I ordered a pizza for over €20 through Uber Eats. I ordered the "Tinno" pizza and added a few toppings. What arrived? Just the pizza with the toppings. No tonno, no onions! Who checks this stuff? I waited over an hour, then it arrived cold, and then it was the wrong thing. Uber Eats is only offering a €6 refund because only one part is missing. The whole reason I ordered this pizza is missing. And then nobody answers the phone. I won't be ordering from you again.

We recently visited L’Osteria and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were able to sit down immediately, but it took about 20-30 minutes before anyone took our order. After that, we had to wait almost 50 minutes for our pizzas. I asked a few times if it would be much longer, but when the pizzas finally arrived, they were burnt and the dough was very hard. At the end, when we wanted to pay, we had to wait another 20 minutes before anyone even came. Only when we got up did a server come to take our payment. Overall, the service was very slow and the quality of the food was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant in its current state.

Just ordered two pizzas. They were delivered on time, and the quality is good. BUT, if I order a Pizza Prosciutto, I don't want to have to hunt for the ham on the pizza. To be fair, I did call the restaurant, and they took my complaint seriously…

Unfortunately, we had two bad experiences out of three visits. The first visit was great. On the second visit, at our table of six, we couldn't change our order from three small bottles of water to one large bottle because the "order had already been sent." The order was sent to the bar, which was located about a meter behind the server (or so the server explained). Why they couldn't simply tell the bartender that we needed one large bottle instead of three small ones remains a mystery. On our third visit, my colleague and I ordered a pizza and a salad to go. The pizza was ready very quickly, but the salad wasn't ready for 25 minutes. The employee at the salad station was repeatedly given free rein, fetching more salad before processing orders for tables that arrived after us. In the end, my pizza had to go back in the oven because it was already cold by the time the salad was finally ready. There was also a problem with a split bill. Three colleagues had to help the woman who had initially served us. Only then could the bill be split. That took even longer. In short: 40 minutes for two takeaway lunches. I didn't enjoy the pizza either, because 10 minutes later I had to go straight to my next appointment. That ruined my lunch break. This third visit will be my last at the Jahnstrasse branch. What a shame.

Excellent service – the server took plenty of time for us. No waiting for a table. Good food. We had pizza, which was huge, and the dips were delicious. I would definitely order the dessert again.

After three hours, my delivery still hasn't arrived. At the same time, the restaurant isn't answering the phone to even provide a status update. It's a chain restaurant with no delivery system.

It's a restaurant chain that serves huge pizzas that are sure to fill everyone up. Unfortunately, there weren't enough staff that evening, and we waited 45 minutes for our food.

You could immediately tell that this employee puts her heart and soul into her work. I haven't been served food with such attentiveness, friendliness, and cheerfulness in a long time. We've been there several times now, but I can't recommend it. Ordering by phone was incredibly unfriendly, the service in the store was horrible. The pizza was completely burnt and black, a real joke. We were there again today after two years. The manager was baking the pizza without gloves, without a head covering, and without a lab coat. Really strange. We walked through the entrance because there was no one around who could give us a table. He shouted after us to wait at the door. Totally overwhelmed. Better change the man.

As always, the pizzas were delicious – absolutely nothing to complain about. The quality and taste of the food once again impressed us, which is why we would gladly return. Unfortunately, the service on this visit was disappointing. The Aperol wasn't served in the usual stylish wine glass, but in simple water glasses, and without any "spritz" – this seemed uninspiring and didn't match the otherwise high standards of the establishment. Particularly unpleasant, however, was the extremely loud music, which made normal conversation at the table almost impossible. When we politely asked to lower the volume a bit, we were told, albeit in a friendly but incomprehensible way, that this was not possible at the request of the manager – on the grounds that the concept was designed to prevent guests from lingering too long. This statement struck us as unfriendly and contradicts the otherwise inviting character of a restaurant. Furthermore, the table was already being cleared away while some of us were still eating – this also spoiled the overall impression. We really enjoy the pizzas here and highly value the food, but this time we were unfortunately disappointed by both the service and the ambiance. It's a shame – we hope for improvement on our next visit.

Vegan-friendly restaurant, Ayda gave me great advice. There are many oil options to refine the pizza. I find the atmosphere very relaxed and elegantly decorated. We'll definitely be back =)

I've actually never experienced anything like this before. First of all: The waitress who served us was super friendly. But that was the only positive thing. The entire restaurant seemed completely disorganized and very slow. It took forever for us to even order, and even longer for the food to arrive. The bread we were given upfront was still half-frozen in the middle, which wasn't a good start. Our bruschetta appetizer never arrived. When the main courses finally arrived, we canceled them. Unfortunately, we only noticed after paying that they were still on the bill. We had a few special requests for the main course, but none were fulfilled in the end. The espresso at the end was also, unfortunately, undrinkable. To finish off, we were given a limoncello on the house, but only on the condition that everyone at the table rated the restaurant 5 stars on Google. We did this to at least get something back, with the idea of ​​changing the review later. We even had to show our phones with the reviews we'd submitted. When I changed my review before leaving (yes, that was stupid of me), the head waitress stormed over to me in a rage, practically forced me to delete the review, and banned me from all branches. Whether she's even allowed to do that is debatable. I wasn't planning on coming back anyway. Conclusion: Bad food, generally overwhelmed, and a very questionable handling of reviews. Furthermore, this behavior violates Google Maps' guidelines, as reviews may neither be bought nor forced. And it violates Section 5 of the Unfair Competition Act (UWG). So, a great performance 👏🏼

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with this restaurant. My order was already ready, but the staff ignored me for a long time and deliberately made me wait. As a result, the pizza ended up being cold and inedible. I think it's a shame that delivery drivers (e.g., from Lieferando or Uber Eats) are treated this way. We do our work with responsibility and respect, and I expect the same from the restaurant. I hope management takes this situation seriously and improves the way they treat drivers in the future. Respect and appreciation are the foundation of good service.

This is my third time here and I've never been disappointed. The pizzas are particularly large and delicious, but I also love the pasta. Very tasty, the plates always came back empty. The atmosphere invites you to linger a while; I'd love to take a look at the photos from other customers. We also particularly liked the waiters; they were very attentive, friendly, and on the ball. I almost never write reviews, but today's impression was so positive that I decided to do it.

Seated immediately, lovely service from Susan who gave us ideas for things to do and see while we are visiting the city. We ordered pizza which came quick and we ate it just as quick.
