Food poisoning and poor service - what you need to know

I went there because I thought there was a huge selection of mochis 😀... there was a chest with mochis nothing more, which was actually even worse, behind the chest there was a counter behind which an employee was sitting on the floor and not even When he saw me he stood up! The mochis were super tasty but absolutely overpriced for the size, they are quite small, but I have to say go for the salted caramel mochis, they are just awesome!

Unfortunately, we got a larger sushi box that wasn't expired according to the label - but the sushi & maki & nigiri were completely inedible and smelled terrible 😖 and pretty much ruined our desire for Japanese food in the long term & were immediately thrown away and we We then informed Eat Happy's customer service 😏 and sent photos and had to answer many questions. It was said in April '22 that at least the purchase price would be refunded (approx. Euro 25.00 winter box) and we would receive a voucher, but when we asked repeatedly we didn't even get a response! This is really quite embarrassing 🙈 for a company like this and there can be no question of “customer service”! Since then we have definitely NOT bought any more sushi boxes from Eat Happy 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank you - but we are “served” ☹️

I always pick something from them from time to time, so far no bad experiences.

Good sushi with lots of vegan options. Unfortunately, these are not always fully available. Sometimes the gyoza or big box is missing.

This is the second time I've fallen for the delicious looking sushi. No matter whether at Edeka or Rewe. Looks great, but doesn't taste good at all. Totally salty or just like nothing. I hope I've finally learned my lesson and won't buy again, even if I feel like it.

I've only ordered so far and haven't been to the store myself, so I can only rate the food that arrived to me, it was always warm and tasty. I've seen some posts here that say hygiene, punctuality was really bad with them, but I never had that Problems and I think I've ordered around 10 times in total and never actually had any problems. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the sushi is the best I've eaten so far. But it is still very tasty and so are the soups. What I have also often read is that many people apparently had incorrect orders, so what they ordered didn't arrive or they didn't receive enough, which is completely understandably a disgrace. I definitely haven't had these problems in my last 10 orders.

Quality has deteriorated significantly Scope has also decreased significantly. We used to shop at the Rewe Markt, at the Eat Happy Sushi stand there, at least once a week. Recently, however, we have noticed that the quality (consistency of the rice, preparation/look of the sushi...) has declined. Prices continued to rise. For that money you can also go to a restaurant to eat sushi... The biggest shame, however, is that it no longer contains wasabi or soy sauce! It only included a small portion, but it was usually enough... So buying sushi quickly and eating it straight away is no longer possible with these portions. If you buy a ready-made salad, the salad dressing is also included! The lack of soy sauce and wasabi despite the increased price is simply a rip-off - that's what you call profit maximization with a simultaneous loss of quality! It's a shame that people don't like shopping here anymore!
