I had the duck with coconut curry and rice, along with a passion fruit juice spritzer. Everything was very fresh, beautifully presented, and flavorful. The portion was absolutely fine, though a little more rice would have been nice (purely subjective). The service is very friendly and attentive; there are occasional minor communication issues due to the language barrier, but that doesn't detract from the warmth. The ambiance is excellent: clean, modern, and very cozy. I particularly like the interior; you immediately feel at home here. My only minor complaint: the sauces on the tables could be presented more consistently to better fit the overall look. Conclusion: For me, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I've been here several times and will definitely return. Whether it's for a date, dinner with friends, or family, I can truly recommend Fire 1973 to anyone.

Wow! I am truly impressed! The food was amazing! I had orange beef, absolutely delicious! In combination with a lovely atmosphere and easy listening jazz works so perfectly! I absolutely love this place and strongly recommend!

The main thing is the price-quality ratio and that for 5-6 euros you can have a full meal of one dish. Since I live in a hotel and decided to go to this nearby restaurant on my last day, I was even upset that I didn’t come here earlier. Excellent service, they bring the menu and dishes quickly, ask clarifying questions, which speaks of good service. Very nice prices for dishes, for everything in the photo I paid 22 euros and ate my fill. The food is a 4, tasty, but not exactly wow, as if something was missing, but I also took standard dishes, therefore... There are many items without meat and most dishes simply have a note that you can replace meat with tofu, for example. So I think this is a great option for daily visits if you are staying nearby and have no opportunity to cook for yourself.

The food is very tasty and beautifully presented. It could have been a bit spicier with a bit more rice. I ended up with a lot of the delicious sauce left over, which I unfortunately had to leave on my plate without the rice.

Unfortunately, we are now extremely disappointed. The food is delicious, but the service is abysmal. The wait times were unacceptably long – only to receive, after repeated requests, at least the now-stale drinks. Of three dishes, one was completely wrong, and the dishes were brought out with a considerable gap between them. Our son's dish wasn't even brought first. At the next table, the order was only taken after two requests. The climax was the unfriendliness of the service staff and the not even half-hearted apology for our criticism at the end. It's a shame – but that's how this place died for us.

A wide selection of Vietnamese cuisine, fresh ingredients, and lovingly decorated, everything tasted delicious. Sushi is also available. While the service is friendly, it's unfortunately not very attentive and seems a bit aloof. A bit more friendliness would be nice. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Reservations during peak times are recommended. The interior is modern and comfortable. Recently opened, everything is very well-maintained and clean. The prices are moderate and fair. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Best Pho I have ever tried… Everything is cooked with care and love, and you can taste it!

The name piqued our interest, so the two of us stopped in on a weekday evening. Since it was fairly empty, we quickly got our food and drinks. The sushi and vegetarian tofu dishes were absolutely delicious. Regarding the price range, you could say it's one of the "normally expensive" restaurants.

At the end we asked for two glasses of water because we were still a bit thirsty. We understand that water can cost a bit, but the bill said: The refilled bottle (750ml) cost €7 Each glass of water cost €3.50 So in total we paid €14 just for water, even though we only ate two main courses. It tastes great here, the ingredients are fresh, the service is very friendly. Good location, you can also sit outside, there is a subway connection. Restaurant is on the corner and is very spacious. There is also delivery service. We would love to come back.🎉

Very tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere! However, there is a lot of room for improvement in service. The employee wasn't attentive and wanted to charge a minimum amount of €20 for lunch. The managing director complained about the high costs of her card machine

Very nice :) big choise and quality still very good :) Kind and nice atmosphere but here, like in vietnam rest, plays some piano songs, nothing like some guitar strings thing :D Duck and nudles with special (i dont know) soja souce :) and peanuts salad :)

Great food, very friendly and accommodating

The food was also very good on our second visit, unfortunately the service still needs work! It is not acceptable that reserved places cannot be converted twice. Communication also needs to be better!!!

A great place to eat good food and spend good time. The food was just fantastic, and I loved the atmosphere. The music was not too loud, the smell was very good! Fire 1973 is a good place for a family dinner, but just as well for a single person to lunch - or simply enjoy. I went a few times while in Berlin, and was always happy about the great Vietnamese taste! Plus, for such quality food the price was very decent ✨️😊

Very tasty, everyone loved it. Not always easy with 6 people, it worked well here, everyone found something they liked. Nice staff and atmosphere.

Nice ambience, relatively uninterested service, soup very good (with rice noodles), crispy duck unfortunately not tasty, didn't taste like duck enough, was disappointed, especially after several recommendations from the family. Maybe just bad luck.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food is quite good and comes to the table quickly. Only in my opinion the service is not attentive enough and the fact that there is no door to the toilets is a small drawback. Overall, however, the restaurant can be recommended.

Our experience at FIRE 1973 was great! The atmosphere is lovely. The restaurant is new, it is very modern inside and offers a nice dining area outside. The service was really friendly and ambitious. BUT: the food was just beyond fabulous! We can totally recommend number 77! The baked duck was so crispy and flavourful, one of the best ducks I've had! The curry sauce was out of this world! Just incredibly delicious! We also ordered two self made Lemonades, they were really refreshing and fruity. We will definitely go again!

