Gemüse & Kebab Haus in Eisenach

Black Friday was last week! But this is quite something... a pizza that's partially burnt and still cold. Did you forget to deliver it?? I ordered one Kebab Pizza with extra fresh tomato, mozzarella, and tzatziki sauce. Unfortunately, the mozzarella and tzatziki sauce were missing. I also ordered one Capricciosa Salad, but instead of five pizza rolls, I received a soggy flatbread. I ordered one pizza roll filled with ham and one filled with tuna, both with sauce, but the pizza rolls were also cold. The delivery time was supposed to be 40 minutes, but it finally arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. The driver apologized for the delay, but offered no extras (no drinks, etc.). You had built up such a good reputation, and now it's ruined!

I ordered a kebab in a bun with vegetables and chicken, and also a lavash with fries and chicken — and I’m genuinely impressed! The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The kebab in the bun was an absolute hit – fresh vegetables, cheese, the chicken was a bit fatty but in the best tasty way, and the bun was perfectly soft and delicious. Definitely a 10/10. The lavash was just as amazing – the dough was soft but held everything together really well. The fries were done perfectly, the sauces were great, and the meat was super tasty. Everything came together perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – I’ll definitely be coming back! 💛

I paid for the full order but didn't receive everything. In the end I called several times and complained and then in the end I had to pay again ☝️

The food came but two dishes were missing and we have now been waiting over an hour for the food!

We ordered two hours early by phone and wanted it at 6 p.m. sharp. We're not going to say anything for a quarter of an hour late. But we paid for everything and two meals are missing. Our children are now offended. Even an hour later, the rest of the food didn't arrive. Thanks for the poor service. We won't order again.

Super friendly staff. We had to stay away for a while due to a traffic accident in Eisenach, and we were taken care of completely. Helpfulness and hospitality are very important here. We felt very comfortable.

The staff were very nice, I have never eaten such good pizza.

1. Ordered a burger with fried onions and barbecue sauce. Received a burger without fried onions and with old doner salad and doner sauce. 2. Ordered a burger as "Hamburger Hot"... Received a burger with relatively old salad and doner sauce. NO jalapenos. This has to be a joke. The looks don't make it any better. Not even a full burger bun seems possible. Absolutely ridiculous for the price. The pictures speak for themselves.

This was the best kebab I've had in a long time. Unfortunately, I'm just traveling. Otherwise, this would be my new regular kebab.

Food came quickly. Unfortunately the pizzas didn't taste good at all, there was hardly any hollondaise on the pizza. There were also pieces of black rubber in both pizzas. Unfortunately we are very disappointed!

The kebabs are delicious and the chicken is well seasoned.

I'm not from the area and I have to say absolutely top, one of the best and freshest food I've had from a kebab shop in a long time. Outperformed everyone at home.

The delivery arrived at the stated time. However, we will no longer order here. The food was almost cold when it arrived and not the right one either. This is not the first time that orders were delivered incorrectly. Especially since we had a kebab with sheep's cheese and there wasn't really any on it. Then it's better to go there, maybe your wishes will be taken into account!

It's a shame that I have to give one star, the meat was terrible as were the sauces!!!! Sat on the toilet all evening not recommended!!!!

Top food with great value for money! The food was very cheap, was made very slowly and carefully, with a lot of effort, and tasted great! The staff was very nice and it was the best lamacun I've ever eaten! Gladly again and top, recommended!

Top doner kebab! I'm originally from Brandenburg and I'm used to good kebabs and this is the first really good kebab in the 5 years I've been living in Thuringia. We recommend!

Super nice service and very tasty food. I'm from Berlin and picky when it comes to kebab. When it took longer, we even just got some fries to tide the kids over. All in all, really tasty and highly recommended.

The food is very good, one of the best Kebabs I have ever had, however the waiters did not know German.

Coincidentally drove past it at lunchtime and made a stopover. The kebab was actually quite good and, above all, quite large, so it definitely fills you up.

We come from Meiningen and really wanted to have a vegetable kebab. I ordered a kebab XXL plate with veal and ate it there. The food was very tasty, as was the pizza from my wife and child. Clear recommendation for me, a critical person.

This shop was closed by the health department due to poor hygiene! Strange... in such a short time the shop is open again. Most likely given to a "family member". And the same game continues... It used to be a good butcher shop! Addendum: The owners talk about "lies", I'm laughing my ass off. You have enough dirt in front of your door! It's only a matter of time before the money laundering scam comes to light... The tax office has been informed!

Just great. Super tasty kebab, super correct staff. The potatoes and cheese in the kebab tasted very good. The ratio between meat and toppings was perfect, finally a kebab with more than just meat or white cabbage. If the kebabs at home were so tasty, I would eat them again.

I don't know why, but when you call no one answers, I ordered something and called shortly afterwards to ask where the kebab is, well if no one answers!

That was the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Only vegetables and sauce, no meat in it.

Fresh salad, our own sauces, the best kebab in Eisenach. Cool staff, not too cheap or too expensive. We were surprised and really excited. You'll see us more often now 🙂.

