Thank you for the excellent food, attentive service, and child-friendly atmosphere.

I ordered here for the first time because our usual, much-loved, delicious, and uncomplicated Indian restaurant closed down unexpectedly. It was okay, we would order again, and I, at least, would try other dishes. They have the usual selection, including all the standard vegetarian options. My girlfriend thought the okra dish was very good. I had the black lentils, which were okay to good. Unfortunately, the spinach and coconut soup was awful—completely watery and just tasted like broth. Delivery was quick and easy, and as I said, we will definitely order again.

Very good Indian restaurant. Extremely friendly service, the food is finely seasoned and well-seasoned, depending on the spice level. I've eaten there a few times; it's open 24 hours a day, including lunch during the week. I always enjoy going there.

Highly recommended!! I celebrated my birthday there. The owner is so hospitable and attentive. He even organized a special surprise with music, table fireworks, and a small sweet dessert for all the guests. And there were special flowers on the table. We felt very comfortable there, and above all, the food tasted particularly good!!! Thank you for the lovely evening! We will definitely be back.

Good food and friendly people. Have never dined in but have got take away several times. After calling, the food is usually ready in 15 minutes. As an Indian, I can say the flavours are on point and authentic. Would recommend 100% and will order again :)

Very friendly staff with freshly cooked, delicious food. We're regular customers ourselves and frequent the restaurant. Upon request, the food can be prepared spicy or less spicy. You get a generous rice supplement :)

Our first visit to Ayurveda, and we were not disappointed. The food was very good and plentiful. The delicate flavors of Indian cuisine almost made us forget we were in Munich. The service was very good, friendly, and quick, and we felt very welcome. While it's not the prettiest spot for outdoor seating, it's still inviting – precisely because of the good food and the hospitality. We'd love to come back and I can definitely recommend a visit.

Ayurveda is a great Indian restaurant in the West End. I've been there twice in one week; the food is truly fantastic and the service is extremely friendly. There are tables outside and inside, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. Highly recommended.

Ayurveda has amazing and authentic Indian food, plus great service! I went for dinner since it was the closest Indian place to my hotel and was very pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The ingredients seemed very fresh and the spices/flavors came out great. They have a large vegetarian menu, which I always appreciate. The owner is very friendly and nice too. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic Indian food in München.

Hello! We (4) went to Ayurveda for dinner on Mother's Day today. Three of us had Indian food for the first time. The restaurant is rustic and decorated with an Indian flair. Appropriate Indian music was playing very quietly in the background. We immediately felt at home, especially after the very hospitable waiter greeted us. The menu offers a large selection (lamb, chicken, duck in countless variations, vegetables, rice, etc., also many vegetarian dishes) so that everyone can find something. We ordered starters and main courses (served with rice) and were completely satisfied. The meat, whether chicken or duck, is so good and the sauces are simply a taste experience. Great spices, great taste. And the way everything is served is simply special. There are many dishes that we would like to try and will come back very soon. That was really really good. Thanks! We also recommend the restaurant to anyone who otherwise only eats Bavarian, Italian or Asian food. Please try it!

We shared thali. The waiter recommended an extra dish to us when we asked for it. All in all a very good service. The food was also really delicious.

We can really recommend “Ayurveda”. It's been a long time since I've had such good Indian food. It is very delicately seasoned, the meat is buttery soft and very tasty. We ate on site, once oriental chicken with coconut sauce and once vegetables in almond-coconut milk. Very fine! The ambience is Indian, but not overloaded, the music fits in very well with the surroundings. We thought the service rounded everything off well on our evening. 👍

We went there 3 times in the last 2 months and had 6 different dishes. All were very tasty. The first time we ate there was a coincidence, but now we've come here twice. The service is also brilliant. Top, top, top. Always happy. Prices are also completely reasonable.

Nice staff, nice music and of course very tasty food. Homemade lassis and Indian beer are recommended as well as naan bread with garlic. At the end there was also a mango schnapps 👍 Top restaurant!

We had a lovely dinner at AYURVEDA. Pappadums with spicy sauces (we loved the mint sauce!), pakoras and samosas for starters and nice curries (from spicy mutton vindaloo via chicken tikka masala to soft and sweet mutton korma - and prawns in mango sauce) Also very tasty garlic nan.

