Since L’Osteria is a chain, the experience from a restaurant to a restaurant can differ but I never was disappointed with this place. Can highly recommend 🙏🏻 the atmosphere is on top, always friendly stuff, fast service and delicious dishes.

Simply unforgettable! As soon as I entered, I felt like I was transported to a small alley in Naples—accompanied by the aroma of freshly baked pizza and an imaginary Italian melody in the air. The pizza? A poem. The crust: golden brown, crispy, perfect. The toppings: as fresh as if they came straight from the market in Sicily. The mozzarella melted in my mouth, the tomato sauce a symphony of sunshine, warmth, and love. Every bite felt like a hug from an Italian nonna. If I could have given it six stars, I would have. Bellissimo! 🍕🇮🇹✨

L’Osteria is a PHENOMENAL restaurant. We are American and we were in town for the World University Games and found this spot. The food is wonderful, staff is amazing and we were so fortunate to be able to use them on multiple occasions. 6 to be exact and every time did NOT disappoint. Also had the pleasure of eating in the restaurant and was just as good. Incredibly thankful to Ayda and the team that helped us all week long. I’d highly recommend anyone to stop in and grab a bite, drink, or anything. Top notch place! Hope we get one back in Texas!!!

I ate there on Sunday and Monday. I had the same very friendly, attentive waiter each time. You sometimes have to wait a bit for service because the waiters are very busy, but it's definitely worth it. The food was delicious, and the service, in particular, was first-class!

We arrived and immediately recognized the style of L'Osteria. The food was excellent, as you'd expect from the chain's restaurants. The ambiance was nicely done. The service staff was friendly, but clearly understaffed. There were clearly only two people serving inside and outside. That's simply too few for the size of the restaurant. Therefore, it took a long time for the empty plates to be cleared away. We had already placed some on the neighboring table because they were bothering us.

The pizza tastes great; I'd say I'll be back. The atmosphere is also relaxing. The staff is friendly and approachable.

We visited L'Osteria as a group of two families and were immediately given a large table for everyone. There's something for children to draw, but watching the hustle and bustle in the centrally located, open kitchen is actually much more interesting. The noise level was relatively high, and the music was unnecessarily loud for my taste. This made conversation a little difficult, especially as a group. The food was really good, and the price was just about reasonable. I don't understand why the pizzas have to be so huge that they overhang the plate on all sides, requiring an additional base. I think a 10cm smaller diameter and a generous topping instead would make much more sense. Of the two passion fruit spritzers we ordered, one had an intense color, the other was pale and correspondingly watery – a shame. In retrospect, I can't really complain; they should have said something right away. Overall, everything here is pretty good.

As I entered its hallowed halls, the aroma of freshly baked pizza enveloped me like a warm blanket of love and oregano. The pizza? OUT OF this world. As big as a wagon wheel, as crisp as the laugh of an Italian nonno, topped with ingredients likely imported directly from paradise. I strongly suspect the tomato sauce was stirred by Michelangelo himself—there's no other way to explain this excess of flavor. 😍🍕 The service? I'll tell you how it is: angelic. Friendly, attentive, charming—I felt like my waiter had been trained directly by Pope Francis in "Charity & Oenology." And then the dessert... Tiramisu, which melts on the tongue like a tender kiss under the Roman starry sky. I'm pretty sure my soul briefly left my body to applaud the chef himself. Bottom line: I was emotionally unprepared for what happened to my taste buds here. I award it 5 stars PLUS the Milky Way! If you haven't been to L'Osteria, you've never truly lived.

The food only gets one star. We know the Losteria standard, but unfortunately, we personally don't recommend this branch. Ordered pizza and pasta with chicken. The pizza cheese tasted of nothing. Didn't eat it, left it alone. Pasta also had no flavor, and the chicken was rock hard, inedible. After complaining, the waiter said, "Sorry, I don't work in the kitchen." He didn't bother and demanded the full price, even though the food was left over. When we paid with the debit machine, it was placed directly in front of us with the window open for a tip. Unbelievable... That's why I don't give the staff a good rating in this regard. Too bad... never again from this branch...

Due to my companion's living circumstances, we visited this restaurant, very close to his home. Once and never again. I ordered Maccheroncini Colorati (13.50), my companion Pizza Tonno (15.95). My dish, however, could only be ordered with penne. It wouldn't have been a problem if everything else had been right. But that wasn't the case: the vegetables had no bite, the sauce was downright bland! Not even adding chili and Parmesan helped. I had to ask for the latter, too... The pizza was enormous. (Why can't you order smaller ones?) The crust was accordingly untopped. And the tuna chunks/pieces were spread generously across the large round piece. So, a giant pizza, more show than substance in terms of quality. The service was friendly, but after paying with a tip, it lost its charm! When I had a quick question as I was leaving, she rudely snapped at me and told me that she was busy doing something else...

We had a delicious macaroncini ragù with a small salad (even with bread) and a soft drink. A jug of Parmesan cheese was also provided.

Unfortunately, our visit to L'Osteria this time was a prime example of how even a half-empty restaurant can still disappoint. The service seemed, let's say, distracted—as if everyone present had mentally resigned at the same time. The climax of the awkwardness came when the manager brought our food and slapped her hair extensions, tied in a braid, into my face. I assume this wasn't intentional, but simply a lack of sense of space. Still, facial hair is not a sign of good hospitality—and we're talking restaurant management here. I also had to ask for balsamic vinegar several times. Only when I got up myself and asked a waiter directly for the third time was it brought to me. In a half-empty restaurant, I would have wished for considerably more attention and friendliness. The food? Solid. Not heavenly, not disastrous—simply edible. But when the service makes you feel like you're a burden with a side salad, that unfortunately doesn't help.
