We passed here by accident. Delicious food, the pizzas are so big that they don't fit on your plate. Sharing a pizza between the two of you is also an option, even two different flavors. We could see into the kitchen from our tables. What we saw was hygienic and professional. Recommended!

I had a great visit to L’Osteria. I would particularly like to highlight Salam's service - he was very friendly, attentive and professional. You immediately felt welcome. The pizza is huge, two people can eat it easily, and if you can't finish it, they put it in a package. It is expensive compared to normal pizzerias. At a pizza place, you can split it in half and put half and half of whatever you want, they charge you for the expensive one.

As soon as you walk through the door you feel like you're with friends. No stiff greeting, no empty phrases - just genuine warmth that is immediately appreciated. You almost forget that you are in a Losteria branch, there is so much attention, passion and personality in each of the employees. The team really lives hospitality - honest, warm and with an energy that is really contagious. Plus the fantastic food that not only fills you up, but makes you happy. Everything fresh, everything made with love – exactly how you want it. I never thought a L’Osteria could feel like this. But once again it shows: It's the people who make a place special. And here you are not just served - here you are welcomed. My conclusion: Just go, enjoy and feel like you are at home with friends.

Food: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Ambience: 10/10 Value for money: 7/10 At L’Osteria on Jahnstrasse in Düsseldorf I had a carbonara and a non-alcoholic lager. Both were really tasty, just as you would expect from a L’Osteria. The menu is the same everywhere, but the quality of the visit depends on the service. He was friendly here, but could have been much more efficient with one or two more waitresses. A little inquiry while eating to see if everything was okay would have rounded off the visit. The atmosphere was strong as always. Enough space between the tables, modern furnishings, lively but not overloaded. You feel comfortable and not like you're in a sardine can. Price-performance was okay. The prices are now really at the limit of what I would pay for a L’Osteria. As long as the portions don't get smaller, it's still okay. Overall, a solid visit. Not the best L’Osteria service I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst either. When I'm in Düsseldorf again, I'll be happy to come back.

I called by phone to order 2 pizzas to pick up, but was told on the phone that I couldn't order a pizza to pick up and that I should just order one on the spot and it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we arrived, we told an employee that I wanted to order two pizzas, and he replied that he would be there shortly. After 30 minutes no one came and we spoke to an employee again, from whom we could order a pizza to pick up, who told us that someone would come shortly. After a total of 50 minutes of waiting, an employee finally came to take our order. In total we waited there for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then the EC device didn't work and we had to wait until a functional device could be brought.

I ordered a tuna pizza and the pizza was really burnt on the top and bottom. You can see that in the pictures. I asked the service employee that the pizza was burnt. She says it's normal for us, so as I said it was a no go for me 👎🏻

We were given a seat and were ignored by both service staff for 15 minutes. The restaurant was otherwise only half full and all other guests were served. Then they left again.

Arrived assigned to a table and then ignored by those serving for 20 minutes.

Maik is really the best bartender: friendly, fast and always in a good mood ;-) The food is once again amazing, first class!!!

Service desert...wait 30 minutes for drinks, service didn't come along, pizza was dry, different statements about what was supposedly sold out...

The food was really good but that had to be it. After all, we had to wait 1.5 hours. That was too long for me. Otherwise the store looks very chic and the waitresses are nice too.

Food great as you would expect from L'Osteria, good location, most of the waitresses were very nice. Unfortunately, only a few people know how to redeem points in the app, collect points, etc. It's a shame, if you offer a program like this it would be great if the employees also knew how it works.

Tried to order food several times on different days. Unfortunately, every order was canceled after 30-60 minutes. Why do you offer delivery if that seems undesirable? Very unfortunate.

Really a really nice store and the staff are so friendly! The music is a bit too loud so that even if the store is “quiet” it’s hard to hear what you’re talking to. The reason I give 1 star for the food is because my pizza was burnt all over... which is a shame because my partner's pizza was perfect. My pizza crumbled on all sides and my plate looked bad. I tried to close the burnt something so I could eat my pizza but it was just sad. Because it was burned, it was rock hard, which made cutting it so difficult. I had my pizza taken away because it just didn't taste good. Hopefully it will be better on the next visit.

Huge, crispy pizzas, homemade pasta, and top-notch ingredients – everything is just right here! The service is friendly and attentive, the ambiance authentic and inviting. The tiramisu, in particular, is a must-try as the crowning glory! Clearly recommended – I'll be back!

Absolutely ridiculous. Pizzas from group orders are forgotten (with the excuse that the oven is too small while countless more pizzas are being prepared for other tables), incorrect toppings, incredibly slow delivery times, no appetizers, which is only noticed when other appetizers arrive, and drinks take an incredibly long time to arrive. I've never had such a bad experience with this chain as here. If it's very busy, I absolutely don't recommend it; they're completely overwhelmed.

