphäre gegessen. Man hat sich rund um wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich und locker.

The price-performance ratio is completely off. The two of us paid €150 for three main courses and left the restaurant hungry. We also arrived extra early with our young daughter and waited an hour and a half for our food. The ambiance is nice, but it's clear someone is trying to make too much money with tiny portions.

We had lunch with friends. The team was fantastic, clearly passionate about their products, and the service was excellent. The food was superb. A must-try! Thank you and keep up the great work.

Absolutely fantastic location. The service was very attentive and absolutely top-notch. I've eaten many steaks, but the fillet steak at Bondi was the best I've ever eaten.

I ate there this evening with my 3-year-old daughter and, contrary to my expectations, found the restaurant extremely child-friendly and very welcoming. Often, you don't get a particularly welcoming welcome with a small child, but here it was quite the opposite. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the oysters were sold out, but the tuna tartar and fried octopus were very good, and my daughter's small pizza was freshly prepared. The interior was a lovely Hawaiian ambiance. We enjoyed it.

The interior is really nice and cozy, and the service very good. Unfortunately, the food was less good. Starters: Zucchini blossom: the tempura batter wasn't crispy and sat in a pool of mayonnaise. The tomato vinaigrette came as a tomato salad, which, while deliciously seasoned, killed the light flavor of the zucchini blossom. My partner's calamari had been in the fryer too long. Main course: Sea bream (not quite fresh; tasted fishy), Canary Islands potatoes were okay, but they need aioli, not tzatziki. Spaghetti with salmon: it was fried for so long (!) that there was no meat left. Thick spaghetti, a delicious sauce. We'll be back in the summer and try the steaks, which are apparently grilled on the terrace. That must be nice.

We had cocktails here. They serve the Mai Tai as it should be. Prices are on the high side. Service is okay, but it's a shame that people the server knows get chip bowls and other guests don't.

We ate there for the second time today during our vacation. The service is very attentive and everyone is incredibly friendly. The food is of excellent quality and beautifully presented. The entire restaurant is bright and welcoming. There are patio heaters in the outdoor area for when it gets chilly. For us, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening in a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended, in our opinion: it couldn't be better. Update August 2025: Unfortunately, I would only give it one star today. The portions have shrunk, while the prices have increased. We had Canarian potatoes (4 pieces) as a side dish, some of which were undercooked. But the worst thing was that the owner has taken up a new hobby. There's a smoker in the middle of the outdoor area, which he uses extensively. I'm not familiar with them, but the fact that it smokes so much that residents call the fire department (which actually happened) can't be normal. The stench was unbearable, and it made our eyes water. We were there with the dogs and left very quickly; I didn't even wait for the change, it was that bad. A female guest, also with a dog, was sitting on a bench on the sidewalk. She, too, had left the restaurant because she was afraid her dog would get smoke inhalation. Completely unacceptable, and the only thing the staff said was, "It'll be over in a minute." It wasn't. The owner didn't care; he kept opening the lid of the smoker, from which billows of gray smoke escaped. Because of this, he missed the fact that guests who were looking at the menu moved on in horror when the smoke reached them as well. I was really looking forward to eating there again this year, but that was the last time. Unbelievable.

Atmosphere, service, food! Everything was perfect and relaxed. You feel welcome and definitely want to go back!

Ich habe am Sonntag meinen Geburtstag mit meinem Freund bei einem Abendessen im Bondi gefeiert. Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort, aber am meisten hat mir der Service gefallen. Wir wurden wirklich hervorragend behandelt. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen ist schön, und ja, der Preis ist hoch, aber man bekommt, wofür man zahlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cozy, delicious – but I could have used another forkful 😉 We ate there today, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was a bit small for me, a bit of a glutton, but we just treated ourselves to a side of fries – and they were truly outstanding! The server was super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy – we sat by the small campfire, and thanks to the off-season, it was nice and quiet. All in all: a definite recommendation, we'd love to come back.

Wir waren an einem Montagabend in Bondi und waren tatsächlich den ganze. Abend über die einzigen beiden Gäste. Das hat schon ein klein wenig auf die Stimmung gedrückt, zumal wir am Abend vorher in anderen Restaurants durchaus reges Treiben wahrgenommen haben. Das Essen war lecker, die Fleischqualität wirklich gut. Die Preise sind insgesamt eher hoch; 12.50 für nen mittelmäßigen Aperol, 45 Euro für das Fleisch und die Trüffelpasta ist mit knapp 30 Euro sogar teurer als im legendären Hamburger Edmondo. Der Service war gut und wir würden im Sommer sicherlich wiederkommen, wenn mehr los ist. Vielleicht passen die Preise nicht ganz zu Standort? So kann die Rechnung jedenfalls nicht aufgehen, wenn so wenig Leute kommen.

