Bahnhof Neustift Pizza Napoletana & Burger in Passau

Pizzen schmecken wirklich sehr lecker. Jede Pizza wird einzeln per Hand gemacht, was sich allerdings auf die Wartezeit auswirkt. Wir haben auf vier Pizzen fast 1 1/2 Stunden gewartet. Service Personal wirkte manchmal etwas überfordert, war aber immer nett.

Sie sagten, sie hätten bis 23 Uhr geöffnet, ich kam um 20:30 Uhr an und alles war geschlossen. Schlecht. Sehr schlecht.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen, Ambiente sehr schön. Jedoch wurden wir nur einmal wegen Getränken gefragt, danach nicht mehr!

Nach 55 min bekam ich als Letzter meine Pizza - alle anderen hatten bereits aufgegessen - auf meine Nachfrage keine Entschuldigung - wenn man den Service und die Küche nicht auf so viele Tische ausgelegt hat sollte man einfach die Plätze reduzieren.

Super schöne Location, vor allem draußen – wirklich wow! Eher ein Ort, an dem man gemütlich einen Cocktail trinken würde. Die Pizza war geschmacklich leider nur durchschnittlich und hat uns nicht wirklich vom Hocker gehauen. Als wir zahlen wollten, wurde uns direkt der Betrag genannt – keine Aufzählung der einzelnen Posten, keine Nachfrage, ob wir die Rechnung möchten. Dadurch fühlt man sich etwas abgefertigt. Klar, es sollten noch viele Gäste kommen, aber trotzdem hätte ich mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit beim Bezahlen gewünscht.

Super Ambiente im Garten. Gute Musik, netter Service, Pizza leider nicht ganz mein Ding, werd mich nächstes mal auf die Burger stürzen.

Wir warteten über eine Stunde auf unsere Bestellung, und als sie endlich kam, war sie falsch – man brachte uns nur eine einzelne Pizza anstatt unserer kompletten Bestellung. Gäste, die nach uns gekommen waren, hatten ihr Essen bereits erhalten. Die Antwort des Personals war: „So ist das eben freitags!“ Wirklich schade – eine total enttäuschende Erfahrung.

War so eine schlechte Pizza richtig weich konte man nicht richtig Nehmen gleichzeitig hat sie nur verbrannt geschmeckt. Die Preise viel zu Teuer für die schlechte Qualität. Das Personal mega Hektisch und gestresst obwohl nix los war. Zusammen gefasst absolute Katastrophe. Die Bürger am Bild kosten alleine ca 20€ absolute Frechheit.

Wir kamen, um die Burrata-Pizza zu probieren. Außerdem bestellten wir die Vier-Käse-Pizza (das Monatsangebot). Die Pizzen sind fantastisch, der Biergarten ist sehr gemütlich und die Atmosphäre ist einfach perfekt (10/10)! Kommt am besten nur bei schönem Wetter, da die meisten Tische draußen stehen.

Ich gehe da normalerweise wegen der Burger hin, die solltest du unbedingt mal probieren. Aber reserviere vorher einen Tisch, besonders an Feiertagen oder Wochenenden!

There should be 10 stars for the ambience. After the "renovation" it's even more like being on vacation. In my opinion one of the most beautiful locations in Passau. Congratulations on this successful concept to the entire team and Mario Künzel.

Ich habe diesen Laden online gefunden und war eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss da. Wir sind durch den Hintereingang auf dem Parkplatz reingegangen, haben also nicht viel gesehen. Drinnen war eine Party, und es war ziemlich warm und voll. Die Bedienung fragte mich, woher wir kämen. Ich sagte: „Aus England, wir sind auf der Durchreise nach Rumänien.“ Da die Speisekarte nicht auf Englisch war, fragte ich nach den Pizzen. Was kommt denn auf die Pizzen, da wir keine Pilze wollten? Ich glaube, sie hat mich nicht verstanden. Ich war auch müde, also bestellte ich zwei Pizzen: eine Margherita und eine Salami-Pizza. Die Pizzen kamen nach 15 Minuten. Nicht schlecht, aber sie hatte mir eine mit Schinken und vielen Pilzen gebracht, anstatt der Salami-Pizza, die ich bestellt hatte. Ich sagte: „Nein, die habe ich nicht bestellt“, und sie ging, um mit der anderen Bedienung zu sprechen. Sie wollte die Pizza zurücknehmen, aber ich war so müde vom Warten. Die Pizzen sahen gut aus, also sagte ich: „Okay“, und entfernte die Pilze. Die Pizzen waren lecker. Ich wünschte, ich hätte nicht erwähnt, was ich nicht mag, und auch nicht nach einer Empfehlung gefragt. Bestellt einfach, was ihr mögt, und haltet es unkompliziert. Die zwei Pizzen kosteten 25,50 €, also ein guter Preis, und sie waren superlecker. Mein Sohn fand die einfache Pizza lecker, sie war nett, schlicht, aber gut. Ich werde wieder hingehen, aber dann sollten sie meine Bestellung richtig aufnehmen! Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich etwas bekommen habe, was ich nicht bestellt habe, deshalb bin ich etwas ratlos, wie ich reagieren soll... 🤮

Auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten besuchten wir dieses doch etwas versteckte Restaurant. Wir hatten einen Wagyu Burger und einen Bacon Cheeseburger und beide waren sehr gut! Eine 10/10 ist ja sehr schwer zu erreichen, aber beide waren sicher 9/10. Die Pommes und das Tiramisu waren ziemlich normal 7/10. Die Sitzplätze im Innenbereich sind etwas eng, aber trotzdem gemütlich.

Leckere Pizzas und Burger meine Kids waren begeistert auch Extras werden ohne Probleme umgesetzt . Und mache Bewerter hier denken das man als Landei nur da hingeht weil wir nix anderes haben. Wir brauchen. Nix anderes geben uns zufrieden was wir haben und freuen uns mit so leckeren Sachen verwöhnt zu werden. Schöne Grüße R.

Wir waren gestern zu siebt zum ersten Mal im Bahnhof Neustift Pizza Napoletana & Burger – und ich muss ehrlich sagen: Ich war schon in vielen Restaurants, aber hier hat wirklich alles gepasst. Wir hatten vorher reserviert, was ich auch empfehlen würde, da das Restaurant sehr beliebt ist. Das Lokal liegt in Neustift etwas außerhalb von Passau und ist durch seine besondere Lage sogar mit der Bahn erreichbar. Schon beim Reinkommen merkt man sofort die besondere Atmosphäre: rustikal, gemütlich und gleichzeitig locker. Besonders cool finde ich den großen Außenbereich im Garten mit BoHo-Style, der eher an einen Beachclub als an einen klassischen Biergarten erinnert. Das Essen war schlicht überragend. Die Pizza Napoletana war perfekt – luftiger Rand, hochwertige Zutaten und einfach richtig authentisch. Auch die Burger sahen nicht nur brutal gut aus, sondern haben genauso geschmeckt. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Was den Abend aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war der Service. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und trotzdem entspannt – genau so, wie man sich Service wünscht. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, abgefertigt zu werden, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein. Das Highlight kam am Ende: Das Team hat gemerkt, wie zufrieden wir mit dem Essen waren, und hat uns einfach noch ein Dessert aufs Haus gebracht. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und zeigt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Für mich persönlich eines der besten Restaurant-Erlebnisse, die ich in letzter Zeit hatte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – und empfehlen den Laden absolut weiter.

Sowohl mit dem Essen als auch mit dem Service höchst zufrieden, das Ambiente war gemütlich und einladend und auch der Preis war absolut fair. Komme gerne wieder!!

Super netter Service und leckere Pizza!

Das war leider nichts. Die Toiletten sind wirklich ekelhaft. Überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Eiskalt. Gehört sich nicht für ein Restaurant. Die Burger waren leider nur Lauwarm. Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Wartezeit von Ankunft bis Essen betrug 70 Minuten. Viele der später erschienenen Gäste erhielten ihr Essen vor uns. Für mich war es der letzte Besuch. Preis Leistung passt nicht.

I've eaten at many restaurants, but this one is definitely among the best I've visited in a long time. The moment you walk in, you feel the pleasant atmosphere – a cozy ambiance accompanied by fitting music that invites you to linger. The service staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive without being intrusive – exactly as you'd want it. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. The food was simply outstanding: from the fresh, crisp salad to the main courses and dessert – everything was top-notch and a perfect 10 out of 10. A restaurant I can wholeheartedly recommend – everything is just right: quality, service, and atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Delicious pizzas and burgers in a lovely atmosphere. The service was also very friendly. We'll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating area. We booked online in advance, which is advisable given the size of the restaurant.

A small, old, charming train station restaurant. Very cozy. Very friendly service. The food I ate was delicious. I'd gladly go back.

