A very nice quiet Italian restaurant with attentive service! Price/performance ratio is right, the portions are reasonable! I would eat here again!

Another restaurant was on holiday, Bella Vista was open, which was great. The food came quickly, which was great, especially for the children. The kids had pizza, the kids enjoyed it, but there was far too much cheese on it for my taste. My wife and I both had tortellini with pieces of meat. It was ok, but really nothing great. The meat was quite dry and the tortellini had a certain taste of its own. The ice cream for dessert was delicious. The unfortunate surprise at the end was that the card reader didn't work and you had to pay in cash. Well, you would have liked to have heard such information before ordering. Now we still have to get money to the pier. But at least the food was half digested. 🙃 Overall 3 stars for me.

It was no problem at all to reserve a table for the evening (with our four-legged companion) on Friday afternoon. The food came very quickly and tasted excellent. Our nice table neighbors rounded off the whole evening. 😇 Unfortunately, the waiter had to let us go without paying because he had paid the bill in cash. However, our cash supply was completely exhausted and we would have liked to pay by card. But it wasn't a problem to withdraw money from the nearest ATM and then pay the bill. Thanks again for the trust!

Best pizza at reasonable prices, the other dishes are also just great. The sunset in particular is simply fantastic and gives the whole thing that certain extra something. We always enjoy coming here when we are on holiday

Wir als Heiligenhafener, waren wieder zum Essen im Restaurant Bella Vista. Das Essen ist hervorragend, sehr nettes Personal, eben TOP !! Kann man nur Empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

We originally planned to go to the Italian restaurant next door, but were surprised by how busy it was. That’s how we ended up at Bella Vista – and it was definitely a great decision! Although the restaurant doesn't seem that inviting at first glance, what mattered to us was the freshness and taste of the food as well as the service - and both were excellent. The food was really tasty, special requests were implemented immediately, and the waiter was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed, there was pleasant Italian music playing and it wasn't crowded. A small detraction in the ambience, but otherwise great! We'll definitely be back!

The large calzone pizza was relatively small and tasted satisfying. I'm used to better things. The spaghetti carbonara didn't work at all. Cream sauce “refined” with Maggi with pieces of shaped shoulder ham. Service was friendly and quick.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im wunderbaren Bella Vista. Die Einrichtung ist nett, die Karte umfangreich, die Drinks kamen schnell - Und das Essen bald hinterher Alles war wirklich lecker! Damit würde ich 4,5 Sterne geben Aber der besondere Service machte den ganz großen Unterschied, Wir wurden schon mit solch einem Strahlen von Nico begrüßt, dass wir das Gefühl hatten wir wären Stammkunden! Alle Sonderwünsche wurden mit einem Lächeln berücksichtigt ! Hier wird Service und Spaß an der Gastronomie groß geschrieben! Danke an Nico und das ganze Team ♥️

From a culinary point of view, it's anything but a revelation. Nothing special.

We had dinner there today after a hike to the cliffs. The waiter was super nice. Payment with EC card is possible. We had the bruschetta as a starter, two main courses of pizza pollo and fettucine gamberettos, and for dessert a scoop of ice cream and pana cotta. The waiter was very attentive. The food was very well prepared and extremely tasty. One of the best restaurants in Heiligenhafen. Thank you.

Everything was good for the price

The food wasn't great, and it was also very expensive. For a mini calzone, take a lot of money. Then Hugo there was absolutely no alcohol in it, I don't know what went wrong. But maybe take another training course.

A nice restaurant and delicious food with good service..

Here you can get really good pizza at reasonable prices. The location is also very good, not too far from the center to reach the restaurant on foot and right on the beach promenade. The tiramisu is also delicious.

We have dinner here, the service is friendly and accommodating. Despite the steep breeze, we sat outside and were given blankets. Food came quickly and hot. The pizzas were delicious and special requests were catered for.

Ate there for the 2nd and last time. The Mista salad with 3 tomato and cucumber slices, a little leaf lettuce and a few corn kernels with a good dressing for €9.90. There is no price-performance ratio.😡hence only 1 star for the food.

