I ordered a Yufka and was really impressed. The Yufka was long and wide, significantly larger than many other kebab shops. The bread had a pleasant consistency - not too soft, but not dry either. The combination of cocktail and hot sauce was perfectly balanced and gave the whole thing a really good flavor. The salad with carrots and other fresh ingredients was crunchy and looked very appetizing. The meat was finely sliced, well seasoned and of top quality. For €7.00 you really can't complain. The portion was more than generous and everything tasted just right. The store seemed clean and tidy. The owner was friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere.

The food used to be so delicious. There's hardly any meat in it now, the bread is different and it just doesn't taste good. And most importantly, it's just become so expensive.

I had stomach problems for 4 days including vomiting.

I ordered a kebab. When the meat was cut down, it was still raw right behind. I then said I would like the meat from the beef skewer. The owner then complained, but he had already cut the meat and asked me about my nationality. Ultimately I received a meat mix. The kebab sat in my stomach for a while and I'll never buy it again

Having to be told that next time I should say earlier that I want 2 sauces, just because he may not have fully understood me acoustically, is unfortunately not my idea of ​​hospitality. Too bad. Food was good, service unfortunately not. So I continue to leave my money at the kebab shop around the corner.

Sep'24 Update: Now vegetable chicken kebab🥙 a must and only here at Jaaid in Hildesheim 1a quality, taste and friendliness My husband said: best kebab! 🤤 Since our second visit I have been saying: best Dürüm! 😋 (On the first visit I only wanted falafels, even though these weren't on the menu, my request was taken into account and I was asked how many I would like. That's called good service!) The gentlemen were incredibly friendly and accommodating and prepared everything with love. It's nice to be able to sit outside. We will come again.
