It was just ordered via Lieferando. I was looking forward to my chili cheese fries. A fries with chili and 2 tablets were delivered. I've rarely felt so ripped off. The kebab was okay, nothing special. But the fact that you let a french fry like that go out... I wonder how they can stay afloat. Supplier was super nice. Addendum: I really upset my stomach with diarrhea, nausea, etc. Thanks for nothing

I ordered via Lieferando. Delivery was quick, but the neighbors first rang the doorbell because my note “right house entrance” was overlooked or ignored. I ordered a plate of chicken kebab and a salad (to meet the minimum order value). When the delivery arrived, I was told that chicken was out and so they had brought me veal - I don't eat veal. Instead of calling and letting them know (I would have switched to falafel), they simply delivered the wrong thing. The kebab plate was then returned and I only had an expensive salad WITHOUT sauce because it seemed to have been forgotten. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied!

I won't order from there again. I would prefer to give 0 stars. Delivery time was stated as 50 minutes. After 2 hours I called and asked what was going on. After another 40 minutes the food finally arrived. No discount, apology or anything else. I find it pretty cheeky

Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We ordered 2 lahmacun and waited almost an hour. Instead, we were delivered completely wrong food, and with hot sauce... via Lieferando. It wasn't possible to contact the restaurant via the app, so we had to look up the number on the internet. Then the chaos really started: Nobody there spoke German. We tried to explain that we placed an order and got the wrong food, but the person on the phone didn't seem to understand anything and just kept saying 'yes, yes, you can order from us, would you like to order, yes?' . In the end we only got our real food in an hour. Why can't I just ask for my food at a restaurant in Germany in the local language??? The employees work in customer service, live in Germany and should at least be able to understand the language in order to communicate with customers. That's really the least you can expect.

My favorite place for Dönner. Great guys, very polite and friendly atmosphere.

Sorry if I read the application here, my God! You go to Mc Stuof and pay 2 euros for crap, but it's great and people here complain because the butter was too hard or a roll was too dark! Then you order and are surprised about the waiting time??? Of course you were the only ones who ordered, they were just waiting for you! Or come 3 minutes before the end🙈 of course they don't have anything left, you're happy to spend 30 minutes longer cleaning for a kebab! Try to get in at Netto or Rewe! The shop is very clean and the price is right, they also have to pay more than before, either the prices are higher or they eat less! It's like that everywhere! But a snack bar is not allowed! No, everything fits

Food is as you would expect from a restaurant of this type. Doner and pizza are good. Despite not a particularly high number of customers, waiting times are sometimes quite long (depending on the day).

I was there in October 2024, a very dirty shop, doner kebab doesn't taste good, salad stinks, the price is cheap but everything is rubbish. Such a shop usually has to be checked by the public order office. Floor dirty, walls have never been painted. No, no.

The doners I had were very tasty!!!
