Dishes were very tasty and good portions. However, quite a loud atmosphere.

The pizza was good, but the pick-up after prior online ordering didn't go well. It said that I could pick up the pizza in 15 minutes. When I was there at the specified time, the first employee directed me to the kitchen, but she didn't know anything about my order and passed me on to the bartender, who finally knew about the order, but said I would have to wait a short while. So I sat at the bar with my jacket and backpack in the middle of the eating guests until I got my pizza 15 minutes later. Is it too much to ask for a realistic pickup time?

I spent a very nice evening here with a friend. The food was delicious; Pizzas are known to be very large here, but can be shared. The service is always excellent. We would particularly like to highlight Zekija, who served us very friendly, competently and pleasantly. She has an extremely customer-friendly demeanor and you feel very comfortable with her. We'd love to come back. Update: I've been there several times now. Every time Zekija behaved in an exemplary manner and it was a pleasure to be welcomed by her. Last time I was served by Sara. She is new there and is doing a great job. She is also very customer-oriented and is definitely an asset to the whole team.

The food was fine, we had vittelo tonato, carpaccio and Caesar salad, the bread they brought was so terrible, old, hard, dry and they didn't even bother to make it.

A visit to L’Osteria Jahnstraße is always a real highlight! As soon as you enter, you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere that exudes the charm of an authentic Italian restaurant. Particularly noteworthy are the gigantic pizzas, which impress not only with their size but also with their first-class taste. The dough is perfectly crispy, the topping is fresh and the ingredients are of the highest quality. The pasta dishes are also a dream - homemade, al dente and refined with delicious sauces. A big compliment goes to the fantastic team, especially Pawel and Tobi, who ensure a great experience with their friendly and attentive nature. We were particularly impressed by Laura, who made the evening even more enjoyable with her delightful manner, and Josh, who created a great atmosphere with his great sense of humor. Whether for a relaxed dinner, a meeting with friends or a special event – ​​L’Osteria Jahnstraße is always the perfect choice. Clear recommendation for everyone who loves Italian cuisine!

We had a great evening at L'Osteria! The pasta with crayfish is fantastic and an absolute recommendation. Sani served us all evening. That was absolutely accommodating and personable!

Ate here during a night away, you can just eat well there. If you want a quieter and more intimate experience for the two of you, then this is not the place for you. Downstairs at the bar you think oh how nice and cozy, but there is another floor upstairs, much bigger and noisier. They have an open kitchen and that means the food is always good. Definitely go if you just want good Italian food. Nice waiters by the way, that's besides the point.

We went to L’Osteria with my daughter this afternoon and the food was really delicious! Everything is fresh, well prepared and easy to enjoy, especially the huge pizza. The location was really nice and cozy, but it was very loud, so even a conversation between two people was difficult. The service was great (friendly and quick). The food was okay, nothing special. What should be highlighted, however, is that gluten-free dishes are also offered there.

I was here with my son on Saturday evening and ordered pizza with salad for both of us. After an hour the food still didn't come and I asked. The waiter said that the order had probably not been accepted for some reason. So the matter couldn't be easily erased with an apology. We were extremely hungry. You could eat the pizza, but it wasn't the best I've had before.

Wir wollten an einem Samstag gemeinsam und vor allem gemütlich essen gehen. So haben wir uns in der L‘Osteria auf der Jahnstrasse eingefunden. Zum Essen an sich können wir nicht wirklich etwas Negatives sagen und waren damit zufrieden. Was jedoch überhaupt nicht punkten konnten und somit zu keinem weiteren Besuch dieses Restaurants führt ist der Service. Bekanntlich heißt es ja „Kunde ist König“, jedoch war das was wir an diesem Abend erlebt haben schon eher eine Frechheit und eine nicht ausreichende Gästebewirtung. Bis zur ersten Getränkeaufnahme vergingen so sage und schreibe 30 Minuten. Desweitern saß ein Teil unserer Gruppe gute 90 Minuten ohne jegliches Gericht am Tisch. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir schließlich unser Essen nach weiteren 10 Minuten. Dies kann ja mal passieren, jedoch nicht wenn sichtbar Gäste welche nach unserer Gruppe kamen vor uns ihr Essen erhielten. Nachdem wir dies auch als Rückmeldung gaben, wurde eher nach Ausreden gesucht und auch mehr diskutiert als uns dabei etwas entgegenzukommen. Unserer Meinung nach sehr schade, das kennt man von anderen Restaurants und vor allem L’Osteria Filialen anders… Auch eine Sache die in unseren Augen nicht okay ist, dass vor den Gästen Diskrepanzen zwischen den Mitarbeitenden ausgetragen werden. Dies ist vermutlich nicht der richtige Zeitpunkt und erst recht nicht der richtige Ort. Nur schade um das gute Essen, was wie gesagt gut war. Jedoch alles drum herum nicht annähernd als ausreichend zu bewerten. Nur für das Essen gibt es die zwei Punkte, für mehr leider nicht.

