You've never tasted such good and healthy food. When you visit Amazonas Sabor Latino, you'll find an ambiance rarely seen in restaurants in the Nuremberg area.

Let's not get carried away. Just because Lieferando doesn't deliver on time is no reason to leave a bad review. Amazonas Sabor Latino offers authentic Latin American cuisine. As far as I know, it's the only one of its kind in Nuremberg. We thought the food was excellent. The decor is stylish and cozy. A slight point deduction was made for the Pina Colada we ordered (€10), which we found a bit bitter. A significant point deduction was made for the service. That evening, there was only one German-speaking server. A drink was forgotten, and we had to remind him twice to pay. This, combined with the typical Franconian lack of humor, was the biggest drawback, but also the least of our worries. Four stars and highly recommended. I'd gladly go back.

I have ordered from this place couple of times and the quality of the food was beyond the expectation. Got the chance to finally be there at the restaurant and i was a little bit disappointed with service, yet the food was wonderful. Ordering was only possible in Spanish.

One of the best, most authentic, and unique restaurants in Nuremberg. Definitely in my top 10. Here you can get dishes you won't find anywhere else: typical Latin American dishes. Even the burgers and fries taste different (better!) than in all the burger joints downtown. I've already eaten there myself, and I've ordered once via Lieferando. Both times, the quality was excellent. I hope this place stays around for a long time!

Amazing place, with extremely authentic and delicious food, would definitely recommend. We got the shared menu for 2 (Reise durch Sudamerika) and loved the selection! The Mango Cartagena cocktail was amazing too.

The waiters are very friendly, although some of them don't speak German very well. Since we were obviously there for a birthday party, a small gift, such as a candle, would have been nice. It would also be great if more vegetarian dishes, such as tamales, were offered.

Been missing good Latin American food until I found this place. Had the Horchata & tonic and then shrimp ceviche with tostones. Perfect thing on a hot summer day, the rest of the menu looked amazing as well. Will definitely be back!!

Wir waren in einem sehr netten Garten gesessen und und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Die landestypischen Koch Bananen, die überall drauf sind, schmecken nach unserer Wahrnehmung ziemlich langweilig. Das Steak war gut gekocht nicht super aber gut und die Gambas waren auch gut. Die Salatsauce war sehr lecker.

A nice little South American restaurant decorated with great attention to detail. The welcome was very friendly, and the place wasn't very busy for a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, it took a long time after we were seated before we were asked for our drinks. The meal at "A Journey Through South America" ​​for two people was quite good. All in all, it's a restaurant worth visiting. Anyone familiar with the southern part of the city should be aware of the very difficult parking situation.

Incredibly nice service; our waitress was so friendly and relaxed, something you rarely experience. The food was really good. Each plate was individually prepared. There was so much attention to detail and so much creativity. The ambiance is authentic, and you feel a bit like you're in South America for a few hours. 5 stars and an absolute recommendation! This is a great restaurant. In summary, they are a victim of their own success. Let me explain. The food is super delicious. This creates an environment where everyone wants to give there and eat, but the service suffers the consequences. The amount of waiters is not appropriate for a restaurant with this much customer volume. So at times we felt a little neglected by the staff and we had to wait a long time, just to receive a simple Cola. The staff is super friendly and I felt at home.

This is not a tray unfortunately. It's bad like chili con carne. Ground beef filled with a tomato sauce with beans and yellow rice. For those looking for a Colombian paisa tray. It's not here. So you know before ordering and more for 27 eur.

A little piece of Venezuela in Nürnberg ❤️ The decoration, atmosphere and music make you feel like you were in Venezuela a few years ago. They have beautiful relics decorated. The service is very friendly. Even though they are elaborate meals, the service is fast. And the taste is delicious. The prices are high for the portions but you have to take into account that they are rare ingredients in Germany and they are expensive ingredients. So it's understandable. Everything was delicious! The flavor is a 10/10 except for the tequeños which felt like it was not a homemade dough. But the fried fish, the phosphorera, the tostones, the meat, the slices, the pina colada and the juices 100% recommended!

Food: Awesome Cocktails: Awesome Service: Disastrous The two of us had reserved a table and had to wait 50 minutes for our order to be taken. The drinks arrived after 40 minutes and the food after 2.5 hours. The food was really incredibly tasty, but it certainly doesn't make up for the waiting time. We also had to wait almost 30 minutes until we could order new drinks. I don't know if I would go again. If the service was better it would be a great place.