Hello everyone! When I was visiting Düsseldorf last week, I was able to stop by L'Osteria on Jahnstrasse for lunch to enjoy something good to eat. I ended up ordering a Pizza Tonno and a non-alcoholic Peroni; both were delivered incredibly quickly. As always, the pizza was delicious and, as is well known, huge, making it incredibly filling. Before I ordered, the employee kindly informed me that there was a lunchtime special going on at the time I was there: a main course + drink for €14.95. And since I didn't want to eat any more anyway, that was perfect for me. When I paid, I was able to do it with my phone and was happy to add a 15% tip. ... When I was on my way back, and I discovered this the following day, I hadn't just paid €14.95 + 15% = €17.19, but about €23. Here, I was told that the employee had accidentally forgotten to include the special offer she offered before ordering in the bill, which is why I paid the "normal" price plus tip for the pizza and beer. After I was able to clarify this matter, Ms. Kilz offered me a free main course on my next visit due to the "mistake." However, since I was very irregular and was also in Düsseldorf for the first time that day, I politely declined. Conclusion: L'Osteria offers a cozy atmosphere on Jahnstrasse, the food and drinks are good, a pizza is absolutely sufficient, and the staff is genuinely friendly, although they do make mistakes, which are quickly and amicably resolved. But if I ever find myself in Düsseldorf again and want to eat a pizza of this size, I would definitely visit L'Osteria on Jahnstraße again and would gladly pay for my meal. Regards.

You rarely experience such dedication and friendliness! Even though L'Osteria Düsseldorf was packed to capacity, the entire team, from the waitress to the chef to the manager, worked with impressive speed and always maintained a warm smile. Despite the high volume of guests, the service was professional, attentive, and excellently organized. I've visited several L'Osteria locations, but this one stands out in particular. Everything is just perfect here, from the atmosphere to the food. I highly recommend it!

Food was good as usual. Service was catastrophic if you didn't ask 3-4 times you would have starved/thirsty. Other locations are more recommended. About the location It was very loud and very fresh for a restaurant.

The pizza was good, but the pick-up after prior online ordering didn't go well. It said that I could pick up the pizza in 15 minutes. When I was there at the specified time, the first employee directed me to the kitchen, but she didn't know anything about my order and passed me on to the bartender, who finally knew about the order, but said I would have to wait a short while. So I sat at the bar with my jacket and backpack in the middle of the eating guests until I got my pizza 15 minutes later. Is it too much to ask for a realistic pickup time?

I spent a very nice evening here with a friend. The food was delicious; Pizzas are known to be very large here, but can be shared. The service is always excellent. We would particularly like to highlight Zekija, who served us very friendly, competently and pleasantly. She has an extremely customer-friendly demeanor and you feel very comfortable with her. We'd love to come back. Update: I've been there several times now. Every time Zekija behaved in an exemplary manner and it was a pleasure to be welcomed by her. Last time I was served by Sara. She is new there and is doing a great job. She is also very customer-oriented and is definitely an asset to the whole team.

A visit to L’Osteria Jahnstraße is always a real highlight! As soon as you enter, you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere that exudes the charm of an authentic Italian restaurant. Particularly noteworthy are the gigantic pizzas, which impress not only with their size but also with their first-class taste. The dough is perfectly crispy, the topping is fresh and the ingredients are of the highest quality. The pasta dishes are also a dream - homemade, al dente and refined with delicious sauces. A big compliment goes to the fantastic team, especially Pawel and Tobi, who ensure a great experience with their friendly and attentive nature. We were particularly impressed by Laura, who made the evening even more enjoyable with her delightful manner, and Josh, who created a great atmosphere with his great sense of humor. Whether for a relaxed dinner, a meeting with friends or a special event – ​​L’Osteria Jahnstraße is always the perfect choice. Clear recommendation for everyone who loves Italian cuisine!

Ate here during a night away, you can just eat well there. If you want a quieter and more intimate experience for the two of you, then this is not the place for you. Downstairs at the bar you think oh how nice and cozy, but there is another floor upstairs, much bigger and noisier. They have an open kitchen and that means the food is always good. Definitely go if you just want good Italian food. Nice waiters by the way, that's besides the point.

We had different dishes: pizza, pasta, salad, risotto, starters. Everyone was happy with their food. Our dog also felt comfortable under the table and was provided with water. The staff tried very hard, but all the service staff were very busy on a Sunday evening. We'll still come back.

