I enjoyed a fantastic Italian meal at Losteria. The starter was bruschetta, which was fresh and tasty. The main course, spaghetti aglio e olio, was an absolute delight – perfectly al dente and wonderfully aromatic. The portions were generous, so I was completely full and satisfied. The service was friendly and attentive, which rounded off the entire experience. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine!

The three of us had dinner at L'Osteria and we loved it! The portions are large and the food is simply delicious. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly service, which made our evening perfect. We'll definitely be back!

The pizza was okay. With 6 people ordering pizza at one table, it's very tight. Restaurant was a little stressed for being half full. But as a customer you can't always perceive it the same way. Like being a waiter. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. Something fell down in the kitchen 20 times, which was annoying. Otherwise it was okay :)

We were assigned a seat but apparently by the wrong waitress and were then very rudely removed from our seat by another waitress. Then it was time to queue up to wait for an uncomfortable spot outside. Clearance! No thanks!

Ordered 3 dishes. All of which was very fatty, I think the cook needs to be replaced or taught how to cook. I won't come back again. I was in Dortmund and in Vienna everything was ok, but not here... :/

I don't quickly post a review, I often find them either very good or very bad and I doubt their authenticity. Here too there are very different reviews, from very positive to very negative. After our experience today and reading the reviews, we made the effort. It may be more of an advice to the owner than a review for the guests. very briefly: give the cook a raise and the wait staff/bar staff be fired. After getting a table, we waited almost fifteen minutes for someone to come. Terrace not yet 1/3 full and no one inside. The waiter (tattoos on the neck) was busier exchanging Instagram with a female customer than with the rest of the customers. Three different employees came to the terrace to have a look and quickly went back inside. After fifteen minutes someone finally came to answer the call. Ordered three drinks and an antipasti platter. Then we wait more than fifteen minutes under something... then that dish arrives and honestly, it was ok and tasty. Nothing about the drinks that still weren't there. The dish was half finished and then the drinks arrived: lukewarm beer and coke without sparkling. Have they been waiting at the bar the entire time? It certainly wasn't a lack of staff, they were just socializing with probably friends or regular customers? Asked for the bill. Lady comes with device, WITHOUT presenting a bill and asks if I would like to indicate the percentage of drinking money first??? Never seen this before. Moreover, the lowest percentage was 8%. I don't know if this is normal in Germany, but if I want to give drinking money, I will decide how much to give. Fortunately, there was also the option at the bottom to not give drinking money. I selected that as it is only normal in this situation. The lady asked indignantly if we were not satisfied. I replied that we had to wait a very long time. I repeat again, the terrace was less than 1/3 full and the staff did not care about the customers at all. I saw the same thing happen at other tables: people irritated and eating half a pizza before the drinks arrived? She then immediately disappeared, not receiving a receipt or anything. I'll summarize again for the owner: give your cook a raise and your wait staff a dismissal, or at least some more training in hospitality!

When it comes to spaghetti aglio e oglio, then only here :-) add bruschetta piccola and the day is saved :-)

Top! Nothing to complain about. The tables are a bit small for 4 pizzas, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Despite repeated requests, we were refused the lunch menu at 11:45 on weekdays. "The prices would be revised". But advertising is still being done for it. If the service isn't good, the pizza can't cut it anymore...

The food is delicious as usual. However, we prefer to come because of the nice service. We are always warmly welcomed and served nicely throughout our stay. It is absolutely child-friendly there, which is why we love going there with our little one.

They have decreased significantly. We waited a really long time for our food. The second round of drinks only came after we asked again and we don't even want to talk about dessert. The waiters are also no longer as attentive as they used to be. The music was so loud we had to half scream at each other. A pity.

We made a reservation for 5 people 3 days ago and added that we would like to eat outside. Was accepted and everything was great... Arrived on time today. There were quite a few free tables outside (many of them RIGHT next to each other). According to the manager, the "reserved" signs on the tables outside are only there so that no one just sits down without a reservation. We then asked whether it would be possible to push two tables for 4 together (there were no larger ones outside) so that the 5 of us could sit together, which was rejected with the following reason: "You can sit at the tables separately" (showed then 2 tables far apart from each other) because he preferred to give the two tables of 4 to two "groups" of two rather than to the 5 of us... In my opinion completely pointless (both from our point of view and from the restaurant's point of view)

Huge pizza! Nice pints! Good service! Good price! In 4 days didn't find better atmosphere for a chill dinner. Taste was great. Awkward that plates are waaay too small for pizza but I guess its part of the vibe.

We were only helped after about 20 minutes, then waited about 40 minutes for the food. We received 3 cabonaras, even though we had only ordered 2. My pasta basilico did not arrive. "Waitress" indicated that it was our fault and that we had to wait a long time for it. I indicated that I didn't need to eat because I wasn't going to wait any longer for food. After that, a waiter + waitress no longer came to us and increased eye contact. Contacted several times, they said they were coming, but we just waited another half hour. This is really absurd. Didn't even get an apology from the staff. Have never experienced such a bad restaurant. Not recommended, unless you have all day for a standard pasta or pizza that is served incorrectly. Really absurdly rude staff too. I don't understand why you work in the catering industry.

The male waiter was extremely rude. We waited in line for 20 minutes while he just walked by. We would have to wait 45 minutes for our food, this didn't work for us so we asked if we could have something to drink. This wasn't allowed by him. A huge shame, because it looked like a nice restaurant.

Unfortunately I didn't get a good impression of this L'Osteria. We ordered two pizzas to take away on site and waited about 40 minutes. After half an hour, the waiter who took our order asked again what we had ordered and said that it would take a moment. Two guests in front of us had the same situation. Unfortunately, shortly before we got our order, we overheard a very loud argument between a waiter and (presumably) the boss at the bar where we were waiting. It was probably a very chaotic evening for all the staff, our order was probably forgotten (which can happen), but an apology for the long wait would have been appropriate.

Came at 1300 in a warm sunny day. We were told that we cannot sit outside. Why?

I'm angry and speechless at the same time. We came here around 9 in the evening to have something to drink. We were first sent up to the balcony, despite making eye contact no one served us. Then someone came to tell us that the balcony would be closed, we sat down at a table inside. Every table there was full of dishes and leftovers from the previous guests, the shop was empty and the waitresses were simply lost. Immediately afterwards, new guests were placed on the balcony! A waiter came, took a few things from the table, didn't say hello and left again. So we waited 25 minutes without being greeted and without ordering. And then we left. I have never experienced anything like it!

This branch urgently needs new management. As a group of 14, we waited for 20 minutes until we were noticed and we could order. We also waited longer than average for the food itself and the drinks. Sometimes our drinks stood at the bar for 15 minutes until they were brought to us. At the end of the evening, the boss himself took half an hour to create the invoice. Unfortunately, the system could not calculate the tip for the waiter. Organizationally, it wasn't a masterpiece. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. But this requires a little more leadership from the boss.

The pizzas are huge and very tasty, special requests were taken into account and the option to fill the pizza half and half is great. The service was good and friendly. We sat outside, which I didn't think was that chic in terms of the atmosphere. A bit cramped and the disadvantage of the smokers at the next table.
