On the second visit, they clearly served!!! fermented!!! tzatziki!!!... when I pointed this out, they only gave me excuses, no checking, no tasting, and not even an apology, just excuses that it was fresh... our last visit...
I was at Dürrüms in Kierspe for the first time in years. I remembered the place being much neater and bigger back then?!🤔
Anyway, I ordered a salat (pocket) and an ayran.... The bread was delicious, the meat was nicely seasoned, the salad was crisp, just as a salat (pocket) should be. The ambiance seems a bit run-down, even for a kebab shop, but as long as the food is good, it's OK :).
I just think the €2.50 for the ayran is more than just excessive.
All in all, it's perfectly adequate for a snack.
Doner kebab was very tasty! Would love to come back. When the sun is shining, you can grab a kebab and enjoy it on a park bench in Park am Bavier Center. Even with a larger group. Would love to come back
By far the worst kebab shop in the area. Your own compatriots are served first!! Sometimes you don't get what you order. I have often received something different from what I ordered. Please stay there, people
Ordered two rotisserie pizzas here yesterday and were really very satisfied. The delivery was prompt, the pizzas were top-quality and it tasted delicious 👍🏽 I'd be happy again 😀
Ordered via Lieferando. On the fries special, which usually comes with curry sauce, mayonnaise and onions, BOTH sauces were missing, but it was €1 more expensive just because of the onions, which is a disgrace. Instead of 2 cans of Cola Zero we got a bottle! regular Coke, which cost less than both cans. The mayonnaise that was specially ordered was also completely missing.
I find it so outrageous. If there is a problem with the drinks, you can call again, there is a telephone number for that. But when it comes to the other things, it's just a bottomless impudence. We have already contacted Lieferando to clarify the situation, as the store itself closed at 10 p.m.
Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We ordered 2 lahmacun and waited almost an hour. Instead, we were delivered completely wrong food, and with hot sauce... via Lieferando. It wasn't possible to contact the restaurant via the app, so we had to look up the number on the internet. Then the chaos really started: Nobody there spoke German. We tried to explain that we placed an order and got the wrong food, but the person on the phone didn't seem to understand anything and just kept saying 'yes, yes, you can order from us, would you like to order, yes?' . In the end we only got our real food in an hour. Why can't I just ask for my food at a restaurant in Germany in the local language??? The employees work in customer service, live in Germany and should at least be able to understand the language in order to communicate with customers. That's really the least you can expect.
We tried the doner kebab wrap and the doner kebab box. Both were delicious. The doner kebab had plenty of meat, unlike other restaurants where there's not enough meat and salad. The young man who took our order was very nice. We'll be back.
Even after taking over Ünal, it's still the best kebab in Voerde!
Nowadays the sauce is no longer just slapped on top but rather spread during preparation - very good. Also the only shop I know that offers the "garlic water".
