Köstliche Pizzen und toller Service.

Das Essen war köstlich, und als ich beim Lachen husten musste, brachte mir der Kellner sofort Wasser; dafür bin ich ihm dankbar.

Pizza ist ok. Diese Pizzeria,genau wie alle anderen Pizzeria 's in der Altstadt arbeiten nach dem gleichen System. Schnell und billig , nicht nur preislich.In der Altstadt soll man auch nichts besseres erwarten. Lokal ist einfach gemacht, es ist am Abend und am Wochenende sehr laut drin, auch wenn man dort im Bereich ist wo man sitzen kann. Kellner sind manchmal unaufmerksam, unterhalten sich öfters untereinander, gehen zu oft meiner Meinung nach raus zum rauchen. So wie ich es paar Mal gehört habe von den Mitarbeitern die drei Pizzeria's an den Ecken der Straße gehören dem gleichen Besitzer. Auf die schnelle ist ok.Aufjedenfall besser als Fastfood.

Es war ok. Fairerweise ist ein großer Pluspunkt des Restaurants, dass sie super schnell sind und wir sofort einen Sitzplatz bekommen haben. Wir hatten einmal Pasta Bolognese und einmal Tortellini Panna. Beides war echt kräftig gesalzen, nahe an der Grenze zu versalzen. Gleichzeitig waren die Pizzabrötchen, die als Vorspeise kamen, fast komplett fade. Die Kruste war aber toll! Die Getränke hätten ein wenig größer sein können. 0,2 Liter finde ich etwas knapp bemessen. Fazit: Für den schnellen Hunger ganz gut aber man sollte keinen überflügelnden Gaumenschmaus erwarten.

Eine tolle, traditionelle Pizzeria in der Altstadt. Meine Frau und ich genossen eine Pizza Napoli mit der typisch Düsseldorfer Scharfen Soße. Freundlicher Service und günstige Preise. Schöne Außenterrasse.

Beste pizza die ich je hatte, ich war in Rom und selbst da hatte ich nicht so ausgezeichnete Pizza. 10/10 sogar der Papst würde hier Pizza essen. Preis Leistung ist eine 12/10, ich kann leider nur 5 Sterne geben, würde aber meine rechte Niere für die Thunfisch pizza hier geben. Wenn man fragt bekommt man auch 3 runden Knoblauch anstatt Eine

Wir sind an Karneval spontan eingekehrt. Die Bestellung sowie die Zubereitung gingen sehr schnell und das Essen kam bei uns allen zeitgleich. Insgesamt war es lecker, die Pizza hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt und auch die Nudeln waren gut. Wir waren alle zufrieden und gesättigt, Preis Leistung war ok :)

Ein Restaurant welches Gäste nicht die Toilette besucht lässt. Warum ? Mal davon abgesehen das Ihr Metro Produkte verwendet und eure Pizzen die eines Lieferservice gleich sind. O Sterne, absolut gerechtfertigt für so einen Umgang mit Kunden. Danke für nix.

Sehr lecker!! wirklich ein Italiener! Nur ein Mal abbiegen vom Hauptrummel Altstadt, schon gemütlich, lecker, preislich tiptop, klare Empfehlung 🌻

Ich war hier nun bestimmt schon zum vierten oder fünften Mal. Ich hatte den Pizzaboden etwas knusprigen in Erinnerung. Aber diese Pizza ist auf jeden Fall eine der bessere, die man in Deutschland bekommen kann. Dies wurde mir auch schon durch italienische Kollegen bestätigt. Besonders lecker ist das Chili- und das Knoblauch-Öl!!

Frische, knusprige und sehr leckere Pizza aus dem Steinofen. Preise sehr akzeptabel, vor allem für die Altstadt-Lage. Zum Mitnehmen oder dort Essen. Top!

Ich hatte ein köstliches Essen!

Reingekommen, direkt mit einer Begrüßung empfangen genommen worden und einem wurde Platz gemacht beim vorbeigehen. Essen War sehr gut jedoch war die Pizza etwas dünn. Sehr gut belegt und die Tomatensauce war sehr Fruchtig. Ein eher altmodisches Design aber sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Komme aufjedenfall wieder.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Der apizzabäcker allerdings sehr unfreundlich.

For me, it's the best takeaway pizza place in the old town. It has its own flair. However, the price of €7.50 is too high for a pizza without service. Therefore, it was very quiet.

