Ich habe das BARDOLINO Fine.Food.Hotel besucht und hatte eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Die Atmosphäre war stilvoll, modern und gleichzeitig angenehm entspannt. Das Essen war hervorragend, mit frischen Zutaten, kreativen Gerichten und viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Service war freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlte. Ein großartiger Ort für gutes Essen und einen besonderen Aufenthalt.

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Zunächst einmal die Aufmerksamkeit, die den Gästen zuteilwird – 10 von 10 Punkten. Zweitens das Frühstück… ich war wirklich beeindruckt. Es gab Avocado, Büffelmozzarella, Schinken, Oliven… sehr italienisch. Außerdem wurden Omeletts nach Wunsch zubereitet. Und nicht zuletzt war auch das Restaurant hervorragend. Alles in allem ist es das perfekte Hotel in Nürnberg.

Wieder eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Nettes kleines Hotel. Sehr gutes Essen beim Frühstück. Fisch zubereitetes Rührei, Spiegelei. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Inhaber und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Für jeden Nürnberg-Besucher ist dieses Restaurant ein absolutes Muss! Die Gründe dafür finden Sie bestimmt selbst heraus.

Wir hatten 2 Essen und den Hauswein weiß und rose bestellt. Ich hatte Pappardelle "DE CECCO" bestellt -mein Essen fand ich gut. Mein Freund bestellte PunTE DI FiLEttO Di MANZO ALLA STROGANOFF mit Pernod-Reis. Das Essen schmeckte leider recht fad - auch wenn das Fleisch zart war. Letztendlich passte der Pernod Reis, der nach einfachem Reis schmeckte nicht wirklich so gut dazu. Dafür waren 33 € ein wirklich stolzer Preis. Der Salat und der Wein waren gut. Ich war schon öfters hier und wurde bisher nie enttäuscht - schade. Der Service ist immer freundlich.

Vom ersten Moment an hat mich das Hotel Bardolino überzeugt, schon bei der Buchung hatte ich ein gutes Gefühl, und das wurde beim Ankommen sofort bestätigt. Ich bin spät am Abend angekommen und wurde trotzdem persönlich empfangen. Es wurde sich die Zeit genommen, mir alles gezeigt, das Zimmer erklärt und ich wurde sogar bei den Parkplätzen eingewiesen. Super Service. Das Zimmer ist tadellos sauber, das Badezimmer makellos gepflegt. Das Hotel hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme, ein bisschen rustikal, aber auf eine sehr ansprechende Art. Gemütlich, stimmig, authentisch. Das Frühstück ist top und das Personal durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Wer ein sauberes, herzliches und charakterstarkes Hotel in Nürnberg sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein wirklich schönes und angenehmes Restaurant. Unsere junge Kellnerin war profi und net. Das essen war köstlich. Ich kann gerne weiter empfehlen!

Dieses Restaurant zu besuchen war wie das Champions League Finale anzusehen und als absoluter Gewinner heraus zugehen weil jedes Gericht Weltklasse Format hatte. Es war ein Abend der den Kopf schütteln ließ und ich und meine Patnerin uns in die Augen schauten und uns sagten was für ein Weltklasse Geschmack 🔥. Angefangen vom Gruß aus der Küche, dem Antipassti Teller aus verschiedenen zusammengestellten Vorspeisen auf Empfehlung des Hauses. Als Zwischengang hatten wir das Iberico Schwein mit Zartbitterschokolade das Phänomenal war. Das Hauptgericht war vom Lachs und Rinderfilet und gefolgt von dem Mega Vegan Dessert von Kokosnuss Panacotta, Pistazien/Schoko Cremebrüllet, Tiramisu usw…Leider haben wir es versäumt durch den Gaumenschmaus von allen Gerichten ein Bild zu machen. Endlich ein Name der das hält was er verspricht….Finefood der Extraklasse!! Wir können es nur wärmstens jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Abend an das Haus Bardolino.

