The music was too loud, so people had to shout in order to hear each other. The food was poorly prepared, I was expecting something spicy, but it was blant. The drinks were bad, I had to order 3 times the same thing and did not even receive it. And before entering the place you pay in advance, for a restaurant with high prices I would expect to have quality food and service. This one lacks both of them

It is the best Venezuelan restaurant you will find in Germany 😍 All their food is delicious and the service is a hug to the heart on those cold or rainy days. Its owners are sweet and the entire team that works there is super well trained and welcomes you with a smile. You can also purchase your frozen products to make at home: tequeños, cachapas, etc. and they are also super delicious!

I recently visited Ayákayò with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I had hoped for. After placing my order, I waited far longer than expected, only to realize that my order had been completely forgotten. No one came by to check in or offer an update, leaving me feeling overlooked. When my food finally arrived, the disappointment continued. I ordered the arepa de carne, expecting a delicious Venezuelan staple, but what I got was nearly inedible. The arepa was drenched in so much liquid that it was impossible to hold or even enjoy without making a mess. It was soggy, falling apart, and lacked any of the expected flavor or texture. Rather than a satisfying bite, it felt like the kitchen had rushed it together without much thought. I would love to say that the staff made an effort to correct the issues, but unfortunately, they seemed indifferent to my feedback. There was an apology, but overall, the lack of attention to both service and food quality left a bad taste in my mouth.

A little expensive, but the taste is great. The service was very friendly and the loving and fun-loving nature was immediately contagious. Thank you for the culinary delight

The hot dog chili con carne with cheese and extra fried onions was the best hot dog I have ever eaten! The combination of spicy chili con carne, melted cheese and crispy fried onions was simply perfect. The employee was super friendly. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this hot dog! I would move to Berlin for this hot dog 🤣
