Yesterday I dared to try the sushi for the first time. I was always a bit skeptical about buying sushi in the supermarket. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was super tasty. I will definitely buy some there again.

Actually, it's okay. The prices are just expensive, and the sushi is, to put it mildly, fast food. Still, I'll get something here every now and then. Well, the service isn't the best. We recently asked the employee at the sushi counter something, but he didn't answer us. He didn't speak German very well. They should hire employees who speak better German. About the ambiance: In this gloomy REWE center where the sushi counter is located, the ambiance isn't really my cup of tea. It could be brighter.

*The best sushi in Frankfurt/surrounding area* - I've been ordering my sushi regularly (and exclusively) from Sushi Cat for 6 years now. I've always been disappointed sooner or later when comparing elsewhere!!! The quality has been excellent without exception since the beginning. Price/performance ratio is better nowhere else. The owner is a restaurateur with heart and passion. We always pick up the sushi ourselves. It's always ready on time, super fresh, and we're always impressed by the delicious taste. The ambiance is hard to rate, as it's more of a takeaway shop. So, if you value quality and taste and aren't just looking for Instagram-worthy food, this is the place for you. A shop that deserves to be supported!!! 🍱🤍

What can I say? It's not my place to give an opinion. Everyone should form their own opinion. It wouldn't be for me. I rarely eat out 🏡. Besides, it's usually too expensive for me. All I can say is, BE HAPPY..... 😜

0/5 – Never again. I had a very important client meeting at my company today at 1:00 PM. To be prepared, I placed a large order with this restaurant at 11:30 AM. I was told on the phone that the delivery time would be about 90 minutes – already a long time, but acceptable given the quantity. Unfortunately, things turned out completely differently: After 90 minutes: nothing. After 2 hours: still nothing. The food finally arrived after more than 3 hours. In the meantime, I had to call myself every time to inquire. Not a single proactive message from the restaurant. Each time, I got a new excuse: "The driver will be here soon," "The driver is picking it up right now," "It will only take another 10 minutes." In the end, it turned out that the phone number had been written down incorrectly. No one tried to call back using the number provided, nor did the driver take the initiative to simply check with the three nearby businesses. He supposedly sat "waiting for 10 minutes." The result: My clients were already in the meeting room. The actual reason for the order was rendered moot. Instead of 8 people, only 2 showed up, and they even saw the food. The client meeting was completely ruined. As "compensation," I was offered a bottle of soy sauce and three small Cokes. I had to negotiate for a reasonable discount. With a bill of around €150, they then "made a grand gesture" and charged me €130 – for sushi that arrived over 3 hours late, was partly warm and soggy, and much of it was unacceptable in terms of taste and quality. The salads were watery, the rolls were torn, and the unagi wasn't fresh. The food was mediocre at best – and that would have been the case even with on-time delivery. But the delay isn't the main problem. These things happen. The crucial point is: the way they handled it was completely disrespectful and uninterested. No responsibility, no genuine attempt to accommodate me, no initiative to inform the customer or resolve the situation. In conclusion: The restaurant may serve okay sushi, but service, reliability, and customer focus are nonexistent. For me, it's absolutely unacceptable – both professionally and personally. I will never order from here again. Even if it were free.
