We went bowling with a group and ordered appetizer plates (12.50 according to the menu). The owner wanted €50 in the end! His reason was that several people had eaten from the plate. Absolute rip-off. We ended up paying €250 for the appetizer plate.
Bought kebab here again and again for years. This time the veal skewer at 2 p.m. somehow looked suspiciously thin and too dark for a Friday... skewer from the day before? Got the shit of my life.
Never again.
I ordered via Lieferando. First the order was wrong. (I got chicken nuggets instead of schnitzel) After a quick call, my schnitzel was brought over pretty quickly. The food was warm and delicious. :)
We ordered almost €50 worth today. Delivery was quick, but it quickly became apparent that a kebab plate was missing and was billed for. So we called immediately after delivery and asked whether it was possible to still receive the kebab plate (since we paid for it). The answer was: no, we're sorry - we won't do that! Have often ordered. That was definitely the last time!
I was threatened with the police because I said I couldn't eat the food because it was wrong. The man on the phone apologized but still an absolute no go and lack of respect for me because I was nice the whole time. I was promised that I would get my money back, and I did.
Food tastes really delicious!
The best kebab in the area. Great value for money. They also offer the Bochum Dönnighaus bratwurst. Also very good is the cherry ayran. The kids love it.
There was so much smell of uncooked meat in the food that we were not able to eat it all. Unfortunately we had to scrap the food and get from somewhere else.
The Wirtshaus zur Binse impresses across the board. The ambience is cozy and stylish with modern accents. The service was extremely friendly and attentive - we felt completely at home.
The food tasted very good, the prices are reasonable and represent excellent value for money.
Overall a great restaurant that I would highly recommend.
We'd love to come back!
