Der Krunsch Truck in Berlin

Unfortunately there is no service, the hot dogs are served in strange plastic baskets, on very thin napkins that are immediately soggy, and there are no glasses or cups for drinks. It took quite a long time to get the order ready for pickup even though it was very busy. The benches are very impractical as they are several meters long. You have to climb over it awkwardly. It's a shame that you're even asked for a tip when paying by card (self-service!?). If you then click on “no tip”, the device doesn’t seem to respond (is that a “scam”?). It was only accepted on the 3rd click. Too bad...

The very high average rating, which also motivated me to buy, is a mystery to me. The hot dog for 9 euros (Crunchy Classic) was delicious, no question. And overall the “store” makes a clean impression. However, I expected a little more for the price and I didn't find the surroundings to be that good: 1. Cash payment is not possible and when paying by card you are asked/asked to pay a tip of 10% or 15%. I don't like being put under so much pressure as a customer; Tipping should always be a completely voluntary decision. 2. The music in the area was far too loud and the employee unfortunately didn't speak appropriately loudly, so communication was quite bumpy. 3. As a tall person, I had difficulty sitting down and getting out of the tables and benches that were screwed together very tightly.

Amazing hotdogs! (not the best picture though I ruined the presentation). The truffled mayo is 5/5 and the sausage too 👌👌. Great service from the guy with glasses, super friendly and fast.

I ordered a Crunchy Classic and was very satisfied! The employee with the Chilean flag made a lot of effort and was very friendly and tried to speak German to me :) The sauces were really tasty and the quality was great! Thank you :)

The hot dog chili con carne with cheese and extra fried onions was the best hot dog I have ever eaten! The combination of spicy chili con carne, melted cheese and crispy fried onions was simply perfect. The employee was super friendly. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this hot dog! I would move to Berlin for this hot dog 🤣

I absolutely do not understand why this place has high ratings. The sausage is of absolutely low quality and very greasy. 14€ for a hot dog in which they didn’t put a truffle, and instead of blue cheese they put regular cheese. True, they warned that these ingredients were out, but they did not refuse to take the full price

I went with my daughter and some friends to eat, everything was delicious, the kids menu was wonderful. I have tried the Crunchy Classic and it is delicious. Some friends also tried the Chilli Dog and the Truffled Dog is delicious and the Pulled Pork Sandwich is out of this world. They are at a very good price and quality and the flavors of gods. I highly recommend it 👍🏻👏🏻

Very good and very fresh. The meat is well marinated and nicely stewed. She fries it fresh unlike others that leave theirs heated