The best Neapolitan pizza in Passau. Great pizza with a 24-hour dough – light, flavorful, and perfectly baked. The San Marzano tomato sauce is wonderfully fruity, with delicious buffalo mozzarella ❤️ and fresh, top-quality ingredients. All of this together makes for an authentic Neapolitan pizza, the likes of which you can only get in Naples. And I can only confirm that – I'm from Naples myself! 🤌🤌🤌 The service from the mother and daughter is warm ❤️🙏 and attentive, and the entire staff is extremely friendly. Everything is just perfect here – from the quality of the food to the service. By the way: They also offer very good, juicy burgers – highly recommended! 🍔 Conclusion: A true slice of Naples in the heart of Passau. Highly recommended! Ciao Ciao Ciro 😎🇮🇹

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing: After 20 minutes, we had to get our menus ourselves, and drinks didn't arrive for 45 minutes. The pizza was good, but not good enough to overlook this level of service – we even had to ask three times to pay. The dining room is small (approx. 10-15 tables for 2-6 people) and wasn't always full. There were also enough staff – so overwork or staff shortages can't be an excuse.

Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for service. Pizza is okay.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the quality of the food, but I can rate the way they treat potential customers! We traveled from out of town and were staying in the immediate vicinity. After a 700 km journey, we simply wanted to have a cozy meal and a drink at the Neustift Pizza beer garden by the train station, as it was right near the apartment. When we arrived there at 5 p.m., I asked about two unreserved seats. They immediately declined, as a party of 150 people had been reserved. (The beer garden was occupied by 8 guests at the time.) OK, I thought, I can understand that. When I asked about an alternative restaurant nearby, I was told: nothing nearby! We then found the excellent Stangelwirt 2.5 km away on Google. EXCELLENT! Afterwards, around 8 p.m., we passed by Neustift Pizza at the train station again, and what can I say: the beer garden was exactly full with 48 people, not even half full. Looks like the restaurant is doing too well!!!!!

We went there spontaneously on a Friday evening and didn't make a reservation, but they still found a small table where we could eat. I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. A great little spot. Personally, I found it too crowded and too loud, but still worth a visit. My husband raved about his burger, and my child's pizza was also very tasty, but I found my salad a bit overpriced, considering it contained the least of what was supposed to be in it. You have to be prepared to wait and spend a bit more, but we were still satisfied.

The location by the railway tracks is unique, and the beer garden is beautifully decorated. The pizzas are delicious, and the place is always busy. The staff is super friendly.

The burgers and pizzas were very good, and the side salad was also okay, albeit a bit small for the price. Only the ice cream sundae was served a bit carelessly, with only scoops of ice cream and a small piece of fruit, no fruit sauce or cream available... But the beer garden is a cozy place to sit. A visit is highly recommended.

The food was mixed: pizza was okay, burgers were good. The ambiance was appealing, but upon closer inspection, it seemed a bit meager and cheap. Service was poor. The parking lot is small and usually very full. My pizza came with pitted olives, without any warning. Overall, it was solid, but with clear shortcomings in service and attention to detail.

Both the burgers and the pizzas were outstanding throughout our visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job! Despite the packed place, the wait times for drinks and food were absolutely reasonable. I would recommend Bahnhof Neustift to everyone and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Best pizzas, great atmosphere! Anytime and always happy to come back.

We were there for the first time today. The ambiance is incredibly beautiful, truly idyllic and very inviting. The food was also excellent; I've rarely eaten such good pizza. The service, unfortunately, deserves some criticism. -Friendly, definitely 👍🏼 -However, you can tell that they don't have enough gastronomic experience yet. A quick explanation: they didn't ask if we wanted anything else to drink, even though there were empty glasses on the table (we would have liked something else). They asked for the dessert menu, but no one ever came to take our order. "Ice cream on request" is totally fine. But if you ask for it, you expect an answer. We would love to come back, but we hope for more attentive service.

The new truffle pizza tastes absolutely delicious! Be aware that pizza and drinks arrive very quickly, and the burgers sometimes take half an hour to arrive, but that's not a problem given the atmosphere. However, I think the process could be optimized a bit. Feel free to stop by anyway 😊

A quick lunchtime snack with a tasty pizza, although I'm not a pizza fan. The various pizzas are cut into slices and then heated, but it's okay. It's definitely suitable for a quick pizza between meals or to take away.