Absolute Empfehlung! Ich hatte gestern dort eine Feier ausgerichtet. Bereits die Menü-Abstimmung im Voraus per Telefon und E-Mail war durchweg unkompliziert und äußerst sympathisch. Extrawünsche wurden ausnahmslos berücksichtigt und individuelle Absprachen z.B. zu Aperitif getroffen. Vor Ort wurden noch die letzten zeitlichen Komponenten abgestimmt und ich wurde über den Abend hinweg mehrfach überrascht. Zum Einen durch die exklusiv gestaltete und individualisierte Menükarte und zum anderen als Abschluss mit einem Nachtisch mit Tischfeuerwerk und entsprechender musikalischer Untermalung. Ein einmaliges sowohl kulinarisches als auch festliches Erlebnis. Alle Gäste waren restlos von Service und Menü begeistert. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren zu einer Familienfeier hier und haben das Essen und die Atmosphäre wirklich genossen. Von der Vorspeisenplatte über phantastische Hauptgerichte bis zu den Desert Variationen war wirklich alles herausragend. Das ganze begleitet von einem herzlichen, zuvorkommenden, aber nicht überkandideltem Service. Einfach Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Im Anschluss haben wir im Hotel übernachtet und so den Tag perfekt abgerundet! Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an das Team!

Ich habe in diesem Hotel weder übernachtet noch gegessen, aber ich hatte Probleme mit der Reservierung, die dazu führten, dass ich aus persönlichen Gründen nicht anreisen konnte. Ich erhielt jedoch die bestmögliche Unterstützung vom Hotelmanagement unter der Leitung von Herrn Pasquale. Vielen Dank und ich hoffe, Sie bald wieder bei mir begrüßen zu dürfen.

Das Restaurant ist deutlich besser als das Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert! Das Hotel selbst ist eher durchschnittlich. Sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Preise sind für Nürnberger Verhältnisse angemessen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Ein top Italienisches Restaurant ist Familien geführt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und gelungen, die Weine Seher ausgewählt und abgestimmt auf die Karte. Wer hier nicht essen geht kenn nicht die Italienische Küche.

​Von der ersten Minute an war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ein echtes Highlight! ​Die Ankunft war super entspannt und der Empfang durch das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir von einem Mitarbeiter betreut wurden, der nicht nur charmant war, sondern auch echte Geheimtipps auf Lager hatte und sich gefühlt in jeder Straße der Umgebung auskannte – eine unschätzbare Hilfe! ​Das Zimmer war wunderbar! Wir waren begeistert von den Annehmlichkeiten, wie einem echten, leistungsstarken Haartrockner (kein Standardmodell!) und den super komfortablen Betten, die für eine erholsame Nacht sorgten. Hinzu kam die absolute Ruhe im Zimmer, die man in Hotels selten findet. ​Ein weiteres Highlight war das super tolle Frühstück! Hier wurde uns jeglicher Wunsch erfüllt und das Personal hatte ein unglaubliches Gespür dafür, unsere Präferenzen zu erkennen und uns zuvorkommend zu bedienen, noch bevor wir fragen mussten. ​Vielen Dank für diesen super Aufenthalt.

Es gibt's außergewöhnliches gutes Essen und das Personal ist wahnsinnig aufmerksam und freundlich.

Wir hatten Pasta und Risotto, und alles war einfach köstlich. Die Atmosphäre war sehr herzlich und einladend – es fühlte sich wirklich an, als würde man alte Freunde irgendwo in Italien besuchen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, was den Besuch noch schöner machte. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Our stay at Hotel Bardolino was short, but sufficient to get a good impression. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and very attentive to the individual needs of the guests. While the rooms aren't the most modern, they are spacious and, above all, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Parking is available at a fair price. The breakfast buffet is small, but there's something for everyone – and we had the best, perfectly cooked fried eggs here! We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Nuremberg.

Great Mediterranean cuisine that goes beyond the "usual" pizza! We received a very warm welcome and friendly service. We ate there for business and felt completely at home. The only tiny drawback: the wait times were quite long.

At Bardolino Nuremberg, you'll experience Italian cuisine of the highest caliber for many decades. The dishes are not only outstanding but also creative. In addition to the regular menu, there are regular themed menus. What's particularly impressive is that many dishes are finished right at your table, for example with genuine, long-aged balsamic vinegar from an oak barrel. This adds a special touch and makes a visit to the restaurant a truly memorable experience. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine with meticulous attention to detail, this is the place to be.

