The staff is really snotty, and there are a lot of loud people there (but that's not the restaurant's fault, but the people themselves). The food is really delicious! Dogs are welcome there, too, and the staff even bring them water. I'd recommend making a reservation, especially if you want to leave after 6 p.m. Everyone is really nice there.

Delicious pizza and a pleasant atmosphere. It's nice to sit outside, especially on warm evenings. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing evening – we'd be happy to come back.

We have only positive things to say about our visit. There were seven of us plus our dog, and I had requested a table in the back so that no one would be bothered by the dog. We wanted to sit at two tables next to each other, but the two waitresses rearranged the tables and chairs so we could sit together. The pizza was exceptionally delicious and highly recommended! We were completely satisfied!

An experience – but unfortunately not one you'd want to repeat. If you've ever wanted to know how to drown fish in fat and reliably eliminate any flavor, this is the place to be. The kitchen managed to turn a simple dish into a real outrage – hats off! The pizza Margherita for our child was also a small highlight: It tasted exactly as you'd expect if you left a frozen pizza in the oven a little too long. My polite complaint was ignored with a smile – the full amount, of course, was later added to the bill. Service? Well, let's just say: linguistically creative, but humanly rather sloppy. Conclusion: If you're looking for a culinary adventure of a different kind and don't mind spending a fortune, you shouldn't miss this place. To everyone else, I recommend: just move on – culinary bliss awaits elsewhere.

The food is different hard especially the chicken

Schnitzel dripping with fat from the fryer, and the waiter is completely pissed off because you want to pay with a card. What a shame.

Super friendly staff and fantastic pizza! The pizza arrived in just a few minutes and was delicious. The service was extremely attentive. Plus, a great location right on the (dog-friendly) beach with on-site parking. The staff is also very dog-friendly, which we really liked. The prices for drinks and all the food are more than fair. We'd be happy to come back. :)

Three of us ate there. When we asked if the carpaccio was freshly sliced, we were told that of course it was. What we received was, unfortunately, frozen, ready-made carpaccio of the worst kind. The 30cm pizza was tasteless and gave the impression that it was just a blank - 30cm redefined. The Parma ham on top was, both visually, in consistency, and in taste, not freshly sliced ​​but pre-packaged. The spaghetti carbonara tasted only of broth and only resembled a real carbonara visually. Unfortunately, the waiter was unable to speak or understand a coherent sentence. Anyone who wants Italian food can only be advised against a visit there. We are truly shocked by this miserable food.

Beautiful Italian restaurant, right on the Baltic Sea, very great service and the food (pizza, beef steak) was world class. Flensburger beer is served on tap. Only the prices are slightly higher (in my opinion). However, the quality of the menu makes it all worth it.

Wur sind zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen.. leider wieder enttäuscht.Die Kage des Restaurants ist zwar wunderschön aber manch ein Kellner vergesslich und sehr reseterviert.Wir haben eine Calzone bestellt..der wohl die Luft ausgegangen ist..platt..und sehr klein.So sind wir das nicht gewohnt...und der Nachtisch Panna Cotta noch enttäuschender als beim ersten mal.Da schmeckt sogar die gekaufte im Supermarkt besser...Ein drittes Mal kommen wir nicht wieder...schade

Food ok, not a masterpiece, waiters said there was no Primitivo other than red wine… when we went to the toilet you saw the Primitivo everywhere. And the waiters basically didn't come to take repeat orders. It's a shame, we had hoped for more.

Unfortunately, you had the feeling that the service staff didn't really understand their job. They constantly cracked down with no communication between one another. While you had a newborn in your arms, warm food was served just above it. Unfortunately, people didn't listen properly when ordering and the wrong things were brought (pasta, which wasn't supposed to be too spicy, just spicy, was suddenly mild. Large pizza was brought as medium, when asked they tried to present it as large pizza). Free homemade bread was completely missing.

No cheese. Never again! Just disgusting. Ready-made sauce that tastes like canned ravioli from the supermarket. Definitely not homemade.

We have never experienced such a bad restaurant visit. The service is subpar, and unfortunately the food isn't great either. The waiters are obviously overwhelmed and have no idea what they are serving. We were there with 16 people and several incorrect or incomplete dishes were served and it is unacceptable that you have to wait 1.5 hours for your main course (while the first people at the table have already finished their food) and then only receive it after asking several times. What's more, it didn't taste good at all. As a “compensation” there was a nightcap on the house; again, something went wrong. We won't be coming back!

We had reserved our table for 7 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. a waiter came to take our order. Our food arrived around 8:45 p.m. Unfortunately, this wasn't the food we ordered, so we returned it and were able to eat it later. In general, the service staff were very tense and therefore unfriendly. The food was reasonably good in relation to the waiting time/price but it wasn't worth it. After another wait we received a bill, but the waiter accidentally wanted to charge €100 more, which was resolved after a discussion. We won't eat there again because of the things mentioned.

