I was looking for a way to get sushi without one of those plastic boxes that ends up in the ocean and is eaten by the fish, which I then eat with the plastic in my stomach. According to the website and also according to the sign on site, it should be possible for the sushi to be packed in its own containers. On the cover photo, Eat Happy also shows the sushi variations on plates that are not disposable. On site I discovered that there was only sushi packaged in the usual plastic available and there was no staff to put fresh, unpackaged sushi in their own containers. So I won't come here again and would rather give a real sushi bar a chance for takeaway. The maki tasted ok, the wakame salad tasted good.

No ! Totally unfriendly employee. We ordered pasta that was raw and inedible. Had to fry it at home.

Sushi rice was soggy wasn't tasty

Delicious, fresh sushi. Perfect if you have an appetite for it every now and then.

Very tasty but not cheap either

We often bought sushi and always found this opportunity to quickly and easily buy good, freshly prepared sushi good, but recently the raw fish in the sushi was no longer good. The fish didn't smell good, and tasted exactly the same. Hence the negative review. Not much can be said about the service and ambience, as you buy plastic-wrapped sushi behind a high counter.

Great potential for improvement, avocado hard, tuna poorly cut, too expensive for that...

Food poisoning and poor service - what you need to know

Unfortunately, we got a larger sushi box that wasn't expired according to the label - but the sushi & maki & nigiri were completely inedible and smelled terrible 😖 and pretty much ruined our desire for Japanese food in the long term & were immediately thrown away and we We then informed Eat Happy's customer service 😏 and sent photos and had to answer many questions. It was said in April '22 that at least the purchase price would be refunded (approx. Euro 25.00 winter box) and we would receive a voucher, but when we asked repeatedly we didn't even get a response! That's really quite embarrassing 🙈 for a company like this and there's no question of "customer service"! Since then we have definitely NOT bought any more sushi boxes from Eat Happy 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank you - but we are “served” ☹️

I always pick something from them from time to time, so far no bad experiences.

I went there because I thought there was a huge selection of mochis 😀... there was a chest with mochis nothing more, which was actually even worse, behind the chest there was a counter behind which an employee was sitting on the floor and not even When he saw me he stood up! The mochis were super tasty but absolutely overpriced for the size, they are quite small, but I have to say go for the salted caramel mochis, they are just awesome!

This is the second time I've fallen for the delicious looking sushi. No matter whether at Edeka or Rewe. Looks great, but doesn't taste good at all. Totally salty or just like nothing. I hope I've finally learned my lesson and won't buy again, even if I feel like it.