We went to L’Osteria with my daughter this afternoon and the food was really delicious! Everything is fresh, well prepared and easy to enjoy, especially the huge pizza. Despite the full house, the service was top and especially thanks to Zekia! She was super friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. That's exactly how you want it! Nous avons eu l'occasion de diner à trois reprises dans ce restaurant. Accueil sympathique. Tables réservées disponibles immédiatement. belle carte. Nous avons choisi des pizzas "classiques" le premier soir. Gigantesques, les Pizzas ne tiennent pas dans l'assiette. En revanche nous avons été déçus par la pate. Cette dernière, très fine était trop cuite. Garnitures en quantité moyenne eu égard au prix des pizzas qui ne sont pas données. La deuxième fois nous avons mangé des pattes carbonara. Bon plat, mais servit lui en quantité faible en comparaison des pizzas. Le dernier soir nous avons commandé des pizzas "BO" (Calzone). Tres bonnes (en dehors de la présence curieuse de salami), la pate une fois de plus n'était pas au top. Cette fois ci elle manquait cruellement de cuisson. Serveurs agréables mais débordés. Ambiance extrêmement bruyante quand le restaurant est plein (week-ends à éviter). Rapport qualité prix moyen.

Ich habe hier mit einem Kumpel einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Das Essen war lecker; Pizzas sind hier bekanntlich sehr groß, können aber geteilt werden. Der Service ist immer exzellent. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Sekia, die uns sehr freundlich, kompetent und angenehm bedient hat. Sie hat ein äußerst kundenfreundliches Auftreten und man fühlt sich bei ihr sehr wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Reall nice casual place. So delicious and big pizza - quite thin. Pasta is also good - side salad is so fresh. Service is so fast and friendly staff. Fresh peppermint tea is amazing. Overall an amazing experience.

I was here with my son on Saturday evening and ordered pizza with salad for both of us. After an hour the food still didn't come and I asked. The waiter said that the order had probably not been accepted for some reason. So the matter couldn't be easily erased with an apology. We were extremely hungry. You could eat the pizza, but it wasn't the best I've had before.

Wir wollten an einem Samstag gemeinsam und vor allem gemütlich essen gehen. So haben wir uns in der L‘Osteria auf der Jahnstrasse eingefunden. Zum Essen an sich können wir nicht wirklich etwas Negatives sagen und waren damit zufrieden. Was jedoch überhaupt nicht punkten konnten und somit zu keinem weiteren Besuch dieses Restaurants führt ist der Service. Bekanntlich heißt es ja „Kunde ist König“, jedoch war das was wir an diesem Abend erlebt haben schon eher eine Frechheit und eine nicht ausreichende Gästebewirtung. Bis zur ersten Getränkeaufnahme vergingen so sage und schreibe 30 Minuten. Desweitern saß ein Teil unserer Gruppe gute 90 Minuten ohne jegliches Gericht am Tisch. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir schließlich unser Essen nach weiteren 10 Minuten. Dies kann ja mal passieren, jedoch nicht wenn sichtbar Gäste welche nach unserer Gruppe kamen vor uns ihr Essen erhielten. Nachdem wir dies auch als Rückmeldung gaben, wurde eher nach Ausreden gesucht und auch mehr diskutiert als uns dabei etwas entgegenzukommen. Unserer Meinung nach sehr schade, das kennt man von anderen Restaurants und vor allem L’Osteria Filialen anders… Auch eine Sache die in unseren Augen nicht okay ist, dass vor den Gästen Diskrepanzen zwischen den Mitarbeitenden ausgetragen werden. Dies ist vermutlich nicht der richtige Zeitpunkt und erst recht nicht der richtige Ort. Nur schade um das gute Essen, was wie gesagt gut war. Jedoch alles drum herum nicht annähernd als ausreichend zu bewerten. Nur für das Essen gibt es die zwei Punkte, für mehr leider nicht.

UPDATE: One of the best Losterias there is, especially big respect to the employees Zakia and Laura!!! Especially Zakia, she is clearly the best employee on site, perfect customer service and generally very nice and friendly. Think of everything courteously without having to ask, that's how it has to be. It was a great experience in a Losteria again after a long Vapiano time. The lasagna is a little better here and so is the tiramisu. You feel just as comfortable here! In terms of prices, the whole thing is quite similar in terms of value for money and you can get enough, but unfortunately, as is usual in every Losteria, you are given bruschetta and a large bottle of water, but that's just how it is. For me a top new opening and definitely not the last visit! Sofie was also a very nice waitress, friendly as it should be, and in any case, praise should go out to her.

Disaster! Strangely enough, you can only pay in cash to the blonde waitress, card payment apparently doesn't work and there is no invoice either. This all stinks to high heaven. The food doesn't taste good either and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Never again.
