We ordered food there. The minimum order value for delivery is €50.00, so we ordered two pizzas and snacks. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely disappointing. Listed in order of disappointment: Antipasti plate = extremely disappointing, carelessly selected ingredients, each in a different version. Definitely not worth the money! You can spend €9.90 better here. Pizza (Parma / Arugula) = The Parma ham was overcooked. Pizza (Chicken, Hollandaise, Corn, Broccoli) = Dry and the meat tough. Bruschetta, mozzarella sticks, and fries unfortunately arrived cold and soggy. Perhaps understandable given the delivery. Unfortunately, never again

The food was delicious, well grilled. It would have been nice if they offered extra bread or tea.

We were passing through there with our dog. A bowl of water for the dog was immediately brought to us, and both the service and the food were incredibly delicious.

The doner kebab was delicious. It wasn't exactly cheap, but the food was good, the seating was lovely, and the service was super friendly and helpful.

I had the grilled platter and bruschetta as a starter. The portions are generously sized to fill you up but not overfill you, and the presentation of the plate was also fantastic. Underneath the meat was a thin piece of bread that absorbed the juices and also tasted fantastic. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. The salad was also excellent. I'd gladly order again.

I ate here with four girls a few days ago. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the value for money was also very good.

This was our second time eating there, and we weren't disappointed. Everything was just perfect. The grilled meat is amazing, but the service is also absolutely outstanding. If I lived in Heide, I would eat there every week.

The kebab was very tasty, with a few minor issues. Nevertheless, we continue to eat there.

What a shame! We ordered a burger, a calzone, and a baked potato. The burger was cold! Frozen patty? I ordered without salad, so no iceberg lettuce! They only delivered bread, a patty, sauce, and cheese! No tomatoes, cucumber, or onions as promised. The fries were soggy and cold. The calzone was a disaster! See the pictures! The baked potato was okay, but you can't go wrong with that. For just under €34, that's really more than a little annoying! I might try it again in person, but I won't be ordering from here again.

Hey, I've eaten here several times now with family and friends ranging in age from 24 to almost 90, and everyone is thrilled. The food is plentiful, fresh and crispy, perfectly grilled, delicious, and every crust is tasty, no matter what you order. The service is courteous and engaging. Someone here writes with severe intolerances and sensitive taste buds, but they're doing somersaults here with enthusiasm. 5 stars for everyone, highly recommended!

The burgers are heavenly as my daughter said, the falafel are well seasoned, nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy and tender on the inside. My calzone took some getting used to because it doesn't have the classic dough, but it was still super tasty

What a shame, the store looks nice and was also well attended! Our waitress didn't smile (but the rest of the staff were friendly), the table wasn't cleaned properly, and everyone was extremely overwhelmed. Cola Zero has been expired since June and there is no new one! We waited forever for the food! Some of the food was completely ok in terms of taste, the spagetti Bolognese was a failure! The pasta wasn't cooked through yet, it tasted so sour! In the tzatziki a long hair, instead of rice, fries were served! There was a homeless man sitting next to us with a pretty pungent smell, which didn't really make our visit pleasant. Very unfortunate and annoying!

Nice, clean restaurant with very friendly service, always a smile on your face. We had 2 kebabs and 2 kebab plates. Everything tasted good and the prices are very fair. After paying we were offered a free Turkish coffee. Very friendly, even if we didn't accept it. We were passing through but would definitely come back if we lived nearby.

I had pasta with salmon...which I found to be very spicy...not suitable for children. The service was completely overwhelmed. The drinks all took forever. Somehow it was all disappointing. Because I've only heard good things. I don't eat there anymore.

Hello, We had dinner with you today. The food tastes good. Unfortunately, the order was not as requested. That was the second time now. But the worst thing is to serve pizza with the wrong toppings. Even the second time the pizza was wrong. I think they were pulled down. It's a real shame because I don't like mushrooms or peppers. Pizza still had no corn and parika. Didn't have to pay for pizza afterwards. The waiting time was also long this time. Even though we were there before 5 p.m. Very unfortunate.

The food was brought to the table promptly after ordering. It was tasty and wholesome, the portions and the prices were okay. Good value for money. GLADLY AGAIN!

We have now ordered food from Oh Layla several times. In at least 50% of the orders, the food did not arrive the way it was originally ordered. Called and advised the restaurant. You order online, choose rice, for example, and get fries. It can happen once, twice, three times. But not with almost every other order. Since you can make a selection on the site or add a comment and have it in black and white, I don't understand how something can happen so often. Exactly the same today... And after you called the restaurant and asked them to please deliver rice, you were told they would take care of it. Unfortunately, nothing was done. Thanks for the courtesy.

We were there spontaneously and I have to say very good food. I had a pizza and when it came to the table I didn't look bad, it was really big too big for me. The other food was also great.

After standing in front of a closed door on Wednesday, we ordered online today and had it delivered. The pide with sheep's cheese was ok. The Dürum with minced meat skewer was a huge disappointment because it didn't contain any minced meat, but rather chicken pieces that didn't taste like anything. It's a shame that the wrong product was delivered. The Dürum was also very watery and the wrap was completely wobbly. It was the first time we ordered food there and probably the last time.

Went to eat with you again today for a long time, I'm afraid I have to say that we were disappointed. The ambience is still good and beautiful. Compared to the beginning, however, there is a tendency towards standard snacks in both guest service and cuisine. €15.00 for a plate of kebab may be reasonable these days, but that doesn't reflect the quality or quantity. The meat had too little seasoning, which the loving chef gave too much to the fries. The “garlic sauce” looked like yogurt flavored with lemon and garlic powder and mixed with frozen ingredients or herbs from the shaker. This yogurt also formed the basis for the salad dressing. Overall portion size for dessert is stimulating. Maybe ok for a snack, but I expect more from a restaurant. Maybe I'll try the pizza next time.

We ended up in this restaurant by chance. We were really excited, the food was great, the service was great, the price-performance ratio was simply great. And now we drive back to Uetersen full and satisfied and know that we will definitely come back. Thanks to all of you at “Oh Layla” 😃😃😃

Nice employees and great service are something you don't expect in a fast food shop. The food was really good and prepared in a modern way. Generally a harmonious concept with a pleasant atmosphere and nice background music that is not too pushy or specific. I'd love to come back!

All fast food/ kebab shops in Heide can pack. After years of poor delivery services and poor kebab shops, OhLayla is now the long-awaited salvation. Great kebab Great bread and no warming box for meat from 2 hours ago.

This restaurant surprised and delighted me. We were there with two small children and felt so comfortable. The service was so kind to the little ones and really looked after them very carefully. I've never seen such a child-friendly restaurant. Hats off and huge praise. Oh yes, the food was really delicious too :)

Unfortunately that was nothing. An order has been placed for delivery. It should be a kebab plate. Delivery was also relatively quick. But the rest was an absolute disgrace. The meat was gristly and tough. The fries were just wobbly, the bread was extremely dry and hard. The salad actually only consisted of onions. I really haven't been served something like this in ages. A pity.

Perfect for eating on site. Unfortunately the delivery service is not reliable enough. Sauces that were wrong, hummus and other ingredients that were missing, and a dip that wasn't included ruined our food.

The food was very tasty, I can only recommend the restaurant, the service was all very nice, nice atmosphere, I will definitely come more often, I would like to give 10 stars if it were possible 😊👍👍👍
