The staff is very friendly and the place is also clean. What doesn't work at all is that the sauces are totally adulterated. The saffron sauce is as liquid as water. This makes the bottom part of the falafel/doner totally liquid. The meat is also the cheaper version where bread is included. Why are savings being made in the wrong places? And that's why I don't understand why the store is so hyped.

Yes, it tastes good but it has become expensive

The food is mediocre to poor. The doner meat is fatty, undersalted, and lacks flavor. Most of the sauces are very diluted with yogurt, so they lack flavor. The doner bread is good, but a bit small. The "homemade" durum bread is simply raw dough that's rolled into a rolling pin for a few seconds. The bread is then not baked long enough, so it's usually raw when eaten.

We really enjoyed staying at Ali Baba a while ago. The last visit, however, was, how shall I put it, "different". However, not necessarily different good. There seems to be a change taking place and it really shows. The family atmosphere is missing, the food didn't taste bad, but it was clearly not what it tasted like six months ago. The plates look prepared differently, the kofta have a different consistency?? It doesn't seem to be a Turkish restaurant anymore either?! The loving, familiar faces are no longer there, the head chef doesn't seem to be there either? It's really a shame because under these circumstances we won't be coming to dinner anymore.

Top doner kebab :) Very good snack restaurant. Waiting time is okay. Always friendly. Parking lot right in front of it. Well lit. Update - 2025: After the modernization it feels even better to get your food :) Great job.

This used to be my favorite place for durum. But since the change of ownership it has unfortunately tasted very bad. The last time I ate it it tasted weird. I thought maybe the sauce was different and got food poisoning and vomited all night. Apparently it's not that fresh anymore, the sauces have changed, there are always weird pieces in it, the meat is never fresh cut and always so dry. Too bad.

Nothing special, the kebab/kebab plate was okay, and special requests were accommodated. Average kebab, OK for a quick snack.

The pizza is incredibly delicious and large. The doner kebab is unfortunately much too small. But the doner meat is really well seasoned. The service is truly amazing, and the owner is really nice.

Very disappointed service and operation, instead of regular kebab meat, the employee/host mixed in chicken meat like "ping pong ball" and sold it to customers! This is definitely a rip off deal!! Attention: Please do not eat in this kebab shop. Absolutely not recommended!!

The meat was very tasty. I was there at lunchtime shortly after 12 p.m. Unfortunately I had to wait another 20 minutes until the meat was ready, but the employee had told me beforehand that it would still take a while.

I've been there three times now to get food, and at best the food was just okay. The other two times the Dürüm was cold, not full and just not good. Even if it's the closest kebab, I won't come back. There was nothing to complain about in terms of service: the order was taken and prepared, nothing more and nothing less. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and crowded, it could be cleaner or give the impression of being clean.