Smoking in the restaurant 🥵 The food was good and the service was attentive. We had a nice place in the closed winter garden. Not only we, but also other guests were irritated that people were smoking in the closed winter garden while eating. There were also families with children present! An absolute no go!!! Despite the good food, we don't recommend it.

Another restaurant was on holiday, Bella Vista was open, which was great. The food came quickly, which was great, especially for the children. The kids had pizza, the kids enjoyed it, but there was far too much cheese on it for my taste. My wife and I both had tortellini with pieces of meat. It was ok, but really nothing great. The meat was quite dry and the tortellini had a certain taste of its own. The ice cream for dessert was delicious. The unfortunate surprise at the end was that the card reader didn't work and you had to pay in cash. Well, you would have liked to have heard such information before ordering. Now we still have to get money to the pier. But at least the food was half digested. 🙃 Overall 3 stars for me.

It was no problem at all to reserve a table for the evening (with our four-legged companion) on Friday afternoon. The food came very quickly and tasted excellent. Our nice table neighbors rounded off the whole evening. 😇 Unfortunately, the waiter had to let us go without paying because he had paid the bill in cash. However, our cash supply was completely exhausted and we would have liked to pay by card. But it wasn't a problem to withdraw money from the nearest ATM and then pay the bill. Thanks again for the trust!

Best pizza at reasonable prices, the other dishes are also just great. The sunset in particular is simply fantastic and gives the whole thing that certain extra something. We always enjoy coming here when we are on holiday

We originally planned to go to the Italian restaurant next door, but were surprised by how busy it was. That’s how we ended up at Bella Vista – and it was definitely a great decision! Although the restaurant doesn't seem that inviting at first glance, what mattered to us was the freshness and taste of the food as well as the service - and both were excellent. The food was really tasty, special requests were implemented immediately, and the waiter was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed, there was pleasant Italian music playing and it wasn't crowded. A small detraction in the ambience, but otherwise great! We'll definitely be back!

The large calzone pizza was relatively small and tasted satisfying. I'm used to better things. The spaghetti carbonara didn't work at all. Cream sauce “refined” with Maggi with pieces of shaped shoulder ham. Service was friendly and quick.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im wunderbaren Bella Vista. Die Einrichtung ist nett, die Karte umfangreich, die Drinks kamen schnell - Und das Essen bald hinterher Alles war wirklich lecker! Damit würde ich 4,5 Sterne geben Aber der besondere Service machte den ganz großen Unterschied, Wir wurden schon mit solch einem Strahlen von Nico begrüßt, dass wir das Gefühl hatten wir wären Stammkunden! Alle Sonderwünsche wurden mit einem Lächeln berücksichtigt ! Hier wird Service und Spaß an der Gastronomie groß geschrieben! Danke an Nico und das ganze Team ♥️

From a culinary point of view, it's anything but a revelation. Nothing special.

We had dinner there today after a hike to the cliffs. The waiter was super nice. Payment with EC card is possible. We had the bruschetta as a starter, two main courses of pizza pollo and fettucine gamberettos, and for dessert a scoop of ice cream and pana cotta. The waiter was very attentive. The food was very well prepared and extremely tasty. One of the best restaurants in Heiligenhafen. Thank you.

Everything was good for the price

The food wasn't great, and it was also very expensive. For a mini calzone, take a lot of money. Then Hugo there was absolutely no alcohol in it, I don't know what went wrong. But maybe take another training course.

Here you can get really good pizza at reasonable prices. The location is also very good, not too far from the center to reach the restaurant on foot and right on the beach promenade. The tiramisu is also delicious.

Ate there for the 2nd and last time. The Mista salad with 3 tomato and cucumber slices, a little leaf lettuce and a few corn kernels with a good dressing for €9.90. There is no price-performance ratio.😡hence only 1 star for the food.

Went on holiday on the Baltic Sea with our children for a week. Our favorite restaurant was definitely this one ;) The taste was first class, the best pizza in a long time, salads fresh and crunchy, staff more than friendly. If you had one or two special requests, everything was made possible. Keep it up, we'll be back when we're on vacation again. VG and until then have a good time :)

Good selection on the menu, wonderful, spicy food, special requests were taken into account immediately, excellent idea to serve different spiced olive oils (with garlic, with chilli) with the meal. Not too long of a wait. Very friendly boss with very friendly staff. Definitely we'll come back.

Horrible horrible place !. I am a life long vegetarian from India and asked them for Arabiatta and they served me Arabiatta with rind Fleisch. And when we complained there was no apologies. The server was soooo freaking insensitive and racist because of the color of my skin. I would highly recommend people in general (specially of color) not to visit this place and be treated with disgrace.

We reserved a table outside in the morning. We got a table in the blazing sun 🌞 after I asked for another table because there was still one free in the shade. I was just told it didn't work. We've enjoyed coming over the last few years, it's always been nice, but that's never going to be it again.
