Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We ordered 2 lahmacun and waited almost an hour. Instead, we were delivered completely wrong food, and with hot sauce... via Lieferando. It wasn't possible to contact the restaurant via the app, so we had to look up the number on the internet. Then the chaos really started: Nobody there spoke German. We tried to explain that we placed an order and got the wrong food, but the person on the phone didn't seem to understand anything and just kept saying 'yes, yes, you can order from us, would you like to order, yes?' . In the end we only got our real food in an hour. Why can't I just ask for my food at a restaurant in Germany in the local language??? The employees work in customer service, live in Germany and should at least be able to understand the language in order to communicate with customers. That's really the least you can expect.

The food is delicious and everyone is very nice and friendly.

The kebab is so delicious that you often drive 15 kilometers to eat a kebab. Very nice and correct employees who make the kebab so big that you can easily fill it up. Fair price. Best kebab I know

Apparently new owner. Pizza is offered online...I haven't eaten something that bad in a long time. Doner was below average. Unfortunately no longer recommended!

I've got the faxes A kebab is missing and you can't call it. We still had to fork out money for the non-existent kebab. Doner meat is from Netto. It tastes like vegan tofu. Please order somewhere else. Your toilet bowl will thank you.

These little Turkish shops are just dirt, I can't even count the kebabs, we ordered 7 and got six, what's the point? A kebab like this will soon be available at McDonald's. I recommend ordering it African, so nothing at all

We didn't deliver enough kebabs

6/7 Doner kebabs were a bit off in terms of taste. The seventh wasn't even delivered. PS the phone number to complain doesn't work either.

I ordered through Über Eats. The food came way too late. When the normal delivery time had expired, I used the app to ask where the food was. My doorbell rang briefly and then hung up again. When I called back they said that they had misplaced my address and found it again straight away? It gives me the impression that they want to make the call for the system. The delivery person was very nice. The food was really subpar. My order was a kebab menu and a pizza menu. The salad was missing from the pizza menu. Then the fries arrived soft and warm (which really confused me). The pizza veggie without any further information about what exactly was in it was pizza topped with broccoli and artichokes. In addition, the pizza was partly burnt. It wasn't tasty either. Let's get to my kebab. But it wasn't tasty either. Bread soggy but it was a delivered kebab so yeah... The best was the Ayran but that couldn't make up for the (disgraceful) meal. All in all, I am very dissatisfied and hope that I am an isolated case. Edit: I got diarrhea from eating. Really. I have to not only give a non-recommendation but also a warning. Read the other reviews and see for yourself

Hello, what can I say first about the food. Delicious, delicious, delicious, I like to eat a kebab here. It just tastes good. You can also get it as poultry. I like it very much, which is why it gets full stars. I deducted 1 for ambience.

A typical snack bar. Portions are okay. Currywurst is fried and has nothing to do with a currywurst. Unfortunately, fries weren't that great for us. In terms of service, it's more of a cozy group. So bring some patience. We were just there spontaneously. But I don't know if we'll go there again.

The owner has changed since then and the worst kebab ever. Employees are damn unhygienic and some of the salads and onions are simply rotten!! Hot sauce made from fresh ingredients is also used for longer than its shelf life. In addition, the kebab has lost half its volume, although the price is constantly rising. I really advise EVERYONE to get something to eat there.

Doner kebab was very dry, the meat itself was good. If you didn't skimp on the sauce, it would be great. The currywurst with fries was a complete disaster, the fries were soggy and soaked in curry sauce, there was hardly any sauce on the sausage, it looked very unappetizing.

I ordered there, firstly the food came way too late, the fries were cold and soggy as they were stored in a plastic bag. The lahmacun was also cold and fell apart immediately. I'm sorry, but that was the worst lahmacun of my life. The driver was also completely unfriendly.

Very tasty veal meat. Doner kebab very tasty! Unfortunately, the fries weren't that good, limp, stiff fries and some of them weren't quite finished. But the kebab, highly recommended.

The food was delicious. The kebab goes well with meat and salad. The sauce is nice and spicy. The food was ready quickly. We will get food there more often.

Lahmacun and dürüm were cold and didn't taste like anything. Sauces were watery or not at all. After changing operator it's no longer what it was before.

I got a 28cm salami pizza there. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten in Gütersloh. Wow a lot of cheese and the base is fluffy. Too keep it up 👍

I wanted to try the burger because unfortunately there aren't that many local restaurants in Gütersloh that deliver. The meat was bone dry and the lettuce was under the meat so it always fell out. Overall the burger had as much flavor as a piece of cardboard. Definitely the worst citizen I've ever eaten. Nobody expects a world-class burger from a kebab restaurant but this was impressively bad.

