The meal was canceled by the restaurant and I still had to pay. Even after asking the restaurant and making contacts with uber eats, there was no refund.

I've been waiting for my food for over 1.5 hours. It's great that of course nobody can speak German on the phone. What country do we actually live in? Oh, yes, in Buntland. The food just arrived. Everything was cold. Duck was far dry and inedible, the sauce was totally greasy. The most disgusting Asian food I've ever been offered. Are you kidding me with such a mess? Even my dog ​​won't eat it.

The woman who answers the phone is very unfriendly. She yells at me and just hangs up👎👎👎👎👎

Made an order, they cancelled but still charged. Shouted at because I asked to get the money back. Was told to figure out because it was not their problem.

To sum it up, the long wait and the rude and unprofessional treatment from a waitress left me utterly disappointed with this restaurant. Save yourself the trouble and find another place. I ordered food from this restaurant through UberEats, and it was a complete disaster. The delivery took forever, and when I called to inquire, the waitress yelled at me and hung up. I totally understand that sundays are a busy time, but yelling should never be an option when you ask politely. And especially not if you waited already 1,5 hours. This action was unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time. The food itself was sadly not very fresh and tasteless.

Hands off! Over 2 hours waiting time for a delivery 3 minutes away by car!! Never order again!!

Die Dame am Telefon ist richtig unhöflich gewesen und hat einen auf eine sehr aggressive Art angeschrien, einfach frech..

Ente mit Reisbandnudeln, Ultra Fettig, Geschmacklos mit Grauer Kaugummi Ente. Nie Wieder. 11.50€ für die Tonne. Da werde ich nie wieder was holen.

Haben das Essen geliefert bekommen, leider äußerst fettig angebraten, sowohl die Reis - auch als die Nudelgerichte! Sowas habe ich selten erlebt! Man hat schon etwas Bauchschmerzen davon bekommen! Die Lieferung selber war flott und der Lieferant freundlich.

Ich habe hier sicher schon 7 Mal bestellt. Die Lieferung hat nie länger als 30 Minuten gedauert und das Essen war immer lecker.

Lecker und sehr schnell geliefert. Habe gestern für Sommerrollen mit Garnelen bezahlt und welche mit Tofu bekommen.

War super lecker und sehr schnell fertig. Super freundlich bei der Abholung. Für die paar Meter habe ich das selbst abgeholt.

Wir haben schon mehrmals über Lieferando bestellt. Die Lieferzeit ist immer sehr schnell ( 20-40 Minuten ) und die Lieferanten ganz nett. Das Essen schmeckt auch und Preisleistung passt. Gerne wieder.

Einfach nur begeistert. Mega lecker, Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt und die Preise sind auch völlig angemessen! Mittlerweile lassen wir uns fast regelmäßig was Liefern. Wirklich toll!!

Das Restaurant hat mir wirklich den Tag gerettet. Ich kam nach meiner 12h Schicht sehr spät nach Hause und konnte erst kurz vor Ladenschluss bestellen. Sie haben die Bestellung noch angenommen und mir eine absolut köstlich Pho geliefert. Ich war so hungrig und erschöpft, vielen Dank!

Ich gebe sonst keine Bewertungen ab, aber bei Hoi An muss ich eine Ausnahme machen. Wir bestellen regelmäßig und es war immer ohne Ausnahme einfach alles großartig. Frisch, sehr schnell und mit das Beste asiatische Essen, was ich je kosten durfte. Note 1, setzen.

Mal wieder mega lecker! Schon zum zweiten mal bestellt (nur vegan) & wieder schnell, lecker und frisch! Etwas fettig, aber find ich für einen Lieferservice völlig in Ordnung. Bestelle gerne wieder.

Very nice peanut sauce dish. Really good. It's really inexpensive peanut flavor and as a lover of dishes with nuts I really appreciate it. Also a portion was big. Chicken was nicely crispy and I liked this extra sauce, a bit spicy but not to much. I think I'll remember this place for next time when I will be feeling like Asia cuisine in delivery. I recommend it.