Hervorragendes Fleisch, sehr gute Trüffel-Tagliatelle., aber zu recht hohem Preis. Die Salatvorspeise war geschmacklich o.k., aber so geschnitten, dass jedes Detail nachgeschnitten werden musste. Gut der Iberoschinken; das Brot wurde ohne Aufstrich serviert. Öl war da, Ölschälchen kam nach Aufforderung.

I really liked the interior design. The service was super friendly. A nice place to stop at any time of the day or evening.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, aber was überhaupt nicht stimmt ist das PREIS /LEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS. Es müssen nicht die Riesenportionen sein, aber so übersichtlich zu sehr stolzen Preisen, da sagen wir lieber kein zweites Mal. Das .Essen war ordentlich, aber nicht außergewöhnlich und somit war der Preis auch damit nicht gerechtfertigt.

Disappointing experience despite loyalty We visit the Bondi in Niendorf regularly and have enjoyed spending our money there so far. Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. Despite being assured that our food would come quickly, we had to wait an unusually long time. Particularly annoying: Despite clear indications of a carrot allergy, the salad was served with carrots. This shows a lack of care and understanding for guests with allergies. We also ordered cheese fondue, which was served in a normal cooking pot due to the lack of rechauds. The cheese had already solidified on the way out of the kitchen and was simply not eaten. We still had to wait over an hour for this improvised “solution”. Unfortunately, when we expressed criticism towards the shop owner at the end, the boss reacted inappropriately. Instead of responding to our legitimate concerns or offering a solution, he accused us of "pumping" his girlfriend - behavior that is completely unprofessional for a restaurant in this category. He also didn't seem interested in finding a solution to resolve the situation satisfactorily for us. In the end we were given one of our bottles of champagne. Overall, a disappointing visit that makes us seriously consider coming back.

I am extremely disappointed with this location, I had reserved a table for two people two months before on New Year's Eve (without prices), today is December 26th, 2024 and today I was called to ask if it was ok that the table was for 350 per person, -€ for the evening is ok... hello... without information beforehand, what kind of business practice is this... the absolute no go... now we have the problem of finding an alternative... but it can certainly be cheaper... happy new year for everyone too those who want to pay these crazy prices

Das war jetzt wirklich unglaublich. Die Zucchini-Pasta war komplett o h ne jegliche Nudel. Hallo? Das Wort "Pasta" heisst Nudel bzw. Teigwaren. Was soll das? Wir lassen uns nicht gerne betrügen. Wir hatten uns schon gewundert warum das Lokal so leer war. Nun, wir werden jedenfalls nicht wiederkommen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und der Service wirklich gut. Das Restaurant ist auch von Innen sehr gut gelungen. Leider passen die Preise nicht. Dies führt dazu, dass wir nicht wieder kommen.

Price/performance ratio in the luxury segment. How can you fry a Chrispy trout to death for €32? A Big Bondi Salad (simple farmer's salad) for €28! Truffle Pappardelle lukewarm with some “grated” truffle for €29! The cuisine should stick to meat dishes.

It was super tasty, the prices were justified. I had the truffle pasta with the fillet, highly recommended. The staff was super friendly.

We waited more than an hour for starters and then everything didn't come correctly. And only after request. Water for the dog was offered and was not brought after asking twice. We just had dinner in Bondi, it was recommended in our hotel (See Huus). Nice atmosphere, attentive service. By no means upscale gastronomy, anyone expecting that, perhaps because of the prices on the menu or because of the reviews, will be disappointed. Very long wait for the food (6 tables occupied, 2 service staff). Unfortunately, our beef fillet / tagliatelle with truffle sauce arrived at our table almost cold. We were not asked how we would like the meat. Tiramisù was classic and absolutely top notch. Wine by the glass was bottle quality. All in all ok. Price for 2 people Main course, 2 glasses of wine, 1 cocktail, 2 desserts €160. There's still room for improvement🙌🏻 - better is always possible, worse is also possible🐞🍀🐞

Sehr netter Service, sehr bemüht u d zuvorkommend. Nettes Ambiente. Vorspeise sehr gut, die Forelle war wie frittiert, mit kleinen Kartoffeln und Quark, Salat unspektakulär. Die Nudeln mit Lachs, der auch frittiert war ebenso nichts besonderes. Sehr hochpreisige Weine.

Unfortunately, the guest is not a king here! We reserved a table for next Friday two months ago and called Bondi a few days ago to ask again the time of the reservation! We were told on the phone that there would be an event on the day we reserved and the restaurant management would first have to be asked whether the confirmed reservation still existed - they would give us feedback over the phone! We've been waiting in vain for days - so the Bondi has lost a very well-paying guest in us!