The boss is aight, the rest are aight too

The food was very, very tasty. Unfortunately, the dishes didn't arrive at the same time, but it was still okay. The staff was very tasty, but you can tell they're not trained service personnel. Update 2025: The beer garden itself is very nice. The restrooms, on the other hand, are awful and reflect the location that used to be there – a train station. Exactly as you'd imagine, the restrooms smell. Unfortunately, that was really disgusting.

Having been there several times as a guest, I can only say that the burgers and pizzas were very tasty in the fall of 2024. The negative, however, was the unfriendly, older waitress (supposedly the mother of the current owner, according to a friend) with the blonde hair (the glass had a chip (which was pointed out to me repeatedly), and instead of reacting in a customer-friendly manner and simply apologizing, she offered some kind of excuse in a truly unfriendly manner). This woman, unfortunately, doesn't fit in with the restaurant at all, in my opinion! I went there for the good food, but the service and customer friendliness could be improved, especially when mistakes were made by the restaurant! Since the incident with the glass, which actually happened again, the friendliness of the current owner has been very limited. After a recent visit in July 2025, where I and a friend who had never been there before were seated first, an agitated woman (the owner's mother) came over and told us we were sitting in the wrong restaurant (the owner herself was just standing next to her mother and couldn't speak a word). She snatched the menu from our hands and took it from the table, commenting that I had left a negative review and that the restaurant didn't need such guests.... I must emphasize again that I went there back then because of the delicious food, not because of the service staff. After being kicked out, my companion and I went to another restaurant where we were greeted with friendliness and enjoyed our meal. ☺️ The star award was based on the last encounter...unfortunately, the pizza chef or the staff can't be held responsible for the behavior of the owner or his mother! With this in mind, I can only recommend, based on these experiences, to go to a place where you are impressed by the friendliness of everyone and the good food...not in this restaurant where you cannot accept criticism and thus sooner or later scare away guests...I wish the kitchen staff all the best and hope that they find better employers 😊

Very good food in a great atmosphere. The service is good, but the food is often served at different times if you're with several people. At least you're informed about this when ordering. In the end, though, you're rewarded with exceptionally good food. Pizzas this good are hard to find outside of Italy, not even at "real" Italian restaurants. But the burgers are also great. We love going there again and again!

We waited over an hour for the pizzas. When we asked, we were always told they'd be ready in 5 minutes. But then we had to wait another 20 minutes. We called several times, but the pizza still wasn't there.

1 1/2 hours waiting time for a pizza is just too long

A unique venue where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. High-quality, fresh food are the focus here. The ambiance is soothing and creates a holiday feeling. Finally, the appropriate music and friendly, professional staff perfectly complement the whole experience. It's important not to compare this restaurant with other restaurants. When it's busy, it can sometimes take a while, but it's worth the wait. A lot of effort and money are always invested in meeting customer requests. A good example are the new furniture, which perfectly matches the setting and beautifully reflects the atmosphere. In summary, one can say that one's well-being is taken care of, and one leaves the restaurant full of energy and with a smile.

Very nice ambiance in the garden, but the music was quite loud, at least where we were seated. The service was very friendly, but we waited an hour for our food, and then the starter and main course arrived together. However, we were told when we ordered that this could happen. I had ordered a pizza with, among other things, wild broccoli (the reason for the choice), but it came with arugula. The waitress didn't know why, but assumed it was out. Since I don't like arugula, she was helpful; the arugula was removed and replaced with zucchini, an alternative I could live with. All in all, it wasn't that great; the pizza wasn't really hot anymore, and it was very expensive for the toppings that were served. Once, we were asked if we wanted something to drink. Since we had asked for the menu, which didn't come, and weren't asked again, we settled for one drink.

Top food and super friendly owners. Worth a visit if you like conviviality and good food.

Our first visit took us here in the winter. We were very satisfied with the food, ambiance, and service. Now, in the summer, was our second visit. This time we were very disappointed. We waited over an hour and a half for our food. During that time, no one even asked if we wanted any more drinks. We then wanted to pay without the food having arrived. There was no apology or anything else. And all the waiters wander around without any system, and no one really knows where each table is or where anything is. Winter top! Summer flop!!!!!

Unfortunately, we weren't that satisfied with our visit. We waited 1:15 (pizzas) and 1:30 (burgers) for our food. The wait really dampened the mood at the table. The burgers didn't arrive until everyone else had finished their pizzas. The pizza was quite good, but the fries were completely unsalted and almost cold when they arrived. Unfortunately, getting salt proved extremely difficult. The pizzas are reasonable, but the burgers are quite expensive because the side order costs extra. The service staff were extremely overwhelmed. Nevertheless, everyone was very friendly, and of course, they can't be blamed for the poor organization.

