I've been a regular customer of the restaurant for a long time and I also like to come here with friends before a theater visit at the Savoy Theater (it's an advantage to make a reservation on the weekend). The waitress Laura was really nice and gave me the tip to tell you about the experience.

Very nice Italian restaurant with great pizza!

Visited Saturday night. Was very crowded. Waited to be seated for about 5 mins (which is Ok). After seating waited another 15 mins. when wanted order, the response was "one moment". Another 5 mins and left. So, can not comment on the food but the service must be improved.

Tourist don’t ever go to this place. Staff is very rude plus they won’t even respect you. You will be waiting for hours for them to serve you. Really very disappointed and insulting experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at L’Osteria and the evening was simply outstanding thanks to our waiter Sami. From the moment we sat down, Sami greeted us with a friendly smile and provided us with first class service throughout the evening. His in-depth knowledge of the menu, combined with great recommendations, made choosing dishes very easy. Sami was extremely attentive and made sure we didn't lack anything. The drinks were refilled in a timely manner and he accommodated all of our requests without being intrusive. His warm and professional manner made us feel really welcome. The food at L’Osteria was excellent, but Sami made the evening even more memorable. I can only warmly recommend him and the restaurant!

My visit to L’Osteria was simply wonderful, and that was mainly due to our great waiter Sami. As soon as we arrived, he greeted us with an incredibly friendly smile and immediately made us feel welcome. Sami showed the perfect mix of attentiveness and reserve - always there when we needed something, but never intrusive. His recommendations were to the point and you could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. I was particularly impressed by how patiently he answered our questions and always remained super friendly. Thanks to his loving nature, the evening was a real highlight. With Sami at our side, we felt like we were staying with good friends at L’Osteria. A big thank you to him for the great service – we are already looking forward to the next time!

We were only helped after about 20 minutes, then waited about 40 minutes for the food. We received 3 cabonaras, even though we had only ordered 2. My pasta basilico did not arrive. "Waitress" indicated that it was our fault and that we had to wait a long time for it. I indicated that I didn't need any food because I wasn't going to wait any longer for food. After that, no waiter+waitress came to us anymore and they avoided eye contact. Contacted several times, they said they were coming, but we just waited another half hour. This is really absurd. Didn't even get an apology from the staff. Have never experienced such a bad restaurant. Not recommended, or you will have to have all day for a standard pasta or pizza that is served incorrectly. Really absurdly rude staff too. I don't understand why you work in the catering industry.

I only give four stars for the service because we waited over half an hour for our order. However, let's keep in mind that it was Saturday evening and there was a large crowd. Everything else is great!

So what can you say about that? Cola is mixed with 50% water. Pizza doesn't taste particularly good and I ordered the one with olives but they only made 5 and even they didn't eat

The food was excellent, the service was courteous and the visit was definitely worth it. This time there was pizza with hot salami. I would have liked that if you read a sign at the entrance saying: wait until you are assigned a seat, that someone would come even if someone is standing there alone and waiting. The employees at the counter all saw me but no one came. It wasn't until two more women came that I was noticed. After the women who came after me were placed, there was also a place for me.

Food is always good, but the staff is often overwhelmed and seems unskilled/untrained. There's definitely a better way, even if it's system catering...

I enjoyed a fantastic Italian meal at Losteria. The starter was bruschetta, which was fresh and tasty. The main course, spaghetti aglio e olio, was an absolute delight – perfectly al dente and wonderfully aromatic. The portions were generous, so I was completely full and satisfied. The service was friendly and attentive, which rounded off the entire experience. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine!

The three of us had dinner at L'Osteria and we loved it! The portions are large and the food is simply delicious. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly service, which made our evening perfect. We'll definitely be back!

We were assigned a seat but apparently by the wrong waitress and were then very rudely removed from our seat by another waitress. Then it was time to queue up to wait for an uncomfortable spot outside. Clearance! No thanks!

Ordered 3 dishes. All of which was very fatty, I think the cook needs to be replaced or taught how to cook. I won't come back again. I was in Dortmund and in Vienna everything was ok, but not here... :/

The pizza was okay. With 6 people ordering pizza at one table, it's very tight. Restaurant was a little stressed for being half full. But as a customer you can't always perceive it the same way. Like being a waiter. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. Something fell down in the kitchen 20 times, which was annoying. Otherwise it was okay :)

I don't quickly post a review, I often find them either very good or very bad and I doubt their authenticity. Here too there are very different reviews, from very positive to very negative. After our experience today and reading the reviews, we made the effort. It may be more of an advice to the owner than a review for the guests. very briefly: give the cook a raise and the wait staff/bar staff be fired. After getting a table, we waited almost fifteen minutes for someone to come. Terrace not yet 1/3 full and no one inside. The waiter (tattoos on the neck) was busier exchanging Instagram with a female customer than with the rest of the customers. Three different employees came to the terrace to have a look and quickly went back inside. After fifteen minutes someone finally came to answer the call. Ordered three drinks and an antipasti platter. Then we wait more than fifteen minutes under something... then that dish arrives and honestly, it was ok and tasty. Nothing about the drinks that still weren't there. The dish was half finished and then the drinks arrived: lukewarm beer and coke without sparkling. Have they been waiting at the bar the entire time? It certainly wasn't a lack of staff, they were just socializing with probably friends or regular customers? Asked for the bill. Lady comes with device, WITHOUT presenting a bill and asks if I would like to indicate the percentage of drinking money first??? Never seen this before. Moreover, the lowest percentage was 8%. I don't know if this is normal in Germany, but if I want to give drinking money, I will decide how much to give. Fortunately, there was also the option at the bottom to not give drinking money. I selected that as it is only normal in this situation. The lady asked indignantly if we were not satisfied. I replied that we had to wait a very long time. I repeat again, the terrace was less than 1/3 full and the staff did not care about the customers at all. I saw the same thing happen at other tables: people irritated and eating half a pizza before the drinks arrived? She then immediately disappeared, not receiving a receipt or anything. I'll summarize again for the owner: give your cook a raise and your wait staff a dismissal, or at least some more training in hospitality!

The boss is just not nice, he kicked customers out rudely, saying "it would be too crowded even though the shop was empty." The waitress is great, thank you Elina

Top! Nothing to complain about. The tables are a bit small for 4 pizzas, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

When it comes to spaghetti aglio e oglio, then only here :-) add bruschetta piccola and the day is saved :-)

The ambience and service were impeccable. As usual, I was delighted with the meal; there was nothing missing. Always my pleasure .

Despite repeated requests, we were refused the lunch menu at 11:45 on weekdays. "The prices would be revised". But advertising is still being done for it. If the service isn't good, the pizza can't cut it anymore...

The food is delicious as usual. However, we prefer to come because of the nice service. We are always warmly welcomed and served nicely throughout our stay. It is absolutely child-friendly there, which is why we love going there with our little one.