Gab zwar keine Literflasche Cola, aber die Nummer 12, Falafel im Brot, in meinem Fall mit scharfer Sauce, hat definitiv dafür entschädigt. Da könnte sich die Dönerbude bei mir zu Hause 2 Scheiben abschneiden. Mein Fazit: leider geil 👍

Kebab was good but 3 from our group got a food poisoning. The hygiene standards in the restaurant were strange. My friend asked to wash his hands and the staff lead him to the kitchen. The waiter also falsely assumed our nationality and I think that is a bit racist.

Kebab was not really good nor bad. But 3 from our group got food poisoning. Also when my friend asked to wash his hands and then was taken to the kitchen to wash them, which was really weird. The waitress also thought our group were Ukrainian and i think it qualifies as racism.

Essen schmeckt wieder und Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Nachdem der Laden kurzzeitig runtergewirtschaftet wurde und das Essen nichtmehr Geschmeckt hat, jetzt wieder unter alter Führung und genau so lecker wie am Anfang. Sehr lecker und nette/zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.🤙🏼

Eigentlich wollten wir nur schnell einen Döner essen, bekommen haben wir einen phantastischen Dönerteller. Lecker, außergewöhnlich und ansprechend serviert. Alle drei waren wir mehr als zufrieden. 👍

Essen super, aber NIE werden die Lieferzeiten eingehalten -.- Schon schlimm das vor der Bestellung ca 20min da steht, nach der Bestellung auf einmal 60-70min und geliefert wird es dann meist nach 120-150min 🙄

An sich lecker essen, aber neben der exorbitant hohen Lieferzeit von 60 - 120min stört mich viel mehr das oftmals das falsche geliefert wird bzw man bestellt Döner ausdrücklich mit Kalb und bekomm Chicken.

Der Dönerfladen war knusprig, der Hühnchenspieß kross und saftig und das gegrillte Gemüse passte auch gut in das Gesamtpaket. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen um die Dönerrolle zu probieren.

Scheinbar hat man es in diesem Laden wohl nicht nötig ans Telefon zu gehen, bzw. nimmt man ab und legt wieder auf, damit es aufhört zu klingeln. Daumen runter für so eine Unprofessionalität. Wenn ihr keinen Bock habt lassts bleiben. Amateure

Anfänglich sehr zu empfehlen. Leider hat der Service mittlerweile stark nachgelassen - Essen ist nicht rechtzeitig fertig, obwohl ein Abholtetmin vereinbart wurde. Zudem werden immer wieder Speisen vertauscht!

Super kebab, najlepszy w Eisenach. Przyjemna atmosfera, bardzo miła obsługa. Panowie robią dobrą robotę, polecam bardzo.

Bei Ladenöffnung war das Essen sehr lecker aber mittlerweile wird es leider immer schlechter. Wir haben es uns liefern lassen Pizza war komplett kalt. Und Soße zum Hähnchenbrust Teller war mehr Wasser wie Soße

Es gab fast kein Fleisch, nur Kartoffeln und Pommes, alles geschmacklos.. nicht zu empfehlen!

Für mich der beste Döner der Stadt. Am besten ganz frisch vor Ort. Endlich mal kein 0815 standard Döner sondern mit allerlei gebratenem Gemüse und vortrefflichen Soßen. Das Personal ist sehr sehr höflich sauber, korrekt und arbeitet schnell. Das Lokal ist sauber und hat ein gutes Ambiente, Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Restaurant runden das ganze ab. Ein Grund weshalb ich immer wieder komme ist die Möglichkeit der Kartenzahlung, ich kenne keinen anderen Imbiss der dies anbietet. Der Preis ist im Vergleich hoch jedoch aus meiner Sicht mehr als gerechtfertigt, man bekommt was man bezahlt. Immer wieder gerne.

Schlimmster Laden in Eisenach. Haben 9:30 Uhr online bestellt. 11:45 Uhr sollte es da sein. Da es nicht kam, haben wir dort angerufen, uns wurde versichert, dass es in den nächsten 15 min. da wäre. Nach über einer Stunde Verspätung und wiederholtem Anruf wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nicht bestellt hätten. Echt traurig, wenn man es nicht gebacken bekommt, vernünftig eine Bestellung aufzunehmen und diese auszuliefern!!! Kein danke, keine Entschuldigung, nichts!!

Haben dort heute zwei Döner und einmal Pizzabrötchen bestellt und muss leider sagen das war bisher mit Abstand das schlechteste Essen was ich bei einem Döner je gegessen habe. Einmal und nie wieder 🤢

Habe hier 2.Mal gegessen mit 9Monaten abstand und kann nur bestätigen, dass ich hier das beste Kebab habe gegessen, (Lauterbach, Fulda, Gersfeld, Suhl liegt weit hinten). Es lohnt hier sogar aus Fulda zu kommen, um so ein leckeres Kebbab zu essen. Danke sehr für so eine gute Rezept!

Einmal und nie wieder. Der Hähnchenkebab hat vor Öl getrieft, das Kebab ist auseinander gefallen. 10 Nuggets bestellt, 8 bekommen. Pizza hat gar nicht geschmeckt.

Richtig gutes Essen. Der Kebab mit Hähnchen ist der beste den ich je gegessen habe. Hatte mir gleich 2 bestellt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man beim Essen auf gute Qualität, freundlichen Service und einen Hammer Geschmack aus ist.
