Beste Döner Man seit dem ich einmal da war komm ich so oft wie ich kann und immer schön bei den zu sitzen

Ich war schon vor 15 Jahren regelmäßig Kunde. Seit jeher top Essen, top Personal – immer freundlich und schnell. Leider wohne ich nicht mehr in der Gegend, ansonsten würde ich jede Woche bei Mozaik essen!

Leider war ich sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, die Tomaten wirkten verdorben. Am Ende habe ich auch noch ein Haar im Essen gefunden. Insgesamt eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung.

Also das Essen war super! Die Bedienung kam etwas überfordert rüber, wir müssten 2 Mal bestellen weil sie das Essen von einer Person nicht aufgenommen hat. Den kam ein falsches Getränk. Und zum zahlen sollten wir unseren Tisch abräumen und rein kommen das war an sich kein Problem aber etwas verwirrend. Aber das Essen war echt super und wir alle haben Mal einen schlechten Tag. Preis Leistung sehr sehr gut

Dönerfleisch zäh, knorpelig und absolut ungenießbar und das für 10 Euro. Aber das „Highlight“ waren Knochensplitter im Kalbsfleisch. (siehe Foto)

Das Restaurant war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch, und der Service war schnell und freundlich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es ist ein sehr schöner laden ich esse zwar zu 90% immer Zuhause aber sieht trotzdem sehr schön aus das Essen ist immer sehr reichlich und schmeckt wunderbar und Preis-Leistung top.Die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer sehr freundlich und eine schnelle Lieferung vielen Dank Ali (Chef ) für das wunderschöne gute Essen immer

Sehr frisches Fleisch und die Auslage an Gemüse und Soßen sind immer frisch.

Manchmal dauert es lange, bis das Essen kommt, und es ist auch etwas teuer, aber insgesamt gut.

Super Laden und nettes Personal

Nach einem Tipp von meiner Schwester muss ich sagen: "Ich bin total begeistert" 😃. Sehr saubere Location und sehr leckeres Essen. Auch Sonderwünsche werden freundlich berücksichtigt. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut okay. Ich komme gerne wieder und spreche meine Empfehlung aus.

Essen ist super, aber leider mittlerweile etwas teuer geworden. 6er Nuggets für 7€ plus 4€ Pommes zusätzlich, Funghi anscheinend keine frischen Pilze, sondern sahen eher wie aus der Dose aus. Service war super und sehr aufmerksam. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 59€ dagelassen für vier Gerichte und drei Getränke.

War das letzte mal. Döner kalt geliefert.

Schöner Laden. Tolles Essen, Lieferdienst IMMER freundlich und (fast) immer im zeitlichen Rahmen. Die Grillplatte 46 hammer, für mich aber ohne Lammkotelett😉 Danke und weiter so

Ich esse hier sehr gerne. Essen schmeckt sehr lecker,wer hier noch nicht war,sollte es aufjedenfall mal ausprobieren.

Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend und hat für ein Wohlergehen beim gast gesorgt. Der Kellner war freundlich und hat uns auch gut bei der Speisenwahl beraten. Jedoch war das Essen eher klein und hat kein Gefühl des wohltuhen vermittelt. Sehr schade!

Bester Döner, fahr gerne wieder 40 km hierher Alle anderen, die Mochten das auch gerne,aber man muss an der Kasse bezahlen

Sehr freundliches Personal und wirst direkt bedient Muss Jeder hin austesten lohnt sich auf jeden Fall freuen sich, wenn man ihn Trinkgeld gibt

Noch kann ich nicht sagen ob das essen gut und vorallem heiß ist.. Um 17 Uhr bestellt zur Lieferung.. nach über einer Stunde telefonisch nachgefragt; es solle gleich kommen. 20 minuten später noch nichts da .. Kinder haben Hunger und möchten zu Bett. Für den Fall das es vergessen wurde, okay .. Kann passieren - aber dann hätte man es ehrlich kommunizieren können .. Hätten dann drauf verzichtet und direkt zuhause ein paar Nudeln gekocht ...bzw, werde ich dies wohl nun machen, damit die Kinder was haben. Essen war leider so gut wie kalt .. werden nun mehrere Euro entsorgen, da die Pommes nicht essbar sind. .. tut ganz schön weh, bei dem Preis.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Freundliches Personal. Günstig. Ambiente isteher ein Imbiss/Cafeteria.

Long wait, kebabs okay, too much sauce, doner falls apart, hard to eat! Köfte tastes like vegetable broth/flavor enhancer, the typical köfte flavor is completely missing, sauce disgusting... BEWARE, don't buy any drinks, it's a rip-off! Ayran in a plastic cup €3.50, water €8!!!!

We went for lunch with my mom and dad. We had İskender, lahmacun and döner platter. We were very pleased.

