We happened to be at the annual Dutch market in Schwerte on Sunday when we were coming from out of town and wanted to Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the early afternoon. It was supposed to be an inexpensive afternoon, as the service took quite some time to appear, and the “delivery” of the wheat beer and the latte took just as long. No cleaning of the table and the full ashtray. After I had visited the restaurant and the toilets from the inside, I was glad that I hadn't ordered any food. Unkempt, dirty and morbid like something out of a black and white film from the 1940s. I then had to chase the waitress to pay the bill. Here you are encouraged to cheat. My wife comes from the catering industry. Conclusion: You could do a lot more with this “restaurant”. Positive and this is what the one star refers to: Sat in the sun for over two hours for under €10 including two drinks ☀️.

Outstanding location, solid food, terrible service, prices that are way too high. Sitting here is very comfortable, even with larger groups. There is nothing to eat “for the typical Siegerlander”: we ate tapas here. Anyone who “eats in stages” and likes something unusual will be happy here. Anyone who just likes to have a schnitzel on their plate is not. The tapas usually come in smaller portions and one after the other. The taste was okay - but the currywurst took a lot of getting used to. The service is very slow - you sometimes feel forgotten. The waitress/owner is noticeably overwhelmed as soon as there is something more going on. The drinks menu is sufficiently large and full of local brands. The prices are very high. Overall, I come here to sit together and have a drink - but not to eat.

I really wanted to try the shop because of the nice atmosphere and was disappointed. Unfortunately they had frozen cakes from the supermarket and they cost the hefty price of €5.20 each. We also ordered a cappuccino with cow's milk and one with oat milk. The waitress then brought us the coffee with the comment "I hope that's the one with oat milk". It was our job to find out.

The service is really great and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The quiet background music fits the mood of the store perfectly. The dishes all taste great! My personal highlight was definitely the lamb chops. You can tell that the dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients! We'll definitely be back☺️

Great food, but unfortunately, I encountered unfriendly service today. A more attentive service would be desirable.

A great restaurant with a large selection of delicious tapas! The service is very courteous and the cozy furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. The fair prices are also particularly positive, so here you really get quality at a fair price. Absolutely recommended!!

New white plastic windows facing the terrace, huge, cheap-looking, bright orange signs on the facades... Sorry, but that doesn't fit in with the otherwise stylish Badalona bar. Sad development.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The food was excellent. There were five of us, and we were all satisfied. We'd be happy to go again.