Very good food and a short wait. The ambiance is very nice, and the selection is plentiful. Unfortunately, I felt the staff lacked experience in restaurant service. They didn't wipe down the dirty table, or the Coke spilled by the staff, leaving the table sticky. We even had to get our own cutlery. But as I mentioned, despite a few minor flaws, I definitely recommend it... The pizza is better than at some traditional Italian restaurants.

The food is really good, the atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately, the service has been overwhelmed since the cultivation has been in operation outside. It often happens that orders are forgotten. Of course, something like that can happen and an apology would be more appropriate than any excuses. The prices for the food are high, but the quality is good. However, I have to say that given the prices, I also expect impeccable service. As a group you don't feel comfortable when the service first notices that two guests haven't had their food yet and the rest are almost finished eating. Unfortunately the prices for the drinks are exaggerated. If you want to eat well and have a lot of patience, this is the place for you.

For me, next to Burger Manufaktur and Second Home, it's the best burger in Passau and one of the best pizzas you can find. The Chilliese Burger is absolutely amazing. As you can easily see from the picture, the meat is perfectly seared. So far we haven't been disappointed with a burger patty that was too dry. The pizza is also really very good. Great dough and good ingredients. Be sure to stop by!

Great place! Definitely great in the summer! Pizza tastes excellent! Aperol served a bit carelessly. Unfortunately, service was very poor. Everything was "dry" and lacking in love. A shame. We would have liked an espresso and something to drink, but oh well...

A bit cozy in winter as it is very small inside. Large outdoor area in summer. The food and service is very good. It was very warm and you immediately feel at home.

It's always a pleasure to eat here, be it in summer in the beautiful and quiet beer garden, where subtle, charming music plays in the background, with the occasional visit of a train, or in winter in the small but nice interior. When you enter past the Terrence and Bud film poster, you immediately feel like you've been transported back in time in the lovingly furnished interior with the beautiful vintage bar. Add to that all the delicious food and no one would be surprised if a grim Bud Spencer, followed by a mischievously smiling Terrence Hill, came through the door to the bar first and ate the entire menu. Be it the excellent Pizza Napoli, or the perfectly fried juicy burgers, chilli cheese fries and salads, as well as delicious drinks and almost forbidden good desserts, you will find what you are looking for here.

Very tasty pizzas and burgers! In summer you can sit outside in a great atmosphere. Unfortunately it is very remote and parking spaces can be a bit tight. The service staff could be a little friendlier and more attentive.

Unfortunately only one star. I would like to share the bad experience we had here today. On the occasion of our wedding anniversary, we had already reserved a table for two people for this evening several days ago. When we got there, the landlady was visibly surprised because she seemed to have forgotten to have a table ready for us. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the table in the corner next to the kitchen (on which her child was sitting) was quickly cleared for us and offered to us. So we were supposed to share a table with the landlady's child for a relaxed dinner on our wedding day. In response to my puzzled look and my remark that this was a bit uncomfortable for me, I was audibly annoyed and replied: "We are a small restaurant, so you sometimes have to share a table... If that doesn't suit you, you have to leave..." We would have accepted sharing a table with other guests, but not with the landlady's child and his toys next to my glass of wine... It's a shame, we always enjoyed being here...

Top bella pizza 👍 👍 🍕 🍷 I can fully recommend this Pizzeria Napoletana. As a native Neapolitan, I know exactly what an authentic pizza should taste like, and here the pizza is prepared 100% as tradition demands. The use of original ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes and an excellent dough make the difference. Finally you can find a pizza that tastes like it does in Bella Napoli, the city where Pizza Margherita originated. In addition to pizza, they also offer excellent burgers, prepared with the same attention to detail and high-quality ingredients. I can fully recommend both the pizza and the burgers. Very nice atmosphere, service okay, the pizzas are good – usually. So far we have always been extremely satisfied. This time, however, some of the pizzas we ordered were burnt and the toppings contained so much cheese and so little flavor that the pizzas weren't particularly good overall. When we answered yes to the question of whether we wanted to take the leftovers with us, the food wasn't packed up in the kitchen. Instead, we were given pizza boxes in a Bundeswehr design with appropriate advertising at the table (yes, actually. We were also surprised that such a thing even exists) and were immediately said goodbye. Too bad. If the food is better, I'm happy to tip more, so that it might be enough to buy my own attractive, ad-free pizza boxes.