The food here was really tasty, and I enjoyed my meal a lot. However, I had an issue with a voucher from BMY München—they told me they couldn’t accept it because the restaurant had changed ownership and no longer honored that deal. To make up for it, they offered me a starter, which I appreciated, but I still couldn’t shake the feeling of being a bit misled. That said, the quality of the food was excellent, and if that’s your main priority, it’s definitely worth a visit. Just be mindful if you’re planning to use a voucher!

Ayurveda has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always very tasty. Each of the dishes I have eaten so far has had a very individual, finely tuned taste with just the right amount of spice.

Today I had dinner at this restaurant with my family. The food was really very good. You can tell that the food was prepared with a lot of love and effort. The service is also first class, you don't have to wait long for service and the food is brought to you quickly. The staff is really very friendly and accommodating. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is also very good. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Ayurveda.

The restaurant has been under new management since February, and I'm so glad I gave the new owner a chance. This decision was a real stroke of luck! My family and I have enjoyed coming here ever since. The food is simply outstanding. What I find particularly remarkable is that the sauces don't taste like they're off the shelf, but seem fresh and prepared with a lot of love. A special highlight is the paneer, which the boss makes himself every day - a rarity and a sign of the exceptional quality and dedication of the house. Some dishes are real taste explosions that you won't forget in a hurry. In addition, the prices are extremely affordable, especially considering the excellent quality of the food. This restaurant is a real highlight in the neighborhood and a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to experience the diversity and magic of Indian cuisine!

My brother invited me and my fiancée to dinner here last night and it was so good that we ate here again for lunch today. I just have to say, the food is really excellent. The service is very good and additional requests are taken into account. So my fiancée wanted a dish with potatoes instead of cheese, which they were happy to prepare for her. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome.

We were here with 12 people for a birthday and had a great evening! The starters – pakoras, samosa and chicken – were really tasty, even if the pakoras were a tad too salty. We had a varied selection of main courses and were praised throughout. We particularly loved the Chicken Nilgiri and Alu Gobi! My dish was "extra spicy", which was a little milder for my taste, but the green chilies for seasoning were perfect. 🌶️ Dessert (mango cream and honey balls) was solid but not exceptional – still a sweet ending. The atmosphere could be a little more cozy, but the super nice service made up for it all. We'd love to come back! 😊

Very good Indian food with a pleasant slight spiciness. I ate pleasantly seasoned dal soup. And a lunch dish for less than €10. I would like to go there more often, unfortunately I'm too far away. I often go out for Indian food and I particularly enjoyed it here. Highly recommended.

Ich liebe es hierher zu gehen, schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wird man von einem authentischen, wohltuenden Duft empfangen, der sofort Lust auf indisches Essen macht. Besonders beeindruckend war für mich, wie dieser Duft mich an meinen halbjährigen Aufenthalt in Indien erinnerte. Im Sommer lief ich an diesem Restaurant vorbei, und die Aromen, die schon von weitem in der Luft lagen, brachten bei mir all die positiven Erinnerungen und Eindrücke meiner Reise nach Indien zurück – eine echte Zeitreise für die olfaktorischen Sinne. Das Restaurant hat seit einem halben Jahr einen neuen Wirt, und ich bin so froh, dass ich ihm eine Chance gegeben habe. Die Entscheidung war für mich und meine Freunde ein Glücksfall! Das Essen ist schlichtweg hervorragend! Besonders beeindruckend finde ich, dass die Soßen nicht nach „Massenware“ schmecken, sondern frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet wird. Ein Highlight ist das Paneer, das der Chef täglich selbst frisch herstellt – eine absolute Seltenheit und ein Genuss, der die Qualität und Hingabe des Hauses unterstreicht. Viele der Gerichte bieten regelrechte Geschmacksexplosionen – ein Erlebnis für den Gaumen, das man nicht so schnell vergisst. Zu all dem kommt hinzu, dass die Preise wirklich sehr günstig sind, gerade im Vergleich zur ausgezeichneten Qualität des Essens. Ein absolutes Highlight in der Nachbarschaft und eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die die echte Vielfalt und den Zauber der indischen Küche erleben möchten!