Unfortunately, the owner was very unfriendly. How someone could talk to people so rudely is truly questionable...

The falafel for 8 euros consisted mainly of lettuce and tomatoes, with a bit of sauce (barely visible). There were only three falafel balls – a disgrace! The manager's response to my question about whether this was correct was even more disgraceful: I should have said I wanted more, as three balls were the norm. Condescendingly, and only after my insistence did I finally receive some more sauce and two more falafel balls. Overall, the man displayed a very unfriendly and arrogant demeanor. I've never experienced anything like this in a kebab shop before. Shameful!!!

Best kebab in Schleswig-Holstein, but you can't wait almost an hour for a box—especially when others who arrived later get their food first! I wasted my lunch break and left hungry. I'm really sorry, but because of such disrespectful behavior, I won't be coming back. Good luck in the future.

We visited various states and cities in Germany for about a week, and we also passed through Heide. We chose it because of its central location and evaluation score. We ordered 5 different types of food. No one was satisfied with their meal. The food had neither taste nor good presentation. The only disappointment and regret of our week-long trip was the food we ate here. Since we were deceived by its high score and location, I felt the need to write this review for people like us who would make a choice for similar reasons. Please do not waste your health and money.

I can only recommend the Mozaik restaurant, we have been coming there to eat there for several years now!!! Good portions!!!!! And dad's food is always consistent 👍GOOD!

The atmosphere is simple, but still nice. The food was very tasty and hot. From pizza to Turkish cuisine, the taste is perfect. The price was very fair and not exaggerated. That's where I'll be from now on t eat more often. The boss greets his regular guests with a smile and a handshake.

I ordered takeaway. Positive: + friendly staff + clean work area + Quality of the individual products is okay Negative: - People who are obviously regular customers are given priority without pre-ordering by telephone, even if the same thing was ordered significantly later. - When you take away the kebab plate, the fries are packed under the meat and unfortunately absorb any moisture (meat juice, fat) and are therefore very soggy (5 minutes away)

I wanted a kebab. What I get is a bread full of oil and fat. Bread falling apart and almost unbaked.

Had a jumbo kebab which was also well filled. Unfortunately a little too little sauce. It would be fantastic if we could spread the sauce around the edge.

I actually always really enjoyed being there. But only a few people can enjoy kebabs that cost 18-32 marks. German pensioners can no longer afford this food. So goodbye, and look forward to the German pension in Turkey......

The restaurant/snack bar is very well run and really CLEAN. Ali will fulfill any special request if he can. His DÖNNER is probably one of the best in all of Schleswig-Holstein, but especially in Ditmarschen. I can certainly judge this since I As a craftsman I get around a lot, at least I enjoy it when you watch it being prepared and then get to say one or two things you want about the ingredients. The Mozaik restaurant impressed me from the first moment. As soon as you enter, you can feel the friendly atmosphere and the inviting ambience, which immediately makes you feel at home. The service was excellent - quick, friendly and always with a smile. The staff gave us a warm welcome and processed our orders quickly. The kebab itself was simply sensational. Fresh, juicy meat, crispy bread and crunchy vegetables – all perfectly coordinated. I would especially like to highlight the homemade sauces, which gave the kebab a unique taste. The side dishes such as the crispy fries and the fresh salad were also of the highest quality and perfectly rounded off the culinary experience. The selection of drinks also left nothing to be desired. There were a variety of soft drinks that went perfectly with the kebab. Overall, our visit to Mozaik was a true feast for the senses. I can recommend this kebab shop to anyone who values ​​excellent food and excellent service. We will definitely come back

The kebab Ali is really great! I've eaten a lot of kebab here in Heide, but at Mozaik at Döner Ali it's the best. Here you get something for your money. Nice staff, super large portions and the kebab Ali always has a big saying. Simply great.

So we were definitely there for the last time. We didn't like it at all and what we had to pay for it in the end really shocked us. Fantasy prizes...

Wir sind so begeistert,waren das erste mal im Mosaik,wurde nett begrüßt und zum Tisch gebracht,das Essen so lecker und reichhaltig ,auch beim gehen nett verabschiedet,also das war nicht das letzte mal,sehr schön.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön für einen so freundlichen Empfang, für ein hervorragendes Essen und einen leckeren Tee zum Abschluss. Wir waren zum ersten Mal Abends hier zum essen und waren von der Grillplatte mit allem drum und dran sowas von positiv überrascht. Es fehlte an nichts.Zum Anfang gab es einen richtig toll hergerichteten Salat mit Brot und verschiedenen Dips. Dann kam die Platte, wofür wir einen extra Tisch für ranziehen mussten 😊. Wir sind mehr als satt und zufrieden aus dem Lokal gegangen. Die Atmosphäre war vertraut und hatte auch was von Urlaub. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.
