Nice restaurant with very nice staff Flat rice noodles were delicious (solid) (just a bit greasy and tofu wasn't good unfortunately)

Nice terrace and good location but food has simply no taste. We came several times, experience was worse and worse.

Became very expensive! Up to 50% price increase on sushi. For example menu 6 from 16.50 to 25 euros.

You will be served quickly. We always just got something to eat there.

They make really delicious food. Fair prices & I think it tastes delicious. If you're not familiar with it and just see it from the street, it looks semi-inviting from the outside, but it's definitely worth stopping. Because, by the way, it's super iconic that there's an old retro sign above the shop that says "Meat Products" :D But you can definitely get delicious Asian food and it's a great vibe. Recommended :)

I was there today with my girlfriend and bought a bubble tea. At home I noticed that there was black lint in there. I will never buy anything there again

So we pick up the food on site and so far it has always been ready quickly (15-30 minutes). We all like it great. Personally, I like the sour-spicy soup best there, and the fried noodles and egg rice also taste great. The snack bar doesn't look that great from the inside but that's not the point.

My family, my husband, my six-year-old daughter and I ate at Hatoki Restaurant twice. Unfortunately, both visits were a nightmare for my daughter. The young waiter was apparently severely insulted by his superior in his native language. Even though the food was excellent, my daughter became very frightened, started crying and couldn't eat because of her fear. Since then, she has refused to ever go to that restaurant again. As a lawyer, I appeal that this young man and all employees are treated with dignity and in accordance with human rights. Thank you

The meal was canceled by the restaurant and I still had to pay. Even after asking the restaurant and making contacts with uber eats, there was no refund.

The food is good and the price is ok. What is a little disturbing: the female person behind the counter has an unpleasantly loud voice and speaks on the cell phone loudspeaker during almost the entire opening time, presumably in Vietnamese. Customers are processed in between. The lady also talks to the other employees at an unpleasant volume. Beggars come by every few minutes, which overall makes it not that pleasant to eat here.