Wir wollten eigentlich gerne im Bondi reservieren und haben uns am Samstag schon mal die Karte und das Restaurant angesehen. Lage und Aufmachung top, doch erstaunlich wenige Gäste und kein wirklich einladender Empfang - man hat den Eindruck, dass man sich wichtiger als die Gäste nimmt. Dann parkte man offenbar einen zum Bondi gehörenden Oldtimer im absoluten Halteverbot vor dem Restaurant - nach 2,5 h stand der da immer noch im Weg. Autos und Fahrräder mussten an diesem trubeligen Abend schauen, wie sie vorbeikamen...! Das ist nicht der passende Auftritt zum Geldverdienen. Wir haben dann unseren Champagner, Wein und Châteaubriant lieber im Rendez-Vous im Hafen verzehrt - dort fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und wird verwöhnt. Da wir die Küche nicht bewerten können, haben wir 3 Sterne gegeben. Es wäre toll, wenn das Management doch noch mal über die Positionierung des Bondi nachdenkt - die Location hätte auf alle Fälle das Potential!

We were guests today and had a first-class dinner. Unfortunately, during our stay in the restaurant we weren't even asked if we could have something to drink. The service walked past our empty glasses to the other apparently well-known guests and so we paid straight after the meal even though we originally wanted to order cocktails and dessert. A pity.

We recommend. We went to Bondi yesterday because the Germany European Championship game was being broadcast there. The ambience is really very nice, absolute holiday feeling. The prices are high, the food and service are worth the prices. We've been there twice now and will be there a few more times. So far there is nothing to complain about here. Food...portions are plentiful. And it tastes simply excellent. Service...there is nothing to complain about here. Always friendly, always quick, always helpful. Here are no wishes left. Cocktails...a little more expensive than usual and you can taste it. Some mixtures are even quite angry 😜😅

Es ging für ein Restaurant dieser Preisklasse einfach viel zu schnell, kaum hat man etwas bestellt, ist es schon auf dem Tisch, wir waren mit Vor- und Hauptspeise sowie Kaffee nach 75 Min fertig. Da schienen mir die Abläufe zu sehr auf Geschwindigkeit aus zu sein. Bei all der Eile haben Sie dann auf den Trüffelnudeln noch den Trüffel vergessen und genau in der Phase war die Bedienung tatsächlich mal „unsichtbar“. Schade. Insofern, gemischtes Feedback, das ginge insgesamt besser.

Wir haben draussen bei 8 Grad gesessen. Wir hatten einen Kamintisch und es war sehr sehr toll. Der Service war super nett und das Essen war sehr lecker. Mein Getränk war der Hammer. Wir kommen beim nächsten Besuch in Niendorf auf alle Fälle wieder.

The taste of the food was a 7/10. The papaya salad was MINI and 17€?! Phew. The service was nice (but the restaurant was also empty ;)). Food mediocre, service just bad. The arrogant waiter was eating something when we arrived and when he asked me if we wanted a table on the terrace, I didn't understand him at all because his mouth was full of food. The staff smokes cigarettes in front of the restaurant door. We won't come back here for sure. In Hamburg we also leave a lot of money in restaurants, but the food and, above all, the service are definitely better.

I didn't understand the hype, it can't be the food, it's pretty average. But you get 5 points for selling, because if you can profitably fill your shop with the chic (and apparently reasonably well-off) local youth, you're probably doing everything right.

Wir waren am Samstag im Bondi, direkt am Hafen in Niendorf. Sehr schönes Ambiente und wirklich nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wir aßen die Tagesempfehlung, Chateaubriand mit getrüffeltem Kartoffelpüree. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet und auch die Weinempfehlung war sehr passend. Erwähnenswert war auch das frische Brot aus dem Steinofen. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend und kommen gerne wieder.

Price-performance ratio absolutely doesn't fit... We had a hot drink, which was only lukewarm, in a mini cup. Part of the drink was served on the saucer. It doesn't work at all.

It was a very successful evening in Bondi. Super nice reception and very attentive service. Nice music in the background and the boss also stops by the table for a nice chat. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, one could describe it as familiar. There were some fancy and rare supercars parked in front of the restaurant. A real eye-catcher! The large selection of champagne and wine as well as the great tasting food are highly recommended. The overall price-performance ratio is absolutely fair.

Hello, the food we ordered takes two hours, the children's fries are totally over salted and the goulash soup is too. Service is OK if you order the bill and other tables are served with priority and you have to order the bill again after 10 minutes. Price performance questionable!

Unreservedly recommended! Beautiful location with incredibly tasty food and attentive service. I ate oysters and then shared an entrecote with my companion - I have rarely had such a delicious steak! We felt very comfortable, sat outside by the fire and found the covered terrace with the hot radiators super cozy and great!