Wow, what a great restaurant! We were there for the third time today. So far we have ordered different dishes for the starter and main course every time and everything, really everything, was extremely tasty and prepared with a lot of love, including visually. The cocktails are also simply great and a real eye-catcher! The service is very friendly and the food comes very quickly. We have rarely enjoyed Vietnamese cuisine so well. The restaurant itself is also beautifully decorated. We'll be back very soon and with great pleasure - thank you 🙏🏻

Very tasty fresh restaurant, Operators are very nice and friendly. Price performance is perfect. I can definitely recommend the number 52 Argentinian hip steak with large prawns or the 76 duck with peanut sauce Come again!!!

Expensive drinks, poor quality (far too sweet and warm), intrusive service, we felt compelled to offer food

Unfortunately there was to be an hour wait for sushi so we ordered another dish but that was excellent; presentation, flavour and portion. Mains were served before dishes from starters were cleared so bit over crowded on dishes on the table, no staff checked on us and we were the only customers sat in but minor faults and the food easily makes us for a little lack in service

We were here for the second time and were very impressed again, the food and the lemonades are very tasty, and attention is also paid to the appearance. We were allowed to stay until the end.

The food was ok. Service was subpar, even though the store wasn't particularly busy and there were at least 3 service staff.

We ate outside and everything was great in the wonderful sunshine.

Unfortunately, the service was initially overwhelmed by my pre-ordering of the table. Then there was a lack of communication when ordering. Later the draft beer ran out and the pasta was no longer available either. The service was attentive and the food was delicious and recommended.

The service was initially quite reserved and reluctantly took us to our reserved table. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. The dishes themselves were very good. Unfortunately, at 7:45 p.m. there was no more draft beer or pasta. The only strange thing was that another couple got their later dish with noodles.

The food was delicious, the service could be a bit quicker but they were nice. I'm coming with my hiking group on August 21, 2024 and hope that everything works out, 25-30 people will eventually show up.

Delicious food. The crispy duck was served with crunchy vegetables. Finally, the Vietnamese coffee is definitely recommended. Very aromatic. It's best to ask the waitress how best to enjoy it

Staff seems a bit inflexible. Food tastes great. We had to wait quite a long time before we could even order, even though there were hardly any guests there. The menu cards were worn out. The food and drink is great in terms of taste and presentation. 👍

Discovered by chance and ate a Php Bo Thai soup. What a fine taste, everything freshly prepared and perfectly served in a large bowl. Although I ate the soup outside, I also got an impression of the interior. Everything was very well maintained and will definitely make me come back!!

I just do spring rolls. Should always be included as a starter. We then ate grilled salmon or duck as our main course. I thought it was very good too. However, the salmon wasn't quite as well done as wanted. Can you emphasize again in the future if you order b... Salad with grilled salmon eaten earlier was better well done... But the restaurant and the kitchen are generally recommended! Have been there several times. Our neighbors also agree. And they don't go everywhere. So if that's not an argument....😁. However, I would stay away from coffee. More than expandable. Prices OK 12-15 for the main course you can't complain. Unfortunately the bell is gone but it's a really good alternative.

I was invited to a party with more than 10 people. And the food, ordered differently by everyone, arrived at the same time. It was very tasty and very plentiful. The eye ate with us, the plates were beautifully and colorfully arranged. I was excited. The entire ambience was appealing, including the toilet rooms. You can also sit outside at beer garden tables. Overall, highly recommended!

Das Restaurant FIRE 1973 ist in der Mecklenburgischen Straße 14, in 10713 Berlin, gelegen. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein sehr gutes Vietnamesische Restaurant. Das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre ist dort sehr angenehm. Ich habe dort gepflevte Biere getrunken und ein Chicken with Peanut Sauce verzehrt. Beides war sehr delicious. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, sozial kompetent und sehr wertvoll. Ich darf diese vortreffliche Adresse gerne weiter empfehlen! Super Leckeres Essen in einem schönen Ambiente. Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Cocktails auch sehr gut und lecker. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Sehr gute Küche (Sommerrollen, Dim Sum, Hauptgerichte mit krosser Ente oder Hühnchen zum Beispiel) und eine tolle Bedienung, und wenn man draußen in der Nebenstraße sitzt ist es auch gar nicht so laut vom Verkehr her. Eine schöne Bereicherung für den Kiez.

Very tasty food and presentation, very good service, very nice interior with plants, wood, and acoustic-absorbing panels on the ceiling. The pho (ga, bo tai + bo chin) were all very tasty, as was the chien chuoi (fried bananas) and flan at a good price. There is also a kids menu. Nice attention to garnishes. It would have been even better if there had been a bit more fresh greens to go with the pho, but that is a minor detail. We will be back to try more of the extensive menu!

Das war einfach nur klasse Essen. Hier kann man nichts falsch machen! Es ist immer schwer zu sagen und eine eigene Meinung, aber es war das beste Essen, was ich seit langer Zeit in Restaurant gegessen habe!