Nice atmosphere, good service! The two pizzas were perfect. Unfortunately the carbonara wasn't carbonara. There is no cream or cooked ham in there and the pasta was very overcooked. Only eggs and bacon belong in carbonara!

Food was good, you had to wait longer for your drink. Drinks and food came almost at the same time.

Went on holiday on the Baltic Sea with our children for a week. Our favorite restaurant was definitely this one ;) The taste was first class, the best pizza in a long time, salads fresh and crunchy, staff more than friendly. If you had one or two special requests, everything was made possible. Keep it up, we'll be back when we're on vacation again. VG and until then have a good time :)

The typical Italian on the beach promenade. Few surprises: neither positive nor negative. Solid Italian - we get exactly what we expect. Prices a bit too high (probably due to the location).

Went there 3 days in a row at lunchtime from the beach and everything was very, very tasty every time. Pizza extremely good, pasta and meat dishes too, everything was great!!! Great value for money! Very nice service!! Only recommended!!!

Good selection on the menu, wonderful, spicy food, special requests were taken into account immediately, excellent idea to serve different spiced olive oils (with garlic, with chilli) with the meal. Not too long of a wait. Very friendly boss with very friendly staff. Definitely we'll come back.

Horrible horrible place !. I am a life long vegetarian from India and asked them for Arabiatta and they served me Arabiatta with rind Fleisch. And when we complained there was no apologies. The server was soooo freaking insensitive and racist because of the color of my skin. I would highly recommend people in general (specially of color) not to visit this place and be treated with disgrace.

We reserved a table outside in the morning. We got a table in the blazing sun 🌞 after I asked for another table because there was still one free in the shade. I was just told it didn't work. We've enjoyed coming over the last few years, it's always been nice, but that's never going to be it again.

Unfortunately, there is a star deduction for the long wait for the food, which could possibly be because the restaurant was well attended and the food is FRESHLY prepared and not ready-made as others claim. We reserved a table to say goodbye to our vacation. It was also available in the blazing sun. When I asked because there was another table free in the shade, they just laughed at me and said no. We enjoyed eating there every year. Thank you for the nice end to our vacation.

First the positive.The restaurant is located on the dunes...behind it is the beach.There is an indoor area, a nice large covered terrace and also outdoor seating...very comfortable. For dinner... I've never had a small calzone like this anywhere... (they used to have pesto with it). My daughter had schnitzel with fries... the ketchup or mayo listed in the menu description was forgotten. But the worst thing was the pannacotta for dessert. Instead of having a nice creamy taste, it tasted very watery... it was absolutely not worth the price. If the food is like that, even the most beautiful location is of no use. It's a shame

It was a perfect stay. We sat down at 12:10 with two small children and had our food at 12:30. The service was very, very attentive and courteous. The pizza for the children came already cut and a second empty plate was immediately brought to us. The food was excellent and the prices are really reasonable. The restaurant is located right on the beach and is easily accessible both by car and on foot. Thank you for the great lunch.

One of the best restaurants in Heiligenhafen. The ambience is right, the service is perfect and, above all, the food is incredibly tasty 👌👌👌 Five stars are completely fine. Worst restaurant on this holiday. If you want flabby frozen pizza and boring food, this is the place for you. Way too expensive and not good taste. The tiramisu is just creamy and not particularly authentic with chocolate sauce, but it tasted the best of everything we ordered.

The restaurant is located directly on the beach promenade and is a great place to sit. You can also get something to eat if you're a little hungry. However, it is advisable to check the invoice. We were charged 10.00 euros too much. Unfortunately we only noticed this later.

Vid strandpromenaden ligger denna lilla restaurang med uteservering. Ser dock inte havet pga sanddynor och vass. Men trevlig att sitta ute och se på människor som går på strandpromenaden. Vi åt varsin pasta carbonara. Fick maten väldigt fort👍 Och den smakade bra!