We've been coming here for over 30 years for a delicious pizza. The three-topping option is legendary. For us, it's the tastiest pizza in the old town. Whether garlic or spicy, the sauces are always next to the oven and are exactly as they should be: crispy and spicy. The queue used to be 20 meters long. Especially in the evenings and even longer on weekends. For us, an absolute MUST-TAKE-AWAY on the way home. A nice meal on the subway. Enjoy.

We used to eat there often, but after this report from Food Transparency NRW, we'll never go back. These conditions are absolutely shocking. Hygiene and the health of customers are clearly not a concern here. "Pest infestations (mouse droppings, cockroaches, larvae, etc.) were found in the following areas: 1st floor storage room with freezers – mouse droppings were found in several places in the room. 1st floor storage room with cold storage – massive amounts of mouse droppings were found in several places in the room. 1st floor changing room/staircase – mouse droppings were found in several places. Delivery area – mouse droppings were found in several places. 1st floor storage room with barrel cooling – cockroach infestation was found. 1st floor garbage storage/grease separator – cockroach infestation was found. Several dead cockroaches and sticky traps containing cockroaches, dead larvae, etc. were found on the floor. Pizza area – mouse droppings were found in several places in the room. Kitchen corridor – mouse droppings were found in several places in the room. Kitchen – mouse droppings were found in several places in the room."

The dishes are blandly seasoned, the service good and friendly. We ordered tortellini with Gorgonzola but it only tasted of cream... my salad was just from the stalk and the dressing wasn't good; I had to add more seasoning. The starter was also very bland, with hardly any olive oil and no seasoning. Bread was provided upon request. The ambiance was very nice... the taste was okay... the price was OK.

We ate at your restaurant yesterday. Despite the Japanese festival, the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was delicious. We'll definitely be back again.

It used to be okay after a long night of partying but the quality of the pizza is now so poor. 3 toppings are slapped on and that’s it. Hardly any taste.

As an experienced restaurant tester, I visited the Arccelino in Düsseldorf's old town and would like to share my impressions. The pizza offering is simple but attractively priced: three toppings for €7. The offer may be tempting for a quick hunger while standing up or taking away. However, I have to say that the quality of the take-away pizzas is rather disappointing. The dough, the garlic sauce and the hot sauce didn't convince me in terms of taste. It seems as if a lot of toppings were put on the pizza to satisfy hunger, which unfortunately doesn't make up for the taste. That may be enough for the Old Town crowd who want to get their fill quickly, but the enjoyment falls by the wayside. However, if you sit at the back of the restaurant, the picture changes significantly. The pizzas served there are tastier and the quality is significantly better. You notice the difference in taste and freshness, which significantly enhances the dining experience. In short, the Arccelino is not a place that inspires me in the long term. It's more of a quick, cheap option for when you're hungry when nothing else is available nearby. However, it is not the first choice for an enjoyable pizza evening. Shortcoming: The quality of the takeaway pizzas is disappointing, which detracts from the overall impression. There is also a lack of a cozy atmosphere as you mainly stand up or sit in the front area. Conclusion: Arccelino offers a cheap and quick pizza option in Düsseldorf's old town. However, the quality of the takeaway pizzas is rather average, while the pizzas served in the back taste much better. Definitely suitable for a quick snack, but not a place I would regularly recommend.

Red wine way too warm. NoGo! The food is really great.

The waiters didn't notice them for a long time, we didn't even get a look. The drinks are all 0.2 and cost around €3.60 and a bottle of water 0.75 costs around €6.20. We waited 40 minutes for our food. The frutti di mare didn't taste like anything and the salad with the prawns was disappointing. There were a lot of people there but in my opinion the 4 star rating is not justified, maybe you should avoid eating there on Saturday afternoons.

I had the pleasure of visiting Pizzeria Arlecchino and all I can say is that it was a fantastic experience! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly team who immediately gave me a feeling of comfort. The menu offers a great selection of pizzas, from classic versions to creative specialties. I chose the Arlecchino pizza and it was to die for! The dough was perfectly thin and crispy, the tomato sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was wonderfully melted. The combination of fresh ingredients made the pizza a real taste experience. The atmosphere in the pizzeria is warm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing evening with friends or family. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality you get here. I can fully recommend Pizzeria Arlecchino and look forward to my next visit to try more delicious pizzas!

