Not suitable for eating. At least if you are over 5 years old and hungry. The picture shows the lasange (main course) for €18 We left hungry and ate our fill in a better restaurant afterwards

The taste of the food was okay, but there was clearly not enough. The price was also ok at around €20, but there should be a whole portion in it... or just increase the price. But leaving a restaurant hungry makes you really unhappy :(

Very good restaurant, with very good food. It tasted great and portions were sufficient. The staff was a bit overwhelmed that evening but still made an effort.

We had arranged to have dinner there during the week before our visit to the Tonhalle. We had reserved a table and that worked very well. The location in the old town is also very good and pleasant. The interior is nice, but the tables are a bit too narrow for our taste. You couldn't get up without asking the person behind you from the next table to get up. We found that unpleasant and inappropriate :( The drinks and appetizers came quickly. Overall only 2 stars because the service and management of the food was unfortunately inadequate. We had already said when we arrived that we only had 1 hour and whether it would be possible to get starters and main courses within that hour. That was answered in the affirmative and we immediately named everything we wanted to eat. For reasons that were completely inexplicable to us, the main courses we ordered were not delivered to us within that hour. Unfortunately we had to leave and didn't pay for the food we didn't receive. We also found the suggestion that we should take the pizzas with us, even though we had said that we were going to a concert at the Tonhalle, strange to the point of inappropriate. It's a shame, we would have loved to eat there! What we got from the kitchen was still good and we suspect that it was the service that made us leave the store so disappointed and, above all, hungry.

Food poisoning! Four of us had dinner there and shared, among other things, Vitello Tonnato - everyone spent the next night over the toilet bowl. Definitely not recommended.

On December 14th, 2024 there were four of us in the restaurant. The table was reserved. It was very crowded overall and we were assigned a table for four against the wall, two chairs and a bench. The seat height on the bench was very low. From there you had to look up slightly at those sitting on the chairs opposite. The bench also had to be adjusted so that a larger gap could be closed. The table arrangements were very tight, so there was minimal passage. Then nothing happened for a long time. After two more tables were reassigned and the menus were given straight away, we made our presence known. Result: They wanted to place the order straight away. Of course we first asked for the menus. At some point, after being noticed again, we were finally able to place our order. 3 x tagliatelle with beef or salmon. 1 x Pizza Diavolo. The tagliatelle with beef and salmon were probably okay. But the pizza was “subterranean”. It was spicy, but extremely oily and the bottom (except for the edge) was mud. Any pimped-up ready-made pizza does better. Eating it was not possible. I have never been served such bad pizza anywhere else. My recommendation: Don't order pizza from this pizzeria!

Cozy place, Neapolitan pizza and pasta. They don't have many types of pizza, but they focus on quality. Good service. I recommend it.

Some of the pizzas were burnt, the pasta dishes were very dry, and the doagetti carbonara lacked any liquid. Wrong dishes that were not ordered were served. The soup, wereld the main course, was served without any explanation. The staff was friendly and nice, but unfortunately had no idea what they were doing. We were looking forward to a nice meal, but it was a disaster, but never again, unfortunately.

I was there before 6 p.m. and was able to order very quickly. Afterwards it became packed and people who arrived long after me had already had their food. Unfortunately I had been forgotten. Since I wanted to go to a concert, I left without eating.

In my opinion the operator has changed. In the summer we ate original Italian carbonara there. Now the quality of the food has completely deteriorated. Unfortunately, the dishes are no longer comparable to before and no longer taste good at all. Very unfortunate. The service is nice but I always like to go here because of the excellent quality. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Open until 10 p.m. But pizza only until 8:30 p.m.... At least we were asked to only order pasta. The lasagne was burnt at the bottom from the first time it was made. The whole thing was then covered with “new” Bolognese sauce and warmed up in the microwave. The tortellini were okay. Could be a little seasoned, but that's also a matter of taste

The location seems a bit more upscale, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't convince us at all. If you like greasy soggy pizzas, you've come to the right place! Unfortunately, apart from the edge, nothing was crispy at all. However, we can highly recommend the bruschetta.