Women beware. Because of the good reviews, my mother and I decided to eat there. The ambience is quite nice. The waiter was a bit dismissive and annoyed right from the start, but at first we thought everyone had a bad day. However, as the restaurant became fuller, we noticed that the waiter was only politely serving tables with at least one male person. The tables with only women didn't even get a smile, only annoyed looks. What was absolutely amazing was how directly and brazenly the waiter stared at my and other female guests' breasts. We felt so uncomfortable that we couldn't even enjoy the food. Apparently only men are accepted there. Would absolutely advise all women away from this restaurant!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Bella Vista in Heiligenhafen and was very pleased. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere that invites you to a relaxing evening. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. The food was really good. The bruschetta starter was fresh and tasty, and the pizza was also crispy and generously topped, just as it should be. I can also recommend the Involtini. Overall, visiting Bella Vista was a lovely experience. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.

Nice location, right on the beach. Unfortunately, the service on our evening was totally overwhelmed. Some guests, including us, had to wait a really long time for their food... about 1.5-2 hours... and were not happy about it.... Others got their food relatively quickly. The food itself was delicious but we probably wouldn't go there again. Unfortunately... I had to pay the bill in cash, even though I had planned to use a card.

På väg hem från stan så stannade vi här för att äta middag. Restaurangen ligger bredvid strandpromenaden men man ser inte havet för sanddynerna och vassen. Vi beställde bruschetta till förrätt som var väldigt god. Till varmrätt tog jag lasagne och de andra valde varsin pastarätt. Pastarätterna var mycket goda och krämiga. Lasagnen var också god, lite klen i smaken och väldigt mycket sås runtomkring. Vi testade också en pizza som var riktigt bra med krispiga kanter och lagom med fyllning. Allt som allt var det helt ok men det finns säkert fler restauranger längs strandpromenaden om man inte är sugen på italienskt.

We ate there when we were on vacation. Bruschetta, tortellini al forno and tortellini with meat tips, broccoli and cream sauce. Everything was very tasty. Prices and portions completely ok. Service staff very nice and attentive. Definitely thumbs up. 👍🏻

I love pizza - and just like the pizza tastes, so does the chef! I had a pepperoni pizza and another day a caprese pizza. Both were wonderfully crispy and the tomato sauce was incredibly good. These pizzas are at the top of my favorites list!

We were in on a Wednesday Dinner on site. The pizza was delicious! First there was bruschetta, which also tasted good. Unfortunately, the dishes were all too small for the price. Either put a little more on your plate or adjust the price slightly downwards. Then we would be very satisfied. The staff wasn't particularly motivated that day, but days like that happen every time.

Went there twice during our vacation. Because we liked it so much the first time. Excellent cuisine at reasonable prices. Very nice service/boss. We'd love to come back! A nightcap would be nice (maybe next time 😉) Addendum 2024. Have been there every year so far, NOW change of ownership??? Food continues to be great. Service impersonal superficial!

Nice restaurant right on the beach. The food was tasty, but small portions for a lot of money. The dishes on the children's menu are really outrageous. Just under 8 euros for an absolute mini portion of spaghetti Bolognese on a plate for U3 daycare children (comparable in size to a coffee coaster). Not even a hamster can get enough of it. We were there for the first and last time.

Simple furnishings, rather rustic. Service friendly but stressed. Special requests rather no. Food (pasta) tasted good, but not Italian. Dogs allowed. Close to the beach. Places outside and inside. Children's dishes up to 10 years old are really mini! Suitable for a maximum of 5 years.

Chose this restaurant based on the positive reviews during a spontaneous visit to Heiligenhafen. Food was really tasty and it came pretty quickly. As a starter there was a small salad with a very tasty dressing provided by the restaurant. The fish in the main course was perfectly grilled and a taste experience.

The pizzas tasted good. Unfortunately we found them very greasy, which left us with after-effects all afternoon and evening.

Overall a great visit there, the food is delicious! However, one or two things didn't go completely smoothly. The pizza wasn't big as requested, the Kiba wasn't 0.75 like on the menu but 0.4, we got a normal Pilsner instead of a Radler, just as a Wildberry Lillet arrived without Wildberry but with a lemon. Everything was a bit difficult to communicate, but overall we were still satisfied. Definitely recommended in terms of taste and attention 😊
