Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen Tisch und konnten unsere Geburtstagsfeier in angenehmer Atmosphäre genießen. Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es dennoch: Garderobe: Es gibt zu wenige Möglichkeiten, Jacken aufzuhängen. Ein Großteil unserer Jacken lag auf dem Boden, was weder praktisch noch angenehm war. Sprachbarrieren beim Service: Unsere Bedienung war freundlich, sprach jedoch kaum Deutsch. Dadurch wurde die Bestellung komplizierter, und Nachfragen waren schwierig. Essen: Die meisten Gerichte waren schmackhaft. Die Garnelen mit Zitronengras & Knoblauchsoße hätten jedoch eine sämigere Konsistenz haben können – stattdessen war es eher eine dünne Brühe. Lange Wartezeiten: Der größte Kritikpunkt. Es dauerte über 50 Minuten, bis das erste Essen serviert wurde – und leider nicht für alle gleichzeitig. Dadurch wurden einige Speisen kalt, bevor alle ihr Essen hatten. Bei gut besetzten Restaurants kann es zu Wartezeiten kommen, aber ein gemeinsames Essen sollte in einem gut geführten Lokal gewährleistet sein. Fazit: Wir waren eingeladen und hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Abend. Für größere Gruppen ist das Lokal jedoch nur bedingt empfehlenswert, wenn man Wert auf einen reibungslosen Ablauf legt.

We were guests in this restaurant yesterday. We reserved the table in advance, which was certainly a good idea because the restaurant was quickly filling up. The service was very friendly and attentive. The dishes we ordered were well prepared, very tasty and very reasonably priced. The only drawback is the lack of card payment options. We were definitely not in this restaurant for the last time.

On our first visit a few weeks ago, we were absolutely thrilled with BÀTU. Unfortunately, last night with friends was a completely different experience. This time, it was loud, hectic, and constantly crowded. The food was only lukewarm, the cocktails were brought to our table without alcohol, various dishes and drinks were out of stock (no longer available to order), and some of us received the wrong food. Not to mention the broken glasses, our reservation had apparently been lost, and the atmosphere had the feel of a train station or a fast-food restaurant—unfortunately!

The food is great with reasonable price. We tried several Vietnamese restaurants in Dresden, we eat here twice. This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Dresden in my opinion.

We ordered for the first time and delivery on January 1st, 2025. A total of 10 items, spring rolls of 2 different kinds, summer rolls and soup and 2 main courses, plus fried noodles for kids. The delivery went to Coswig, everything took a good 45 minutes, completely fine. The food was still hot and the summer rolls were to die for, as were the Hanoi spring rolls. You can tweak the coconut soup a little, I've had better elsewhere. The fried kid noodles were a decent portion. We couldn't finish the main courses. It'll be tomorrow then. All in all great, I'd be happy to come over in person for a meal on site.