Very tasty pizza for a reasonable price. The dessert was also exceptionally good. The waitresses were also nice and attentive. The only negative point is unfortunately the drinks prices, which are really noticeably high.

We waited an hour for our food today. One of us got his pasta so much earlier than everyone else that he was already finished by the time the rest of our food arrived. The waitresses mainly speak English. The food itself was quite good.

A truly excellent place.... kind and makes a wonderful pizza 👌🏼 with quality Italian ingredients, but really.

3x nothing. We had an Asian waitress who couldn't speak proper German, she could have just done it in English if that would have been easier. Then we discovered that she had not understood us because we were served the starters 3 times before the starter. We sent them back 3 times. We were also offered the wrong thing 3 times. Not the same pastas as we ordered. After the starter we then got the main course. Not the good thing we ordered and all 4 were also very cold, just the same food as the first time they offered it to us before the main course. Then the waitress of Eastern Bloc origin who claimed not to speak German without a bra on (you saw the nipples, I don't think it's a look when you're serving) became angry and she no longer wanted to help/serve us. Then we finally got the good stuff, but they just split the truffle pasta in half. My parents both had two mega small portions and I had cold pasta Shrimp and Octopus. My friend had already eaten his pasta, also cold, but we were tired of it. Now it's been an hour and we still don't have our new food.

The waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive at all times. Regarding the food, everything was very good. We will repeat!!!

The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. The pizza was excellent, with a thin crust and a fluffy crust. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was disappointing: the cream layer was too thick, greasy and had a consistency like solid butter. After I ate it, I became severely nauseous about 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant.

We had a very nice meal here. Price performance is right. A good selection of fine wines at reasonable prices is also offered. We can happily recommend this restaurant.

We only ordered drinks and nothing to eat, but the service was great. We had to wait a little longer until we were served, but that was understandable on the day (Japan day).

Nice small menu; not the usual stuff, but the chef’s personal choice. I like! The food was super fresh and very tasty. We had an excellent burrata and pulpo as starter, can recommend both. The mains (fish and pasta) were good, big portions; the pasta a bit too far cooked though. Friendly service, too.

Wir (zwei auswärtige Gäste) wurden während der Karnevalszeit (!) so unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend bewirtet, dass ich einfach mal einen Kommentar hinterlassen muss. Das Team hatte mitbekommen, dass wir an dem Abend ein kleines Jubiläum (20 Jahre) in dieser Pizzeria feierten und hat uns zu einem liebevoll dekorierten Dessert eingeladen. Nebenbei wurde ein sehr gastfreundliches Gespräch mit uns geführt. Und das Alles während der Karnevalszeit, wo die Ratinger Straße tendenziell mit vielen "angetüddelten" Gästen nicht immer witzig sein muss..... Das die Pizza großartig lecker ist, sei nebenbei auch noch erwähnt. Ganz liebe Grüße aus Hamburg!

The pizzas were super tasty, the salad was unfortunately very green and the dressing was a bit tasteless. Unfortunately the service was a bit overwhelmed, we waited 20 minutes until we could pay. But apologies were also made several times for the fact that things were so chaotic today. So to eat a good pizza, great pizzeria!

It's almost a tradition for me and my boyfriend! The pizza is crispy, yet fluffy... not too much, not too little topping. The burrata is my favorite here, really good taste, as is the quality.

I ordered the diavola pizza and expected a good spicy peperoni... the pizza was good but it wasn't peperoni or spicy... which left me a little disappointed

Bumped into this Italian restaurant by accident, so we decided to try it. Kittens did we know how amazing the food was BUT, the people employees here made it it so much better then we ever expected. i asked our waiter what ever you decided, that’s what I’m having and OMG, we had the most amazing Italian meal and it nvr stopped. Unfortunately, when i told our server that my friend is a vegetarian and i asked him make something good for me keeping in mind my friend is a vegetarian, he said no prob I’ll take care of it. When the very large wagyu beef was served in front of her, she lost her appetite and of course i couldn’t finish mine. Everything was exceptional until the steak was served. He should have considered that. After dinner, my friend was very disappointed.