We are a small group on vacation in Passau. Gastronomy is one of the most important things for a relaxing holiday. Accompanied by a Passau insider, we were able to find good locations and have always been impressed. Next up is pizza. Recommended by our friend who knows Passau well, one of the best pizzas is at Neustift train station or Limoncello. Last night we had to watch as a group of children rioted in downtown Passau and stepped on bicycles and trash cans. Our Passau insider was able to recognize two of them. What was even more shocking for our group was that they were the owners of the restaurant. There are many good, tolerant and respectful people. Next time you go out to eat, think about the type of people you are supporting.

Super tasty Neapolitan pizza and very good burgers in a relaxed atmosphere. It's also worth taking a look at the monthly menu, which offers seasonal dishes! Reservations are a must here as the interiors offer relatively little seating and the crowds are large. In summer, the spacious beer garden invites you to linger. Great service, gladly again!

We ate here for the first time about a year ago. It was a disaster back then because the whole garden was full and the only two service staff couldn't keep up. Today we gave Neustift train station another chance. The food was tasty, but nothing special. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, she was almost solely responsible for the entire interior, which meant that there were relatively long waiting times.

The food is great and the location is very nice. However, a good restaurant also requires good service, unfortunately this was not the case. Two service staff who are responsible for allocating space and serving people when the house is full is simply not enough. We would have liked to have another dessert, but after 45 minutes we still couldn't place another order so we let it go. The parking lot is not recommended in the evening. It is a gravel field with no markings, so people park at a generous distance and the space fills up quickly. Unfortunately, there is no alternative to this parking lot.

Waren mit Freuden vor Ort , 30min bis die ersten Getränke am Tisch waren . 2 von 6 Hauptgängen kamen vor den Vorspeisen , die Vorspeisen kamen nach dem die ersten beiden mit dem Hauptgang fertig waren. Zwei Vorspeisen kamen obwohl eine wieder abbestellt wurde und ca. 5 Minuten später der Rest der Hauptspeisen. Getränke waren die meiste Zeit leer wie auch an den Nachbartischen. Rechnung wurde von uns angefordert , nach 30min bin ich selbst rein um zu bezahlen. Habe dabei ganz klar unsere Punkte konstruktiv angesprochen da es mir ohne direktes Gespräch zuwider ist zu bewerten, die Kritik wurde mit einem Lächeln der jungen Kellnerin abgeschmettert mit einem süffisantem Lächeln und den Worten: „ Das kann nicht sein wir waren ja immer draußen!“ Na dann halt ned. Essen war sehr gut und darum 2 Sterne.

The food is really great, the burgers are simply world class. Ambience is wonderful. Service needs improvement, partial deliveries to a dish came much later and only after repeated requests. We were in transit and didn't have a lot of time - so you should probably visit the restaurant in a much more relaxed manner ;)

Food was good. However, drinks came in a dirty glass, which can happen. When he was told to go to the cellar, the drink was taken with him and he simply poured it into a new glass! Instead of putting a fresh drink in the new glass. Afterwards we actually wanted a second drink, but the waiter ignored us and repeatedly called our attention. A nice waitress then came, but after waiting for an hour we decided to pay.

Food was great, waiting time for the main course (pizzas and burgers) was okay. We waited 1 hour for dessert (tiramisu and Nutella pizza). We were only able to reorder drinks upon request. The service leaves a lot to be desired and definitely needs to be improved. Orders are only taken by one person, the other waiters speak English or only broken German.

I can't say the service is bad if it isn't there! Yes, the food there is very good, but the best pizza or the tastiest burger can hardly make up for it when members of the family business in particular don't lift a finger or pass on almost everything to the understaffed, employed staff and then dismiss it rudely that X or Y can otherwise handle many more guests on their own... If we were talking about a €5 pizza place, you could still check a few things here, but if you just rest on your laurels after the good food and think that the guest can wait longer here and be happy If it is allowed to be served at all, this restaurant lives up to its reputation as the “service desert of Germany”!

Trotz. Reservierung eine Woche vorher wurde uns beim Eintreffen am Samstag mitgeteilt, dass alle Plätze belegt sind und wir in einer Stunde noch einmal kommen könnten, da dann eventuell Plätze frei würden. Wie uns ging es 5-10 Leuten, die nach uns gekommen sind. Ist das nur Geldgier oder einfach Unfähigkeit?