Where do all the stars come from? We were there for the first and last time. Ambiance is ok if you ignore the dirty plates for the starter. They actually managed to serve us ONE drink in 2 hours. Although we ordered food, the starter arrived after 40 minutes and unfortunately there was no main course. We didn't have that much time. So the food was bad for me! Several people left the restaurant with us; they were just as satisfied as we were.

Booked a table online a day in advance. When we arrived we were told that no bookings could be accepted as the restaurant was full. The system didn't even check to see if there was a reservation, but was immediately denied. It wasn't just us, several groups were refused a table. Employees don't want to take responsibility, there wasn't even an apology. We even showed him a confirmation and his reaction was that this is an automated email from the restaurant. No manager in the restaurant and no one to take care of concerns. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. Nobody needs to be treated so badly.

Very original and invitingly decorated restaurant. The food, both starters (cassava fries and empanadas) and main courses (lasagna with plantains and platanos) were highly recommended and the service was always nice and courteous. Definitely a recommendation and not the last time!

Amazing Sabor Latino!! I didn’t think I’d be able to find Venezuelan food in Nürnberg that has such an authentic flavor :) it really brought me back to my childhood. The portions are big, I had to take some home and the service was very nice, even though the kitchen had closed by the time we arrived they made an exception for us. For me the tequeños and empanadas already had surprised me but the pabellón was the highlight of my night. The atmosphere and decor is really nice and cozy and I love the smell as soon as you walk in. I didn’t see arepas on the menu, so I hope they can add them in the future as my wife would’ve loved to have some. I definitely wish there would be more vegetarian options as my wife is also vegetarian and I hope they do another cachapa day as I saw on Instagram!! Definitely will come back soon!! And thank you so much for the great food.

The restaurant is a little hidden, but it's definitely worth a visit. Typical South American dishes are served here in a cozy atmosphere. On a platter with various dishes, each one was freshly and tasty prepared and was briefly explained by the employee. A special compliment also for the employee who served us very attentively and friendly.

Sat for at least 15 minutes until the food was consumed. Apparently only 2 service employees for an almost full restaurant and bar. Food was okay. Highly priced. The chicken was quite dry and the fries were way too salty. Beef medium had a good taste, but was still a bit more difficult to chew. Salad, chorrizzo, salsa on the chicken were very tasty. Empanadas (Carne & Pollo) were ok. Pisco sour was too sour. I know it differently (originally Peruvian). The way the drinks were served was really creative. I really liked it. The music was also well chosen.

Ambience great! We felt comfortable. The toilets are original. It is very tasty and unusual. Not very cheap in terms of price, but not unnecessarily overpriced either. Had the trip for 2 people. This place is no longer our favorite restaurant. The food took 1 hour and a half to arrive. The service was very bad. Apart from that they said that due to the delay and in the form of apologizing to us they offered us. 4 free cheese tequeños. The lady said she would pack it. But they really didn't. So they should not offer something that they will not fulfill later. And the food was terrible. And the chicken we ordered as a starter was raw. And poorly cooked inside.

The place looked really nice. Many items from South America, flags, good music etc so we were really hyped for the food. We asked how long it takes to prepare since we came with children and the server only replied "depends on what you order". So we told him what we wanted to order and still received no reply on an estimate of time we would have to wait. The entry, a ceviche, was really good. Afterwards we waited for our food while the children drew with papers and pencils provided by the restaurant. From the main dishes: a fried fish, a pabellon criollo from Venezuela, and a casado from Costa Rica. The only good one was the fried fish. The pabellon criollo and the casado tasted bland. The beans of the casado lacked flavour and the meat from the pabellon had barely any taste. The worst of all was a papaya juice that was super watered down 👎. We did not even finish drinking it. At the end we tried to make conversation with the server and asked "who owns this restaurant? Are they from somewhere in south America? The reply was "many people from South America work here and one German". Not even once did they ask how the food was or if everything was okay or asked if we need anything more. Tldr: would never go again, very disappointed. Bad service and bland food.

I came from New York to visit Nuremberg in Germany and was referred by a friend to dine in Amazonas Restaurant Sabor Latino and I had a Wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the ambience and the staff made me feel like I was in an Island.

Very good food, but you have to take time, but that was due to the very nice service, the manager was there alone for the whole restaurant. But so far everything is ok.
