We had our lunch yesterday, the food was really good but I felt that they have a shortage of workers, there are too many sitzplatz and only 2-3 people working non-stop. I personally felt bad for the workers, hope the management improve the condition.

The food is delicious, but the wait times are far too long (over an hour). Tables that were occupied later receive their ordered food first. The staff seems stressed and overwhelmed (but is friendly), yet more and more people are seated in the restaurant... The overall organization needs improvement.

55 minute waiting for ordinary pizza and pasta carbonara. First we didn't got glass for Cola,,then we got dirty glass, then no one was coming. Tables around us are being served even they came after us.The staff is lost ,no sorry ,nothing. Finally when carbonara arrived,it was full of pepper, impossible to eat. Again no sorry ,no free of charge, no respect for guests. This place is called "Never again"!!!!

Drinks didn't arrive for over 20 minutes, and the food took another age. Even asking for service didn't speed things up. When you're hungry, it's really frustrating to sit and wait for so long. The food tasted okay, but the wait times and inattentive service ruined the experience. It's a shame—I won't be back."

The pasta and pizza were good, so there wasn't much to complain about. Everything was just a bit lightly seasoned, but that wasn't a problem since you could always add more seasoning. BUT, how can a restaurant only hire one server for inside and outside? She tried so hard and was really nice, but she just can't split the time. It was a disaster; we waited over an hour until it was finally our turn to pay. 👎🏼

We were there again last Saturday. Because you can sit outside and it's actually quite quiet, we like to go there often. The pizzas are too big for me, so I prefer the pasta dishes. My favorite is the one with beef and lemon sauce. I also highly recommend the spaghetti with beef ragù. Sami served us. The young man was quite prompt and really friendly. Personally, I always have the feeling that the restaurant is never crowded, like the one on Berliner Straße, but that could just be my imagination. Of course we'll be back 😊

The team leader is absolutely rude! I ate at a restaurant today and was initially satisfied with the food and the service from the waiters, but I noticed several times how the team leader was rude to the employees in front of the customers. Not just one waiter, but three! In front of the customers! For example, he complained that the employee chatted for a minute. The waiters were great, and the wait time was acceptable. I found the atmosphere created by the team leader really unpleasant, and I feel sorry for the employees.

The pizzas at L'Osteria were delicious. Although it's a larger, well-known restaurant chain, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I love that the pizzas are so large and that you can have them half-and-half at no extra charge. One point deducted is the wait time. We were there on a Saturday evening and wanted to sit outside. We were able to choose a table outside, as all the tables were still free. The inside wasn't too busy either. It took about 15 minutes to order – another 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and another 15 minutes afterward for us to pay. The service was always friendly, but we always felt like we'd been forgotten...

I've been to L'Osteria on Jahnstrasse several times. The ambiance, like all the other restaurants in the chain I've visited, is tasteful, it's very clean, the food is fabulous—and the service is as well. At this point, I'd like to highlight Adam, who was truly attentive and very friendly. That's exactly what you'd want. I'd love to come back!

A very nice visit to L'Osteria Düsseldorf! Our server was super attentive, the pasta was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasantly modern yet cozy. The open kitchen is great – you can see how the dishes are freshly prepared. We'd be happy to go back anytime!

The pizza? So big it could almost claim its own postal code. The waiter? As charming as an Italian politician just before an election. You sit, you laugh, you eat – and wonder how much tomato actually fits on one slice of pizza. It's loud, yes. But so is life. And when you find your piece of Italy amidst the hubbub, you forget the rain outside in Düsseldorf. L'Osteria: a little bit of theater, a little bit of hustle and bustle – and lots of pizza.

We were there for a dinner at 22:30, ordered an Arabbiata and gnocchi. Instead of Gnocchi, I was served a penne and said "I hope it's okay". As we gave the feedback, in such cases, you should ask the guests "before" you prepare a wrong order, not after. After 23:00 o'clock I just didn't wanna argue for a wrong order. Also the beer size and type we ordered was brought wrong. Arabbiata was not spicy at all. Still, the waitress offered free coffee/dessert, which is nice of them.

We were passing through Düsseldorf and had a delicious meal here at the Losteria. The pasta was incredibly tasty, served fresh and hot, and the pizza was really large. It was really delicious again at the Losteria. (We often eat here in other cities, too.) Mania, our service was very fast, incredibly friendly, and accommodating. Keep it up!

A spontaneous visit to the pizzeria. I was very pleasantly surprised. The pizza is super delicious and crispy. It was finished with excellent chili and garlic oil. The perfect cappuccino was followed by friendly and attentive service. I'd be happy to come back.

This one star refers only to an order via Uber Eats on August 14th for 2 pizzas! We've been there quite often and had delicious pizzas and were always satisfied! So, for the first time, we ordered 2 pizzas from home via Uber Eats! Each arrived cold for about €20, with barely any toppings! Instead of salsiccia, we had pepperoni sausage; there were only 5 olives for €1.25, 6 slices of spicy salami for €2.50, and barely visible red onions for €1.25!!! Overall, nothing like the experience! No one was available by phone, not even the next day. Complaining via the app only partially worked! This emotional advertising for Italian pizza enjoyment was gone! If we could have reached someone by phone, we would have arranged things differently, but it's a shame no one was available by phone. Overall, a rather disappointing visit to L'Osteria. 1* for the truly friendly and attentive service, 1* for the ambiance, and 1* for the overall taste. Unfortunately, the wait was quite long, even though there were only 10 tables occupied. Furthermore, the food was only "warm" when it arrived. This applied to both the pizza (which had been sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to be picked up) and the pasta. Therefore, a total of 3*.

The staff is super friendly, especially Adam. He's very courteous and has a great sense of humor, and it's a pleasure to laugh with him. Even if something doesn't go as planned, the customer is still taken care of.

Since L’Osteria is a chain, the experience from a restaurant to a restaurant can differ but I never was disappointed with this place.