It was nice to sit, especially outside. The pizza was good, but unfortunately there wasn't much choice for vegetarians. What I found very stupid was that the bruschetta only came after I asked again about the pizza, even though it was actually ordered as a starter. The service was very nice, but if I were them I would perhaps bring a pad and pen to take notes because they try to remember everything, which doesn't always work so well.

Definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung!! Einfach den Laden meiden dann habt ihr einen schönen Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf Gründe: Schlechte und unfreundliche Bedienungen Rechnung musste selber ausgerechnet werden, je weiter man ins innre des Schuppen vordringt, desto schlechter sind die Hygienischen Zustände(Teller mit Essensreste steht irgendwo im Regal), alte Toiletten, Tapete löst sich Fälschliche aussage bezüglich Kartenzahlung scheinbar nicht möglich, jedoch konnte ein anderen Tisch zuvor wohl problemlos mit Karte bezahlen

Das schlechteste Restaurant in dem ich jemals war. noch nie eine so schlechte bedienung gesehen, unfreundlich, verplant und einfach nur peinlich. Mussten selber unser Gesamtbetrag zusammen rechnen, haben anscheinend auch keine Kartenzahlung. Ambiente sieht von aussen ok aus innendrin aber unaufgeräumt, alles liegt rum (dreckige Teller etc) und man kann überall rein schauen. Einfach nicht hin gehen.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Die Pizza war nett hergerichtet, konnte aber geschmacklich bei weitem nicht mit den anderen Alternativen in der Altstadt mithalten. Dazu kommt ein absolut unverhältnismäßiger Preis. Die Atmosphäre möchte bewusst klassisch schick sein, wirkt jedoch eher oberflächlich billig eingerichtet. Der Service hat sich auch nicht positiv hervorgehoben.

Sehr freundliches Personal mit dem Blick für den Gast. Antipasti-Platte für 2 echt Klasse und reichlich. Danach Lammkoteletts (standen nicht auf der Karte) mit Salat. Super Qualität, heiß serviert und hervorragend angerichtet. Der Nachtisch ein Traum und anschließend der Grappa aufs Haus. Also absolut zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren am 16.07.23 in der Pizzeria. Der Kaffee wurde mit einem schmutzigen Löffel gebracht, es wurde sich nicht entschuldigt. Wir bestellten Bier, mein Mann wollte ein großes Glas, sie brachten ein kleines. Als der Kellner die Bestellung aufnahm, schaute er irgendwo in den Himmel, als ob wir ihn mit etwas belasteten, wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl. Die Pizza war lecker, die Panna Cotta auch, aber ein bisschen verschwitzt. Als wir die Rechnung brachten und der Betrag etwa 28€ betrug, beschloss der Kellner, freiwillig ein Trinkgeld zu geben, brachte nur 20€ von 50€. Ich möchte anmerken, dass ich gerne ein Trinkgeld gebe, wenn mir der Service gefällt, aber dieses Mal wollte ich kein Trinkgeld geben, weil der Service ekelhaft war.

Das Essen selbst war sehr gut. Preislich sicher etwas höher, aber wohl im Rahmen für Düsseldorf. Leider war der der Service an dem Tag eher und aufmerksam und wie hatten 2 Mal die falsche Bestellung jeweils bei Pizza und Getränken. Aufschreiben wäre da eine Hilfe... Ansonsten ist noch gut zu wissen, dass man nur in Bar bezahlen kann.

Unfreundlicher kann man nicht bedient werden. Für die Qualität überteuert.

Der Kellner wirkte betrunken, war unfreundlich, ist auf Anfragen nicht eingegangen. Er hat sich über die Sonnenbrillen von Gästen beschwert, hat sowohl die Getränke, als auch das Essen vertauscht und war nicht bereit die Rechnung aufzuteilen. Es wurden nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen, dass es keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist. Das Essen war mittelmäßig, lieblos zubereitet und dafür recht teuer. Im Restaurant war es unhygienisch und es gab Fliegen ohne Ende. Ich kann jedem nur abraten dort hinzu gehen, es gibt endlos bessere Pizzerien in nächster Nähe.

