We were in Freiburg city center and were in the mood for pizza and happened upon this small, inconspicuous restaurant. It was busy, so we entered. My partner and I shared a pizza, which we were more than delighted with. The other guests' food also looked very tasty, the pasta seemed homemade. We will definitely go there more often, it's worth it.

I really loved this pizzeria! The dough is light, easy to digest and baked perfectly - with the crispy edge that I love. The ingredients are super fresh and you can taste the quality with the first bite. The staff is friendly, quick and very attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, clean and lovingly designed. Best pizza in Freiburg. My husband and I have eaten here many times and have ordered many types of pizza, all of them amazing. We always bring our friends here when they visit us. And they have a great variety of italian beer. Also the boss is super nice and all the employees are also very sweet 💚🤍❤️

Unfortunately, food was only delivered after over 2 hours. Nobody could be reached by phone. The taste was just okay, a bit dry.

If you participate in NeoTaste, it's twice as worthwhile. Decent portion sizes for the pasta, not too small. Not too expensive either. Pasta All'Amatriciana, Arrabiata, and Ravioli al Limone were good. You can tell it's fresh and handmade (the filling finally tastes good, no comparison to supermarket stuff). I had Too Good To Go here and was greeted warmly with a "Ciao Bella." Cute decor, and the pizza tastes good.

The best pizza of our lives! The three of us were there on a Tuesday around 7 p.m. There was really something going on, the nice operators had to work piecework. Therefore, booking a table is recommended. You order at the counter and then get a table in the small heated covered courtyard. We had 3 different pizzas, all three tasted much better than any restaurant! We have a journey of almost 2 hours, but we will definitely go back to Freiburg - just because of the pizza :-) We parked in the parking garage, a 4-minute walk away.

WOW! This was one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, even though the pizza courier is in full swing. If you want a candlelight dinner, this is the wrong place. In the back of the restaurant there is a seating area in the snack area with a few tables. Anyone who is aware that they are eating at a pizza delivery company will not be disappointed and will enjoy the friendly service and the wonderful food. Thank you! We are still amazed!

I ordered a vegan pizza with broccoli as an extra ingredient 🥦 The service is very fast (~5-10 min). The staff is friendly and practical. On the weekend I came, they told us there were only pizza and pasta, no salds or other options. I don't know if this is regular every weekend or only when they are under pressure of so many orders. It's very small, so don't expect to always find a place on weekends 😅 Highly recommended 👌🏻

“If a pizza costs 13.50 it must be good” and it actually was. The calabrese impresses with black and green olives and definitely doesn't skimp on the salami! Good spiciness, nice oiliness. Thin base and high edge, everything as it should be. In general: maybe not for every day (expensive) but definitely again!

If you love clean, pure and very delicious italian specialties, Beatzzeria is the place to go in Freiburg (Breisgau). From the outside the location looks quite unspectacular and inconspicuous but when you step in, you‘re in Italy. It’s self-service but the price-performance ratio is great. I can really recommend Beatzzeria.

I stayed in a nearby hotel and taking my dog ​​out at 6:50 in the morning we passed by and I was surprised to see that they were already working and I thought: this is artisan food! After a tour of Freiburg I decided to come and what a RIGHT! I had Arancini Bolognese and pasta carbonara, THE BEST CARBONARA PASTA I have ever eaten!! I saw several pizzas that looked incredible, it's a shame I couldn't try them.

The reastaurant is sweet and authentically Italian. The pizzas are delicious, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Another rarity: a vegan version (without cheese and vegetables) is on the menu.

To my conclusion: I ordered lasagna and pizza to try both. Both were not tasty and nothing special. The tables weren't cleaned properly and the service wasn't good either. He didn't leave a friendly impression. I don't recommend going there, there are better restaurants in Freiburg.

EVERYTHING was super tasty and the staff was very nice and warm. I think it's the only place in Germany where CARBONARA and CACIO&PEPE are prepared according to the original Roman recipe. The portion of pasta could just be a little more. Nevertheless: perfetto, buonissimo and superissimo.

I never leave a review for anything, but the pizza was such a disappointment that I had to write something about it. I ordered a Margherita pizza via Uber Eats and it says it has a diameter of 33cm. When the pizza arrived it was so noticeably smaller that I had to measure and the pizza was actually only about 28cm tall. That's not a problem in itself, but why is it advertised as 33cm? The pizza also had hardly any sauce, didn't taste like anything, the dough wasn't cooked through and the cheese crunched between your teeth. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Maybe I was just unlucky and something went wrong, but I won't be buying pizza here again.

We took a pizza with us to go to our apartment. The staff who worked there wanted to finish quickly because the day was almost over and that made them a little less friendly in our opinion. The pizza is incredibly good. Really like Italy. Crispy edge, well baked, spicy tomato sauce and long strings of cheese...I've already tried a few pizzerias in Freiburg. None of them came even close to this standard :-) Price wise, it was also completely reasonable. At the end there was a good Italian coffee. A dream!

Atypical places reasonable prices

EDIT 2: This card is not old as it is on the table, a cheek. Please keep the 6 EUR + tip, we definitely won't be coming back. EDIT - Menu on the table is NOT current. The menu says beer for 5.50 - a large one - - instead of getting a small one for 5.00. Price is 12.50 for Pizza Fritta in the menu and we paid 2 EUR more - menu attached. The bill was 6 EUR more expensive than according to the menu, we left a tip, but that's a scam, especially for us as tourists. We were given a higher bill than the menu on the table. If you order a large beer from the menu for 5.50 EUR, you get a small beer (same brand), which also costs 5.50 EUR - this isn't even on the menu, we were told that this "is a special beer", when we asked why the price is the same. There are menus on every table in the outdoor dining area, which unfortunately are not up to date. Only when you pay do you find out that the pizza costs EUR 2.00 more and that only the prices at the bar are current. It doesn't work at all. It's not about the price, but about the principle. We paid and didn't discuss it, but we were very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

SCAM! They are not having the same prices. In the menu they have one prices and when you have to pay it at the counte, there are another prices. I have payed more because of it and it is not fair! I really hope they will update their menu prices and they will no longer scam people. You cannot have different prices in the restaurant menu and at the cashier!

This is the closest one can eat real Italian food in this city. It's a small place, which adds to its charm and authenticity, the food smells like entering heaven and you are invited for dinner. If you didn't know the place, then you are missing out.

We used the party service for our business and everyone was really excited. There was caprese with buffalo mozzarella, salmon lasagne and cannelloni filled with minced meat. We particularly liked that Benny (owner) told us that we should take half a tray each for 12 people. This was the perfect amount! We will be happy to come back to you again and one or two of you will definitely come and see you privately in the beautiful, cute restaurant ;) Mille Grazie!