You order online via Lieferando. Then you get the food an hour later, which is okay. But it's not okay if the food isn't complete and you don't have anyone!!!!!! reached by phone. The fries were cold, the lahmacun or whatever it was supposed to be was just floating in the juice and stuck to the paper. I hope that you get the money you paid too much back. Never eat or order there again.

By far the worst meal I have ever ordered. Nothing I ordered was given as a gift. At other restaurants you can usually turn a blind eye and push down the food with hunger. But here the food went straight into the bin because it was simply terrible. Doner kebab box was without sauce even though it was stated, schnitzel were two limp frozen schnitzels (felt like they had been warmed up in the microwave), Fries were incredibly greasy, you really noticed how the fat flowed out of the fries when you ate them, Lahmacun wasn't even rolled properly and was just laid open in aluminum foil, pizza tasted like absolutely nothing, it could have just been a piece of toast bread and the burger I don't even want to start. Delivery was at least almost on time. I ordered at 7:15 p.m. and it arrived at 7:30 p.m

My ideal: mango sauce and fried vegetables, plus cheese and chicken - poetry ☺️

I have to change my rating, as has already been said many times, the kebab is inedible after the change of operator and the price is completely outrageous

1x im Monat, Frau weiß was ich meine, gehe ich dorthin :) Das Personal dort ist immer super freundlich und ich liebe einfach den veggie döner mit gebratenem Gemüse, findest du sonst nirgends in Gütersloh. Die Saucen sind halt auch einfach Mal geil. Vielen Dank ich komme immer wieder gerne zu euch :)

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr nettes Personal

Leider hat der Betreiber gewechselt. Die Karte ist noch die gleiche, aber unser Favorit, der Rollo Döner, ist jetzt nicht mehr das, was er war. Vorher war es ein "türkischer Burrito" mit etwas Käse überbacken und prall gefüllt. Nun gibt's lediglich einen lieblosen "Döner Wrap", der am Papier klebt und durch Salat, Gemüse und Sauce bereits nach fünf Minuten Transport eiskalt ist. Somit können wir Berlin Döner nicht mehr empfehlen. Schade.

Ich war vor kurzem auf dem Rückweg dort vorbei gekommen mit der Familie und muss leider sagen das ich es Recht enttäuschend fand. Abgesehen davon das teilweise die Preise besonders im Bezug auf Getränke jenseits von gut und böse waren fanden wir alle das Essen dort nicht wirklich sehr gut. Die Döner waren sehr trocken und auch die Soße traff leider nicht unseren Geschmack. Bei der Pommes wurde die Mayo vergessen und ein Döner war leider auch zu wenig dabei. An sich nett aber definitiv Service und Küchentechnisch definitiv verbesserungswürdig.

Das Essen war sehr lecker gewesen, kann's nur weiter empfehlen!

Mein Sohn (11) und ich sind spontan angehalten. Wir haben je eine Dönertasche gegessen. Schnell und frisch zubereitet. Na gut war auch wenig los. Als wir die Taschen bekommen haben sahen sie sehr appetitlich aus. Geschmeckt hat es auch. Wir waren zufrieden, die 5,50 waren es wert.

Korrekte Typen und echt lecker döner, komme wieder

Alles sehr lecker, nette Mitarbeiter, nettes Ambiente, alles in einem einer der besten Dönerläden in Gütersloh. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Einzige Manko ist das im Sommer leider viele Fliegen im Restaurant rum fliegen und so etwas beim Essen stören da die sich gerne aufs Essen setzen.

Döner war ganz gut, Personal sehr nett aber man fühlt sich wie in einer Bahnhofsvorhalle

Döner war echt lecker - die Saucen, das Fleisch und der Salat haben frisch geschmeckt. Für mich persönlich etwas zu viel Fleisch im Döner, aber ansonsten top.

Sehr nette, Sympathische dönermänner hab mir ein Döner bestellt und der war schon in 5 Minuten da. Der Döner hatte eine sehr leckere Sauce und war voll mit Fleisch gefüllt überhaupt nicht geizig, aufjedenfall die 4,50€ wert👌 Empfehle die Dönerbude jeden weiter😁

Super und sehr empfehlenswert! War mit meiner Mutter da zum ausprobieren geholt und waren begeistert preisleistung einfach super und das essen super beladen da werden auch gute esser satt.
