From appetizers to meats, from desserts to service, everything is simply amazing. You definitely need to try küşleme and garbage skewer. And I definitely recommend you to finish with quince dessert. Everything was so nice that we were really pleased. The meat was soft like cotton and the taste of the grill was great. The service, service and attention were truly amazing. Went here for dinner. After the cards were brought to us, the waiter came after 2 minutes and asked for drinks and food. Normally you give the customer a little time to choose the food. After the waiter came again to order the food, he responded to our questions about the dishes in an extremely annoyed manner and was really not hospitable. I've never experienced anything like this in a Turkish restaurant - to be honest I was so surprised that I briefly considered getting up and leaving the shop. After ordering, the food came in a timely manner (however, we had to specifically ask for bread and dips, which are actually brought to the table straight after ordering - classic service!). The meat tasted good and the degree of grilling was good, so the food gets 2 stars. However, all the side dishes were ice cold. Mashed potatoes and rice can be reserved cold at one A dish that costs around €35 ​​is simply not affordable and is no proof of high quality. I don't even need to start with the dessert, the taste was really disastrous compared to the asking price of €15. I really hope that this restaurant takes the criticism to heart and works on the attitude of the staff and also the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right here at all.

The meat is so tender. The large selection of high-quality meat is simply amazing. Quality is only available there. According to the owner, the meat is Halal. Even the side dishes were wow, the vegetables so crunchy and the starter is always a new surprise. The ambience is so lovingly furnished and makes you forget everything around you. Even the large terrace invites you right in. The boss is such a kind man. A must if you are in Düsseldorf.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Positive side: the food was very good. Heavenly. We enjoyed it very much. Great quality and fresh food. Negative sides: service was hmm. When entering the restaurant we did not have a welcomed feeling. There was no smile, no warm receive. Everyone had a very serious look. There were Turkish guest behind us and I had the feeling that they had better treat. Nevertheless were we treated badly. Price: Expensive. More than average. Only 2 dishes with 2 drinks were already 80€. And not big portions. If you look at the quality, it is worth to come ones in a while if you are prepared to pay, despite the service.

In contrast to the first visit (it was some time ago), I found the portion (sliced ​​saddle of lamb) to be much smaller and therefore the price-performance ratio was no longer balanced. The Anfora Restaurant really disappointed us. We were a group of 20 people, including 5 children, and ordered 4 grill plates. When the bill came, I was stunned: €1300! For what we got, it was just outrageously expensive. Even when it came to drinks, we only had water and 5 soft drinks - so nothing that would justify that price. The griddle was okay, but by no means outstanding, and definitely not worth the money. The service was friendly, but that couldn't save the experience. The price-performance ratio in this restaurant is absolutely not right. Here you feel ripped off and not treated as a valued guest. I therefore cannot recommend the Anfora Restaurant.

Hello, this is the amazing Turkish Restaurant we encountered during the 2024 Drupa Fair between 30 May - 2 June. The service was great, the food was incredibly delicious, there was also a lady playing the qanun and a gentleman accompanying her by playing the keyboard. We really had a great time, we had dinner there two dinners in a row. A wonderful place, I recommend it.

It was a place we found by chance on the map while looking for a Turkish restaurant during our trip to Düsseldorf. While thinking of eating grilled chicken, we listened to the owner's suggestion (he said you can't find this in Turkey) and ate grilled sea bass, it was great with the side dishes. Arugula salad and creamy kunefe and tea afterwards. Everything was perfect.