Excellent hotel. Really comfortable room with all the amenities. The breakfast was super rich and varied. They even made us a vegan breakfast. The staff was super helpful and helped us out in so many ways. If you go to Nuremberg, you absolutely have to stay here!

My husband and I visited the Hotel Bardolino and its attached restaurant for the first time today. At first glance, the hotel appears unassuming, and the interior is a bit dated. However, it is very clean and well-maintained. But when we ate in the attached restaurant, we were absolutely blown away. Even the appetizer was excellent. The steak was tender as butter, and the quality of the meat was fantastic. The portion sizes weren't too generous, so there was still room for an absolutely delicious dessert. The selection of dishes was fine, varied, but not overwhelming. High-quality food at, in our opinion, a reasonable price. The service was excellent. Very attentive, professional, and customer-oriented. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

I can only thank the owners for their kindness and excellent service. The room was very comfortable and quiet, with all the amenities available. The quality of the food served in the restaurant was excellent, accompanied by excellent and punctual service.

Very comfortable beds, enough space and closets in the room, cleanliness, excellent showers, breakfast is very tasty and varied, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, sausages, fish, eggs in any form, different breads and pastries... But in our room under the windows there are benches for smokers and every evening and even at night they make noise and smoke there and it was impossible to open the windows.

A fantastic, upscale Italian restaurant. We were here for business, and despite our large group, special requests like vegan food were accommodated sensitively, leaving the entire team completely satisfied.

July 25, €94 for one night is absolutely reasonable for Nuremberg. Very friendly reception. Our suitcases were even brought to our room. The room was a bit small but adequate. The window faced the inner courtyard. The bathroom was small but adequate. Everything was there! Again, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We also visited the attached hotel. The quality was satisfactory for us. Unfortunately, the price was significantly too high!!! But that apparently doesn't bother Nuremberg residents, as the restaurant was well-attended in the evenings. The breakfast was first-class; there was nothing to complain about. We would book the hotel again and eat out.

Chance acquaintance including Italian course We were actually looking for a parking space and ended up in the restaurant by chance! Thank you for the great hospitality, the delicious food and the hospitality! We would have liked to have stayed longer because the varied menu and wine list would have promised a special evening and certainly delivered! It was a beautiful stay. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip and I cannot compliment them enough for how accommodating they were! I missed breakfast twice and they knew this. They gave me such care and understanding by offering me a coffee and, some pastry after breakfast hours. When needing guidance they took extra care and attention to detail to direct me in the right direction, to find a reasonable store for my broken case. I loved staying here, the rooms are beautiful and very clean! Comfortable and just an all round family experience that I've never had at a hotel before.

La comida era tan fresca y excelente! Tuvimos Calamar Carpaccio y Porchetta Carpaccio como entrante. Los principales fueron los espaguetis con trufa blanca y parmesano y la lubina con la trufa. Tan bueno. Fue la segunda noche que comimos aquí. El primer día tuvimos el antipasti italiano para compartir. Como menú principal tenemos el pez espada y la pechuga de pato. También fue excelente. Compartimos la sinfonía de los postres. Recomendamos encarecidamente el Bardolino. El personal es muy amable y amable. Wwe tiene un niño de 3 años y fueron tan amables con ella. Le trajeron un libro con colores y le hicieron pasta especial. Gracias por esta increíble experiencia. Se sentía como estar en Italia ❤️

We had 2 nights with breakfast and 1 dinner in the restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and clean, good mattresses and very good pillows. The reception was very friendly and we felt welcome. The service was equally friendly and accommodating. Fine Italian cuisine, our dinner started with a "greetings from the kitchen" and every dish was excellent! A food intolerance that we announced at breakfast was not overlooked at dinner. All in all, highly recommended, we felt very comfortable in this city hotel.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. Everything was just perfect. The room is very spacious and modern with all the necessary comfort. The bedding is a real delight. I also ate in the restaurant which also cooks traditional Italian cuisine, stuffed eggplants….a real treat. Like pizza too.
