The dishes are the same as at any other Asian snack bar, only twice as expensive. You only get a receipt upon request. I had the glass noodles with beef and unfortunately, I wasn't full. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place and won't order anything from there again.

Review: The food was truly delicious, freshly prepared, and tasted top-notch – definitely worth four stars. The service was also mostly friendly and attentive. However, there was one somewhat irritating moment: A waitress was sitting at a table with guests in a work shirt, drinking beer, smoking, and shouting loudly across the street. This unfortunately spoiled the atmosphere a bit and seemed unprofessional – especially if you're looking for a relaxing evening. Overall, good food and friendly service, but the staff's demeanor could be improved.

I had been looking for a good Thai restaurant near us for a long time and you shouldn't always go by the reviews. This "restaurant", which seemed more like a snack bar, had very good reviews. Incomprehensible to me. The food was very good, you can't complain about that, but everything around it was very disappointing. The restaurant was far too small, the tables were so close together that you felt really harassed by the person sitting next to you at the other table. The service staff was rather clumsy and overwhelmed. Guests who had reserved were not given a table and had to wait or left. Also very unpleasant - and had that "waiting hall charm" - was that customers who had ordered food were waiting in the restaurant, which was already too small, playing with their cell phones and causing more than a lot of unrest. The ambience was zero. As already mentioned, I wouldn't describe it as a restaurant, more like a snack bar with a constant flow of customers picking up their orders in the dining room. It's a shame, but this restaurant is not recommended.

We wanted to get takeaway food for Saturday evening. The restaurant was full and we were warmly welcomed amid all the hustle and bustle. Our food was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. Everything was fresh and included a variety of vegetables.

For me it was neither a nice stay nor a pleasant atmosphere. Hardly any space to sit down (the tables were far too narrow) and the staff seemed really overwhelmed. Long waiting times for drinks, guests who had reserved were not given a table and had to wait. There were also people waiting in the entrance area who wanted to pick up their food. I imagine a visit to a restaurant differently.

Absolutely recommended. Great food at still fair prices. We'd love to come back.

Friendly & delicious, absolutely recommended!

We ordered for delivery for the first time on January 1, 2025. A total of 10 items: two types of spring rolls, summer rolls and soup, and two main courses, plus fried noodles for kids. The delivery went to Coswig, and the whole thing took a good 45 minutes, which was perfectly fine. The food was still hot, and the summer rolls were a dream, as were the Hanoi spring rolls. The coconut soup could definitely be improved; I've had better ones elsewhere. The fried noodles for kids were a decent portion. We couldn't finish the main courses. We'll have them tomorrow. All in all, it was great; we'd love to come by in person for a meal.

We've been long-time customers since the restaurant opened! We're all the more disappointed that the quality has declined so much. The price-performance ratio is simply no longer there! It's clear that everything is getting more expensive, but then the quality should at least remain the same! We always order Thai curry with shrimp, as we did a few weeks ago and, judging by the photos, today again, it was absolutely inedible. It's like chewing on a cartilage ear. It doesn't really look like a shrimp either. It's not even close to second-rate, but simply inedible. Because you have to be afraid of gastrointestinal illnesses, we threw all the shrimp straight in the trash! Unfortunately, you can't offer that. We gave Hai Nam a chance, and today will be our last time. Nevertheless... All the best.

Apart from the fact that the prices have risen steadily and it has become barely affordable...Today I ordered a rice dish with crispy baked chicken to be picked up. The meat was dark and bone-hard, you could hardly chew it... My friend's dish, on the other hand: soft and lighter meat, worlds in between. I didn't have the energy to complain, but given the prices it's really annoying and absurd to get such quality...

We had dinner with the whole family today. The order took a while. But we had a lot to talk about. After a long wait, the drinks finally arrived. A short time later the food. This amazed us. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. But that was it. Nobody was to be seen anymore, nobody came and asked if we needed anything else. The young man behind the counter was just playing on his cell phone. We then stood up and urged him that we wanted to pay. In short: food very tasty - service takes some getting used to.

Unfortunately completely overloaded: 5:52 p.m. ordered food via Lieferando, 7:54 p.m. the app shows that the delivery was delivered at 6:54 p.m. You are held back on the phone, despite the journey being less than 15 minutes. After more than 2 hours we received the (actually very good) food including the spilled sauce in the plastic bag, but also our money, at least something.

We are so happy to have Hai Nam right in our neighborhood in Weinböhla! Vietnamese cuisine is authentic, fresh and incredibly delicious. Every dish we tried was a real treat. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands.

All cheap food becomes expensive

We almost walked past this little restaurant. Totally inconspicuous from the outside, but very cute and playful from the inside (yes, not everyone will like this facility or decoration). The homemade soft drinks are a hit! Since the names are really complicated, here are the numbers: 3,4,6,8 (as of June 14, 2024). Starter and main course were very tasty and more than enough for the price. In any case, we didn't manage to do everything. ;) The service is very friendly and thanks to the air conditioning it is not that warm in the restaurant. All in all a recommendation!

Small but nice. Very cozy with extremely friendly staff. The food came very quickly and was prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients. It was very tasty! It was clean and nicely decorated. From only real flowers to beautiful toilets, there was nothing to complain about. The homemade lemonades are particularly recommended. In addition, the price is absolutely right. Plus parking spaces right in front of the door.

Small, but "powerful" The restaurant is really small - there are few seats. We therefore strongly recommend that you reserve a table. BUT: There is also a delivery service or you can pick up the food on site. The Thai-Vietnamese dishes taste delicious and are served in abundance. We always enjoy being fed 😋😋😋. In summer you can also sit outside. Unfortunately it is still not possible to pay with an EC card (as of 12/23). Only cash is accepted. But that's not a problem because there are enough ATMs nearby.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Hai Nam, leider war das Essen meiner Frau nicht in Ordnung, es war nicht heiß und das Hühnchen in den Nudeln war kaum zu finden (5 Stückchen) . Im Gegensatz war mein Essen, Nudeln mit Ente soweit Ok. Auf meine Anfrage das bei meiner Frau etwas gespart wurde, bekam ich keine Antwort, als wenn man der Sprache nicht mächtig war. Schade das der Chef auf so etwas nicht reagiert. Das gleiche habe ich von Einwohnern gehört, die das gleich erfahren haben. Leider kein weiterer Besuch von uns. 👎

Das Essen war voll lecker, und sehr nette & freundliche Bedienung. Kann ich voll weiterempfehlen.

Essen war leider nicht so gut. Weder die Frühlingsrollen noch die Sommerrollen waren authentisch. Auch die Dips waren sehr geschmacksneutral. Schade.