It shouldn't be allowed that mice are running around! Yesterday Sunday evening we were sitting at the table inside with a view of the bar and oven and suddenly a small rat ran from the top of the oven down the decorative grate to the floor. My daughter and I were so scared and told them straight away. We all looked but couldn't find the rat. Actually that is bad enough but everything was bad. The pizza wasn't tasty, it wasn't cooked well. And neither was the vegetable pasta casserole. There was salt missing everywhere I asked for and more salt was added, but where are the Italian spices?? Nowhere! Neither on the pizza nor in the casserole. I asked for them but the waiter didn't understand that I wanted them! The broccoli smelled of gas, I know that sounds strange but it was true. I reluctantly tried it several times and the broccoli had a chemical taste. The cheese tasted very strange to both of us, too! And it was so cold in the restaurant.. the door was open the whole time.. it may be that they want to attract customers but what's the point if you can't sit comfortably as a customer. Everything was dirty, the walls, the bars and who knows if mice aren't always there and even live on the oven.. the toilets stank really bad. And despite all the disgusting things that happened right in front of our eyes and noses.. the waiters didn't take a single euro off the bill! I can't understand or believe that. I had to pay €37 (1 pizza, 1 pasta dish without meat, 3 drinks) for this incredibly disgusting thing and they weren't even sympathetic.. they said they were just employees.. I was so annoyed that I'm definitely going to contact the public order office! To the owner: If you don't take care of the store yourself, let everything get dirty, and your employees aren't even allowed to satisfy the customers because they're afraid of you, then you should now have to deal with the city and the regulatory agency. Hopefully, they'll close it down soon!

Very good location, cozy atmosphere. Opportunities available to sit outside. The pasta dishes were delicious. The service......well. Inattentive, at least to the guests in the restaurant. You always had to look after the waitress and give signals to draw attention to yourself. There were more staff standing outside the door, smoking and flirting or whatever they were doing with the young ladies. Let's see what happens next time.

Yesterday I and my girlfriend ate at Arlecchino for the third time. We are always amazed at how exceptionally hospitable we are received. No matter how full it is, the tables are pushed and moved so that we have always been able to get a seat. We immediately liked the family atmosphere and warmth. No matter what we have tried so far, it has always been fresh and delicious. We especially love the tiramisu, which is prepared personally by the chefs. The dessert is really worth a sin. When we are in Düsseldorf, it has now become a given that we enjoy the delicious food here and are always as happy as if we were visiting our family. The bosses have an open ear for everyone, sit down with the guests and make sure that you feel completely comfortable. If you want to feel a little like you're on vacation in Italy, you should definitely come here. You won't regret it. The three of us look forward to seeing you again, Hanni, Hannah and Marion

2024: Dough as thin as paper, pizza as small as a breakfast plate and the toppings have become fewer. Better take a 10er in your hand and get one somewhere else because it's worth the money, It's a shame she used to be really good! 2019: Best price of all in the old town!

I’ve been to many pizza places, also in Italy but this one is especially great! It’s honestly just good and authentic Italian pizza. Whenever I visit the Altstadt of Düsseldorf, this is where I get my pizza. Good value for money as well and especially nice staff! Highly recommend this place

Good location! Very, very, delicious wssen! The men's toilet didn't work very well, it took a little longer for the food to arrive and payment is only possible in cash. Therefore 1 star deducted. I think that's fair.

We ate the takeaway pizza at the bar tables there. Even though salami is naturally fatty, the oil floated on the pizza. It fits the old one, but I don't get pizza there anymore.

Today we spontaneously went to the restaurant after the Fortuna game and were warmly welcomed by the service staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and was simply delicious - the pasta was cooked perfectly. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. A real highlight in the old town! Oh yes, of course the lemonchillo schnapps round shouldn't be missed either.🙃 I would like to thank the staff very much for that.

The pizza wasn't really tasty. It was in the oven far too short, the toppings looked strange and the edge was not cooked through and was simply inedible. It's better to go to the pizzerias that you remember from the past and are in the direction of the subway.

The best thing here are the pizzas for seven euros to take away. All in all OK. We happened to be sitting inside. Here the pizzas cost around €14.

Small Italian trattoria in the old town of Düsseldorf. The ambience is in traditional Italian style. There is a large selection of Italian dishes. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