UPDATE: One of the best Losterias there is, especially big respect to the employees Zakia and Laura!!! Especially Zakia, she is clearly the best employee on site, perfect customer service and generally very nice and friendly. Think of everything courteously without having to ask, that's how it has to be. It was a great experience in a Losteria again after a long Vapiano time. The lasagna is a little better here and so is the tiramisu. You feel just as comfortable here! In terms of prices, the whole thing is quite similar in terms of value for money and you can get enough, but unfortunately, as is usual in every Losteria, you are given bruschetta and a large bottle of water, but that's just how it is. For me a top new opening and definitely not the last visit! Sofie was also a very nice waitress, friendly as it should be, and in any case, praise should go out to her.

Disaster! Strangely enough, you can only pay in cash to the blonde waitress, card payment apparently doesn't work and there is no invoice either. This all stinks to high heaven. The food doesn't taste good either and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Never again.

This restaurant claims to be Italian, but honestly it has nothing to do with Italy! My first impression: The menu is huge. A restaurant that calls itself traditional shouldn't offer so many pizzas and pasta dishes. This seems as if the quality of the products is suffering. And although the menu is written in Italian (presumably to suggest authenticity), that impression is immediately destroyed when you see that pineapple and barbecue sauce are offered on pizzas! This is a real affront to Italian cuisine. Such choices indicate untraditional cuisine and possibly inferior products. However, there are also positive aspects: the selection on the menu is so large that everyone can find something to suit them - even vegetarians. The portions are huge (especially the pizza, which should actually be marked “for two people”). The atmosphere is very cozy, the decor is beautiful, especially in the evening. The service was excellent: the waitresses and waiters are incredibly friendly and attentive. The wine was excellent and the food, although not traditionally Italian, was okay. In summary: A nice place to spend a pleasant evening, but one thing is clear - neither the owners nor the chef are Italian. Or it is an Italian who deliberately wants to harm his country! FR : The restaurant is perfect for Italy, but it's not a good example of Italy! First impression: the menu is gigantesque. Despite the obvious long opening times (according to the internet and information on the store), we were turned away because the kitchen was already closed 3 hours before closing time.

Additional Information : kindly look into your camera, ask other waiters, other staff, the resturant was noway full and had lots of empty tables. Unfortunately, the takeaway pizza is one of the worst I've eaten. Dough too thin, dry, hardly any toppings. 2 margaritas for 23 euros is simply too much. What's more, they gave me the wrong pizzas at first and I had to go back. No recommendation for this pizzeria.

Comida buena camarera genial, gerente basura, 8 adultos el domingo por la noche. Nos negaron otra botella de vino a las 9: 00 pm estaban cerrando. . La gente del restaurante sigue comiendo, cuatro de mi grupo todavía tenían comida y bebida. Pregunta por qué , no se ofrecen postres no te molestes en ir a este restaurante, nos hicieron llenar muy poco bienvenido.

We had different kind of fooda there, three different Salads and a Pizza, and all of them were delicious. Portions are big. Atmosphere is cool. Personal was limited to two people, but they did their best to cover all the tables. We were happy there.

We came here as a pretty big group but not too big only 8 people and we had to wait 1 and a half hours until the first pizzas arrived the food was good once it got here tho my lasagna was not fully cooked through and the middle was cold to the touch.

Arrived after three volleyball games at 19:55 with a reservation for 20:00, group of eight, with a table open right infront of us, told we had to wait, 15 minutes later we get seated. Waitresses take orders quickly - they are not to blame. We oder Drinks and food at the same time revive drinks quickly, but food takes 1 and a half hours, we watch tables that arrived an hour later than us get their food before us, and a table next to us get food an hour before us even though we arrived at the same time. Food arrives at 21:30, lasagna isn’t even warm in the middle, pizza is 20 percent crust…. A salad comes 15 minutes later than everything else, doesn’t match up….

The service at L’Osteria Düsseldorf is at the highest level, and the food is simply delicious! A special thank you goes to the administration, especially Pavel Wojciechowski, who keeps order in the restaurant and provides guests with a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

We were there for lunch today with two small children. It's a bit cramped, but such kind and warm service makes up for it. Especially with small children you often feel out of place, but not here at all. We'll definitely come back. The food was also super tasty. The pizza was nice and thin and perfectly topped.

When you simply need to treat yourself, but don't want to spend too much money in the middle of Düsseldorf, THIS is the place to be. I've been here at L'Osteria Jahnstrasse quite a few times, but tonight was special. The music was thankfully not too loud, and my leather-bound chair was very comfy. My service specialist was the extraordinary(!) Sekia. From her 5-star professionalism for everybody at EVERY table she happily served, to her heartfelt enthusiasm with her colleagues and the cooking staff in the open-kitchen. as well as her passion to please during the peak dinner hours: everything about her was a wonder to behold! My noodles was al dente and flavourful, (and I should also mention the massive pizzas they have.) The red wine was fitting, and I enjoyed an all-round wonderful experience for dinner. Thanks Sekia, and thanks to the whole team. Definitely recommend!

Very nice establishment! We walked in and the staff were dancing a bit at the bar! Smiling happily. Wow, I'd rather see this than people who are grumpy and don't feel like doing their work.