Атмосферное место, спрятавшееся на тихой улочке, которое мы нашли совершенно случайно. Невероятно вкусная пицца! Крафтовое пиво высокого качества, мы пробовали темное Fuchschen. Вежливый, дружелюбный, внимательный персонал, предупреждающий желания клиента. Мы совершенно очарованы. Рекомендуем это заведение!

Beste neapolitanische pizza in Düsseldorf

Bin Düsseldorfer und öfter in Italien Urlaub gewesen. Hier gibts leider n echte Neapolitanische Pizza zum genießen. Kein Gauda käse. Kein Gummi schicken kein fertige Produkte was ich hier gegessen hab ist n Künst und italienische Geschichte und hoffe bleibt auch so Ich komme wieder

Die Pizza war sehr lecker und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Eine Pizzeria wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Ein toller, kleiner Laden, wie er auch in Italien stehen könnte. Das Servicepersonal war super freundlich und bediente uns zügig, obwohl viel los war. Ich bestellte eine Pizza Vegetariana, darauf fragte mich der sehr nette Kellner, ob ich Aubergine mag. Ich bejahte dies. Darauf fragte er mich, ob er mir eine Pizza erstellen kann. Auch das bejahte ich. Ich bekam daraufhin eine Mozzarella Pizza mit Aubergine dahingestellt. Dazu brachte er mir noch Parmesan und streute es drüber. Ich habe mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt dabei und das hat das Ambiente erhöht. Es wurde sich super um uns gekümmert. Dazu bekamen wir noch Knoblauch Öl und scharfes Öl. Beides auch super lecker. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings für das Essen wegen dem Preis. Meine Pizza war mit ca. 17€ noch das günstigste, was ich auf der Karte finden konnte. Man muss sich also auf einen teureren Abend einstellen. Der Preis lohnt sich allerdings.

Keine gute Pizza! 20 meter weiter gibts Pinoccio. Da die alle Tische belegt waren, sind wir zum Pulcinella gegangen. Falsche Entschuldigung! Wir sollten lieber warten. Die Pizza hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt! Zumindestens meine nicht! Also finger weg!

Keine gute Pizza! Die Pizza hatte zu viel Tomatensauce, nicht richtig knusprig und die Zutaten waren nicht richtig durch! Einfach nicht empfehlenswert! Die Getränke waren auch nicht kalt. Nie wieder!

Exzellente Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen und vorbildliche Speisekarte. Ich habe eine Diavolo Pizza gegessen. Das war bisher die beste Pizza, die ich gegessen habe. Alles frisch, besonders hochwertig, besondere Rezepte bei der Teigzubereitung und ein echter Steinofen. Die Preise sind etwas gehoben, aber alle mal wert. Ich kann das Lokal uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker, aber am Japantag hoffnungslos überfordert. Es hat alles extrem lange gedauert. Das Management hätte besser planen müssen und weniger Tische rausstellen, wenn nicht alle adequat bedient werden können. Es gibt nahezu nichts veganes auf der Speisekarte. Für Veganer maximal ungeeignet. An einem normalen Tag kann ich mir gut vorstellen eine äußerst gute Pizza zu essen. An einem Eventtag definitiv nicht mehr.

Katastrophe. Nach über 1 Stunde Wartezeit und wiederholter Getränke- und Pizzabestellung sind wir gegangen, da alle, die nach uns kamen, sowohl Getränke als auch Pizza hatten. UNMÖGLICH!!! Und kein Hauch einer Entschuldigung. Nur italienisches gegenseitiges Angeschreie. Nie wieder!

Wir waren am Japantag dort, das essen ist wirklich lecker, allerdings ist der Service unter aller Sau. Wir wurden von mehreren Leuten bedient und immer wieder vergessen. Wir haben locker 40min auf die Getränke gewartet... noch länger auf das Essen.

İdare eder, eminim ki daha güzel pizza yapan yer vardır. Quattro formaggio yedim, eski Vapiano yeni Verdura çok daha iyi...

Buena calidad de la comida pero mal servicio. Pedimos una botella de vino, una ensalada y una pizza y pedimos que nos la dieran en ese orden. Finalmente nos la dieron en el orden contrario alegando la camarera que no era su culpa. Nos parecio un gesto muy feo echar la culpa a los compañeros.
